It was alright, but the meat doesnt taste like it did 10 years ago.
Customer service is lacking at this store. Food, well it is Taco Bell you get what you pay for.
I used the kiosk right in front of the door to order, ordering items listed as most popular without customizing. Then proceeded wait for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff. When they did notice they admitted to have not starter working on my order. The manager refunded me without me requesting but I would have just preferred my food faster. I enjoy Taco Bell and the food I received was good but I wouldnt trust this location to prepare your order timely or correctly.
We waited in line for over an hour with two mobile orders and one in-car order - they refused to take the in-car order and one male employee was extremely rude, telling us they were about to close even though we had been here prior to closing. This isn’t the first time this has happened. We still had to wait several minutes at the window for our mobile orders. At least our orders were correct. The lady at the window was cool, though. Good for her. If I could leave a review with no stars, I would. 😎
Susan S. Was one of the nicest employees I have encountered at any restaurant since the beginning of the pandemic. She was accurate, informative on a question, spoke clearly and joyfully on the intercom. I have not looked forward to returning to a restaurant in a long time (even 100% boycotted anyone else making my food for a short period because of a bad experience elsewhere) but I am excited to frequent there more often! Finally a restaurant that has not only good food in a clean environment but also excellent customer care, they appeared to have it all for the value and best possible overall experience!

It was very busy on a beautiful Friday afternoon during stay-at-home. Everyone had on ppe and were doing contactless customer service. Food was good as usual.

Probably the worst experience Ive had in a while. For some reason tonight it was slammed (no big deal) took 35 mins from the time I ordered until I got some of my food, they didnt give me 3 of my items, I only realized 2 items were missing while we were there, had to wait another almost 10 mins for my quesadillas. The burrito was made completely wrong & all of the hard shell tacos were completely soggy & looked like someone purposely smashed them to pieces before they got soggy. I dont mind waiting a while for my food, however when I do I expect it to be fresh & made correctly.

Most times its like an other Taco Bell. Basic and good. Ordered DD pickup. Long story short, called the store, was sent through drive through, my food sat for 45+ minutes on their counter (I could see it from when I first pulled up to ask them to bring it out) I asked if it was fresh and was told maybe, probably. Got home. All food was cold, missing a drink, tacos made wrong. Staff seemed angry at each other/the customers in line.I got a refund from DD. This isnt an Ill intent for a refund or anything. This is 100% a warning/heads up. 85% of the time its normal. 15% its absolute hell.
These people are always friendly, courteous and just a refreshing bunch of helpers doing a great job! Definitely the best fast food CREW to enjoy a meal with.
I really wish that they would bring back the Mexican pizza and stop running out
I HATE beans, and asked for a rice substitute in my burrito. Instead they subbed out the meat for rice, and I got a mouthful of foul beans. Very disappointed in that. But the rest of our food was correct and delicious.
It disappointed had to go through the drive-through twice forgot my Twist and not to mention I got home They forgot a beef burrito went back asked for it to be grilled and when I opened up the bag it was not grilled very disappointed poor very poor service I recommend do not eat there had to go through the drive-through twice and still could not get my order right they need better management and workers that actually care

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. My orders are always made right and the food is always hot. Great employees and the restaurant is always clean when I go in. This taco bell isnt greasy and gross like many others I have been to. The wait times in the drive through are never ridiculous either, I usually wait about 4 or 5 minutes.

Ordered a crunchwrap Supreme meal and it was supremely disappointing 😞 it was nothing but sour cream and tomato. I later discovered they were (out of) beef but instead of telling me,they just served it without the meat! I threw it out my window. 🤷♀️

I got nachos belgrande & it taste like someone had salted it heavily. Also there were no napkins in the bag & I had asked for sauce & none in the bag. She also didnt give me a straw for my drink. This was the 2nd time that happened. Very frustrating
We stopped at this Taco Bell one morning on a whim. The young girl that took our order was very patient and very helpful. Good food. Great price. Well worth it, and as seniors, the drink was free. That was in Decatur, Illinois.
This place is seriously struggling. 2x now (1 inside, 1 drive through) in the past 2 weeks Ive been here OVER 30 minutes to get food. For 2 people. And still jacked up both orders.
Great staff and low wait times. Very VERY rarely get an order wrong. The drive thru is very fast and the speaker is loud (which is rare to be honest). The inside of the restaurant is always clean and smells nice. The staff are always very nice and dont seem rushed or agitated.
Started order right, was half way through, then had someone scream “is that all through the microphone” in the middle of my order forgot several things on and still didn’t get it right the second time, not very happy will never be going back to this location!!!
Its Taco Bell, so its not fine dining or anything, but we always get quick service, our orders are right and its a generally good time. We come here a lot and rarely, if ever, have any problems. The other day for the first time, they lost our order, but once we pointed that out, they did everything in their power to make it right. I was pretty impressed.
Im not a huge fan of their food. But my kids love it. Huge menu!! Tons to choose from!! Nice people taking orders and cashing you out!! Their breakfast I think is much better than their lunch!

Not every employee, but most of them are extremely rude!! Something is ALWAYS wrong with our order!! And the tacos i just received, were literally squeezed so hard, their finger imprints were clearly visible!! I asked for extra sauce, I was given two!! We ordered a bunch of food from this place and everything was messed up the things I wanted them to put in nothing was added everything was missing and none of the burritos were grilled properly they were undercooked and I called them and I asked them that nothing is cooked properly things are missing and they hung up on me the lack of management and the mess that’s in the store it’s so dirty nothing is clean none of the employees even take responsibility of anything and no one‘s telling them to do anything I don’t know where the manager or anyone’s at I think everyone’s just going with the flow no one really cares just letting things happen and letting it go no responsibility at all
Unreal. Last 2 orders have been missing items. And these are orders placed THROUGH THE APP. It’s not like something was missed in ordering. Never going here again; we will go to the one in Forsyth.

