Very good Target in Bolingbrook. Very clean, and the staff is very accommodating to customers all the time. I would give it a 5 star review but they have been always been understaffed, and so wait times can be longer than they need to be. However I do enjoy coming here to shop or pick something up online at this location.
No issues with going to this target. Theyve definitely done a great job of updating the store. It is really clean and easy to find the items. The grocery section has really improved and they have all the different kinds of foods, even frozen and fresh produce like blueberries and strawberries. The parking is decent and its never really too full so you get a great spot. Bathrooms are always clean which is really helpful. Ive also purchased some items online and had it delivered to this store and they do a good job of handling the receiving although they do ask for an ID which is understandable. Ill for sure be coming back to this target location. Highly recommend this store. Youll find great deals o clearance too. The best part is the location since it is so close to all of the other shopping.
Come to this target every now and then, and every single time I come I always hear over the employee radios, or through coworker talk of this extremely rude manager, I feel sorry for these employees as dealing with customers alone is difficult but dealing with disrespectful management is absurdity. I believe this woman to be Vivian Garcia as when talking with any employee that name is always mentioned.
This is your typical Target store but I feel like the prices just keep going up. The store is well maintained and very clean, and the groceries are plentiful but if you’re coming here for groceries, expect to pay a pretty penny. Even the Target brand items are pretty pricy. Other than that it is a standard Target store. I enjoy the design and layout of the store and it is much more pleasant to walk around than the other big shopping stores. They really invested a lot into improving their online presence because they have a whole section for online pick up and drop off for returns. The electronics section is good but I feel like you can get most items way cheaper online. The best section is the clothing, I’ve bought many items from this store.
Very little stock, out of most things. Cashier was new, forgot to print the requested gif receipt, had to someone come over and show him how to print one. Worst of all he did not put my Christmas candy cane decorations on the counter for me to take, so in he confusion with the gift receipt, they were left at the store. When I called the store to find out if they were still there, I was disconnected after 6 minutes on hold after the representative said she would check. So I am out $20.00 plus tax. So your employees do not care about the customer and does not assist them.
This is a great target that has a lot of the more desirable home decor items, its also a super target so you can get some groceries and snacks.I tried the seafood dip which contains lobster. I never thought Id be eating seafood dip from Target but it was actually pretty good. I recommend it with pretzel thins.
This is a very clean & very organized Target. I absolutely prefer shopping at Target over Walmart. Walmart is so unorganized & has extremely heavy traffic. Target is very well stocked & organized & easy to find what youre looking for. Prices are not bad here either. And if you have a #RedCard for Target its even cheaper. Theres not much bad I can say about this store. Must practice social distancing & wear a mask. Must remain six feet from others.
The place was fine. Looked as a K Mart. In hopes of shutting down. I think a security guard that works there, and does security at Target. I like the place. I found some laundry basket, that was tagged five dollars. As I got to the register. I was charged 20.00 dollars. I didnt think twice about it. The laundry basket was fitted well. I liked another one. Yesterday I was chosse e. I was figuring if a laundry bag, can fit in the hamper, it would be lovely. The basket was all black. The other was linen material. I used a debet card. I know if I recieved my change back, in a return I would get, store creidit. Im happy with the buy. Met friendly staff and line waiting customers.
Not what i expected out of target. The store was clean and neat and not busy. However sometimes when it comes to customer pick up i dont know why they have the refund in the same area. Somehow i tend to get stuck behind the person who has a refund and does not understand why they cant get a refund and hold up thew whole line. Also side note you should not sell dented boxes and still charge full price and say thats just how it is. Im sure if i was bringing it back i would get questioned on why did I buy a dented package. Oh well maybe next time..
Purchased one item for $10.84 through the self checkout line. Screen comes up asking if you would like cash back. Pressed no. Next screen informs you to take your cash. No other options. Worker tells me I have to take it. I asked the manager to resolve this. He tells me he cannot void this. Asked them to close this checkout, still open. So, instead of a purchase totaling $10.84 , I have spent $50.84 today. With cash back back.
After waaaay too many unfounded, irresolvable error messages, one confusingly inconsistent out of stock notification and finally finding availability again but having to spam the place order button on the cartwheel app for half an hour, I was able to secure an order for the Animal Crossing Sanrio Amiibo cards. Nearly 2 hours later I was notified that they werent actually in stock AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY. This is a SHAMEFUL business practice. Target KNEW this was a highly demanded item and should have been much better prepared to fulfill orders, both with reasonable stock to accommodate demand and with actually functioning online order services to reflect the true reason for inability to order rather than an item is unavailable or cant be selected for the delivery method. It consistently said it was in stock and available for pickup when receiving the error message so clearly this was not accurate but how is the customer to know this if you do in fact actually get through to place an order??! Extremely frustrated and disappointed, this has me seriously doubting Ill shop at Target again as there are so many other options for the products they offer except in this very specific situation.
Everyone I came across was friendly and greeted me. The store was spotless and all of the employees wore their masks correctly. I had some difficulty with a self checkout sale, but Carmine (Carmile?) was super helpful and patient with me. A discount didnt show the up on one of the items I purchased, but he overrid the system with no problem. I picked out the wrong size in a pair of tights and Carmine watched my items while I ran to grab the correct size. At the beginning of the transaction, I overheard Carmine also helping another woman having trouble with her transaction. He was so helpful, patient, and definitely deserves some recognition for his excellent customer service!! This target is awesome. I wish I lived closer because I would shop here all the time! Great job everybody :)
