Stylist was very polite. Booked an appointment online at 10:10, ofcourse it will be busy on a Saturday and was told to come in at 11:00, came at 11:05, was given a haircut right away. Im not sure what my stylists name was but she was very professional and polite. Will be returning to this location again, over 6 years of going here and not a bad experience!
I am not sure what is going on with this location, but it is deteriorating from time to time I come there. Today was the worst situation. I came in and there was no one in front and three girls working. Lucky me I thought, I will get my haircut in no time. However, one by one, girls finished their cuts and disappeared in the back. While I was waiting there was 3 more customers showed up. Here we were, 4 customers and no one and I mean no one working in the place.
Great haircuts, well worth the extra cost compared to the generic $7 places. The staff will save notes after each haircut for reference when you go back, which is very helpful. This store is well staffed and the wait isnt very long, even when it seems really busy.Make sure to use the online check-in, its the best innovation for haircutteries in years. Sports Clips is one of the best online check-in apps around.
I used to be a regular customer. Both of my sons still go here. If you have a regular stylist and you can go in on non peak hours you can get a good cut for a reasonable price. Parents frequently bring in small children which causes chaos in the waiting area and staff does not interact in this area. You can call in your name or walk in to get on the list and come back later. If you dont know your stylist the quality of your cut can be a toss up. Also tricky to get into as you have to come in from the Trader Joe entrance on Fabyan Pkwy and navigate the grocery pedestrians.
Every stylist Ive had there did a good job. Its a bit if a drive for me but has the best staff of any sports clips Ive been to.
Waited an hour for one of the quickest, worst haircuts Ive had in a long time. I got the MVP treatment but was in no way treated like such. The hairdresser didnt even dry my hair afterwards. No towel or hair dryer. Ridiculous. Never going back.
Ive been having Angela cut my hair for the last several months and have been extremely pleased. She pays a lot of attention to detail and my cuts look clean and sharp! Highly recommend her.

Did a great job, i recommend the neck massage and hot or cool towel with hair wash, and all done without adding more than a couple minutes to time it took for haircut. Very quick, but EFFICIENT!! I asked for a trim because I like to keep my hair long in the winter. Ended up with the worst haircut Ive had since 2001. Picture the hairline behind your ear...now imagine someone trimming a half inch above the hairline. You can see my scalp above my ear and it itches like crazy. This is no way to pick up new clientele. And to top it off my hair is short. I would never go back there.
I got my hair cut by Amber and I was very pleased with the cut. She has a lot of experiences and it shows.She is also a very sweet person. I highly recommend you go to Batavia Sports Clip and ask for Amber.
Clean and fully staffed. Stopped in for unscheduled cut for my three boys. In and out in 20 mins with perfect cuts according to our requests. Karly was great!
Love this location. The employees are all great and do a great job. I also love that they have notes about how they cut your hair so anyone of them can do it.
They didn’t a horrible job of paying attention to my instructions, butchered my hair, didn’t blow dry my hair afterwords to get all the hair off me, and was too lazy to cut parts of my hair.
Wait times can be hit or miss, but Ive never left with a bad haircut. The stylists here know their stuff and are all wonderful.

Worst hair cut. Completely incompetent. Martha managed to turn scissors on the top into a bad buzz cut. The only thing consistent here is the inconsistency of quality.

Not a bad palce for a haircut. Sometimes the wait can be a bit like 40 mins. Staff is friendly place is clean.

Terrible experience! Literally shaved my sons hair off with clippers and then got upset telling me that I told them to do it. Been going there for years, never experienced this before.

It is a good place to go if you need a simple cut. It is pricey but manageable. Not the greatest but does the job.
Thet tell u 20 minutes wait time, but its much longer. Had to leave, my hour lunchbreak was ending and i was still waiting for the haircut.

Being a sports themed salon, I assumed they would play sports. Wrong they refused to change the channel to UEFA FINAL GAME 2016 because an employee said Ive watched enough soccer and Im not watching anymore.

2022-09-03My father and I stopped in to get haircuts. It was very easy to get to and the staff was very friendly and personable. Jan I think her name was(sorry cant remember) was easy to talk to. She did a nice job with my haircut.

2022-09-04I went to Sport Clips because it is close to home and I had received a descent haircut there about a year ago as a maintenance cut in between appointments with my regular stylist while she was unavailable. Today, I was in a similar situation so I went back to Sport Clips. My stylist was, Giana. She cut my hair so well, that I’ve decided I have a new full time stylist named, Giana Fantastic hair cut!

2020-08-15The workers are very friendly and good at their job. With the pandemic going on, you feel comfortable having a haircut here cuz the face mask rule applies and the seats are arranged in such a way theyre observing social distancing.

2021-07-16Please first recognize and give a shout out to Mariah- the assistant manager. Mariah is also puts so much energy and passion into her hair cuts and the MVP experience. If you want a great scalp massage/temple massage during the Tea Tree Shampoo portion, she is the best in the business. Also when it comes to the shoulder massage machine as the end, this is next level. This is coming from somebody who goes through circuit training every morning rigorously and who also endured being rear ended by a distracted driver who was texting, so any additional targeted pain and pressure point relief is extremely helpful. Who needs to go to these Mario Tricoci salons where you spend $80 and barely get any above and beyond experience? Also please reach out and give praise to the awesome ownership at this location, and the field leader Stephanie who are beyond incredible. Please recognize these folks that truly go above and beyond. So many other hair salons rush the client in and out and dont put any passion or care into what they do. Sports Clips also is not the same at every location, it is not your run of the mill Chipotle experience where every place is identical. This location in Batavia is different. It comes from the leadership. Share this w/ corporate. Here this Sports Clips purely 100%, knocks it out of the park with a grand slam home run. Way to go guys!
