I was looking to purchase a desk calendar I asked the young man where they was located he told me at the front register very polite then when I go to the register to purchase my calendars the cashier Carl was so polite informative . GREAT customer service I recommend the store highly.
Came in first time to print some items I needed and the manager was at the print desk who was very very helpful and gave me the best customer service I’ve gotten in a long time I will definitely come back to this specific location I observed him giving all the customer the same excellent customer service as well!!!
As a small business owner, I rely on a lot of help for service and marketing. Staples is my go-to for all my small business needs. The rewards program is very generous and the staff is always helpful. Its a big-box store, but all the employees know me by name and that makes it feel like Im getting the individual attention my business needs.Plus, everyone at the copy and print center always bends over backward to accommodate me. They treat everyone like their most important customer, regardless of how much you spend. I highly recommend all of their services.
I actually went to this location for the first time. I had to print something real quick. They had 2 self serve printers. 1 of those was broken and needed maintainence. I had to print a few things from my email and the printer takes forever honestly in printing and selecting 1 file at a time. People were waiting because of that reason and I felt uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was fine and dandy. I got my uniball pencil and was in my way. The checkout process was smooth.
Just shopped for my childrens school supplies and the staff there was very helpful and knowledgeable about what they are out of stock of. The sales associate Michael was very kind and helpful to the questions pertaining to the sale. Might I add he was speedy with the checkout. Will always shop there for my supply needs!
I am useless when it comes to figuring out the self service copiers so I asked the young lady to make copies for me after I screwed up the ones I had made. She was so helpful and the copies I needed were a beautiful color and perfect for my daughters baby shower. Great service!
DO NOT BUY INK HERE! Their return policy is completely unfair. No regard for customer service! They sold me dry ink catridges that run about $100 a set. When I got home to try them the color cartridges wouldnt produce the right colors because they were sold dry! According to their manager, the policy is that they cant return ink if its opened. How could I know if the product worked if I didnt open it? All the manager said was call the manufacturer. They will give you money back! I gave my money to staples, so how does that solve my problem? I still have dry cartridges. Who cares about the needs of the customer. They already paid. This is bad business! NEVER BUYING FROM STAPLES AGAIN!
I went to Staples to print out some large numbers to place and placards on my upcoming celeb. I was not greeted right away. The workers were very much over whelmed with the line of customers that all needed 5 minutes and more attention almost each and every one of them every time I turned around. Once I did get set up on the computer I needed some assistance I was very disappointed Ill be right with you man was what I heard over and over they did come to help me but I was unsuccessful in retrieving some information from the computer. The charge per minute was $0.33. I did not know I was going to be there that long very disappointed I am going back to approach the manager for them to give me back some of my money I am a senior citizen on disability and I was very perturbed by the whole experience at Staples on 95th Street
I had house at to the level of comprehension and skill the printing section of the store has. The young man was extremely informative and truly helpful!! He, ALONE.....took care of MANY customers alone in the utmost professional manner! He was 100% on top of his game! I am very grateful for his help!!!
LAST VISIT 1-STARAlways had great experience bc customer svs was great. Check out guy didnt know product, I asked about coupons. He mumbled something. Not confident or not caring. He then asked supr about coupons to which she gave off- putting reply of only online. No eye contact or interaction of either. It was not that busy. Later after checking my email, there was in fact a 20% off coupon. Service is service. Im trying to work too, Staples!
I bought an Epson WF7720, got it home and all the parts weren’t there. Their computer said they had 1 in stock but they couldn’t find it and said it might be as late as Wednesday before they did. They gave me my money back but I had something that I really wanted to print and this has delayed me a lot. Getting my money back wasn’t what I wanted, I just wanted a working wide format printer. Giving a “ok” review because it wasn’t the end result I wanted.
I came yesterday to have invitations printed and I spoke with Tasneem in the department. She was FANTASTIC, she needs to stay in that department because she is so knowledgeable on what she is doing and she loves every minute of it. Best experience I have ever had, will gladly be back and refer all if my friends! Thank you, Tasneem! See you soon!
I stood for 30 minutes waiting to ship a DVD UPS ground, then was told it is $17. I went across the street to the UPS store and shipped it for $6. I waited in line at the register for 20 minutes, they had a manager and 2 other cashiers who were to busy hanging out and talking to open another register. Everyone in the store had a blah attitude and could care less about the customers. Except Jackie the only one actually ringing people out. She could have run the store alone thats about how much help anyone else there was. I will never return to that store, I would rather travel 5 hours if it was my only other option. Lucky I dont run that place or people would be out of a job.
Customer service here is horrid, or better yet non existent. Associates are close to invisible. Never asked if we needed help. Noone dares to come to the rear of the store. However, after I actually found someone, they solved my questions and concerns. Never received an apology for the wait.
What a horrible experience trying to get something laminated. They said they only can guarentee laminating on one side. Then they cut the edges too close and the ends are not making a good seal. What a horrible experience from 2 different people and the assistant manager.

2022-03-22My wife is a teacher in an elementary school. Last week our printer didnt function well since its an old printer. Then yesterday we decided to go here since its a weekday and she has no class. We came here early so its not a hassle and tiring to shop. Im too amazed by their flooring since its clean. We went to the selection of printer. There are a lot of kinds and brands of printers so its hard to choose. But in the end we chose the high quality printer. Its price is expensive. One staff member put the printer on the edge of the counter because we also bought art materials. Our cart was full of art and school supplies. My wife bought 5 boxes of ball pens with cute designs. She said to me that she will give it to her students for prizes. She got everything she needed.

2021-08-23Erin was excellent!! Took the time to make sure others before me knew about some sale items around the register. Was very patient with the long lines of people. Shopping for school supplies is a headache but she managed to make the end process enjoyable. Even signed me up for the rewards in no time at all. Keep up the great work!

2021-12-15A while back, I dealt with a guy called Connor. He seemed completely oblivious, and didnt really engage with customers the way he was supposed to. Very evasive personality, and has communication problems.

2021-02-24I called to ask if they offered servicing/cleaning for the printers that they sell. Although they dont, Ed (store manager) walked me through a self cleaning feature for my print heads that I never even knew was there. He had nothing to gain by helping me the way he did, so I absolutely appreciate the info that he shared. Service like that is rare at the retail level.

2020-03-16They had a good amount of office chairs available and on display. An employee saw us carrying a heavy box and offered to bring it to the register for us where he opened up so we wouldn’t have to wait. He rang us up quickly and even offered to take the item out to the car for us. He loaded it in the car. He was friendly and extremely helpful. It was a good experience.

2020-02-06The only reason I rated them 1 star because that’s the lowest stars that google gave me. I ordered round stamps and I was told 3-5 business days. I go to pick it up they tell me 7-10 days. One person called the manger to tell him the story and said I can’t do anything for you. I just walked out. I will never ever do business here again. If had to pay even more I’m fine with that.

2019-07-09We gave these poor people such a headache so I felt obliged to leave a note on how helpful they were. We placed an order online then canceled, due to a change of plans on our part. The associates in the Print Center were all very quick and eager to first help us with our print specifications then cancel our charge. They were very apologetic for any inconvenience, but in fact, they went out of their way to be of assistance at every turn. Thank you for the hospitality, Oak Lawn!
