WORTH THE COST (If you are in a hurry). We used Swift Passports when we had a trip that was 2 weeks out and no passport. Not only did the passport get done in 4 business days, Rob and his team were AMAZING to work with. I personally dont trust the mail system so I took all the proper paperwork downtown to their office! It was so easy and so stress free for a situation that could have been very stressful. 10/10 recommend this service if you need your passport expedited!!**If you want a seamless process - READ the check list. It has so many details on how to go about the forms and tells you exactly what you need.**Pro-Tip: You can pay via credit card if you go to the office (you dont need to have separate checks for the state and the service being done.).

This service is awesome and exceeded my expectations...During this very weird travel time Rob and Laurie personalized my experience and aided me in my renewal. From start to finish their web site was easy to navigate and they were always available for questions. While a few of my friends were waiting months to have their passports processed, Swift expedited my passport renewal in less than a month. During this difficult time regarding travel and health and safety issues, I was very concerned about the possibility to continue working abroad. I had done everything I could think of to do on my own regarding a new visa application and was really struggling to make progress beyond immediate forms (like those available through consulate websites).I had even contacted several other agencies around the consulate location-all of whom told me even though I had all my documentation ready that getting a new visa would be impossible in the current state of the world. After waiting nearly 11 months, Im happy to say that Swift was able to secure my visa and I will be able to return to my job abroad soon.The team and consultant that I worked with were extremely polite and punctual, even during such difficult times. They are kind and helpful in every way, giving clear instructions and reassurance that they will do everything possible to make sure their customer is taken care of. The service is pricey, however it is exceptionally good and I believe its worth it for the peace of mind that it gave me. Thank you Rob!
Absolutely amazing experience with Swift, even in the midst of a pandemic! All of my questions were answered, and trust me I had a lot of them! Most questions were answered via email without a few hours, and always within 24 hours (sometimes even on weekends). The whole process of getting my visa was seamless. Very clear and organized process and list of all the required documents I needed to submit - and from the time I mailed my paperwork to the time my visa arrived at my home was just about a week! Thank you Swift services, definitely highly recommend for anyone needing to get a visa.

This was my 2nd experience with Swift Passport and everything went smoothly and in a timely fashion. Swift has earned my trust and future business and would not hesitate to recommend them to other people. Ive especially been very happy with Shaina Florence and her diligent efforts to make sure my Visa applications were processed in a timely manner. Often times the travel planning process can be stressful with lots of moving parts, but Shaina takes the worries off the table.
We recently needed to get a new child passport for our daughter before we left for Toronto. Our travel plans were made on the fly and we needed to get her passport as quickly as possible. We decided to use Swift and were able to get everything done in one day. They took the time to answer several call, emails, and addressed a few freak outs from us. In the end, we got what we needed when we needed it. Their team is really helpful and understands the hassles travelers can go through. I will use Swift again and encourage others to do the same!
Swift Passport Services is nothing but the BEST! My passport was expiring in the midst of COVID and they managed to get it renewed even when the Passport Agency was 1.43 million behind in processing. Laurie is extremely knowledgeable and I have the utmost confidence in her. If anyone can get your passport or visa, Laurie can! Worth every penny of the reasonable fee. And she’ll even hold your hand (virtually, of course.)
Swift Passport Services is not only good, they went beyond the call in helping me get a visa for China. I spoke with them numerous times and had a lot of questions, and they were very patient. They could not have been more helpful. The best part is that they are in the same building as the Chinese consulate, which helped immensely. If you need a passport or visa, I highly recommend them based on my experience.
I contacted Swift less than 48 hours before our scheduled departure to Mexico. Although all of their spots were already taken, the customer service rep who answered the phone gave me some clues as to how to proceed on our own and we were able to get our passport in time for our trip. Her help was invaluable to us and certainly above and beyond the call of duty. The next time we need a passport expediter, we wont hesitate to call Swift.
We had an opportunity to travel out of the country but realized our passports were expired and thought we wouldnt be able to go. After a quick online search I found Swift. We used their 4-6 business day service. They were great about status updates and easing my worries when I called them to get some reassurance that we could have our passports on time. They obtained the passports for us in 4 business days and overnighted them to Utah a couple days before our departure date. Nice people and a company that delivered as promised. I highly recommend them if you need passports in a hurry.

