Their massage used to be good and pedicures are a huge no!I had purchased their manicure, pedicure, and massage package.First off they started with manicure and pedicure. Youre walked to a room in the back filled with all kinds of storage for nails and massage. There are a couple of chairs to sit at. The chair I was sitting on didnt have the water ready. So they filled it and part of the spout was broken so it started shooting water out onto me and my stuff and all over the floor. I Was lucky most of my clothes didnt get wet. Then another guy was taken to the back for a complimentary pedicure. He made it clear he didnt ask for one but they insisted, poor guy had his feet burned. They were also filling up his tub. Not even half way into his pedicure he told them to stop, he was in pain. Meanwhile I am twisted up in all sorts while one lady is doing my pedicure and the other is doing the manicure on one hand while my other hand is holding a pillow to support the UV lamp. To top it off the manicure and pedicure part was rushed! They wanted to get me out as soon as possible for the massage part. I am guessing this is do to them booking clients back to back. Then I was escorted to another part of the building. I had to walk out and walk up the stairs. This looked like the lounge area for the employees if not an apartment. As I walked from the living room to the kitchen I noticed something red, it looked like blood but cant confirm. It was on the kitchen floor. Afterwards, I was taken to a back room to start the massage. The lady kept saying I was taken to this area because the main building where there business is at was too loud..I would not recommend! They used to be fine 4 years ago, now everything seems unsanitary and rushed.

What was supposed to be the start of a great Mother’s Day ended up being a humiliating and horrible experience. I called Friday to book an appointment for Sunday for my boyfriend and I and was able to get through after a few calls. When I spoke to the lady on the phone I asked for Sunday availability and she said ok at noon come in for a couples massage. I said great perfect, but I do have a Groupon. Would I just bring it on Sunday and she said yes. Please just bring the voucher and we will take it. Fast forward to Sunday we arrive after driving for about 40 mins and are checking in normally. The girl asks for my phone number and what time the appointment was and I gave it to her. She’s says ok I see you have a couples massage it will be $130. I told her that I have the Groupon and she immediately said oh no we don’t take Groupon today. I informed her that when I made the reservation the girl assured me that it would be ok which is why I asked in the first place. Now she calls over two other girls for help. One comes over to tell me that they don’t see my appointment anymore and that they can’t fit us in while the other just continues to say no Groupon. I told them if this was an issue why would the girl tell me it wouldn’t be. Frustrated and embarrassed from going back and forth with them, my boyfriend and I walk out because now it’s a scene in the lobby. We head over to our vehicle and I was looking for my purse in the back seat when one of the ladies walks over. She proceeds to tell us that they have two new girls and that one of them had to have answered the phone and taken the reservation. That we could come back at 5 to get our massage. I explained to her that we have a whole day planned out and we can not come back. The fact that we didn’t even get an apology for an error on there part was ridiculous. Especially because they made it seem like it was our fault and they just wanted to bank on some extra cash for Mother’s Day. They won’t be getting our money and the place looked super sketch.
Omg words cannot express. I love this place. Best massages I’ve ever experienced happened here & I’ve gotten massages all over the world. I visit at least once a month.
Massage was mid, One thing that defeats the whole purpose of me enjoying it was the fact that i tipped her $20 and my massage lady and her front desk employees beg for more and then shame me for not giving more. I shouldn’t have to argue about a tip thats 1/3 of the massage price. You scums are very stingy and money hungry. 0 class and un professional

The worst massage experience I have ever had. The person massaging me said I was “sexy” which is so inappropriate to say while you’re basically undressed and being touched. Also, there were some communication barriers I tried to be empathetic to but the person massaging me didn’t understand when I said to slow down. No one wore a mask. Then, because I left a lower tip to reflect my poor experience, the young lady at the front desk said “that’s all you’re leaving?” and luckily for her I wasn’t in the mood to argue because I would’ve said “you can leave some more money your self” but it’s Christmas so I left a higher tip just because I understand the tips can make or break the difference in a person’s livelihood and that’s not something I want either. I am never returning to this unprofessional establishment.
First off I wanna start with this place is awesome the massage is more of a medical aspect so if youre suffering from an ailment in your back thighs and shoulders this is the place for you I had injured my knees from a fall and I have a disabled daughter that I take care of and the knee injury led to hip and back problems believe me Lulu got me to function properly thanku
Our number 1 massage place. This staff knows how to take care of their customers. Their prices are good, and they really understand the idea of a spa being a relaxing experience. So everything they do is about that because they are extremely accommodating. They were really busy that day, but they still fit us in, and did not rush anything that they did. We ended up being there almost an hour after their close time, but how they treated us, you would have never known what time it was. The hot stone massages that they provided were some of the best, and they happily took care of us the entire time. Have been there many times and will continue to go.
I purchased the hot stone massage and sauna. It was very relaxing. The spa was clean and everyone was nice and professional. My massage therapist adjusted the level of pressure so that I was not in pain at all. The sauna made me feel calm. That evening I slept better than I had in months. I will definitely return.
Great massage. The nice woman even walked on my back. It was very clean and nice inside the private room. I reccomend going here for a nice relaxing massage. They also have a sauna and they do nails. Very nice staff.
Massages are the best in South suburbs. Not the most quiet massage place, but the work they do makes up for the loud surrounding. I visit once a month. Not one bad massage yet

