I am not a coffee person but there hot chocolate is very good as is there food.
I live in Antioch and visit this location about 0-4 a week. Recently, staff has changed. Though my drink and yummy lemon loaf deserve a 5........ the lack of customer engagement and not even eye contact deserves a 2. Please keep in mind.... the consumer pays a pretty penny for these products. A smile and kind words will have a positive impact on your locations review scores.

Nice, preofession staff. Taste your drink before you leave. The last two (different) blonde drinks I ordered from there were not made correctly. They resembled infused water not espresso drinks. 😕
Its a really nice Starbucks and a Jewel Osco in Antioch Illinois. Friendly staff they know how to make the Starbucks product. Fast service and theres not much that they dont know how to make. It is a convenient location because he going for groceries and you need to stop and get some extra fuel at Starbucks. I enjoy coming to this Starbucks and location at the Jewel-Osco.
The Starbucks inside the Jewel usually has great costumer service compared to others.Theyre pretty speedy with drink preparation as well!
I went to the Starbucks in the Jewel food store in Antioch IL. It was a great, small location with the same quality as a larger location. The staff was wonderful and the kiosk was clean and attractive.
Its a Starbucks they are all the same. This one is in a grocery store so there is almost always a line. They do have quick service and keep the coffee coming hot and quick.
Frappuccinos are my favorite kinda like taking speed in the 80s, lol. My heart starts racing and I get all this energy, then I drop or drip out and have my own private day at the beach sweating my butt off. Hot Flash City, but it still taste so darn good once in a while, who cares. My son turned me on to that caramel macchiato that is awesome too, again its once in a while. I order the small, so its not that expensive. Parking is kinda tight around there too.

I usually LOVE this one but the past few times have been horrible. We pay good money for this coffee... Make it right for us please!

Very happy we finally have a Starbucks in Antioch, however, the high schoolers running it are very slow and are more interested in their phones than waiting on customers.
Quick, friendly service. The store is located inside the Jewel so its not as apparent which may have helped to contribute to the non-existent lines the few times Ive gone.

2022-07-02Abigail, Emily, Julian, Raymond and countless others who work at this Starbucks inside the Jewel Antioch grocery store are the sweetest! Amazing customer service, great conversationalist, beautiful smiles on their faces when you walk in. They could have a million people waiting for their orders to be done the staff still manages to keep it together and have a great attitude. I go to this jewel pretty often and have gotten to know the starbucks staff very well over the year Ive been living here. Always enjoy and am excited to see the staff when I walk in for a quick grocery trip or a coffee trip.

2021-07-27Staff needs to be more engaged. Had a staring contest with all 3 employees and neither one greeted me ready to take my order. This place is a joke, not worth the time. Also out of everything on the menu. Get new employees and product asap.

2021-01-02My boyfriend & I stopped for a drink this afternoon after shopping. The young man working took his time making our drinks & they were perfect ! Very friendly & we appreciate taking the time to make sure the drinks are delicious!! We will be back!

2018-10-31Very Clean and organized. The service was friendly, and efficient. I sat at a table inside. This location has a small dinning area, with staff focused on the drive up. However, the service balance between the drive up, and dinning is strong. It was a good place to do some digital chores wile eating and putting caffeine back into my bloodstream.

2019-10-03All of the baristas are friendly and make an effort to remember your order if youre a regular. They interact with you almost as if youre family and establish a rapport with everyone, time willing. They have always been quick and make my coffee exactly how I wish.

2018-10-15It would be nice if they actually listened to my order without rushing through it.I come in early every morning before the 7 am rush and 3 out of 5 times Ive been there in the past week theyve gotten my order wrong. So thats nice to spend $5 on a drink every morning for it to be wrong. 😁 Then getting to work to find out its wrong.

2020-02-14They do a decent job at making my coffee. Love that its conveniently located in Jewel and right next to the floral department. You can literally stop and smell the roses!
