I come here on Friday mornings before going to work. They are supposed to open at 0700. However, they only arrive themselves at 7. It takes them 20 minutes to get ready to serve anyone. Thats 20 mins I dont have. Very poor. You should be ready to serve when you open.

Overpriced, they will make the sandwich olny the way they want,Not what the customer ask for. I will never go to that Subway again even if I pass it three times a week

Always like subway - stopped at this one early, minutes after opening at 9:00 to grab lunch for later. I was afraid they might not be completely up and running but no issues. A few min later I was on my way with the family lunch in the cooler.
July 15, 8:15pm to 8:30pm I stood there at the counter and nobody was even there I yelled hello and still nobody.. I got fed up and there is a back entrance door where I looked out of to see the only guy that works there (older gentleman) sitting in his car and then he finally sees me looking out the door and he slowly gets out and at that time I was headed out and to my car to get food next door. A big what the F##K!!!!!! 😡😡😡

I hate when I go into a Subway and the food is left uncovered. Especially when there is no line and the place is almost empty. Cover the damn food!

2021-08-04This is the first subway i went to since they did their rebranding a bit ago. The staff was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The food was fine, but not any better than it was before the rebrand, with basically the same menu items at a higher price than i was used to, but that is this locations fault. If i was hungry and driving past again I would definitely stop back in.

2020-03-07This is honestly the best experience at a Subway restaurant that I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant. When I came up to order, I was attended by Andy, who I give full credit for the satisfaction of my visit. He has excellent customer service, keeps his restaurant clean, and is an excellent sandwich artist. I will definitely keep this location in mind for future visits.

2020-12-07Worst experience Ive ever had at any subway. The shop located at 3020 N. Skokie Hwy Lake Bluff Il 60044 is a must pass. If your near here please keep driving. My family of 6 adults stopped here for lunch on our way to a funeral. We were not greeted at all even after we offered warm hellos. Then the guy who i assume was working online orders actually continued to accept and print them while we waited. After he was done tapping the computer, wiping his face and scratching his head...he was not happy i asked him to change those wrinkled contaminated gloves. Its covid season and Im serve safe certified in 6 states so no thanks. It took almost an hour to finally finished getting served. Cashier was sloppy with ingredients. Didnt warm things like chicken and steak. Had to come back in to have sandwiches warmed in a microwave because who wants cold chicken teryiaki or steak? We got over charged for chips and when i presented the receipt to cashier he was confused as he barely spoke English. I think the cookies were a day old. Oh i almost forgot the bathrooms looked like a bomb went off my brother and i agree we believe neither bathroom has been cleaned since this location opened. More disgusting than any truck stop or gas station hull. My survey was apparently only good for 5 days which is not stated on the receipt. I dont want a free sandwich i want Subway to know this location, staff, quality of food and condition is horrific. 2020-03-13We enjoy going out. Last night we visited this superb restaurant which friends told us about. We spent a delightful experience there with great meal and an experienced crew and a great cuisine. We added this place in our list and we will certainly come back soon. Highly recommended.

2017-11-23I was here the other day after my chiropractor appointment. I was thinking a quick Subway sub is all I need. The Indian guy behind the counter had so much pep in his step, and so much joy and love to share with the world. He made an impact on me and my day. I will go to this Subway whenever I need a sub because of the impact he made on me.
