After arriving I asked someone to check on an item for me since I no longer saw the huge box on the floor. He said it was no longer in stock. I found a few other items that were in boxes, one was an outdoor dining table. I did not think it would fit in my car so I wanted to purchase it and come back with a larger vehicle. Adeline came by to assist me and after asking about coming back for it, she told me I could not. Decided if I unbox the table, it would fit in my car. While walking up to the registers with her, I told her about the chair I came in for, she showed me a picture of to verify if that was the chair, I told her yes. She checked. It was in STOCK! She helped me unbox the table and load my vehicle with the first items I bought. Told me to call her when I was on my way back for the chair and helped me with that as well. Amazing customer service!! Need more like her!
This is a great Target store. The teams culture of consistent great customer service makes for smooth online order pick up experience. They spoil their customers a little bit, honestly.
This store’s policy is to not give change at customer service. We made a purchase and got cash back but, the teller did not have small bills so we went to CS and they wouldn’t change our twenties to tens. I wanted to give out warm socks(our purchase) and ten dollar bills to people in the tent cities here. And they would not give us smaller bills. This is a serious lack of human compassion and customer service!

Its a nice target. Easy to shop around. They have attempted to limit the number of people allowed inside at once, arrows pointing which direction to walk down each aisle, a nice Starbucks upstairs to grab a coffee on the way out.
Refused to take back an unopened new passaphire that I was returning for store credit!!! Your store has brand new ones on sale for $4 and I had my reciept. Also, on your website a baby high chair was listed for $99 and then in the store it was $129. Amazon picked up my business.
The target app and website are very easy for creating lists, telling you what is in stock and where, and the store layout is nicely organized. Our neighborhood Target is very friendly! During the pandemic they handled everything with such care and precaution. Their staff made sure to clean all carts for incoming customers, checked in store population, was very good about handling customers without masks, and they had a white board right in front telling all the products they had in stock that were frequently bought during the pandemic. Even had a few employees on the neighborhood facebook page go on every day to update on hours, policies, and inventory for high priority items!! Great job, keep up the awesome work Addison Target!!
Easy to use, convenience and pretty fast. When using the app you can let them know when you’re in your way - GPS will let them know when you’ve arrived. I was recently met by the Target employee as I was pulling the parking spot!
Target is a friendly and caring environmental because they helped customer with their choice of product.
I love target and would have gone with a full 10 but the main reason I went was to pick up oat milk and they were completely out, I went 1st thing in the mormning (8am) and it appears this is when the stocking takes places so I they had not quite gotten to the milk section yet. I was able to get all of the other itesm on my list and checkout quickly.
A row of more than 25 people thinking that they have an extra family member and only two open boxes without counting another row for personal boxes that have more than 30 people in Libya is absurd ... and where is the pandemic that we have ... covid19 what remember
Pretty solid location. Can get a bit disorganized on busy weeks. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Grocery section feels like it lacks variety. Men’s clothes very bland. The pick up in store option has worked very well for us during COVID, highly recommend. Very clean
They carry these tubes of flavored kettle popcorn they have light grey screw on lids. They are yummy popcorn. A few years back they have the after Christmas Sales we ended up with all 8 flavors. Great sale and we left many for other shoppers. And Targets brand of K-Cup coffee she loved, she found 9 boxes. Great flavor for a Dark Roast. Tonight I found Lindt Chocolate Truffles in Snickerdoodles. Another new flavor. Besides Milk Chocolate Peppermint Cookie, White Chocolate Peppermint Bark flavor.
This new employee is always listening to weird OwO music on his spotify, also plays too much osu, also does not join calls often, also should bike more often
My teenage son found things acceptable to wear! I didnt think that it was possible!
For some reason whenever I go to this store they never have the cheap 12 and 18 count eggs on the shelves. One time I asked an employee and she checked storage twice, then went back in to get a bunch of eggs. It was only until I asked her again that she finally told me that they didnt have any in stock. Next time I went they stocked the shelves with the eggs I wanted around 11am.Since Im an early shopper its annoying to either wait for employees to stock eggs or ask them if any are in stock.Its a decent store overall and I had no trouble with the cashiers, but they either need more stockers or retrain the ones they have.

