This is one of the cleanest and most organized Target stores I’ve been in, and I’ve been in a lot of Target stores.Pickup is super fast and easy. The staff is very friendly. The employees in electronics are very helpful and know where everything is. Their craft beer section is pretty decent as well.
This is a great target. The costumer service was amazing. The items were properly sorted. Some items every now and then were out of place but other than that it is well organized especially for the size of the target.
Are the drive up people not supposed to greet anymore? Would like to say thank you but they close my trunk without saying anything
Horrible service at the self check out. Security guard runs to the self check out without any reason. Very unpleasant experience scanning next to security. I spent a lot of money there last weekend since my daughters birthday is coming up and I got her some toys. I shop there once a week and last weekend was my last time. Ill take my money somewhere else. Will never shop at Target Streamwood ever again.
Had a helpful associate Kenish (I couldnt remember his name specifically) while I was searching for a particular ice cream that I could not find. He stopped and was able to look up and see if they had any in stock. He stopped and asked while he was stocking and saw me searching up and down the aisle for it. He was helpful and checked stock to see if they carried the specific item I was looking for.
Sapana (sp?) at the self-check out and was so friendly and helpful to ensure I knew how to use the target app and helped me save $10! After we accidentally paid in the meantime, she sent us to the customer service desk to get the $10 gift card. At the service desk, Heaven was also quick to assist us and very friendly in the process.
Has all the stuff I need and great selections. Stores are bright, cheerful (colorful too) and inviting. Makes me want to browse the store even if I only came for one item. I usually leave spending way more than what I came to originally buy. I usually see something I’ll need.
I came here after work today and it was a very nice trip not too busy and I was super excited that they finally have some of the Halloween stuff out. I went to go check out Taryn (it said she was new on her name tag) went above and beyond and actually put the bags in my cart and did it with a smile on her face I was very happy with her service :)
I love Target! Right now they are switching between seasons so everything is very picked over and limited. Make sure to order ahead for items you are really looking for and then shop the rest when you get there!
Marek from the electronics department has amazing customer service. He was patient with assisting me with an item I was looking for, he’s really great at what he does. I can’t forget about Margarita as we’ll, she is friendly and great with providing customer service. Thank You both.
Elder lady at the self check out line was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable as she didnt give me any space to checkout. I have never had such a horrible experience shopping.
I ordered a cake through the Target bakery in Streamwood and I was so pleased!!! We always order cakes for the kids birthdays and they taste good, but the decoration done this time with just my explanation was amazing! My daughter wanted a Camp Rock cake, so the decorator improvised and did a wonderful job!! Thank you!
I was shopping online and I found that the taxes made the item $10 more than it was supposed to be. I chatted with a Target Agent and the Agents name was Rose. She was very kind and she actually ended up paying for my delivery fee for me. I love Target and I have and will always have a great experience there!! Thank you Rose!!!
The Target employees went above and beyond to assist me in getting my purchase put together for my granddaughters birthday! Extremely efficient communication with me via phone as time was important. Very helpful at pickup. The whole process was so friendly and so easy for me!