I spilled while in the check out line. I apologized to the cashier. With great professionalism she replied it was ok and would take care of it. I was frazzled. Two employees came over and cleaned up my mess while I tried to pay. Being frazzled I couldnt figure out my Target app. Cashier helped me all the while talking calmly to my toddler and keeping her busy. As I was walking out, the security guy at the door noticed I left my kids sippy cup in the cart and tracked me down. Everyone was polite, helpful, calm, and understanding. I wanted to cry. I was very thankful with all of the help they provided. The experience could have been much worse.
It is quick and convenient to use the Target app to shop for either in-store or drive up pick-up. Just let them know when you are at the drive up parking spot and they come out in less than 5 minutes to deliver your purchase. Target employees are polite and efficient. Target has made a strong comeback compared to a few years ago. Great job, Target!!
Not feeling good today and A Family member wasnt able to help me today.. my first time during this. I was nervous at first. And not, Im all in.. However i will do this again. Great job with handling your food, and any item being purchased 👍.. kudos to Target Team members 👏 Job well done..
It’s ok if you place wrong items into the trunk for a drive up order. What’s not ok is telling customers that you have the correct items and asking them to wait when they try to return the incorrectly loaded items, then tell them you never had them to begin with and ask them to come into the store again for refund purposes. To make it more interesting, offer a gift card for the amount of the items and then put a small amount on the card at the last second. Bravo. Customer engagement manager agreed with me on issues but it’s corporate leadership that seems disconnected from the realities of the business, same as most other retail management teams.
The overall experience was great but during checkout I was looking at a Good & Gather two cheese pizza kit that I was going to buy and noticed that it had expired February 06, 2008. I also checked another Good & Gather product to find that it expired in 2020. Just a warning to check the dates before buying.
Checkout cashier absolutely personable lovely to speak with, a real personPhone staff beyond completely UNhelpfulCalled back 4 times after being disconnected while they said ‘give me a minute’All I wanted was the correction of a sale price on Mac n cheese how simple, a couple bucks and nothing dramatic.Instead I’m told absolutely nothing and now cannot even get through for anyone to answer a phone call.The in store staff were nicely doing all of their jobs well. Ive always been a fan of Target. Yesterday it was great to witness their dedication to our common fight against COVID19. They were serious about maintaining low numbers inside the store, guiding guests using directional tape in aisles, reminders of social distancing over PA system, and proving protection to their ever pleasant employees.
I shop at this Target every week. The staff at the service desk is very welcoming. I use Targets purchase online and pickup in store feature every week and they always grab the right items and get you going within minutes. For a store that has a lot of traffic they do a good job of keeping it clean and stocked properly. You wont be let down here.
You had what I needed. After running to other stores I found what I needed , had a friendly conversation with the cashier , she made me laugh.Even though I enjoyed talking to her we realized we could not change the world just us being better people with whom we encountered.
So Ive been going to this target for a long time because I live nearby I must say that it seems as though the last couple years the staffs helpfulness have declined. On my last three trips to this location I found a very unhelpful staff who act as though youre asking too much by asking them to do their job. The store is very clean and well stocked but with so much competition in town its really not a big deal to not shop here you would think management would push them to do better.
Although the drive up option doesnt seem to be available when placing on order from anywhere but your app (which needs to be addressed - its very confusing!) our Bolingbrook store was happy to accomodate me when I called to see if the order could be brought out to the car. The customer service was EXCELLENT!
I always love shopping at Target store in Bolingbrook. The staff are great and hard-working. But I get impatient when the merchandise that I love to purchase is not tagged with a price. The store is mostly clean and kept tidy. Except at the cafeteria, where the tables and floor are filthy. Otherwise, it is still a 5 start for everyone.
I picked up a top from a rack where everything was discounted, had it rung up and it wasnt discounted. I asked for a price check because the same item had multiples on that rack. Daisy checked it for me it wasnt on sale, okay no biggie but she was super rude about it. Not a great experience and not my fault that they were on the wrong rack.
Update: they were able to find my receipt after an hour and also gave me a $50 gift card for the inconvenienceHorrible customer experience I returned a phone over a month ago and now Verizon is charging me for the full price of the phone because target did not return the phone right. On top of that the customer service is very lacking save yourself the time and hassle go somewhere else!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars.
With online pickup/hold I don’t have to browse around the store looking at shelves for a registry item, only thing to make things faster is that waiting time can be a killer, specially there is only one cashier and more than 3 people in front, maybe if they assign one of the registers for online pickup would be faster
They refused to refund my out of the plastic Powerbeats Pro headphones, I just didnt like it and I have not used the headphones at all. It was just opened and they have refused to refund me for just taking off the plastic. They were not helpful at all and I feel disrespected. I talked to customer service and they said, I can still refund it.....so.....please fix your problem and your staff
I was shopping at this Target today and decided to grab a jacket b/c I spilled something on mine and it was cold out. I was wearing the jacket and after putting it on I had a couple associate ask me if they could help me with anything. On a normal day you can barely find help in this store and having worked in retail before I knew they were offering to help me because they felt I was preparing to steal something. As I was walking up to the register to pay for my stuff I heard the fast click-clacking of footsteps behind me and some woman came and asked me in front of several other customers if I planned to pay for my jack. When I showed her the tag sitting on the conveyer belt along with the other $75 worth of items I was purchasing. She just walked off and offer no form of an apology. For the sake of sounding like Douche Bag I would like say you probably shouldn’t judge a book by its cover b/c my yearly income is probably more than your entire staff put together and I can promise you’ll never get another dollar of it.
Horrible customer service. Came in during a non rush time at 330pm on a sunday. Went to look for a game as a gift.It was out if stock, was told it was sold late last night. Funny thing is i bought the console the day before in the morning and the same game was out of stock and wouldnt be getting in any shipments soon. Personally dont like the run around.Instead of offering to order the game. Was told to go to bestbuy or gamestop. By the older gentleman who worked there for 15 years.I dont expect a half ass walmart experience at target