Best Target in the city, in my opinion! Considering there seems to be a Target on every other corner, my statement says a lot for this location. Easily the cleanest, best selection and friendliest staff. Travel out of your way for this one!

Its like other Target stores, recently renovated, fairly clean and bright. However customer service is not great, especially in the late evening. Their cashiers do a fair job. Attitude good and friendly. Its the floor service that could be better.
This is my go to Target. Never too crowded. Checkout lanes well-staffed. Large merchandise selection. Good prices. Could do a better job keeping bathrooms clean (i only use in case of an extreme emergency). Nice to grab a starbucks before setting out with your cart to explore the new offerings. Can never leave without spending a minimum of $100.

I love this Target! They carry Latino products like Tio Nacho shampoo and Maruchan. I’ve never had a bad experience. As a matter of fact, today I received amazing customer service from a cashier named Giovanni. He was sooooo patient with me. I had a bunch of coupons and those Similac formula checks and gift cards. He was very helpful, and like I said extremely understanding and patient with me. Thank you Giovanni. I hope Target is treating you like the important essential worker you are.
I’m a stay at home mother who sometimes to get my toddler out of the house would come shopping here. I have never in my life been more insulted going to any store. The lack of costumer service is bad enough but if you need undercover security guards or regular security guards to follow you around this is the place to go. Actually had them looking inside my cart as I shopped ..... appalling the treatment you get here. It’s pretty sad since this store is so close to home but me and my little guy will make the trip to the Logan location where employees are much friendlier and helpful.
Much improved! Grocery area has been remodeled, and the selection is pretty good (though still not as broad as a grocery store). The expanded liquor department is huge. Theres a big walk-in beer cooler plus a whole shelf full of local spirits like Koval and even Mesh & Bone. Cashiers are friendly and other associates are helpful. Two shopping levels, which is common for city Targets. Fortunately I rarely need to shop upstairs.
The floor staff was very helpful directing and assisting me with items I needed to find in the store. I enjoyed pain-free shopping and browsing in the scooter.
I like this Target. Its near my house, its clean, and its organized logically. Im conflicted about two shopping floors which I like and dont like but how the items are separated between floors makes complete sense. I dont blame them though, space is a rising premium in this neighborhood. Really though, its a nice Target
This is by far the worst target I have ever shopped at. The only plus side was that it is a half mile from my home. Since day one the shelves are always half stocked, constantly missing essential items such as almond milk, and the staff is not helpful/attentive at all. We will not be returning to this location I don’t care how close it is.
Fun, upbeat store with great merchandise, new products and current trends. Everything feels fresh and tasteful. I often go in there with a list and come out with way more than I went in for, but never regret it.
When I call this particular Target, there is one particular employee that will simply answer with Hello? No announcing the business, no greeting the caller, just answering the phone like you would at home. Another employee here was the least helpful individual Ive ever encountered when I was looking for a Pack and Play. All the signs were on the wrong stock showing incorrect pricing and items. On top of that, the product they had underneath the show items were all mixed up. This place needs to start taking some pride in their work.
Give your online pickup team a raise! They were so polite and fast. I had a smooth experience during the busiest time of the year.
I love target like a lot specially their new app. Only recommendation for the MidNorth store is that they need to add more stuff, almost every single time I visit this store there is a lot of stuff that on the app they are promoting but they dont have it available. This is sucks because its very close home but sometimes I have to drive to other ones to find the item I couldnt buy on this one store.
As Targets go this one is not good. Sometimes you walk into a Target and can just feel that the team there is on its game - unfortunately you will not find this here. The parking situation is dismal, the selection is substandard, and being honest, I felt I was treated rudely by more than one team member. Thats just one too many team members being rude at a crappy Target, in a bad location, with terrible parking. Dont get me wrong I really like Target, I just really dislike this Target.
This target pharmacy needs better customer service! I was one minute late and she was not fully close. I just needed a quick pick up service. I’m just so mad that she couldn’t have made a small exception!