I needed a first-time passport for a work trip on very short notice - I called them on a Wednesday and was leaving for my trip two Fridays from then (not even 1 1/2 weeks). When I called and gave them my timeline, they told me exactly what to do and how long of a processing time to select.Since this is a complicated process, I called at least 10 more times asking all sorts of questions and with multiple issues. Each time, I spoke with a different representative but they were all extremely knowledgeable and helped me figure it out every time!I dont recommend waiting until the last minute to get a passport, but if you cant avoid it then I would recommend Swift. And if you have any questions AT ALL, dont hesitate to call them!
Writing this review on behalf of Michael P. Rhoades. Mr. Rhoades had a very pleasant experience with Swift Passport Services. Their service was phenomenal! They were always friendly, and efficient. Despite the pandemic Mr. Rhoades passport arrived promptly.
This service was really good. Highly recommend it. They made the process of getting the PU visa to China fast and easy! It took less than a week and Laurie was so helpful. Visa and plane ticket in hand already!
Andre was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Without his help we would have made numerous trips to the consulate in Chicago. Instead we were in and out in an hour and had our visas available in two days. Friendly and professional. Worth every penny.

We use Swift for our China visas. They pay close attention to detail and always deliver on time. Price wise, they cost significantly less than some of the bigger companies like CIBT. Really happy I found them and will be a forever client.
I sincerely wished I knew about this little company right down the hall from the PRC Visa center. There is a computer with the Chinese Visa (v2013) application already on-screen, they offer passport-style photo services, plus copying and printing for any documentation, for a fair price.If I could remember the names of the two helpful ladies I dealt with, I would mention names. But the service was great, the employees were nice, and the ability to have my Passport shipped back to my house saved me money, compared to staying in some of the pricey, nearby hotels.Coming from suburban Michigan was a sticker shock on some of the local stores and hotels, so the service fee to fetch, and then ship, my Passport for me really did save me money, lol.I also greatly appreciate that Swift Passport Services does not mirror the hours of operation for the PRC consulate, which are genuinely irritating to deal with. Especially when your contacts in China are 12 hours apart, so contacting people in China after a Visa problem takes an actual entire day.Thanks again! I really wish I knew about these guys there, I wouldnt have been panicking about the inane nuances the Consulate requires if I knew you were there to begin with!
They claim that generally U.S. passport offices take a relatively long time to provide a passport, and they mention two weeks as an example. Actually, the U.S. government offices in many locations provide same-day passports for those who are traveling that afternoon or evening, or the next day. I have used that service! The service and reliability in the governments Manhattan office is excellent, and of course the cost is far less than using any of the private companies for the same service.
I called Swift after reading great reviews and the woman on the phone was pleasant about coming in, making clear what I needed to complete beforehand. I completed everything, went in, and they explained that I still had to go to a passport facility, then come back to them, but more or less have the usps sign a sheet allowing them to handle my information, legally. In essence, they are an extra step (and charge) for the promise of being faster. I get it, its business. When I clarified that they admitted as much, but assured me that if I went through usps expedited I would likely NOT get my passport in time (end of May). That was April 24th.April 25th I went to usps, and went through everything, then asked her about service/speed. She was aware of what Swift said about usps being slow, etc and very candid, including the ability to track progress through usps. I opted to risk it with USPS.Its May 6th, and I have my passport. I am sure Swift is good, especially if you believe the pitch and have nothing to compare to. I am thrilled with 11 days, and the ability to track it through the system. I also like prefer transparency over sales pitch.

Im going on my honeymoon and realized my passport was expired. They delivered with their promise! Awesome people to work with, everything on their website is true, and they dont have hidden fees. You can actually go there in person too if like me, you dont trust shipping your info. I highly recommend if you are in a bind and need to expedite your passport!

I had forgotten my passport expired and needed a quick turn around for a trip to Europe. The instructions were easy on their site and I printed off all the forms I needed so the drop off was quick and they had my passport ready within 2 weeks. Would recommend.

Overall, the process took much longer than it should have and was far more complicated than it should have been. See below.TLDR; AVOID AT ALL COSTSThe company wastes your precious time. The company asked me to send a photo of my passport and a headshot, and I complied. The company asked for a new photo of my passport and a new head shot photograph. So I retook the images and sent them to the company.1. I spoke with an idiot named Darryl on the telephone. Darryl cant explain to me why the new photos are not adequate. Darryl gets upset and hangs up on me because I am being hard on him.2. Ask to speak with the manager Shannon. Shannon leaves 15 minutes before the office closes. Go figure.3. I am amazed that this company has such high reviews as it is worse than dealing with the foreign governments themselves.
I went there after applying for my family’s China visa. They are very nice and it is so convenient that they can pick up the passport and mail them to you! The picking up fee is 55 for the first passport and 10 for each additional, and mailing fee is 20.
Laurie guided me through getting a 1-day passport flawlessly. Amazing service, immediate replies to emails, gentle correcting of mistakes. I unreservedly, highly recommend Swift.