2022-01-25Target has marketing down to a science. The shelves are neatly organized and displayed to encourage you to buy. The merchandise is trendy and on point. I love coming to this Target because the parking lot is easy to navigate and the self check out kiosks make check out fast. I always find something at Target!

2021-08-24This target is newly renovated and spacious. They are very well stocked and organized. They have many items I’ve looked for in other locations and couldn’t find! I came in looking for a birthday gift/Father’s Day gift and they had a stand with excellent selections! I highly recommend this location, Target is always amazing but this one is extra!Update: curbside pickup is awesome!

2022-05-03Wish Target would pay their employees more so they coule find the actual items in my store pickup. Did a pickup to prevent me from going in the store as an immune compromised individual. However, had to go in to find a necessary item [pictured below]. If I get a response to this from target I dont want to hear it unless you have raised everyones wages.

2022-05-03Mixed review because typically, my in-store experience is just fine. This gripe is about the pickup orders. I have had FOUR orders recently that were missing items. Most times it was grocery, but there were a few other items as well. This is extremely frustrating. On two separate occasions I have tried to call the store to complain, and have not been able to get an answer. I understand the pickup function is newer, and there is a learning curve, but please get your people trained properly. And please answer the phones…

2022-05-09Love shopping at Target!! Was able to get my GD the cutest looney tunes top plus other items for myself.Very clean store and helpful at customer service.I normally do store pick-up but it was nice to go inside the Bolingbrook store and see what is new being offered.Best place to grab a gift card for just about anything.Dont forget about the Circle Savings as I seem to always have some extra cash in my online account - dont need to have their charge to join!

2022-03-02Anytime i go in store i like to pick up starbucks on my way out, however due to the long wait times i haven’t been able to recently only to realize that its because they only have one person running the entire cafe by themselves. my drinks are always perfect and the baristas are friendly but seeing a young girl/guy alone with a line of people taking orders and making them is gross negligence on management and i am disgusted that Target will allow this

I wanted to buy 3 toddler biked and was calling 45 MINUTES TO SEE IF they have them in stock but NOONE WOULD ANDWER A PHONE. Why have the option if all you do is ignore. Taking my business elsewhere

2018-03-30Recently renovated Target to a more modern, rustic new look. I have always been a Target lover.We could shop there for hours on end. Food, snacks, milk, yogurt, eggs, processed & dry foods, women clothing, womens athletic clothing, womens shoes, mens clothing, baby everything section, toys section, home decor, towels & bedding, pharmacy, toiletries, beauty products, movies & music. Love it all. Highly recommended.The lines for checking out were not long either.