Omg this target was my favorite target to come to but honestly they have gotten sooo bad. Theres no one in the second floor as a cashier you have to check your cart out yourself. Like do I get paid for that? Should I ask target to do that? Also they have an Icee machine but they dont have matching lids to the cups like seriously? And the last thing is that the Starbucks one day I was there at 755pm when the guy was cleaning and he turned around and said we are actually close...I was like are you serious? What time do you close hes like 8pm I was like is 8 right now Ive been here for 5 min he then stated he had turn off the espresso machine....sooo what time do you turn off the expresso machine? Because I was there before the closing time and I couldnt get a drink. I am very upset and disappointed at this target.
I always go to Target for stuff. Love the curbside and store pick up options. Thanks to all the employees for their hard work during this crazy time.
I was there this evening (4/18/17) around 5pm. I was buying groceries for the week when my card declined in the self checkout due to fraudulent activity. I had a total s*** week, which was not aided by this event. The young lady attending the line must have recognized this and personally bought my groceries. This single act of kindness completely turned my week around. This wasnt just customer service, this was hospitality. Thank you, Wonder Woman. I hope this thank you finds you.
This Target store happens to be fairly close to the busiest one in Chicago so it doesnt get as much action. If Im in one of my people/crowd avoidance moods, Ill opt to come here instead of the one on Elston. The store is smaller and is 2 floors. The parking garage is nice for those wet and snowy days but I usually find a spot right in front in that teeny tiny parking section.Ive found that this Target isnt as well organized or well-kept as the others but that wont keep me away if Im in need of something or the other Target seems to be out of something (very rarely).
I was looking for the double water slide and I was in a hurry and Cristina who was nice enough to assist me and show me where it was. Made my shopping easy and fast
Target has change a lot for the better over the years, and this location is very nice. I like to go to this department store because there is plenty of parking in the main lot as well as behind the store. Target on Addison has two huge floors with almost anything one would need for home. Ive always found the customer service here to be fantastic.Their grocery cart escalator makes it a cinch to shop around. As an added bonus, the Starbucks is a nice touch.
Had been coming to this location for years since I moved to the neighborhood. There is always an issue with treatment at this location, but Ive typically looked past it. Was recently profiled while shopping and accused of attempting to change the price of an item by a very rude and racist supervisor. I will never go to this location again. Absolutely the most hurtful and terrible experience ever. Disgusted.
The in-store pickup is a complete fiasco here. The employes seem to have no idea what theyre doing or how to assist with order issues. The employees on the sales floor are also rude and act as if you are in their way. Definitely not my favorite location.
Great neighborhood Target: its usually far less crowded than other locations in Chicago. Also, its well-laid out, clean, and pretty organized. They have groceries, and a huge parking lot. This is by far my favorite Target and it seems off-the-radar for most people (location, maybe??). Nice place to stop in and grab a ton of stuff.
Target always has what I am looking for as well as items I didnt know that i needed. The prices are lower that I expect and the stores are always easy to navigate.
If I could leave no stars rating I would. I went in to shop today and had a good time while shopping . There was a few items I did not find but that was ok for me since I was planning to come at another time to shop for more items since I only came in to purchase milk today initially. When it was time to check out, my wife and I headed to the self check-out lanes. The lady on charge of those lanes just looked at us all weird and didnt say anythin, so whatever. We proceeded to check out . There was other people on the other self check-out lanes and not sure why, but the employee in charge of that area at the time came by where I was checking out. No biggie, except when I realized she was just looking to see that I scanned everything I had in my basket. I didnt say anything I was just getting frustrated that I was being watched like that . Then some other shoppers needed help and as she headed over there she looked back once and then she helped out the customers and then kept looking at me and the items I was carrying now. My wife paid for an item separately and she forgot the receipt. Since I was frustrated I said out loud dont forget the receipt .I said that because I know someone was watching us. Ok so we approach the exit. The security guy kept staring at is specifically and then talked on his microphone shes good she just passed by with a receipt in hand. Like really? All this time watching is because they thought we werent going to pay or something? Or maybe it was the fact that I was carrying my items which was a gallon of milk and two canned drinks which I didnt need a plastic bag for and they were making sure I didnt grab a plastic bag and didnt pay for it since we have the Chicago plastic bag tax ? Either way, very upset at Target and those employees who wouldnt stop observing what I was doing.

Very poor customer service. Daniela, the manager, is particularly rude. Their sports apparel section is missing the Bulls and White Sox but for some reason has Arizona Diamondbacks gear. The Logan Square is much better organized.

