Everyone there is super helpful, they keep a personal connection with customers. They know who I am and what products I use. The type of service you dont really find much anymore. Its great that there is still a store that cares about its customers.
Koi and Baylee were so knowledgeable and helpful. They took their time and explained things and let us taste product before we purchased. Top notch clean place and will continue to go back. Staff makes you feel welcome and truly excited about the products.
Nothing but positive things to say about the store and its team. I went in a few years back completely lost on how to start my fitness journey, and Baylee set me on the right track with the supplements I would need to get under way. I never felt like she was trying to reach a quota by selling me uneccessary supplements, which was my biggest fear. She and the crew are very knowledgeable about their craft, and I would highly suggest coming here for any questions or requirements you have!
Love going in here they are so friendly and helpful plus they always bring you a cold bottle of water.What I really like is that they always remember my name other places forget who you are but not here.I also like how they help you understand how to eat right, coz when I was growing up I never ate right pretty much ate unhealthy foods.They Show you how much protein your body needs on a daily basis to help you lose weight, and what vitamins you need to take to take care of yourself.You don’t need to join weight watchers or take diet pills no, just go in here and talk to all of this wonderful people and they will take good care of you. I know coz they take care of me.
I always have great experiences at Supplement Superstore. No matter who is working, whether it be Carson, Baylee, or any of their other staff, Im always greeted and treated like the most important person. No pressure to buy anything and always given a water to stay hydrated.
Everytime I go into the Supplement Superstore in Springfield IL the staff is always helpful and supportive of my goals. They provide in depth knowledge of what product(s) would work best for me to reach my goal of being more healthy. Baylee and the guys have even recommended some fantastic protein bars to help curb my sweet tooth.

I went into S2 with my daughter, who is a very picky eater, to try to find a protein powder to make smoothies. Baylee was very knowledgeable about the products. I appreciate that she mixed up a sample for us to try before our purchase.

This staff is amazing!!! They go above and beyond to know they are suggesting products to assist you in whatever goals it is you are trying to achieve. As a person with some serious health and lifestyle issues they listen, asked alot of questions and provided alot of feed back. The associate that helped me last night was Carson and not only did he make sure I got what I went in for, he also discussed with me ways of support my health diet wise and discussed the best ways to take the supplements I purchased. I was never pressured into buying anything at all last night and have never in my visits felt that way. I have been in retail sales for nearly 20 yrs and this store knows how to treat their customers. If your looking for a place to get honest help with your health issues, this is the place. Hands down!
I recently visited the store to inquire about some products that I had been purchasing online. Carson was super helpful and didnt try to pressure me into buying stuff I didnt need. He asked what my goals were and explained how certain products would help me reach those goals.

What can I say about the team at the Springfield IL S2?!!? I was in yesterday to get more protein, but they didnt have the flavor I prefer. The newest member in the team got on the phone, called another store and stated that hed have what I wanted in the next day. While he was doing that the store manager went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed to get through until what I wanted arrived. This is not a one off situation, this is just the culture of the store, the company and this team!! Definitely WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND and I am truly grateful!!! Thank you Baylee and team!!!
I went into the Supplement Superstore in Springfield IL and was unsure of what product(s) would work best for myself to reach my goal of being more healthy. The staff was very attentive to me and discussed at great lengths their suggestions for me to attain my goal. The young man that assisted me showed knowledge in the products and was able to answer all my questions. It was such a breath of fresh air to see someone that had knowledge and appeared to enjoy helping me find the best nutritional supplement.

I stopped there today for the first time to pick up a supplement. The first two people I talked to were new and didnt know where to find it. Thats fine not a big deal. Then someone who was more experienced came and help me find what I was looking for, panax ginseng. She asked me some questions about what I was using it for and what else I had used in the past, which was all right but I just wanted to buy the ginseng not have a conversation. When I went to check out she gave me a key card and said I should use it when I come next time so they will have on file everything I have ever bought from them. I took the key card because she gave it to me, but then she started asking me all my information: name first and last, phone number, mailing address, email address and I had to stop her because I felt like it was intrusive. And I tried to tell her that and she said oh thats okay, youre fine. Which real really riled me up because I hate when anybody says that phrase, but I believe it means no need for you to apologize And I was NOT apologizing. I told her that I would probably never come into the store again because to me, when customer service tries to act like they care, but start pumping you for information without asking for your permission its out of line. The store seems to pride itself on having great care of its customers. But the strange thing about that is that none of them, not one of the employees was wearing a mask as we are all supposed to do right now when were in enclosed public places. So much for care and concern. Prices are good there. Thats why I gave 2 stars.
Zavier helped me and was very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to find the right preworkout and Creatine I was looking for as well as help me with my first body scan.