I prefer target over Walmart when it comes to electronics as there variety is greater. meaning they have more of a selection When it comes to cables adapters,3.0 USBs, devices and so forth, also they’re usually not completely sold like there Competition such as Walmart or Best Buy.
Nice, clean store. Unfortunately, they cant seem to keep even the most basic merchandise in stock on a regular basis. Went there today; no Tyson chicken nuggets, no Cheezit Grooves, no chocolate poptarts, no Seltzer water, not even generic half gallon 2% milk. Hire more staffing or someone that knows how to order product for your location. I shouldnt have to make a second trip to another store for essentials when this is supposedly a Super Target. Not super.
Felt really uncomfortable shopping here today (Sunday May 24th around 6:30pm). A beligerant man was yelling at a target security employee (who looked like a college student) saying that he knows his rights as an American and therefore doesnt have to wear a mask. He also boasted that he lawfullyCarries a gun which further intimidated the Target employee who preceded to allow him to shop without a mask on despite how uncomfortable it made me and everyone else following the rules feel. I passed the man in a few isles after that and he continued to shop without a mask. No police were ever called and I will never be shopping there again. I know if I were the one not wearing a mask Id be easily kicked out because Im a short, 52 woman. I dont care how intimating someone is, the rules should be enforced without a question.
So many different high quality products sold here. Electronics selection is overall great. Its a great place to shop. Rewards program needs to be upgraded. Also so many products sold here that are more expensive than competitors.
My go-to for household items and clothing. This store has most everything I need and the staff keep it very neat and clean. Always pleased with the convenience and price.
Online on target.com it says one price, then you I go to this store and is more expensive and they didn’t want to do the price match. That’s why people now prefer to shop on Amazon
Not unlike others reviewing, I have had several problematic encounters with the front end managers at this location. From condesending attitudes, to making me feel bad that I was asking for help in the first place. Not to mention, just being downright mean to my wife when she asked for a price adjustment for in store vs online. The general employees here are wonderful, and have always asked me if I need help.
What a difference a day makes.....When I purchased an item marked 11.99 i was charged 16.99. when I returned to get this resolved, the manager, Jackie, said she was off the clock and would get someone to assist. Really? A manager is off the clock but still on the premises? This store has great items and most are good, but that manager blew me off and I cant forget that. When I asked for district manager, all I got was a name of Jeff. When I asked another manager to have the store manager call me. he said he would and she never did. Bad for your brand and store.
So this morning I had my 3rd interview For my dream teaching job. I woke up nervous and excited until I figured out I forgot my blazer. I ran frantically into Target to try and find one before my interview. Although, I was looking forward and super focused on the mission at hand, I saw a smiling face standing in the isle who greeted me “Good morning!”. I replied back quickly and kept searching for a blazer. Minutes later, I fly to the register wearing the blazer with the tag in my hand. The smiling face told me to follow her shed assist me and said she could tell I was in a rush. I told her I had an interview and to my surprised she asked where it was located. We exchanged some more quick conversation regarding the interview, in which she repeatedly complimented me on how nice I looked. She told me to relax, I would do great, and If they did not choose me they didnt deserve me. Lastly, she came around the register and gave me a hug; her name was Lori. She told me to come back and let her know how it went. Ive never seen customer service at this level in my life it was impeccable! As a hairstylist and educator who deals with customers all the time I really feel like Lori went above expectation to provide excellent customer service not because she was trained well or it was her job but because of her integrity; What you do when no one is looking. Lori calmed me down, made sure I had what I came in the store with, and made sure I left with a genuine smile on my face. I wish it were more Lori’s in the world you never know how something so simple can impact someones life. After Lori’s encouraging words I was able to relax and I blew the interview out the water! Oh, and yes I did get my dream job!
Target itself is fine I suppose. But I often question who they hire at the location on 59/Sutton road in the Bartlett/ Streamwood area....Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 2PM.I patiently wait as two men appear to take inventory on the pop displayed on the end of the aisle. They stand in the middle of the aisle and are in the way of any cart passing. After a few moments, I realize that they arent going to move. I politely say, excuse me. one acknowledges me and moves to the side and greets me. the other one continues to stand in the middle of the aisle and ignore me as I tried to maneuver around him. finally, he decides to move out of the way as I almost run into him. I shrug it off and continue shopping.Ready to leave, I debate the self checkout. The only manned register is across the store and much closer to the opposite exit from where I parked. So I opt for the self checkout only a few feet away. I approached as two others were finishing their transactions. Now being the only customer, the toothless Target associate that was lingering stands a foot or two behind me and watched me continuously. Only greeting me as I turned around to tell her how uncomfortable she was making me. she simply said she watched everybody that closely. She didnt even say goodbye as I left. I hate coming to this Target. The customer service at the Randall Road, Elgin location is so much better! And so is their size selection!

What can I say? Its a pretty typical target. Setup is normal for what Im used to. Electronics on left side, grocery on right side. None of that goofy electronics section in back middle of the store. Good deals and clean store as usual. Love Target.
This is a large Super Target in Streamwood. They carry everything you need for home. The fruit looks fresh but generally more expensive. All departments are full of your houaehold items. They have a large self checkout section if other lines are too long.

The store is clean and the layout is good. I was able to find and purchase the item I needed without any difficulty. Also it is nice to have self check out.
I went to the self checkout, made my purchase, paid via debt card and the register wouldnt load my receipt. There was no record of my transaction so a manager took me to the service desk to verify my purchase and the computer didnt have my purchase even though my chase mobile app showed a pending transaction and a manager watched me make my transaction at the self checkout, no solution. I left without a receipt and the manager told me if the transaction doesnt go through for some reason, I would have to go back to target and re pay. I was there trying to figure this out for 20+ minutes, spoke to two different managers--This is beyond rediculous, totally unprofessional. Good thing they gave me a 20% off my next purchase which I never intend to go back to target. Useless staff and managers are inept. Ill stick to Wal-Mart from now on.
Out of all the targets in a 30 mile radius, this is definitely the worst Target. All the employees are clueless of their store and coupon policy. They have kept coupons without scanning them. They have exchanged my gift cards earned with empty gift cards. For example , buy 4 tide get $5. They would scan the gift card and then give me an empty one and kept the monied one to themselves. This has happened to me EIGHT times at this store.
Target has many items for everyday needs. Their selection is great and the cartwheel app helps find items in the store along with coupons!! All locations are clean and have a great service!
Don’t go if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask. You won’t get in. Although they allow their employees to walk in without masks. I wasn’t even able to talk to a manager. They were all busy.

