Music was so loud unable to hear over it Along with mask muffling and vernacular correction it was just a little bit much. I about to give up on my expensive once a fortnight unnecessary treat.Give it up Starbucks. its never going to chatch on, its a large, not venti or grande, just like its çhai tea not just chai.
I came through the drive through, and after placing my order I realized I left my debit card. I absolutely should of made sure I had it ahead if time. I let the kind gentleman at the window I didnt have my card and he KINDLY gave me my latte for free! Totally wasnt expecting that. His generosity and wonderful customer service has made my Monday. PLEASE visit this wonderful Starbucks. Again, thank you to that young man!
Just what youd expect from this chain location, they are clean, efficient and most employees are friendly! We went here several times during our stay in the area. They ran smoothly and everything was as youd want it to be. The drive thru moved a little slowly, so I would suggest going inside and / or using your order app for a bit faster service if you are in a rush.Most of the staff here is friendly and welcoming. We didnt have any issues with anyone and it was inviting atmosphere overall!Overall: A
People were nice, bathroom was clean.But my cold brew was bad. Taste like water down. My sons Frappuccino was also bad. No flavor. I wouldve gone back and asked for new ones if it wasnt for the highway.I have never asked for any Starbucks to make them again in my life. This was that bad.
I was having a rough morning and was a bit frazzled at the window, but the staff was super sweet and understanding with me. They even made some small talk, which helped calm my anxiety and ultimately made me feel valued. I appreciate this whole experience, it really made my morning a lot better! Thank you!!!! I will definitely recommend this location.
Starbucks is known to sell HIGH QUALITY coffee beans, and their customer service is excellent . This is my first time writing a review (Starbucks) because I’ve never ever had any issues with their services. This one special location in 395 S Bolingbrook, as soon as you walk in you could feel the tension between the co-workers. They didn’t greet any one coming in the store. I couldn’t believe how the cashier was so rude to the customer in front of me. Well I was next as soon as I was giving her my order she was giving me such a hard time placing my order rolling her eyes at me not only that she would walked way while I was placing my order and coming back to take my order she did this several times. So when it was time to get my drink the barista called A NAME their were couple of drinks with the same name so I accidentally crab the wrong one. omg !!!! She snapped at me in front of everyone like if I was child “saying that I shouldn’t off crab that drink if I didn’t know how to read, that the order says (MOBILE). This STARBUCKS location 395 S Bolingbrook was one of the worts customers service of my life.
Came in with an injured leg, virtually on one foot. Was forced to stand in line waiting for my coffee by a sitting! healthy looking employee because apparently I can’t sit inside while waiting. Pity because I rarely had issues with this place before otherwise but it is clear that they no longer need my business. I’ll get my coffee elsewhere from now on, my leg pain and their “effort” to accommodate it has made me reconsider my shopping habits.
I mobile ordered and when I went to the pick up area I could see my order, but not a single employee so much as looked at me. I stood there for a bit and finally I called out to ask if someone could hand me my order. There was an employee standing right there, but she told me to hold on a minute. Another employee came by and was standing literally right next to my order. I asked if they could hand me my order and they didnt even look at me. Then the first employee snapped at me that they were both making drinks and would help me in a minute. I understand being busy or overwhelmed or even just having a bad day, but its unacceptable that I was never even acknowledged and then snapped at.
This Starbucks is Awesome! Everyone is efficient and kind. The store Manager Jen has trained her staff very well and it shows from their work ethic. With the quarantine in place I know the team will come back stronger from these unprecedented times. I miss seeing their happy faces on my lunch breaks.
This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. There were only two cars that ordered in front of me in the drive through my whole experience took about 30 minutes and this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait forever at this Starbucks. After that wait, 2/3 drinks that I purchased did not taste right at all(these are our usual drinks). The only reason I am giving this two stars instead of one is because the people working were nice. However, one of the employees was not wearing a mask at all which was concerning. Overall, would not recommend this Starbucks. Go to any other locations if you don’t want to wait forever.
I love this Starbucks. The service here is always great. I was helped one day by a guy named Mike I think he was extremely professional and knowledgeable of his job, I like how he caried himself. Also, more recently I was helped by Wennay I think. But anyway she is too sweet and nice. Her voice puts a smile on my face i loved it. I hope to find the rest of this Starbucks employee as great as these two.
Staff not friendly for early morning. Ordered four drinks and breakfast items. The cheese danish was heated to make the pastry hard. The employees never said food morning or thank you. It was strange since the Starbucks in my area seem to understand the hospitality of customer service no matter the time of day.