Absolutely loved my experience at Supplement Superstore as the woman I worked with, Baylee Smith, was extremely helpful! They host a great environment in which allows you to feel comfortable with asking questions and expressing personal goals. This was my first visit in. First impression was the store was well stocked, organized, and clean. I was greeted immediately and warmly by the staff. I had the privilege to work with Baylee and she was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the products that would be best suited to aid in my needs. She went above and beyond the scope of recommending products and really took. The time to dive deeper. When I was leaving with my purchase, she said to me “I believe in you”. This short statement made all the difference in my day. Baylee is not only an exceptional addition to the S2 team she is an exceptional and caring human. I never once felt judged or intimidated. I felt heard and understood and like I had support when I left. The first time I can say I wasn’t just a sale to someone or a company. Baylee thank you for being you. Keep being a light for people. Love the Supplement Superstore Spfld. team lead by Baylee. Everyone is so knowledgeable about all the products and arent pushy at all. After trying several new products Baylee was quick to check in with me about how it was going. I especially appreciate seeing staff at our local gyms as well for inbody scans, motivation and support.

Every time I go into the store to get more protein powder, the staff is super nice and super helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you can try different flavors or are aware of everything that they offer in terms of supplements. They greet you at the door with a smile and a bottle of water! I have about zero knowledge of supplements, and have barely taken as much as protein powder over 35 years of working out. But I was curious what the experts could tell me. Carson has a wealth of knowledge and helped me understand things that are pretty foreign to me. Also, the body scan is pretty cool. I decided to purchase some products, have been using them as Carson directed and am anxious to see the results I get. I much appreciate the help.
I am always reluctant to go into supplement stores, because I always feel the workers are just trying to push product at you… not here. Baylee really took time to educate me, ask me personal questions, and come up with a specific plan that is going to help me. Not once did I feelpressured to buy anything whatsoever, and she made me feel so comfortable as well. This was the Springfield, IL location.
Very knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly staff who will do their best to help you reach your fitness goals. One thing I think could better is their selling tactics as sometimes I just want to spend 5 min in the store and it turns into a longer time spent in the store due to efforts of pushing products on you may or may not need. I dont like cutting a conversation off but I also dont like wasting my time. This evokes a feeling of not wanting to return to the store, which is a store I do like! Also im a student so the amount I can spend on my fitness goals is limited which is what I would like the staff to take into consideration.

I found your store very enjoyable was very surprised when we were offered a bottle of water when my husband and I 1st walked into the store it was pretty nice with that wow Ive never been sure of water for coming in and getting my body measured it was a very nice touch the products we bought have been very beneficial its very beneficial so far but its only been one day I find myself a little confused and a little overwhelmed so I called Bailey and she was in great help I do appreciate that like they are true to the word I can call them anytime and they wont answer my questions thanks again and Im enjoying the journey with this store and with Bailey thank you very much
Store has a large selection of supplements and other healthy options to add/supplement your lifestyle. All S2 team members are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your concerns and what you are goals. We were able to sample and make our selection based on our own thoughts/opinions Im vegan and was able to find a large selection of protein powders. Thank you Britney for the flavor recommendations! I worked with Carson and he was extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the selections. Im vegan and he guided me through this process. I will definitely return and highly recommend this shop and their employees to anyone!

Every time I visit S2 its a great experience but my most recent was by far the best. My young daughter has started her journey with fitness and at our most recent visit to the store Britany engaged in conversation with my daughter about her workouts. My daughter was smiling ear to ear and couldnt stop talking about it for the rest of the day. Thanks for all the knowledge your staff has to offer but most importantly for helping us instill this knowledge to our children. Each visit the employees find away to make it personal and I love it......that is excellent customer service.

Went in looking for an affordable, quality protein powder. The manager, Carson, went above and beyond with finding the perfect protein to meet all my needs, and even gave me a sample to try before I bought it (which tasted AMAZING!). Carson explained different concepts when looking for a good protein powder and took time to answer any questions I had. Wonderful customer service at this store, and I will be back!
Ive always been nervous about going to these stores because the couple Ive been too have been either super high pressure sales or if you just want to look around they treat you like garbage in hopes that youll leave.Supplement Superstore wasnt like that at all.I came in looking for a new pre-workout and the guys were awesome.They first welcomed me with a bottle of water and asked me what I needed and what I was looking for. When I told them they walked me over and very plainly explained the different options without the pressure. They were extremely friendly and genuinely interested in me as a person instead of walking up with dollar signs in their eyes.I will be going back because I felt appreciated and empowered after being there. Not to mention the product I ended up taking home is AWESOME! I wish that more stores were like this.