I got an email after I wanted 45min that order was pickup had to go inside and supervisor kept saying there was no order after driving back and calling again for refund she said she found the order this was very disappointing and will never try to drive up again or shop anytime soon at target I made sure my family doesnt either horrible service .....
Me my sister and nieces have been coming here for years but not anymore since the employees at the beauty department kept following us as if we were going to steal just by how we were dressed....i guess you need to dress up to go to this target.... I am never going to this target ever again.
Not quite the selection available as at the Logan Square Target, this store is closer to my home. Great for quickly grabbing the essentials. Two floors and ample parking in front and in the parking garage in back, checkouts on both floors.

Been coming to this Target since it opened.. love everything about it but today I never felt so upset about this place.. Dont come into this place looking bummy and poor because youll have undercover Loss Prevention following throughout the store. Ive workec security b4 but this guy made it so obvious.. I was about to tell him my next stop.. Really??? Ive spent over 50k in your store from the beginning and I even know your front end supervisors by name and I have friends that work heres but this is how I get treated coz I came in shorts and a t-shirt .. I guess I need to come I dressed to the 9s when I come here.. Not.. Thats not the end of it.. Even your uniformed security guy came out to make sure I paid for everything.. Seriously?? TARGET I USED TO brag about My Target.. Never more..
The manager to this store named Angelina was a completely rude and ignorant. We asked her to see if she could put the right sale on our pants which said 40% off and she bluntly said well are you getting them or not? Then told us were not getting our purchase. Never coming here again and hopefully the manager gets introuble and hopefully gets what she deserves.
I work here and to be honest you have a better chance going somewhere else. The staff isnt motivated. The team leaders are poor. We have this thing called vibe which is enthusiasm with our customers but no one does it. Always ask if its the backroom for items not on sales floor. I guarantee you its in there because the team members are too lazy to put it on the floor
I bought several items from this Target including a lamp that broke in less than one month. For the price that I pay, I expected better quality. However, I am very disappointed with Target and probably wont come back.

Although one of the biggest Target stores around, the selection is only so-so, and the layout just makes it feel dreary. If you know what youre looking for, not a bad place to go, but not a Target I would visit to browse.

Target Optical in Addison mall is the best & experience optical place I ever seen , I had my vision test in other Target , I stop by the Target Addison mall to see the frames and I meet the representative of department Rick , I just gave him what Im looking about farm and lenses , he right away show me the right frame with good price , quality and works exactly with my vision prescription , hes very knowledgeable about his job and accurate in the all information , they have very good customer service in the city , I recommend for all my friends & family .I just wanna say thank you very much for the best service.
I first went here to return an online order and even wanted to pick out a few things. I got the stuff I wanted and some more but the transaction was easy and went quick. Thank you I will be coming in way more often!

Employee runs into my daughter and the only thing that I get is that it was a accident. Security calls me to say she shouldnt have been standing there and he was sorry. No one going to do a thing about it. Poor results for my child getting hit by there employee.
2nd time it happens when I call over and over again and they dont pick up. And im calling for guest service. Its really unbelieveable, unreliable, very disappointing. My card was used there and Im trying to get a hold but looks like its not happening.

Well I bought formula for my 2 month old and it made him sick. I thought it was the brand. No I look and its 2 months expired. I call customer service and not only was the guy unapologetic but he also hung up on me. I work with the publi amd know this is unacceptable and will tell every single person not to go to that location.

We like the food section but sadly all the full and empty food trolleys lying around the shop floor i even saw a lady pushing a pram around the store having to move them out of the way so she could pass through with her child in the pram i was unfortunately to far away to help her ive let the store know on numerous occasions about this but they just dont seem to care what we have to say
There are definitely better Target stores out there, but this location is the closest to me, so it works in a pinch.There is plenty of parking and traffic in and out is not crazy at all. This is a two story Target, so cart escalators!My biggest beef with this store is that the card section almost NEVER has the matching envelopes for the cards! I dont understand this. Do people go in and steal the envelopes? There have been so many times Ive had to just put cards back because I couldnt find an envelope that would fit the card anywhere. So annoying.
Came here so my gf could try on dresses for her graduation and was kicked out of the huge dressing room (with benches for sitting) like a criminal for not being female. Made me feel super awkward! Boo! Probably not employees fault (although rude) but this is a dumb policy. We are adults and its 2015.
This review is based on their slow, antiquated , computer systems that crashed 3 times and had me standing there 30 minutes trying to spend real dollars! And corporate knows it and has done nothing about it! The team there handled it with class, but they arent seeing any changes from on high!
This Target always seems in disarray and its layout isnt very intuitive. I frequently find myself circling the store two or three times because something on my list isnt in the department I was expecting. Ill go here if Im in the area, otherwise Id go to a different Target, if available.
Sony customer service couldnt help me with a DVD player issue but John at this Target store could and I really appreciate him going out of his way this morning to do so.
Countless amount of expired produce, the bakery is related, spills and filth everywhere. Sales person too busy to stop and answer a simple question. Liquor in every corner of store. The bald bearded guy Marcus looks angry all the time.
The team members at this specific location are always friendly and pleasant. This store has come a long way in the past 5 years as far as customer service is concerned.

