I ordered a gasket for my gas cap of which the cap isnt even made any more except by the dealer and the gasket fit better than the OEM version.
My partner use to go with these guy for a problem with the steering sistem he replace twice $100 each timewith Swedish partsWe diside to check out our selfs at home and it was the rackinpinion and pinionThese guy was our friend Alex from RussiaAnd other time we went with a Volvo xc90 2004 told us that we need it egine mount right side a part for the strut assembly stabiliser Bar right side spend $270 when we trident to put the parts they did not fit the strutThe egine mount did not fit the stabiliser Bar was mal fiction he told us that he want it to buy the car from us because it was to much for us $$$ well we came back after buying and trying the parts at homeAnd he refused to give us our money backHe said he did not care what we doSo we leftOur lesson was that we we buy parts at linconwood imports there are 5 location nation wide legit parts after marketAnd the sale to the public great price 1/2 of what you pay at the dealerAnd lifetime warrantyThe also have bmw,Mercedes,audi,and moreAnd make sure you Chek your local junk yardsWhere if the part does not work in your car they will give you your money back 30 daysto all good Luck with your carAnd remember buying cheap not always is good some time you waste time ,moneyBuy the right parts and get it done once ..And Alex karma is a bichNo wonder you always in need of $$$

2022-02-09Bought a part from Alex, which I received fine. Didnt need the part and returned it and requested a refund. Called to check on it since I shipped it UPS and Alex was very rude, condescending, and talks the same time you are talking. ZERO customer service. I filed a complaint with my credit card company to get my refund and I will get any future parts from other companies. Buyer Beware and watch out for Alex who has no integrity nor follow up. Alex is the owner apparently and then responds to his own reviews saying he was in the office when the call happened and from his perspective it was fine. Also, try to state that the accent was the problem but it wasnt. Of course he was because he was the one on the call! This guy is the ultimate narcissist and manipulator and has deceptive behavior. Check out his horrible reviews on Birdeye.com. Terrible review in the last 6 months which confirms my experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

2021-10-05Ive been going here for my Swedish car parts since I bought my first Volvo many years ago. Just finishing complete brake job on my 1993 Volvo 940 wagon. I got my Girling calipers, rotors, hoses and pads from Alex. Im fortunate to live close enough (an hour) to go there to get my parts. Always a pleasure to do business with Alexander. Next project will be the 850R seat covers for my 97 Volvo T5 wagon. Thanks!!!

2021-07-26Looking forward to my first experience with them and get my car out on the road this weekend only to receive one of the two bulb holders i ordered. Literally had to just grab two instead of one. Spoke to someone named Alexander in the warehouse who said theyll ship another but couldnt give me a sort of verification or order number for the missing part. A week into my first purchase and im not feeling great about coming back. Well see if this bulb holder shows up.*update* they quickly got me my missing part and sent me an extra with it. Im happy, the volvos happy, thanks guys!

2022-02-09Last guy with my overdrive solonoid for my 940 I could find lucky he was local. Not only did he have the part at a fair price, but he showed me how to Install it.

2020-02-18Purchased a brand new headlight off Ebay, part was broken upon arrival. Seller offered to refund me or send repair kit which enatails opening a sealed beam. Says has no more to swap it but has active listings on EBay. When I left negative feedback, wrote to me to tell me he hoped I felt better and that he didnt need to respond to me anymore now that I left the feedback. Wow. Professionalism at its best. Whomever responds to customers is arrogant and claims doesnt have to be professional because they are human. At $1000 a pair of headlights, you cant afford to be anything less than professional.

2018-05-02Poor customer service. Ordered Interior trim and the color is not even close to the original. I understand parts fade, but the color variation of my old and new piece are not even close.Response to below comment: The sales person I talked to was snarky when I called about the color variation. He listed a whole host of reasons why I shouldnt return the part. By the time I ship it back, pay your restocking fee, etc. I would only recoup about 2/3 of the cost of that part. Not worth it. So for your inconvenient service and shoddy part you get 1 star.

2016-02-06I purchased a left side headlight lens. It arrived quickly. The lens fit perfectly and is obviously of excellent quality. I look forward to buying from Swedish Car Parts again as I maintain my 1993 245 Classic Wagon.