Booked a 60 min massage for my gf on Groupon. Booked appointment and upon arriving was told it was not for that location. They got in argument with her and basically yelled at her telling her she was wrong. Upon presenting evidence it was for their location. They then said it is for couples why are you alone? The Groupon purchased was for one massage, there was another option for couples which I did not select. They also tried saying they had no record of her appointment for that time even though she saw her name and my phone number written in the time slot. Very unprofessional.
This tiny place was amazing! The staff were professional, the service was outstanding and Angela and Coco were the best. I will definitely be going back again. I went for a massage and it was the best one I ever had. Please check this place out!

Been here 6 times and I have to say this is the best massage you will ever get the pressure they use is exactly what you ask for. The room is very clean the girls are professional. I get the 99.00 package and it is totally worth the price. I look forward going back every month.
Went there for the first time and took my girlfriend with me who has never had a massage before. Called a day in advance to set up an appointment. Everything from the phone call with Liya to the actual massage and leaving the place was absolutely fantastic. The staff is very friendly and they make it seem like youre at home. Whether or not they are the therapist assigned to you, everyone there will greet you with a smile. The massage was amazing and had my girlfriend and I feeling very relaxed and comfortable throughout. They really know what theyre doing. Even though its like a 30 mile drive from my residence, I will definitely be going again soon. Its totally worth the drive and the price, I highly recommend this place.
Today I took my husband for a spa day. One thing an establishment should never show is non-orgazination. I shouldnt knew you all didnt have my appointment schedule correct, my services I wanted or the deposit I made. Because these things should have already been communicated. However, the ladies that took care of my husband and I were amazing, professional and caring. The massages were great, their communication with us was also on point, the services after getting away from the front desk was well worth the chaos. We will go back

After a long night working overtime, I stopped by to treat myself with a rejuvenating massage. I picked Spa Kastle. I was checked in by a nice lady named Jessica. Jessica was exceptionally polite and professional. Since I arrived a few minutes early before my appointment, Jessica sat me down at a very clean and comfortable waiting area. Soon after I settled down, Jessica offers me a warm cup of Chinese herbal tea - what a present surprise. Promptly a massage therapist named Ivy who gave me the most professional and rejuvenate massage ever. Ivy was friendly and professional throughout the session. I highly recommend this place if you, man or woman, ever need a relaxing and rejuvenating massage.
My boyfriend sister referred this place to us , and we love lucy , jessica , coco does ours couple massages . We going here every 3 week or one a month . Recommend lucy , jessi a or coco if you want a deep tissue couple massage $130 for couple massage (deep tissue massage with hot stone and 30 minutes sauna stream , number 1 best place in town . They are very busy so call to book an appointment.
The only reason Im giving this place a one star rating is because of an inconsiderate woman who manages this place is an ignorant money hungry inconsiderate person I ever met when I came In I was charged $84.00 for a full service one and a half hour full body and foot massage then she told me about the extra foot bath and pedicure with an extra massage for $20 so I agreed I was also informed that sauna and hot tub were free of charge with the money I paid in the middle of my hot tub this ignorant oriental lady walks in and demands I pay the extra for $26.00 when I told her what happened she snapped and charged the nice lady who gave me the best massage ever this nice ladys name is Octavia so humble she put the money in I refused and paid her the money so this poor lady doesnt get charged then I kindly gave this woman a generous tip the lady u need to watch out for is named Jessica picture below z
Very good service I just don’t like how they all group up at the front when you go to pay and haggle tips insisting that you didn’t like their service for not tipping. Guys TIPS ARE OPTIONAL WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE SERVICE THATS THE TIP!
I have been to many massage places before but this one is by far the best one. The massage therapist I had was very professional and polite, the price was reasonable, and the place overall was very clean. I will definitely be coming back. 5 stars 😊👍
I just wanna say this place is awesome. Hadn’t been here in over 2 years from the last time. I went in yesterday. After work, skipped the gym. I gotta say it was worth the drive considering I live like 45 minutes away from here. $65 for an hour. I asked for deep deep tissue massage and it was amazing. I felt very good afterward. Relaxed. the woman who massaged me got rid of a knot I’ve had on my left shoulder for over a year. I wish I could’ve gotten her name. But would definitely come back!
I have been to all the massage places in the area, this place is the best. I’ve have a variety of massage therapists, they have all been wonderful (though I guess I should remember names, I’m not good at that). They are all professional, curtious and know what they are doing. Not sure why there are complaints about their English. I’ve never had an issue with anyone there. Hands down the best place around for a massage!