The staffs are nice and the way they organize the store is easy to find things. Also the label for WIC at the shelves make it easy to notice.
Two story shopping with escalator & even a cart escalator! Convenient upper parking. Good selection in stock with a convenient Starbucks inside the store.

I was looking for a adult unicorn mask and after I found it here at Target,I started having difficulty in trying to adjust the straps to make it fit properly on my head.Imagine my surprise when a store employee came over and started helping me with the mask and I didnt even have to go looking for him for assistance in the first place!That really impressed me and thats why I am giving this Target 5 stars!
I wish the items were layed out differently....itd be alot easier to find what youre looking for.Also, there is a high turnover with ppl working the registers...ask one and youll get one answer ask another and its be something else. Many times ppl at the registers will say anything to shut you up...even when you know their answer is wrong. AND if you need to find an employee to assist you....youll be waiting forever. Alot dont even speak English very well...
Acknowledging Rick in the Optical Department for excellent customer service earlier today. Knowledgeable guy who should be running the department if not his own store.
Some of the prices seem very high compared to competitors. There was only one regular register open, the rest was self check.
This is a nice Target. Clean, has things in stock almost all the time. In-store pickup orders are really easy, too.
Always clean bathrooms, good customer service, and most cashiers are friendly and cool. Long lines for Starbucks, but that’s to be expected.
Bought prune juice couple days ago and found it was expired couple weeks ago. I guess its my mistake for not checking it. Wont buy any food related here anymore. Bad inventory management.
All around, Target is my favorite. The drive up service is the best. Everyone is professional and quick when I pick my items up.

Cant really speak highly of most Targets in Chicago. It mostly has to do with the types of customers at each location. People are generally inconsiderate and bitchy. The staff is usually indifferent and always leave carts in the way. Meh.

I am obsessed with Target in general. This isnt my favorite location because the layout of it is kind of strange and it seems like its always a little understaffed, but its convenient and nice enough.

Ceasars is gone from K Mart thats way too sad. Whoever ran it there did a bad job obviously. Most of the time they could not fill their orders anyways! Another draw to the store is gone.

Large parking deck available and two floors of merchandise (meaning if you know what floor youre headed for, you dont need to walk as far) make this one of the more convenient Targets to visit. Aside from that, its Target.

Its HUGE Target. Definitely a bit overwhelming, but it was worth the trip. A lot of options which was great. And they have their own parking lot underground.

Nice friendly staff -clean well laid out stores - can take your time or browse as much as you like !
Found some hand sanitizers here when it was scarcity a couple of months into the pandemic.

Under construction. The whole store is jacked up with signage missing and things out of place. Expect to wander the entirety of the store to find what you need...good for getting some cardio in!
The remodelling doesnt work for us. We were already comfortable with the previous set up now we spend more time looming for stuff we used to know where to find.

This place has the WORST customer service. I saw 2 toys that were on sale. Regular price $19.99 and there was a sticker on it that said now $9.99. I take it down to the cashier and the guy sends someone up to check the price. He tells me no there isnt any sticker up there. I said, well there is. He says, Well, I believe my guy.You serious?
Was,easy found the pick up area they scanned my bar code and gave me order quickly

Horrible customer service. Would not exchange defective merchandise with receipt within their return policy time limit. Never shopping at target again. Willing to drive extra mileage for wall mart.
This location is more close to me, but when I can I try to avoid this location. Sometimes employees follow you like if you are about to steal something and it makes it uncomfortable.

