Great food and great prices. Just dont bother using GrubHub, its not the employees fault, they do what they can, but I waited over an hour for something the restaurant had ready for over an hr. Just go in person and enjoy your meal in peace. 👍
Meat is weighed but not exactly sure of oz on each individual sandwiches. Prices reasonable but a bit of false advertising prices on receipt not the same on menu example combo #3 TurkeyTrying to exit on to 51st from here- much Success not getting TbonedParking only 1 way in & 1 way out - dont understand business logic. Warning towing posted but available parking with potholes.

Had a real nice lunch. The place is clean with a nice atmosphere. They have alot of chicago sports memorabilia on the walls. They have a wide choice of food on the menu. I had a beef sandwich which was one of the best Ive ever had! Highly recommend this place

2 stars only because we like the food. Service is mediocre. Nobody has a friendly face there. Firstly, The morning lady that works there needs to use better judgment when it comes down to cleaning something off of a table. She was using a butcher knife to scrape residue off of a table and then walking back with the knife sticking out making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Secondly, every time I call and place an order I’m always put on hold which is totally fine but then somebody else then comes to phone and says “what do u want?” So I have to repeat myself several times which is annoying. Lastly, when I pick up my order and tell you my name I expect you to know my order. I shouldn’t have to repeat my order again. I’m just over ya’ll.
Good restaurant bad employees aside from the older Spanish lady that is there in the mornings. If you see the younger employees here - RUN. They will mess up your order no matter how simple. And lots of attitude. The subs are good though, just avoid going here later at night !
Pretty good sub sandwiches. The one I ordered (The Pier) was a little bland. I would probably come back and order something different next time.

Great Food. Fresh Ingredients. Customer service was okay. The Garlic fries were seasoned to perfection, not too salty, and not too garlicy! Male employee asked my wife to reach for her own sodas (im pretty sure that area was off limits and for employees only) and if she had tattoos which made her feel uncomfortable. With Better customer service, they would probably receive more customers.
This location and the one thats only 5 minutes away were both closed several hours after Google says they are open. Wasted even more time going to this location trying to get a sandwich. Gonna avoid this chain of restaurants if they cant even be open on time.
The food is great I love it, but whats really annoying is calling in for delivery. its unprofessional and its almost a hassle to get your order complete, from waiting on hold multiple times to border line rude and uncomfortable experience . Just doesnt cut it, I would expect more from a franchise.
Food is okay service is horrible very slow when dining in about a 25 min wait for even a small order. Phone edict HORRIBLE asked for a price of a popular item took the man 5 min to find it answer me. The location on 51st does not carry what’s advertised & even tho that’s my local one being that there are two and even though they inconvenienced me they still wanted to charge me a 5$ delivery for distance ! My advice at Dino’s or falcos !!!

The food is not the best. I go here every now and then if Im really hungry. To start off they have no parking. I usually walk from my house since I live a block away. Today I decide to stop by when I was driving, I pull over and park before the entrance to their parking lot and put on my emergency lights. There was another vehicle parked in front of me that was clearly blocking the entrance. An employee arrives and parks behind me and proceeds to get off his car and ask me to move. No big deal right? So I see a spot opening up in front and ask him to give me a few seconds to move my vehicle up there and that my wife was inside ordering food and should be coming out any second. He goes off on a rant about he doesnt care because Im in the way and all this other stuff. I reminded him again of the fact that I was a customer and again he proceeded to tell me that he didnt care. Crappy food unfriendly staff, rude, uneducated, and clearly there is a lack of common sense since I was not the vehicle blocking the entrance.
I dont know which was more HORRIBLE the food or the service that i received.. Not only was my order messed up after spending $50 they didnt fix it and the man on the phone was very rude and didnt try to correct my order said hes busy and hung up on me.. This Place need to loose there liscense from this day forward people should call better business or 311 to file a complaint because if we as consumers are making the business grow you should be happy to fix your mistakes instead of trying to get over on people that helps your business grow

Food here can either be amazing, or mediocre. Depending on the cook, depends on how good it is. They have some pretty friendly people who work there, while others seem rude. All depends on when you go.
I luv me some submarine port 🤗 but I will not be returning to this location 💯 the woman behind the counter used gloves the entire time she handled my food. GREAT. BUT HER CO WORKER THOUGHT IT WAS KOO TO GRAB MY FOOD WITH HIS BARE HANDS 🤢 DUDE U JUST GOT THROUGH WIPING THE COUNTER TOO AND DIDNT WASH YOUR HANDS. I TOLD HIM ABOUT HIMSELF BUT HE JUST SMILED 🤔 SO I TOLD THE WOMAN. SHES LIKE WE USE SANITIZER TO WIPE THE COUNTER. So he got sanitizer on his hands then he grabs my food and thats suppose to be okay.. NOS stupid you wash your hands before you touch food periodt.... Never again 🙅🙅🙅

Just went and took my foid back. Order was wrong 2 times ordered a gravy bread to and was sooooo dry!!! Went bak and the 2nd one was worst!! Dont trust the fat mexican one!! There liars been going here for a while and people always rude! Dont go no good

2022-08-12I always order from here. Everything is great, however it’s so hard to get through sometimes , and when you do someone puts the phone down and you hear them gossiping. The delivery fee changes every time I order, sometimes it’s $3,$4,or $5. I love this place except those issues.

2022-03-28If you want tasty sub sandwiches filled with delicious stuff look no further. Its a pretty great place to get your grub on and yet the prices have gone up recently especially with meat and the taxes are much more than they were even with the nice atmosphere of a small simple restaurant if you want to pay a little more for your food then go for it they still make tasty sandwiches hamburgers and hotdogs my personal favorite is the Polish with the submarine the only downside is Ill slow it takes for the order to come and the staffers dont really take sanitize a bit seriously that they dont wear that masks when preparing the food all in all who is delicious and yet not perfect!

2020-03-28Ordered a steak sandwich, this is what I got. Does that look like steak or hamburger to u? Sure tasted like burger not steak. I will never step foot in that place and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy... I never leave reviews, but this was bs.