Before going I called to make sure if they can do price match with Costco so that I can avoid wasting my time. So I went there and tried to checkout with Nazeem but she told me that they cant do price match. Her other workmate was telling her that they can price match it but Nazeem is insisting that they cant. She doesnt even bother searching it to see that Costco is included on the list of stores that they can do pricematch. I am very disappointed with the service that they gave us. It even shows on the list that target has that they do price match with Costco. Our time was wasted.
I bought an item on Saturday that went on sale the following Monday. Came in to the store asked if i can get my recipt price matched. Guest services reps Katherine as if reading a script, we can not price match our online deals; you would need to place that order online. I placed an order online while in the store. About 20 minutes later saw one of the reps grab the item and bring it to the front. After I got my your online order is ready email minutes later, I brought the email in yet they didnt not have it ready. The Guest services Katherine showed a lack of sympathy or remorse. I am writing this about 36 minutes after getting my email still have yet to receive my item that has been on a shelf directly behind them.. I spend an hour on a 3 minute price match
Typical Target with a well-stocked grocery store. Its part of a strip mall with some other shopping & food options. REVISED REVIEW: Dropped from 4 to 2 stars. Ever since this location installed automated checkout booths, the horribly understaff the checkout lines and only have half the automated ones turned out. Waiting to pay for my purchase is like standing in a 70s era USSR queue. Its worth driving a few extra miles to any other target in Schaumburg or Hoffman Estates to avoid this one.
Manager Rafael is one of the rudest managers I have ever met! I don’t understand how the company keeps him around knowing he treats customers like this! I’ll save money & live better by going to Walmart! 👋🏼
Reserved a repackaged PS4 for 24 hours. In less than 24 hours, this a**hole I know told them I cant buy it (which wasnt true, I was gonna buy it), they authorized him to falsely speak on our behalf and he bought it. They said the best they can do is give us 10% off any game. BS.
The store is always clean and well stocked. The customer service desk is also friendly. The only problem is getting checked out. Just like all big stores you get caught waiting at the checkout line.
Just your average target. i have to hold this against them though, when it comes time to clearance out their holiday candy, they refuse to go down to 90%. they just salvage it and send it all away. they wont let anyone get good deals, so if youre watching for clearance items, dont wait too long
I normally do my grocery shopping here as well as buying my cleaning supplies. Target carries a wide variety of items, both perishable and non-perishable goods. I like that its a one-stop shop.
The Drive-up is very slow at the Streamwood location. Hoffman Estimates and West Schaumburg Targets are much faster.
At target customers see different stuff for people to look at see. This target is always busy. This Target sells dvd movies and foods andcoffees, ice cream. The staff will place customers things in a Target shopping bags. The staff says to cuatomers Thank you for shopping at Target.

Every single time I come here I find expired and rotting food. Over a month ago I spoke to a manager, last week I spoke to an associate, today I couldnt find anyone so I just took it off the shelf myself and put it in the housing section in hopes an associate will look and not put it back! Today I found two ripple milks expired in October, and some rotting organic squash. last week the organic tomatoes were covered in green mold. Theres always expired yogurt. They never restock the archer farms chicken pesto pizza and always out of organic valley mozzarella string cheese.
Just wow possibly the worst experience at a retail store iv ever had period .... Well we were paying for our groceries at the self checkout we paid with snap and it got approved the self check machine froze and they had to reboot it . Well they tried to say that the transaction didnt go through but it did (we checked our balance and it took the 26 dollars of groceries out) . We called link 3 seperate times in an hour of arguing with them the guy from link even told the manager that the 26 dollars for groceries was already taken out and the transaction went thru . We still werent able to leave with our groceries they kept on insisting on us paying for our groceries again as they said this like 3 times . I kept saying we already paid 26 bucks for the groceries and even the guy from link was telling them that . So pretty much spent 26 buck of our link money and an hour of arguing and left with no groceries its ridiculous . Id give this 0 stars if I could .
Bad service. Especially the manager. On the evening of October 6th, I bought soda. 4 for ten dollars. the price brand did not show how many we can buy.when I check out. Theysaid that I can only buy 8, the manager is very bad
Its your standard Target. My best experiences have been in the evenings when the store is less busy. It can become a bit of a madhouse during peak hours.
Wish i could give this target a zero star rating after one of thier self check out workers fakely tripped and fell because my autistic son was on the floor and started rambling about it after my wife had just apologized for what happened and the manager thier even whose when we talked to her she was just trying to brush the situation off her shoulders and went and got a Hispanic speaking worker like if we didnt understand English my advice to you is people like this should not be working in customer service and or enywhere near people corporation will be hearing from me

