A pleasant place to live. Ive made some nice friends, and you can be as busy as you want...or as quiet as you want.The staff here is great!
Recently moved my mother out because of the decline in care, service and rate increase. The up keep of her apartment was horrible the rug was filthy and stained the bathroom not cleaned the bed never made garbage cans always over flowing some of the care managers had an attitude and they charged my mom for every thing she asked for it got to the point she needed to go to a place that cared about their residents.
Sunrise assisted living is an assisted living community which rides right in the middle of the range. It has an accessible identity as a community of enabled people with a workforce family that sticks around and cares genuinely. The sticker price for assisted living can be very high at sunrise.

2022-07-20I cannot say enough great things about Sunrise Fountain Square. The staff have truly become a part of our family. Its never an easy decision to seek help for your LO, but we have such peace of mind now. From the level of care, to the cleanliness around the community, to the meals and activities, this place is top notch.

2022-07-205+ stars for the cleanliness and great care given at this facility! Whenever I visit my loved one, I leave feeling very confident that they’re being taken care of at such an amazing place. The staff is so friendly, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of Sunrise at Fountain Square!!

2022-07-26When looking for a facility they are really nice and explain things. Once the person moves in, things go downward. Have to keep calling to get things done. And still dont get done. Very disappointed for the money it costs per month you dont get the services you should.Angelina always helped out, but now she has moved into new position. She was very helpful to us

2022-07-14Staff was nice but may waste your time when it comes to following up after a interview and offering you a position. Instead of being upfront and following up with a phone call as promised they will send you a generic email stating that they chose another candidate after wasting your time. For the pay and not being upfront its not worth it. I hope they learn to do better. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone I know just due to the unprofessional way they handled my situation.

2022-02-21Great place to work. The ladies (Sam and Gladis) are great caregiver. They are a excellent team to work with. Very caring and take great care of the residents. Joy is a great nurse to work with as well. Thank you ladies for all you do and being very welcoming. See you ladies soon

2021-12-03The staff at Sunrise go above abs beyond. My mother was in Independent Living for 9 years and we transferred her to the Assisted Living side. Her care is amazing and I feel so safe having her there. They call me immediately if anything about her seems off. I truly never have to worry.

2020-09-18Im not satisfied with place nor would I recommend to any one, and would highly recommend if you have a loved one there.....check them out. Moved a dear friend into the facility on August 12, 2020. One month later she was diagnosed with COVID. She went to the hospital on Wednesday then brought back to Sunrise on Friday. Sunday, family members had to call the ambulance to take her back to the hospital where she is in ICU. Sunrise did not have a plan if a resident was diagnosed nor for their employees. They didnt even test their employees. They made all kind of promises before move in and didnt follow through with any of them. I understand COVID has caused a lot of havoc and unknown. But you would think a care facility would have a plan. I can only pray for my friend and god to give me strength,understanding and Sunrise be held accountable.

2016-06-23I have nothing but good memories from the time my mom lived here, which was approximately 2 1/2 years. The place was always clean, and very cheerful and my mom was always bathed, dressed and nails and hair done by the staff. My mom was on the Memory Floor which is not the most happy atmosphere but the staff was always cheerful which made the visits very pleasant for us. When my mom was dying the staff could not have been more consoling, and compassionate. They never for one minute made us feel that this was just another old person dying. Some staff members came to her room to pay their respects and others attended the wake . Thankfully there are people in the world who love their job taking care of the elderly.