Drive through took forever. My order wasnt prepared when I got to the pick up window. The man/woman at the pick up window was kind, but didnt seem up to the task of multitasking. I had to tell them that I wanted to use myfree birthday drink promo 3 times, and then show them my phone again after they had scanned my phone for payment. My drink was literally made in a hurry and it showed. It wasnt the best Starbucks experience. I dont think Ill be going back.
I pick up my step daughter every Wednesday after school for a trip to Starbucks. It started out as just a fun time for us to spend some time together, now it has turned into a weekly tradition. Every Wednesday morning she reminds me...”Starbucks today, don’t forget!” We love our time here.
I placed an order online, and it said it would be ready in 4-8 minutes. They never got it but it took my money, and showed under my previous orders for being ordered. So in the end they did nothing, I lost my money. this used to be my favorite Starbucks, I loved them, but not coming back anymore.
Yesterday I drank the most expensive coffee of my life. It was a large mint mocha. It was a very good drink, but $6.00 for a 20 oz. disposable cup is way beyond my budget. At least they should have used clear plastic that resembles to a glass to give the coffee drinker a true coffee house feeling. The accompanying toasted plain bagel with cream cheese was pretty good, but I expected a bigger size for almost 3 dollars. When I arrived the wifi was down and I asked the manager to reset their modem, but he said he didnt have access to it. So I sipped on my coffee and patiently waited wanting to finish an important project on my computer. 2 hours later the wifi was back. I ordered a large hot tea with lemon and honey on the side. He put a splash of lemonade in the hot water and left the teabags in the boiling water and set the pockets of honey on the side. Not exactly the way I requested and the price was $2.50, a little steep for a drink served in a plastic cup.The music was great and the service was excellent and really quick. The ambience was very stylish so my overall impression was pretty good.
All I can say about Starbucks is all their drinks and coffees are very good. They make your drinks the way you want them if you ask like more chocolate or stronger coffee. Nice place clean you can drink it there or take it out . Good place to have cold or hot coffee or other. I sure everyone tried Starbucks if not you got to try a coffee well theres other than coffees there . Go on give it a try you just may like them .
2nd time visiting this location. I absolutely love Starbucks!!!. And this store is no different with making good coffee drinks. However, the drive thru line is always very long extending out into main traffic. Service is friendly but very slow. Have to.plan an extra 20min if I want to stop at this location.
Went in to meet up with a friend. Wasnt even thinking about getting anything but i decided why not since i havent had anything from Starbucks in awhile. The guy at the register was so nice and wonderfully energetic. This was 2 hours before closing too and Im sure hes been there for awhile already. Everyone else was nice to. Theyre definitely nicer than most Starbucks Ive ever been to.
I came in with a half gallon thermos that I wanted dark roast in. The guy at the counter was just on the verge of being very rude before the other young man stepped in and said its just a half a pot of coffee, go ahead and brew it. I assume he thought he was going to have to do pour overs. But when the store is empty and it us 3 plus hours from closing, would that of killed you? Seems to be the way at Starbucks these days, either great people or not so great people.Have been back many times after this visit and have had nothing but great service. Bumping my 2 star to a 4 star review.
Despite there being a line, it moved rather quickly. Everyone worked as a team. I admire how Kelly was able to maintain a smile, work quickly and efficiently without showing any signs of stress. Jay was just as friendly and kept his cool. Definitely recommend this location!
I sent one of my employees to this Starbucks for a coffee with some ice to cool it down and let me just say to hear from her that this Starbucks REFUSED to put ice in the coffee is utterly RIDICULOUS! never before have I heard of a company that serves coffee and is in the customer service industry to refuse service to a customer! How hard is it to put some ice cubes in a coffee? Are you not getting paid enough to take 2 seconds to throw some cubes in there? Seriously? My entire team and I decided that we will no longer be using Starbucks for our afternoon coffee runs and will stick 100% with dunkin donuts who are the epitome of customer service and wonderfully made coffee upon request. The employees here should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and the management should really review with ALL their employees what excellent customer service entails. You lost a giant customer today over ice! Super sad and STUPID in my opinion. Good Luck Starbucks
Hannah is such a sweetheart!!! She wasnt the cashier that morning, but she was so helpful when I had a question. My group was running on 4 hours of sleep from a concert and then had to go to a religious convention... not fun on no sleep. She made my morning. I am NOT a morning person, and I literally cant have coffe, but thank god yall have tea and low calorie breakfast options! I probably wont make it back to this particular store, but they really made our morning. 💖💖💖
Longer wait times lately (today, 10 mins for a latte with 2 people in front of me mid-morning. Took my money -and tip- and forgot to give me my drink). They used to be more friendly and faster. The last three visits have been similar experiences at this location. Short handed? Understaffed? In any case, I certainly wouldnt risk another visit here if I was on my way to work or appt.