I heard very soon this target location in W Addision is opening TARGET OPTICAL next to the pharmacy in the store. That would be great not just for the store but for the whole community in the area.

This target does a confusingly bad job at keeping the shelves and goods stocked. Its really close to me and I wish they were a little more on top of it.
This Target was remodeled recently and looks great it was a little hard to find things because I did not know the new organization but the signs were helpful
Split level will a large selection in most things. Can be a bit crowded at times, parking can be a little difficult at peak hours
I can walk there in a minute, they have everything I need. In the rare case I cant find what Im looking for, there is usually an abundance of employees walking around that can help. The store is clean and kept care of. Its everything I expect from a target.
The store is well stocked and the CSAs are usually nice but its expensive and the people that shop there are rude. And parking is not great.

Is a good Target location with many good options available however it is kind of far out of the way and once you get to Addison all there really is not much else to it.

Change your hours of service. It says on here that youre open until 9 pm but Im sitting outside your doors and youre already closed.

2022-06-21When you are looking for a good place to go shopping Target is your place. They have pretty much a little bit of everything. They also have really affordable pricing and decent quality. I can always find things I need for clothing, electronics, office supplies and food. Target is an awesome store. Ive had a much better experience at this store than at others.

2022-05-19I’ve shopped at this target since 2013, and it’s a good target. It’s clean and there’s never an issue with being no carts. My issue with this place is the security. I brought my electric scooter in because I don’t lock my scooter outside, plus It was raining and I don’t want it to get soaked and it shorts out. The security told me I was not able to bring it in. Didn’t explain to me why, I even asked just because I did it before and no one told me anything. He was quite rude and i just asked if I could fold it up and just put it in a cart and he said I could do that. I only came in to get some fruits and by the time I came to the self check out to pay for my food, he brought out his asset protection team. I didn’t think too much of it since I knew I didn’t do anything, but they looked straight at me and once I paid I heard someone whisper “He’s good”. I never understood what made me suspicious of stealing something, but that judgement was poorly made. I know how Asset Protection works since I am in retail as well, and that was poorly done. Security needs to be trained better. Other than that, the store is okay, just need better training for the security.

2021-05-29I came here for an order pick-up. There are helpful employees here. Organized and big store. I was only at the pick-up service for less than a minute. Quick and efficient. On Saturdays, the best time to shop is between 2-4pm. Overall, if you are in the Avondale neighborhood, I recommend this Target.

2021-12-28This was wonderful! I parked, walked in, and was warmly greeted by a young man asking if I was picking up. He then asked my last name, and proceeded to get my package. I also was picking up an order for my daughter and he took care of that next. He was so polite and friendly and its the fastest service Ive ever had anywhere. I think I was in and out within five minutes, ten at the most. But more important than the time it took or how easy it was to get an item, was the friendly, helpful, young man who helped me. Im sorry I didnt get his name. Youre lucky to have him working for Target.

2021-08-07I wanna start off with thanking you guys for not only the awesome deals but the gift cards and free items that come with your sales they never disappoint. Anywho my oldest son is turning 5 in less than 2 months and wanted to start early on his Birthday gifts. I couldnt choose between GameStop and Best Buy for Switch games. But then I somehow forgot to look at your sales and what do you know you have a similar sale that GameStop had a week ago but better!. I ended up picking up Lego Incredibles, Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 and Cars 3 Driven to win. I believe Cars 3 was the free one. These 3 are for my son. As for myself I had to spoil myself with Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity. All in all I spent 82.83 with the help of a Gift card and merchandise card. I wouldve spent allot more elsewhere, walked out with a free game and a $60 game for less than $45 thank you for your sales as well on diapers the BEST sales Compared to Walmart. Buy 2 get one free was well worth it from the selections available. At that I was lucky enough to find them all in the same store as sometimes thats not possible depending on what your looking for.Edit 08/06/2021 I was in the store getting diapers and wipes after that purchase I was once again able to snag a $20 gift card. Went to the game isle looking for Mario Cart 8 and I run into this awesome Lamp sitting in a Random spot. Trying to get my Zelda collection going and was happy to see this had to take it home!

2021-05-31The curbside pick-up is Fast and so very convenient! I rarely need to go into the store anymore. My items are brought out to me moments after I arrive, the employee loads my vehicle, and Im off! Highly recommend.
