Had a hair emergency, took braids out and had to cut all my hair off, so I went in to have her was the conditioner out and cut the rest off, Jackie looked at my hair then proceeded to tell me I had glue in my hair, which I didn’t! And by washing it would not come out, which further irritated me as I was about to have her cut all my hair off. Thanks for making my horrible situation worse!!!!!!!!!!!! Jackie!! Had you listen to me you would have heard what I was saying and would know what to do.I just needed help cutting it professionally. I came home wash it and cut it off myself but could not taper myself.
I always ask for Jackie! I love her warming personality if she’s not there and I’m in a hurry l’ll take any other stylist they’ve all been welcoming
11/9 I was able to schedule a cut online to save a space. I got there early and was able to walk in, and get the haircut without a long wait2/19 Had Ms. Qiana style my hair she did an excellent job! I was in and out in about 27 minutes she surely will be missed!
I wish I could repost my review. First I would give it 2 stars, because some of the staff in the establishment do not like to wear their masks. My daughter is autoimmune challenged and was in Supercuts and noticed a hairdresser walking around without a mask, and asked her to put one on properly. The hairdresser said there was no one in the place and she did not need one. What is she?.chopped liver! My daughter came home and contacted corporate, and heard back fairly quickly, but COVID is airborne, WHO KNOWS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ARE NOT THERE?I am never going back there again!
The ladys where nice but the haircut was bad one side was cut shorter than the other. Lines werent blended seemed very rushed. Not everyone knows how to cut wavy curly hair. But if thats not your area of expertise then probably shouldnt try

Ive been wasting so much money on $60 haircuts. My jaw practically hit the floor after Kim gave me an amazing hair cut for like less than $20. She knows what she is doing....I like her so much. We recently moved and Im really really missing this place!!

This is my go to place to get my hair cut for nearly 4 years. This location is full of staff that have years of experience and I am very pleased the majority of cuts I receive from here. Much better than other walk in hair stylist.

Been going here my whole life only because its close to my house. Some of the ladies are so good at what they do. And a few are absolute trash. Coughing on my head and producing the opposite of what I asked for. Really disappointing. Ive dealt with horrible hair cuts from here before, this one was truly disgusting. The lack of care is off the charts. You know its terrible when your mom is disappointed and you feel compelled to write an online review. I look like a true dumbass.
Every time I go in Super Cuts There’s A problem with me getting my hair cut,,,, I’m natural my hair is Curly,,, if there’s not A Black or Spanish person working!!! there rude and talking to me like I just Don’t belong in there,,,, Today I have micro braids and the white lady was rude as heck looking and talking to me like I’m crazy for wanting to get A layerd cut,,,, if Super Cuts is Only for white peoplesssssss please State that on the Door,,,,,, Because I went to Wilfred’s Beauty Accadamy back in the Day,,, we were taught to cut Alllllllllll kind of hair,,,, And I’m Definitely calling corporate TODAY

I wanted a straight cut granted my hair is layered so i know its hard to do and also have damaged ends i wanted ends cut and straight i pay 21$ to walk out looking exactly how i walked in... no styling just a little blow dry so now i have to go some where eles to fix it the way i want... whats the purpose of getting a haircut if you dont look like you got a haircut wont be going back just my experience maybe yours was different

2022-02-12Got me in quickly. Haircut quality is not great. Went with a mid fade and there were patches of uneven hair. If you go here you should make sure you only go with trims or don’t go shorter than about a 2 or 3 on the side. But again, it’s Supercuts so I don’t expect something immaculate but the quality was a bit below expectations.

2021-10-1811/10 Best Haircut I have ever gotten. Jackie was super friendly and personable. I hadnt cut my hair in two years and wasnt sure how to style it and Jackie offered advice and professional skill. Absolutely going back for future cuts.

2022-02-27I went their for waving my hair and they charge extra for basic waving hair and call the charge as miscellaneous charge which is so absurd !! They charge me $66 for basic hair style .I will Not recommend this studio for hair style

2021-05-06Ive been a customer at this salon for 12 years.Maria is the best darn stylist Ive encountered in that time. Whenever Im away from Chicago and I have to have my hair cut by someone else, it just doesnt measure up. I always come back to the talent Maria. She is a total pro who knows how to shape a cut to make you look great.

2021-12-23Checked in online. Website said a 0 minute wait. Ended up waiting for 45 minutes. If that wasnt enough after waiting that long, right before I was set to go, a favorite of one of the stylists came in and was immediately taken back for her haircut ahead of me. After that I just got fed up and left.

2021-02-12Honestly it was a regret going there today. Absolutely the worst haircut. When i washed my hair it was a mess and the fade was uneven. The lady complained about how oily my hair was, very unprofessional service . when i asked for a correction she seemed unwilling to do it. Not worth it and wouldn’t recommend at all.

2020-09-07Me and my friend made back to back appointments with the operator SYLVIA who was exactly on time and very personable. We have found a stylist for life as.the haircuts and time spent were exceptional and the appointment process was too easy as well as the cost.