I have never done business with this company, and I never will! After receiving at least 10 unsolicited email advertisements asking to UNSUBSCRIBE multiple times... I still get their solicitations to multiple addresses (In the same company) they just wont stop! Personally I wont buy from Spammers, never did, never will! Get a clue and change your ridiculous high pressure advertising programs and respect the unsubscribe request.
Fabulous service. I live in Missouri. Its hard for me to go back to the Chinese consulate and get the documents back in 3 days. This company picked up my documents and sent to me in time as they promised. I am so glad I found them!
I would give 0 star if its possible. Never print anything there! They charged $1/page and dont refund even when the printing is out of format and unusable. Fedex down at the corner was much much better!

They hold up the line for passport pick ups. They have a stack of passport slips and half of them are unable to be picked up. It’s horrible and rude. They should come in afternoon when it is less busy, but no during the peek is when they choose smh

2022-06-30I had never had a passport and was given the opportunity to go out of the country. I have terminal cancer so I am trying to check things off my bucket list. I needed the passport within 2 weeks to be able to go so I found Swift. The process was made so easy for me. Not stressful and extremely quick! I got my passport in time for my travels!!! Laure Lee was very helpful in answering all my questions and keeping me informed as to where we were at in the process. I am extremely grateful for her and Swift Passport Services to allow me to make this happen!

2022-02-10I would like to commend Swift Passport Services for their great customer service in regard to my passport renewal. Instead of making separate trips to get my passport photo taken and to have FedEx mail my passport and documentation to the government, Swift took care of everything at their office on Erie. You can bring your completed forms, or you can fill them out at their office if you need help (they have a few computers on site for customer use.) The peace of mind of knowing that they would help expedite the process and track the progression was well worth the price. I was thrilled to receive my new passport in just over 3 weeks, when I had only requested 4-6 week turnaround. Thank you Shaina and Andre, for your help!

2022-01-31Normally, I never write reviews but I feel with the amount Laurie did for me that it is only right I do so. I was extremely stressed out about getting my D-2 student visa to Korea because my Korean university hadn’t sent the documents until last minute and the extra verification it takes when being mailed to the Consulate as opposed to being hand delivered was going to take longer than I had, but I live in Minnesota and the Consulate is in Chicago.. I would have had no option but to go through the verification. I googled visa services and i’m so glad I went ahead and emailed Laurie. Thanks to her handling my visa at the Korean consulate in Chicago directly, my visa arrived after just 1 week. To put the time difference into perspective, my friend mailed her visa application from Minnesota to the Consulate and it arrived on January 5th, began being reviewed on the 13th, and she didn’t receive it in the mail until the 23rd. From the time she sent it to the time she received it, it took 18 days. I mailed my visa application to Laurie on 18th, the consulate began reviewing it on the 21st, and by the 29th, my visa and passport were already in the mail. From the time I mailed it to the time I received it, it took 11 days. Going through Laurie’s service saved me an entire week and her customer service was just phenomenal! She guided me through all the steps and always answered my questions in a SWIFT (pun intended) manner. Though it is a bigger cost to send to Swift rather than directly to the Consulate, I am extremely relieved I made the choice and I will definitely be recommending people to Laurie and her team. Thank you so much!!

2021-09-15I was very stressed about the process of the expediting my child’s passport as I did not want to make any mistakes- Swift was so amazingly helpful in a timely manner. I spoke with an employee through email and by phone and they were always so courteous and helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid despite all my silly questions. I even accidentally called the employee on their day off and they still were happy to assist me. The passport came through right away, much to my relief. I would recommend Swift to anyone and everyone!! Thank you, Swift !!!!

2021-04-02My entire experience with Swift was phenomenal. I needed to expedite (4-6 weeks) my passport renewal for an upcoming trip. With all of the craziness COVID has caused, I was nervous that my passport would get lost in the shuffle, so I looked to Swift for help.Swifts website has all sorts of helpful information, and there are very clear instructions on what documents are required for renewal.From a service standpoint, Laurie was absolutely wonderful! She was very patient with me, answered all my questions, and was great about letting me know what to expect and when. Quick response times, too. Ive already recommended Swift to my friends and will absolutely use them in the future. Thanks, Laurie!