It’s awesome that S2 ships, since we don’t live near one. Awesome store ! My first time there I met Carson he greeted me with some cold water and welcomed me to the store. I was advised to go there by a friend. He showed me how to use the body weight measurement machine, and let me sample some products. I was given a scan carb for my next visit so it will be easier to see what I like the next visit!! Store was clean and neat very bright and displayed well.

As soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted with a bottle of water and a helpful smile. I had no idea what I was doing to get healthy so the staff helped me figure out my goals and help me put together a plan for what I will be consuming. They didnt sell me just to sell, they sold to find a solution for my problem. They also have a pick up station for the FED Nutrition meals! Love it! Id recommend them!
Stopped in for the first time today and, I think its safe to say, they earned a new customer. It was clean and organized in there and I didnt feel rushed to buy, buy, buy a bunch of stuff I dont need. Jake was a great help and definitely hooked me up with some great products. I had a fantastic & outstanding experience! Went to this location while visiting my Dad, who is suffering from weight loss from chemo and radiation, as well as having swallowing difficulties. After speaking with Carson, the General Manager, he recommended protein powders to add to soups and smoothies. He was so kind, extremely knowledgeable, and even offered to deliver products personally to my parents if they were unable to pick it up themselves...….I was so surprised and grateful by his genuine care and kindness. Ive been coming to Supplement Superstore for a few months now, and every experience has been a positive one! All the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and do their best to find you the best products you need. They always have a good selection of product and flavors. This is my go-to place for my post workout stack. They also now have an in-body scale in store that is an amazing resource for weigh ins so you can get a real pic of whats happening besides just a number on a scale!
Isiah Cotton is the most respective guy who told my friends and I everything we need to know about pre and post workout supplements. He told us what eat get, what vitamins that will help us, and how many meals we need a day to have good gains. Isiah is a super laid back guy who helped all of us and I recommend him to anyone

We stopped in our way home from vacation because we don’t have one near us! I’ve heard that the customer service is outstanding so I was really excited to see it first hand! And it did not disappoint! We were greeted when we entered the store. The salesman talked to us about how we were doing and what brought us in. He gave advice and recommendations about products. We never felt pressured to buy any certain things. We ended up making a friend instead of just purchasing some supplements! #S2Contest
I have used this store now for protein drinks and multiple vitamins for about four months. I have always had very good service and suggestions of products to purchase. The only problem I had was this last time. You really need to know about how much things cost before you check out. The vitamins I had purchased two other times for about $30, the clerk rang up at $63. If I would not have known he was wrong, I might not have questioned it and would not have come back.
Extremely impressed with the staff here. Carson ,Jake, and Rachel were super helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. They took their time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for. I felt listened to and not pushed into anything for sales tactics. As someone challenged by dietary restrictions it is VERY hard for me to find supplements. I was in the Springfield Supplement Superstore again yesterday. I love going to this place. Carson helped me out and explained all of the options for pre-workouts. He showed me how to use the Inbody machine. He even gave my son and me a free bottle of water. I cant say enough about his professionalism, customer service, knowledge and kindness. Walked into Supplement Superstore yesterday and was just going to get an Inbody scan and received so much more. Was greeted immediately by Isaiah and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the Inbody scan and began to share his knowledge of after workout supplements and protein shakes and even sampled them. Just went to supplement superstore the other day just to grab a few things, then was extremely surprised immediately by the customer support! I’ve visited the Springfield store on a few occasions and 100% of the staff is more than helpful and informative on their products. This was by far the best place I could have gone. I’m 15 and getting to work out and Isiah has really guided me through the uses and quality and has even let me sample a few of his own masterpieces. I feel like I’m being treated like a king.

They are super friendly and knowledgeable. They will try to sell you a lot of things, but they will listen when you tell them to stop. They did offer free samples with my purchases so I know whether or not to buy other items on my next visit, which I appreciate
I ordered some supplements for delivery and there ended up being a small mixup where the supplements ended up getting shipped to the wrong store. When I called the store to get the issue sorted out they told me that they would have one of their staff drive my order out to me and that they were not charging me for my entire order or the delivery. It is so nice to to interact with people who actually value your business. These guys are awesome!!!