My husband and I go to this Starbucks, the most often. The morning crew are spectacular. They really try to make it a nice experience. They are friendly and almost always has a smile. They know us by our names and so do we know most of them. Our drinks are done to perfection every time.We will continue to go there as long as we live in Bolingbrook.
Tom blows me away with his customer service, remembered my name and order after a couple drive thru visits, and is a big part of the reason I continue to pay a little more for Starbucks vs the competitors. I visited with my gf last week and she couldnt believe when I pulled up he already knew my exact order 👏👌🙌 thanks tom
I ordered a venti thru doordash and got a grande.. im not sure if its because they ran out or dont have it at this location.. i just dont want to be charged extra for it you know? I tried calling the store but it seems like its out of service.. the coffee was great though! I just wish it was a venti like i paid for
Only giving one because I could not give 0, just went there 5 min ago, waited in a line of 4 people for 10 min just to get to the speaker, the guy at the speaker was not paying attention as he read our order back to us not once, not twice but three times wrong. Waited an additional 20 min to get to the window, pay and get our drinks. I work in an urgent care and often go to the location in Bartlett to order drinks for all of the staff so I gave them the benefit of the doubt (maybe there was a big order) but as I watched one maybe two drinks come out per car I was annoyed. Finally got our drinks, one peach green tea and one toffee nut frappacino coffee based with a shot of expresso ($12) and they were melted and tasted horrible.....I love Starbucks, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.
Quick reason: told I didnt have free rewards even though I did and couldnt find receipt to prove what I bought and app not working. Barista gave drink but implied I was scamming. I told her to keep it, again, because I was going to call to find out what happened. She gave it anyway and said I should let them know she gave it to me. When I get it cleared up, Ill definitely let her know that. For that reason of still Highgate the drink, 3 stars. For slight attitude, 2 stars.
Honestly I cant say I will be back to this location as I watched one of your staff mop the bathroom floors and then use the same mop and water to mop the dining area...... As a pregnant woman the thought of e. Coli with my coffee sounds like a terrible time.Makes me question what else is half a$$ed or just not taken care of to a standard you would think the food industry would have.
So I went to get my usual a Vente Mocha Frappuccino with a double shot of espresso and the barista noticed my chihuahua key chain and asked if I had chihuahuas, I told her yes I have 2 and she asked me if I would like 2 pupccinos for them and asked me what their names are. That just made my day
There was a line out of the parking lot and they gave me the wrong coffee. I couldnt take it back cause I was behind my schedule from waiting in line all that time. I wasted my money on the largest and more expenses coffee and I didnt drink it. For the first time ever in my history with Starbucks I was disappointed and heartbroken.

2022-07-08I was here for a month training for work. I visited almost every day. This is by far one of the best locations Ive ever been too. The employees are soo nice and personable. And the coffees are always perfect and its fast!

2022-05-12I was a huge fan of Caribou coffee, they made this large turtle coffee drink. 3shots, while choc and Carmel. And I have to substitute soy milk. In order to get this drink here I have to pay extra for the soy milk, and extra for the 3rd shot, (but if Im already paying for extra coffee and less milk, and paying extra to have soy milk, but Im getting less of, seems unethical) and I have to pay extra to add the extra flavor. (So even less milk) then if the employee didnt measure the soy right. And didnt hear enough milk, theyll top it off with a bunch of foam, I shouldnt have to argue with a manager that a mocha SHOULD not have foam anyway. Let alone should it have to be part of my order. I shouldnt have to add. No FOAM on my mocha. Total, comes out to a $9.58 drink. To spend that much on a coffee drink, and still not get it the way you were charged, is infuriating. To spend that much on a single NON alcoholic drink, should be perfect before leaving the barista hands. As is the norm at sooo many Starbucks, this is one of two places that has ever made my drink right.Thank you

2022-05-26I was told that because I drive a truck I cant park in the open spot out of the way of all traffic. The manager at the location in E Dundee was very vocal with me. How can they have a manager like that. They should tran there staff better

2019-08-13I tend to prefer higher and coffee shops in the area but if Im driving by the Starbucks I will frequently pop in for a cuppa coffee Ill go with just the black house blend and nothing fancy. The order is always on point and I have never had any problems with my order. The location is average in terms of dizziness and seating availability. What I like about Starbucks is that you can order on your app and have it ready and paid for even before you walk in. This makes it very convenient for grabbing coffee on the go. One other thing that I like about Starbucks is that you can buy some really nice gifts for family and friends. They have amazing mugs and tumblers and even bags of coffee that make amazing gifts. The drive-through is also really convenient and they make the line go really fast. Big props to the workers who work here for being quick and speedy.