We did couples massage and they were great. Very kind and pleasant. I love the sauna part. I went in feeling tensed and came out feeling so relaxed and lighter. They offer a variety of treatments like facials, permanent eyeliner, body waxing and scrubs and more. Will definitely be going back.
I loved it there today!!!! Its my birthday and they were so sweet!!! No issues with their English at all. Best massage ever!!! I also got an amazing mani/pedi. Dont hesitate to call and make an appointment. Dont waste your time on these other nails salons. Spa Kastle has a 5 day guarantee on their no chip and where else can you go and get an arm massage after your manicure? Went for the couples massage today with a friend and it was absolutely amazing. Very clean, friendly, professional and accommodating. I have had about 20 massages at different places..... This was my absolute favorite!! I will definitely be going here for all future massages.. They know what they are doing.
These massages are amazing !! so worth it. $129 for us both to have an hour massage and 30 min in the sauna. it was amazing! We have been twice now and will boook next time we come to illinois !!

That bath tub, that they call a spa was dirty I had to jump out.. Hoping I will not get some sort of infection 😩

Great service, I have had my pedi done there twice, I love it. The owner is great super polite, friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend it to a friend, also based on the number of cars on their parking lot you can tell they are great at what they do.
I love coming to this spa! Mila the manager is so nice and accommodating. I have taken my mom and my best friend here and they also enjoyed their experiences. This is the only place I will get a massage at. Wonderful service and all the masseuse/ladies are very cordial, they always make sure you are comfortable with the pressure. I love it here!
Was a little nervous about some of the stories I had heard about getting more than a massage, especially with the curtains covering the windows a the waiver they have you sign lol, but this was the best massage I have ever had! Would highly recommend the massage, body scrub and sauna experience! I will definitely be back!

All employees were very welcoming! They were busy at the time I came with my boyfriend so they sat us down on massage chairs, made us tea, and let us watch Netflix until they were ready for us. They gave us a gift certificate after for only waiting 20 minutes. The massages were very strong (my boyfriend likes deep tissue) as well as light and soothing for me. Service is great! The spa feels so cozy and like home.
Oh If I could give this No stars I would after being told we had to go in the sauna for 30 min that was fine after 30 min no one checked on us for about a hour I was trying to get other employees attention but they literally would walk past me so I had to go all the way to the front with my robe on to get someone’s attention then she said another 10 minutes. After 15 minutes she told me and my spouse to put our coats on to walk OUTSIDE to another area I’m glad I didn’t take a shower after the spa that day it was freezing. The spa shoes broke the room she decided to take us was freezing it looked like someone’s apartment blocked off. Then afterwards demanding a tip. Here’s your Tip DO BETTER
Found place on Groupon but did not purchase. Called directly to book and massage for me and my husband. Everything was clean and the practice Covid guidelines. We will definitely be back.

