U guyz r off Ive never entered PJ BeautySupply. Because GOD gave me all the (BEAUTY) I will ever need. My mom had ahPoster n her kitchen( GOD REST HER SOUL)🙏😢 Which red GOD dont make no junk.Need I say moor.✊ black🎷I had 2 give PJ Beauty Supply ah ratin 2 post my comment. So I give them 4⭐eventho I never been n the place. Got 2 staypositive,u digg.
The girls on the floor and behind the counter are really nice. They gave me excellente customer service.
Great selection however they dont give prices over the phone which makes people chose other stores ....not the other way around
I had a great time there. Got great help from workers and owner. Took one star cause the place, though clean, is junky/packed with merchandise.
The staff was nice but the Wig collection is outdated. Most of the displays are disheveled. The store really needs a really good straightening
Friendly staff helped me get in and out quick. The Ilse are a bit tight so good luck trying to walk through there on a busy day
Love the hispanic guy who is always in there helping the customers he knows where everythings at and keeps the store clean and organized
We got here at 5:50 sign said they close at 6 and they didnt even let us in.

2021-09-30Well i came in with a family member. We always greet everyone by saying hello everyone. One of the ladys in charge asked what we wanted to have done today -we intelligently made our request. WE looked at the colors we wanted and waited for instructions to get waited on. One of the stylist started sweeping,and looking at us as if she was displease. Afterwards two caucasian ladies came in and one operator waited on them right away.(both wore taken care of ahead of us.Meanwhile the lady who did the cleaning continued to have an uncomfortable look on her face. We didt say anything to them or cause them to beUncomfortable.

2019-05-15The staff are all great and make you feel welcomed and cared for! They really pack a lot into the store which is great for finding what you need to have your edges snatched! The only downside, is the space in the aisles and can feel kinda claustrophobic, but just ask a staff member and they’ll point you in the right direction!

2020-07-23Great service from the manager. Eye had a bad experience with a damaged blade and the guy in there changed it free of charge after checking to see if it was used. Didnt mind, considered it a pleasure. Overall 8/10

2018-03-22I purchased 2 pony wig at 6pm on Monday for my mother. I asked the girl at the register if I can return it if that’s not what she wanted the next day. The girl told me that I can as long as I don’t open it nor use them. When I got home I noticed that it was for little girls. I return the following day to exchange them the owner (man) was very rude and told me that he can’t take them back. He did point to a sign that unfortunately I didn’t see nor was I told to read at the time of purchase since the girl told me that I can exchange them. Another customer intervene trying to help me. It’s a very nice place but the owner was very rude and the pony was never open and it was still attached to the packaging where if he wanted to be fair he could have accept them back because it shows that it was not worn nor opened. I asked If he can allow me to exchange one instead of both. He wouldn’t help a customer. Very disappointed.

2019-10-09This place is packed with every beauty product & accessory imaginable. I stop in from time to time and grab items totally unrelated to hair. You get a welcome upon entry and the staff is very attentive which is nice considering the demographics.