I just bought yoplait Greek 100 yogurt from this location on July 7th. Today July 10th I was about to eat my yogurt and the exp date on the yogurt was July 4th. So target is selling expired yogurt. Be careful. Make sure you check the dates. I thought I didnt have to. Lesson learned

You can get lost in this Huge store best one Ive been in so far and found some great clearance sale items that i couldnt pass up.You have to really look for the bargains but they are there and i cant wait to come back when in the area.
Dont go here for groceries. I paid twice what I would have at Jewel or Meijer. Also took me longer to be checked out than it did for me to get the 100 dollars worth of groceries.
This Target location always has a very tiny selection of brand items in stock, I normally end up going to the Meijer on Randall Rd or the Walmart on Randall Rd to find the items I need. I think its a shame, could be a nice Super Target.
Manager Karol is rude and not capable of handling and understanding simple transactions. She has no customer service skills and needs training.
Rude customer service. Cashier did not scan a coupon and they said only way to fix it is to refund everything and buy it again. Issue is credit doesnt go back on a card for few business days. They advertise 10 percent off Sunday everywhere but then give issues when people want to use it.
The two pharmacy workers were overloaded with the amount of people that came in at once. Other than that, it was an okay store, and appreciate the gift cards for flu shots.

I went to Target for a loaf of bread - how to spend $200 bucks in 20 minutes. Target has literally every imaginable piece of everything. Its amazing.
I went later in the day. And was hoping to get cards against humanity, but they appeared to be out of stock, only having the expansion packs left. So I ask a worker walking by if they have it in the back and she replied hastily saying they dont even carry it. The customer service desk helped me and they did have it, but wow that girl was rude.
I have always found the store to be well stocked, with lots of variety, and good quality. Keep it up guys!

This is favorite Target, because it has my favorite (CVS) pharmacy ever. The pharmacy is filled with wonderful, helpful people/staff. 5 Stars all the way.
I knew Target would have everything I needed. Seeing the CVS in the store reminded me that I needed to get a flu shot, so I had that done too.

2022-02-10Store is clean and self checkout is never an issue. Store is having major stock issues as several aisles are almost completely bare if inventory. Sometimes its hard to find an employee to help you. Especially over near the toys and electronics section.The one thing that annoys me the most about this Target is the Cleaning dept. Which isnt really a Dept because half of it is in the grocery Dept but the ziplocks are over in the pharmacy section and the mops/brooms and air fresheners are in furniture section? How does this make any sense? Why is this store so different than other Targets. So major points taken off for making shopping more difficult.

2022-03-12Be really careful with this location, a girl scratched my car putting the drive up order in. She picked up the bag and then went across in a weird way scratching the paint. I think she did it intentionally. She had brown hair was young and is most likely a psychopath.

2022-01-06I have 2 Target stores near me, Schaumburg and Streamwood and I prefer the Streamwood location, the store is kept very nice and its not crowded in the clothing sections the layout of the store is different and I like it.

2021-06-29The reason I chose 10 is because the store is always nice and neat. Vast inventory and great brands.~give back cashiers though. I do not want to check myself out and makes the process longer than necessary.

2021-07-29This target is horrible!!! Don’t fall for the ship to home feature. Also, No one will help you. There is nothing in stock ever in this target. Worst pharmacist I have ever known. Just keep driving to literally any other store. I have called corporate, told the managers and chatted with someone and nothing got done about my concerns. Pass the buck to another person they seem to love that! They just don’t want to work! No one person has done anything to make this better. Def if you get a Tim just hang up. He won’t help you just tell you he is a supervisor!! Target do you have training for your people? Do you do background checks? Why do you drop the ball every chance I give you. Well I am Done.

2021-09-28One employee in the electronics department went above and beyond to help me find the product I was searching for (Ti-83) and even explained policies and further helpful information. The internet said there was 0 available for the calculators but this employee wasnt satisfied with that and walked over to the shelf and located the calculator.Very good experience and I will return to the Streamwood, Il location again very soon!