First off I have to say I was a little worried at first, seemed like the front desk lady had a lot going on and she was running all over the place. However about 10min later my wife and I were sent to the back for our pedicures and we were met by Irene and Sophia who greeted us with warm embrace, we were offered water and tea, asked if the water temp was ok and how we wanted our nails. I can say we had a authentic spa pedicure not one of those rushed services you get a a local nail salon on a corner. The sugar scrub and massage was wonderful and relaxing, they asked periodically how we felt and asked if we would like more time. They also gave us a hot stone massage and I have to add it was inclusive with the spa pedicure. The lady at the front desk turned out to be such a sweet lady(sorry I can’t remember her name), she was just busy and I understand her running around at the beginning, it’s a very popular place. We will be returning, give this place a chance, you won’t regret it. Thanks ladies.
My husband and I have now gone for 2 couples massages that included the sauna. We both REALLY ENJOYED the service and have decided to treat ourselves more often. We found the spa to be very clean and the staff very professional and friendly.
Katrina is excellent at therapudic massage. She is only there on Thursday and Saturday so book early! Today was my first time with her, I immediately made another appointment for 5 days later on Thursday! Everything seemed very clean and sanitized. The staff was very pleasant.
Just recently had a couples massage with a sauna treatment too. The women here do an excellent job and I would go back again. They actually forefilled my request when I asked them to focus more on my head and my neck. The only con I can relay is that you can overhear the front desk person but that may be due to our room being right on the other side of the desk.
We recently picked this place with a groupon. We scheduled the day before and still got the time we requested. The staff was extremely pleasant. We had no issues using our groupon. We had a couples massage with sauna. The place was clean and inviting. After our massage both my husband and I agreed it may have been the best massage we ever had. Well worth the money. You want the scrub, you want the sauna, and the massage. It was total 169 for a couple and Tina and Lucy were outstanding getting our knots out and relaxing our bodies. Totally a great place to go. Worth it.
Went for a massage.... They had different techniques Thai massage combined with deep tissue.. and hot stones.. they also did cupping.. definitely helped with my pain. Loved this place ..super clean very nice and professional.
Omg this place is small passé it’s twice with navigation. When I finally arrived they assisted me instantly. $65.00 full body massage. I don’t know what her name was but god bless her hands and feet. I told her exactlyWhere the pain was and omg she found that spot and all other hidden knots...she used hot stones hands lotion feet everything.... will return soon also they do pedi and manicure , will return for that as well
The massage price is right for a couple massage($125) and both the masseur knows their job and they were so nice! It was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! Will visit again and highly recommended!

We had a bachelorette party here with 9 people! They were super nice and professional, their facility was clean, and their services were reasonably priced. All the girls recieved different packages and everyone was happy with their massages, manis, pedis, and sugar scrubs! They even made us our own private room where we were able to bring in food and drinks! Mila the owner is awesome! Will definitely be going back!
This place is great. My husband and I had the couples massage, mani/pedi, facial and waxing. We were very satisfied with all services. The place is clean and the staff very professional. First of all I live two minutes away from this place which is awesome and I can go as many times I want and second this place is amazing! They didnt make me wait a long time and they make sure youre relaxed and comfortable and they always have a smile on their face and theyre so nice. They did an excellent job on me and my cousins pedicure and the price was reasonable and theyre not pushy when it comes to tips. Definitely will be coming back for another visit. I totally recommend this place 😊

I would avoid this place like the Black Plague! They shorted my massage by fifteen minutes! On top of that the infrared sauna was down which I paid for and they didn’t even tell me when I called to confirm my appointment. On top of that the woman at the front desk has a bad attitude and is not friendly, if you don’t like what you do get another job! Peace and blessings.
For the last two years I always going to the same massage therapy , her name is Lia , I really like her massage technique ,very strong hands. All the stuffs are very friendly, I try there are nail service as well , I did the no chip ,keeps for 3weeks , I highly recommend this spa for everyone .
Staff makes you pay first, during pedicure it was nice. Went to dry my nails and they practically forced me to put my shoes on even though they weren’t dry. Causing them to become messed up. Refused to fix. Then asked for tip on my way out.

My experience was great in the beginning but ended up not as well in the end. I made an appointment the day before for a regular pedicure for Sunday at 2pm, arrived for the appointment front desk lady was extra nice and very friendly. She took me to the room where the pedicures and manicures were being done the lady that worked on my feet spoke English a little so it was a bit of a language barrier when I was trying to explain to her what I wanted done. Anyway she completed the pedicure and I sat under dryer. I got up to leave and paid the girl (i didnt think to look at my receipt when i left) . 10 minutes later I receive a phone call saying I didnt pay I looked at my receipt and saw she only charged me for the tip I didnt notice this when I first left becayse I assume she did her part. So me being a genuine person, I drove back and she charged me for the services I got done. I did ask her for the inconvenience could they take something off or offer a free pedicure next time since it wasnt my fault and I even droke back (not many in the world would do that). The lady then said no they couldnt I went in ahead and paid but I thought they could of at least took some off for my trip and the fact it wasnt my fault it was the worker so with all being said, I probably wont go back but it was a nice place and Im glad I had the experience I just didnt appreciate that service.
Honestly, Ive been to many many places and glad my sister told me about this place when a different place closed down. I swear each time is better than the last. Very consistent and I always leave feeling AhMayzing!!!

Love this place, they are friendly, very accommodating and over they listen. Before you enter the room you fill out a paper that will let them know exactly the pressure desired, areas you need more attention too and where you dont want to be touched. Me and my fiance love this place.
The ladies here have magical hands, arms, feet...you ask me why feet? Check em out for yourself to see what its about. Nothing fancy, but clean and most importantly the best massage Ive ever had coz they know what they are doing. The lady at the front may seem brusque but shes about her business so dont be put off by it.