Everytime I ask for a doritos locos with no lettuce, they seem to forget theres other fillings besides just meat & cheese like tomatoes & sour cream, that just goes to show you how chinchey they are on their meat & cheese & other fillings. 😡
If I could give zero stars I would. I just waited for over 30 min at the Taco Bell on Pershing. Just to get cold , old and soggy food. Also the food we got was completely wrong. So ridiculous.
You should know what to expect when you go to a Taco Bell. Also you should always check your order before you leave any fast food establishment; they are moving quickly through orders and to make mistakes is human nature. Its good, fast food.
Friendly service, great food but lately Ive had problem with supreme item no sour cream or tomato and have to go back with the food and receipt before they will correct their mistake. It always happens when I use the drive thru. Has gotten so bad I contacted their home office in Louisville KY.
This taco bell location is definitely decent. The interior is kept clean, and is one of the more modern TB layouts. Service is good, not great... But, no complaints from me.
Waited in line close to 45 min and all of the tacos were made poorly. You can tell it was thrown together quickly, More on the paper than in the shell.
Taco Bell is Taco Bell, there isnt much else to say. The food is good (depending on what you order) and has really good prices. The service was also good, the employees were nice and the food was hot and ready rather quickly. I would definitely suggest this to anyone whos hungry and on the go, or low on money, its good food for a really good price
The food was better than other Taco Bells. The staff however wasnt very inviting and the area near the counter smelled like actual garbage. Maybe it was just a bad night but the food was the only good part of the experience.

Not as good as the other taco bells in the area but Im pretty sure they open sooner and close later so I cant complain since I work night shift. There is one worker who makes me avoid eating there. You dont want to know why. The drive thru employees are always very pleasant.

Order was just wrong.. not made correctly. There was lettuce in everything I ordered even though nothing I ordered comes with lettuce. I didnt receive everything I paid for. Very unhappy.
I go there once a week and second week in a role didnt get my order right . Dont check it tell I get home and then it make you mad guess need to check it before leaving drive up.call to tell them and they dont need to get and attitude with me. Love me some taco bell but need to fix something there.

Every single time we come, without fail, they have messed up the order someway, somehow. Missing food, wrong food, wrong drinks, wrong order, wrong something. Every time. It is a disappointment every time, and for 30-40 bucks each time? The Forsyth one is so much better, politer, and very rarely gets our order wrong. The longer drive is worth it!
Placed my order and was still waiting 15 minutes later...meanwhile 6 cars pulled in thru the drive thru and got their food before me. Not the first time, guaranteed to happen again.

I just went to get food here and the experience was terrible. The person making the food was disgusting she wiped the dirty counter top off with the gloves she used to make the food, aftering wiping off the counter she continues to use the same gloves to make more food. Thats not the only thing the tacos she was making werent on paper so she slided the food over the counter top while there other food particles on the counter. A small bag of nacho chips spilled while on the counter instead of throwing them away and grabbing new ones she sweeps it back into the bag..... least to say its disgusting and I will take my business else where

Usually good. Sometimes there are messups which happen. But I religiously go here and if I dont my roommate does. Its the only taco Bell I really would recommend going to in town.

I have ate there 4 times this year. And all 4 times i have gotten food poisoning. I just went last night and now i have it again. Im reallly done with this taco bell. If you hate your job so much to where you dont want to follow instructions you need to leave. Rude employees and contaminated food.
Lobby floor is dirty& greasy you sliding while walking.The tables all have crumbles on them none has been wipe down at all.Since the lobby was empty why are tables dirty?
Went through the drive up a few nights ago and the cashiere was using a box to take your money and to give you your change,it wasnt very easy to dig your change out of that box and every single person who came through the drive up stuck their nasty hands in that box as well,love their tacos but wont go back till things return to mormal

Taco Bell is always good for a quick late night bite to eat. This location always has fresh taco shells, which is nice because Ive noticed that some of the other locations dont always have the freshest taco shells. I ordered soft tacos and a double decker taco, which is my go to. My boyfriend ordered nachos bellgrande and a soft taco.
Absolutely horrible. Wouldnt EVER spend a dime there again . Just like every restaurant everything in the bag and when I get home I find nothing in the bag but nasty tacos with no sauce .
The lady that took our order was rude, they were out of Baja Blasts and Dr. Pepper, and they didn’t have churros. And the lady didn’t even tell us they didn’t have churros until we had to ask if she put it on our order. What kind of Mexican restaurant doesn’t have churros? Unbelievable. Smh... 😑

All the time we go there they are always out of something , so. When we get to pay for our stuff .the cashier TELL us they dont have tortilla shells for our salad or burritos shell for our burritos. We are just are not going there any more. We went there 4 times a week after work.

2022-05-09Taco bell. What can you say? The food is always fine, the service at this one was better than most, but it still took a long time to get through the drive through. After getting home, we did notice that two of the three hard shell tacos were broken. All in all, its a taco bell.

2021-12-04Had to wait a few minutes to order in person, even though we were the only ones waiting at the counter. Food was good, although we were shorted 3 items. Floor, including the bathrooms, was extremely slick. Extremely slick, so slick that it took me quit a while to get enough traction to be able to open the bathroom door.

2019-03-29Service at this location is generally good. The restrooms and dining area are generally clean. The staff is usually friendly. My biggest complaint is that the menu seems to change weekly and items come and go, but that is a Taco Bell wide problem. I do wish they were open earlier for breakfast.