With the help of Jake and his team, I have now nearly eliminated my soreness and my recoveries are so much faster!! Their Phormula 1 and Ignite and THE BEST EVER!!! Walked in to this store for the 1st time on January 3rd 2018. I needed some real help, I was treated by a great staff that was very friendly and full of knowledge. I asked a lot of questions, they answered them all and were quick to offer advice and tips on nutrition. These guys know their stuff, and showed a great deal of passion for there products as well as me the consumer, and for that reason, its the only supplement store that I will shop at. With there guidence as of today, I am down 41lbs and feel great. The 1st Phorm products that I am using along with the protein bars that I am eating are top quality and 2nd to none!!! Thank you guys for all the help, and for anyone out there needing a place to start, cruise over to Wabash, they will get you lined out!

Very friendly staff, easy to talk to and willing to take time to answer my question. I dont live in Springfield but they are always willing to get my order process sent out very quickly and I received it within a day or two. Definitely recommend them to other people.
Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly patient with my dumb questions and my boys being boys. We were given a sample of an amazing caramel latte flavored protein powder (my kids say it tastes like the coffee flavored werthers originals). They are wholesalers so prices were less than what you find on the internet (trust me I checked!). They provide nutritional info as well as walking you through the dos and donts of whatever you buy. Personally, I loved that a woman waited on me. I will definately be back.

The place is a little bit of a pain to get into and out of but, its worth it. Ask for Rachel. Shes awesome and knows her stuff. You can tell shes done research on it and even calls herself a supplement nerd. They take the time to layout everything to make you successful so make sure you have a few minutes. Also, theyll recommend a lot of products so be sure you only buy what you want.

This review is going to be long....sorry not sorry. :). I have been on this health journey for well over a year and 4 months now. I am insulin resistant, and have fybromyalgia. I have been to 3 different doctors with each one trying to send me to another Dr. I was even sent to a dietitian and she had no idea what to do with me. She told me to stay under 1,300 calories and use myfitnesspal....Im not joking. They have flat out told me they are not sure what to do for me. I was beyond frustrated and honestly trying to come to terms with being fat. I had been to other vitamin shops in Springfield with no luck.I am cardio kickboxing 5 days a week and also going to the gym. I am also eating low carb and staying under 1,300 calories. A few days ago I thought well I have nothing to lose so I went into S2. I cant tell how grateful I am to Jake and Jordan and Rachael. They took there time with me. Listened to me, recommended Many things, I never felt pressured and I learned so much. They even told me they would help me with meal plans and I asked the dietitian for a meal plan and she told me they dont do them.These people have given me back my hope and faith and lit a fire in me that had been almost out completely out. I cant say enough about this store and these amazing people who run it.I will not go anywhere else! So grateful💪🏻

2022-08-11My first time visiting Supplement Superstore was amazing. The customer service was great! When I entered the store I was immediately greeted and handed a water. The salesman helped me with every question I had and gave GREAT advice. I was shown products that may be helpful for my specific goals, dieting tips, and was treated to a sample before I bought the product. I felt like I wasnt just being upsold on something I didnt need. It was very cool overall. Better than all other supplement stores in my experience.

2022-07-15Stopped in the store to pick up BCAA and Formula-1 Protein. As always, the 2 gentleman working were super friendly and courteous. Logan checked me out. Very nice kid. I asked him for the owners business card and he took the time to actually look for it instead of blowing me off. I really appreciated that. Ive been recommending this place to family and friends ever since they opened. Ive never once had a bad experience. Customer service is 10/10 EVERY SINGLE TIME!

2022-08-28I only recently started going to the Supplement Superstore in June 2022. During my visits to the store I was kindly greeted and found each member of the staff very knowledgeable. During my most recent visit, the store manager, Baylee Smith, was working with me. She was not pushing any products on me, but instead she was genuinely interested in helping me reach my goals. She gave me her undivided attention, she truly listened, and then came up with an excellent plan for me. Overall, I would highly recommend going to the Supplement Superstore.

2022-06-23My first time in the store, supplement stores are usually intimidating for me since I am not largely into fitness, I went In for some protein bars and sticks that I had Just recently became familiar with after having my second child. I was Greeted with extremely friendly staff members, a bottle of water, and so much helpful information on the products I was interested in and then some. Bonus that the prices on things I was Ordering online was 20% cheaper in store! I will Definitely be visiting more and more, I cant say enough wonderful things about the store!

2022-06-01I’ve been using the same boring vanilla protein powder for years and have found myself slacking on actually drinking it. I’ve thought about trying something new, but didn’t want to drop $50 on a tub of a flavor I didn’t like. The team at the Springfield store hooked me up with a sample and I fell in love with the flavor. Super friendly team and excellent customer service. Happy I found a place other than Amazon for my supplement needs.
