We as family get our haircut here and we are satisfied and very polite and friendly staff and great place.
Unfortunately, South Elgin location does not accept any coupons, nor do they accept their own Supercuts discount cards where you buy for haircuts for $50. Very disappointing as it is the same franchisee as the Saint Charles location.
I had a great experience as a walk- in client. Temeaka was my stylist. She cut my hair exactly as I asked, which has never happened to me before. I will be a return customer and do recommend Temeaka.
Destroyed my daughters hair cutting the bangs crooked and then ended up cutting them too short to fix them. Also destroyed my hair by cutting the 2 layers sooooo very far apart from one another and didnt even blend them! Where do they get these people from? Going to great clips from now on.
Not a good place to get a haircut. Went there a couple times and I thought I looked good but I got bad feedback from my friends and family. Theyre too quick, I think on average it takes 5-7 minutes to get a haircut. Very messy and uneven.
VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Stylist didnt listen to my wifes instructions at all. I will report this place to all independent bureaus and the BBB. I will post negative comments on all social media to teach this shop a lesson. They need to close their doors and prevent future horrible haircuts.
I had a good experience, I came in at 7 pm earlier today. Exactly how I wanted it, after showing her pictures. I wish I remember her name, will go again. I have odd curly hair, she knew what to do.
I have been coming to this place with my son for the last 10-12 years, their service is fast and efficient. Temeaka is my stylist and she has always done a great job.
Wow. So impressed! Canceled all future appointments at my old salon. Can not believe the quality for the price. Im hooked!

2020-01-26Horrible.....stay away.I walked in on Sunday afternoon with my son. Andrea and Jami were working on that day. One of them walked out as soon as I walked in for a smoke break. There was one more guy getting hair cut done so I waited. 10 minutes later the lady came back in with stink of smoke and told me. I have to wait 40 more minutes because some regulars have made an appointment. I requested that there is no one in right now and she can start with one of us. She told me that she will wait for the regulars who made appointment and not start with me.I waited 10 more minutes. All haircuts were done and no one was in salon now. She still would not take me and keep waiting for the appointment.She openly told me to go elsewhere if I wish but she would not start with me even if there is no one else present since there is an appointment.RUDE AND UNWELCOMING. I AM NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. NO WONDER GREAT CLIPS IS PRICING OUT SUPER CUTS

2021-03-27Tried to get highlights for my first time. I told them I had never had highlights before. I told them I wanted highlights everywhere and they said it was full highlights. Instead of doing highlights they dyed my whole head in the end. Very unhappy and it is not what I wanted.

2017-11-29They except competitors coupons up to 3.00. The place is never super busy when I go. Which is the main reason. The people that work there not only get me in and out quickly, but are friendly, amd they do take the time to make sure my hair cut looks great. They are NO. 1 spot for me. Even without coupon. Their prices are very reasonable.

2016-05-09My hair isnt overly long, and when I went in it was not even halfway down my back. She said that my hair was too long and that I would have to stand up. I thought she was kidding, but I stood up for 10 minutes while she cut my hair. She was nice, but I still think it was a bit ridiculous that she couldnt have used a booster seat like they use for kids, if it really was that long. Nice people though.
