The service, personality, held and everything was absolutely terrific. Drew, Dani, Robert and Gio were beyond helpful and because of their help we upgraded 2 phones and purchased a tablet. Would highly recommend this store if your planning on switching or starting your service with sprint. Just went to sprint store and bought 4 samsung galaxy s6.Giovanni Voce took care of me with the help of Dani Leptich.My experience was great,and done in a timely manner.I had been coming in for months waiting to get a good deal andfinal got one that worked for my family.The Customer service at this store is top notch and I would recommendthat people visit this store. fast,friend, service.Job well done.

I went into this store today after making a dumb mistake of forgetting my pin for my account. Thus locking myself out of my account. Sam and Drew knew exactly how to get me access to my account again and assisted me with making my payment for my bill so nothing was late. I would definitely recommend going into this store and asking for Sam or Drew for any issues or concerns

Very nice people work here. But me and a friend went into this location twice to see how much was left in his phone payments for his Galaxy Note 5 and both times we went in 2 different people told us that we owed $287. So we transfered the number to my Verizon account. After transferring the number we came to find that he ACTUALLY owed $419. That is a $132 difference. NOT very happy at the moment.
Dont go to the store in Kenosha in Pershing Plaza! They are thieves. Come to this location!!

2022-04-25First off, if youre looking for good customer care your best bet is to go to the Antioch location off 173. Round Lake, Spring Grove, and Fox Lake have continually let me down in the past which is what led me to make this store my permanent go to. The staff has always been helpful, patient, and courteous along with having the knowledge on products in order to best serve you and find the phone that fits your needs. Israel and Dylan took their time while talking to me on the phone before I came in, and the same when I did come in. I am extremely happy with the purchase I made, feeling 100% confident in my decision to switch from Android to Apple. The store is clean and always in order, I recommend this location based on all of these factors above, no doubt about it!

2022-06-23This review is for T-Mobile as a whole and not this specific store. 0 Stars for T-Mobile across the board. T-Mobile charged me an extra $220 in Feb2022 and I have been on the phone over and over, it is JUN2022 now. I’ve called customer service, they have promised to send a check to my house, but no check comes. They’ve promised to refund the amount to my bank account within 24 hours, but nothing is refunded. The people promised to process my refund aren’t sending the “form” to the offsite processing site, which has no phone number or email address or location that can be shared. I can’t get a phone number or email for anyone at customer service so every time I call I start all over. They promised to process a new refund (so where are the refund already in process?). Don’t get involved with T-Mobile, they are not concerned with customer satisfaction.

2022-01-13I happened to stop in to the T-Mobile store near the Antioch Walmart and was greeted by Bill and Kurt. I have never had a better experience anywhere else Ive gone for cell phone related purposes. They were nothing but respectful and did not talk to me like I was an idiot, like some stores tend to do. When I left the store I also left with a phenomenal package for my home Wi-Fi. The prices and equipment are nothing but amazing. But, I would have to say the best part of it all was the amazing customer service I got from these guys. If youre looking for new phone services, a new phone, or Wi-Fi at home which by the way you can also travel with, I would definitely recommend going to the T-Mobile store near the Antioch Walmart. I would not recommend going to the store by Piggly Wiggly because you will not get the same amazing Services I got today. I will recommend the store to anybody and everybody and I will definitely be back there!!

2021-12-24Unqualified employees. I went in yesterday to upgrade phone and trade in my old one. Paid device protection for 2 years on it and they refused to get me a deal on the trade in or take the phone because there was a small amount of swell in the battery. I walked out went to US cellular and got a great deal with them. I was with Tmobile for 8 years. That was a pathetic experience

2021-08-06I have been a regular at this store for years since it was a sprint location. for the past few years this store has struggled with poor management, but my recent experience with Kurt and Kane showed me this has changed. Some of the best customer service I have ever received with Sprint or T-Mobile

2021-07-15After having dealt with ATT going into my account and taking a payment without my approval and THEN having them acknowledge that they made an honest mistake, we decided to dump ATT after 14 years. Friends were highly recommending T-Mobile, so we checked it out and found that they were markedly cheaper, had better plans, better trade-ins on older phones and NO CONTRACTS. So, we did a search and found the folks on E. Route 173 in Antioch, IL. We had the good fortune of meeting and working with Bill and Jace. Really nice guys and they were extremely professional in their presentation of the different plans, phones and general conditions of the T-Mobile, so it was easy to move forward and change over from ATT to T-MOBILE. Bill and Jace clearly laid out any next steps we had in turning our phones and setting up our new phones. It was a breeze, which is saying something because the process is packed with great options for us to choose from.In closing, we HIGHLY recommend that you switch to T-MOBILE if you are unhappy with your current provider..... AND.....dont think twice about where to go to get new phones and new Cell service from Bill and Jace at T-MOBILE on Route 173, in Antioch, IL.Thanks, again, Bill and Jace for a great experience! You gents, rock!PS The performance we are experiencing from our new phones and T-MOBILEs superior service is really great. Our old ATT service was slow, slow, slow and (in some cases-in other parts of the country), barely working.
