My family of 4 got haircuts today and we were all done in less than 45 minutes. We are all feeling fresh and very happy with our new cuts!

You get what you pay for. Sloppy work. First cut was from Amanda, then Rachel. Amanda didnt carry out the photo nor did Rachel. Worse with Rachel because cut left uneven (longer on right side than left- no intention/want for an asymmetrical cut. Also found a random long hair on left side. Shame on me for going back. Wont make that mistake a third time. Shouldve shelled out for a quality cut elsewhere; I encourage you to do the same.
The lady that cut my sons hair was absolutely amazing forgot to get her name super fast exactly like how we wanted absolutely perfect
I enjoy having my hair done here! I have very long blonde hair and they always make me look amazing no matter what I have done. The stylists are all very good. They are so friendly and personable! You can walk in anytime but I do recommend that if youre wanting to have highlights or color done to call ahead and make an appointment first. That way youre guaranteed to get in right away. Weekends are super busy at Supercuts.
I took my mother and my three year old daughter to get haircuts with no appointment. They were able to seat all the of us within ten minutes even with a busy crowd. Not only were they polite and talkative to each of us individually but were able to make it fun for my three year old. Excellent work for a great price. Real value.
I come here pretty regularly. My hair cut is on the short side and pretty simple. The only downside is you might not have the same stylist every time, but Ive never had anyone that I just didnt like. Their prices are reasonable too
Ill never go anywhere else. Ive been going to this location for 2 years. Ive only ever had one issue with a new stylist the manager fixed it promptly and I havent seen the stylist that messed up my hair since. The ladys there are amazing and the Manager is phenomenal.
I called ahead and made an appointment for a hair color. I drove an hour to get there and was told that there was no room for a color that day. Had to push to get them to agree to do it, but an hour later than my appointment. The stylist working the desk was so rude!

I am giving this 3 stars only because I was threatened by the manger that I was going to be charged for 3 hair cuts because I decided to go shorter than I first planned. Also because my husband was charged full price for an inch cut off his mowhawk. I think its a bit ridiculous that she wanted to threaten to charge me for three cuts because I decided to go a bit shorter. Like isnt it about customer satisfaction and exactly what we want done with our hair? Am I supposed to just say I like it and leave when Im not happy with it? She wasnt even nice about it either. I will say the lady who cut my hair was awesome and very understanding in what i wanted, but I will probably not go back simply because of that manager.
21 year old butchered me. She kept snipping and snipping for almost 45 minutes. When she went to get a coworker for advice, I decided to take a look. She pretty much gave me a buzz cut with scissors. I gasped in shock and she immediately started to blame me. She said that I told her to cut it that way. I made her stop, paid for the worst haircut I’ve ever got, and left.Went in for a trim and got all of my hair chopped off instead. Also, she was sniffling the whole time and now I’m sick. Pretty sure I got a bad haircut and a cold.
Don’t bother checking in online. They make you sign in when you arrive and start the line all over. Good thing there are lots of options in the area to get your haircut.
Good haircuts fair price. Staff are all friendly some took a little too much off the top other than that no complaints.

I went in for balyage and got stuck with fully bleached hair, it was so light and white, not carmel like i showed her, even double checked that I wanted not white blonde... I had a pic and it ended up not like it at all. Not to mention i was stuck in between several complaining and gossiping workers. I felt so uncomfortable when they talked about other workers messing up peoples hair and gossiping about other customers stories to eachother. The prices arent clear at all and I felt ripped off at $120 for just bleached hair when the sign says color...$25
Fast! Great prices. And, please dont judge me on this but all the hairstylists are simply eye candy! (I am single and allowed to look!) And incredibly friendly!Only bad thing is parking sometimes not best...otherwise I would say 5 star!

Great experience, accommodated me over my lunch hour, and my stylist Erin went above and beyond to help me form a gameplan for my initial attempt at growing and maintaining a beard. Makes it an easy decision about returning for my next haircut.
Everywhere is busy for back to school I get that, but telling customers max 20 min wait and over an hour goes by and still telling incoming customers 20-30 minutes is not just missleading its a lie

I love bringing my young boys here. The stylists are are very nice and patient with kids and they do a wonderful job getting the haircut when dealing with small wiggly kids.

2022-02-21I know this is a cheaper place for cuts, but they let me leave w/o drying my hair and blending it out my cut. My hair was really long and layered properly and they botched it with rough cuts and no blending. If they wanted to charge more for the blending/ time they should have communicated that. I have to get my hair fixed for twice the cost and I am very disappointed.

2022-03-10Literally got an amazing haircut and the worst haircut of my life here, within a month apart. The first lady was filling in from another store and did amazing! I had a disconnected undercut I’m growing out into just a normal short cut. She was amazing and it looked great. It was time for a trim and I went back. I told the girl do whatever you want I just need a trim. Boy she took it as a challenge to jack me up. It’s literally awful and uneven and choppy so I’ll be in hats for the foreseeable future. To be fair, I did tell her do what you want and if I don’t like it, it’s on me. But booooy did she take that as a challenge. And she won. Oh and I have two pending charges for the worst cut of my life. So paying twice stings on top of the bad cut. But man it’s comical I’m not even mad. Just wanted others to know Supercuts is a 50/50 shot.

2022-04-27Went in for a head shave. they arent able to do razor shaves as they arent barbers. i waited a short while and was seen promptly. the cut was quick and clean.

2021-08-21They always do a great job for me, although I keep a very simple cut. Their prices have gone up in the last couple of years though.Considering an easy 3 minute haircut with a $19 price tag, Id be paying them $380 per hour.

2021-04-01They were fantastic! It was my oldest daughters first time getting her hair cut at a salon and they were fantastic with her. I also appreciated that they were very caring when it came to my 3yr old running around the salon watching them cut our hair. Definitely recommended and we will be coming back in the future.

2021-10-26I think for them haircut simply means using hair trimmer. I showed her a picture and she didn’t even take a look. Even before I realized, she used trimmer and cut my hair way too short. It’s like, I could have done that haircut at my house itself. I felt like they just want to get rid of you as soon as possible. Worst!

2018-10-24Its not a bad location overall. The parking lot was kind of cramped, but thats not to the fault of Supercuts. The clientele seemed pretty happy going in and out. The location was steadily busy, not booming nor desolate. The atmosphere was pretty laid back. One of the nicest things about the appointment was the fact that they provide a hot towel treatment to really get you relaxed before you leave. Its a pretty solid place to get a trim at a reasonable price. Staff were attentive, and the location was pretty nice. Not a bad place to go. Pretty good.