I believe I have a pinched nerve some where around my right shoulder and it hurts like crazy. I went to Spa Kastle and and got the best massage of my life. Daisys went to work on my shoulder like if it was her own. She not only massage it but she did a ton of stretches to relax my muscles and it did relieve pressure from my nerve and gave me much needed time away from pain. Great service and a beautiful spa will definitely go back soon. If you go and use the sauna bring your own soap, they provide great products but you can bring your own if you want.

Nail spa is not relaxing. Cartoons on the tv and not able to put on something else and I sat facing the toilet for manicure. Nice people but they need to make major changes to their nail salon.
They were booked when I arrived so I took a sauna and showered before my massage. It was perfect way to relax before my massage which was excellent.

Went here for a massage , was never offered to use shower before or after , the masseuse was not very good at following directions when I told her a little harder ,,, ok went in for pedicure , Liked the foot bath and the massage but when she used a nail clipper like I use at home , well that was it , Ill never go back and do not recommend this place to any one I give it ZERO STARS not the one other wise I could not post my review thanks
Unfortunately I came across this place on Groupon. Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Shady atmosphere. Rushed out while polish was still drying. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

The owner was very rude when she ask about the tipShe makes me feel uncomfortable about it , the lady was ok but not to pay $20 for tip almost obligated. AND I DONT LIKE THE THING THAT THEY MAKE YOU PAY FIRST..UNACCEPTABLE!!

2022-02-27Well. This was the best massage I have ever had. Its not 5 stars because of literally every other aspect of this experience, but the massage was absolute magic and Ill absolutely go back again.Ill give you my take below but first what I can say is: read all the reviews. This place is so far from a luxury experience but if you are true to the game of self-care, it doesnt even matter. We had a sauna and a couples massage and it would have been amazing if it was just the massages, but the added heart decorations falling apart and broken fake flowers that were way past the retirement stage, were totally unnecessary and just made us sort of laugh off what was probably more of a detractor to the experience.They will probably over book and be absolutely jam packed with people when you go, although we didnt actually wait at all and got in a few minutes before our appt time. All day every day busy and no good parking options. This should be a testament to how great it is, but also it is somehow not at all invasive on your privacy time, and it didnt pose any actual problems besides more time chillin in the massage chairs waiting for the sauna. Sauna was pretty much the bare minimum of what I would consider a usable sauna, but it passes. We just didnt get in before the massage because it was busy and we had to wait after the massage for 15 minutes or so because it was busy. Whatever, no big deal, I got hot enough to sweat and then...take a shower in the bathroom... This situation was absurd. The shampoo and body wash was great (lol)but it was not super clean and not super comfortable being 4 inches from the public toilet situation. Still I was happy to take one.They will get really personal about the tips and I think thats great. Be prepared to tip 20 per customer or prepare for a full blown conversation about your life choices. They are sweet, intuitive massage therapists, with so much skill, so I think they deserve it. But also wow.Good luck and godspeed.

2022-01-10Very clean and great place. Staff was super friendly and very nice. The massage was very good because they really knew which parts were tense and needed more attention then others. I have recurring shoulder and lower back problems and when I checked in they asked which areas needed more attention then others and they really hit the areas I mentioned in the check in. We arrived early and they even let us warm up in the sauna first. The room had very good ambiance and soothing music to help you relax. Will definitely return in the future. Great quality for the price you pay!

I’ve gone to so many different citys and country’s for massages and I can honestly say this is by far one of my top favorite massages! First time here since I just moved to Worth not to long ago. This will be my go to. I made an appointment over the phone and was set for my appointment the same day which is amazing! Since I arrived. The front desk girl was so sweet, the spa was completely clean front to back. The masseuse was beyond amazing. Didn’t get to see her until the massage ended, I was facing down when she entered the room but I can definitely feel her energy when she said hello. I felt super comfortable and relaxed in about 3 minutes.I will be back for sure! Only regret I have is not asking for the masseuse name to see if I can request her next time.Book your appointment!

2022-03-06We received a couples massage, the massages were great! They were very thorough and even used hot towels and stones. Good price for 90 minutes. We got a package deal with sauna and hot tub. The hot tub ended up being a tub of hot water in a bathroom with a toilet next to it… not what the picture showed. Nothing romantic about sitting in someone’s tub..

2022-05-13My wife and I have been going here for years. If you need a really good massage give them a try. I always get a 90 minute deep tissue massage and they never disappoint. They’ll grind you into a fine powder and have you walking out completely relaxed.
