This is the place to go if you are into juicing I get my celery juice here. Order in advance. It gets busy. Clean and friendly. Some stuff over priced. Everyone very nice and full of knowledge
I really love it here, I used to come here all the time. It’s like my own personal wonderland. Lol Only thing about this place is that they close so early. 🤦🏾♀️ They open at 9-10am and close at 5-5:30 or something like that. I usually have to be at work around 8:30 and don’t get off work until 5, so I don’t have time to go during the week. -My weekends are really busy. I wish they closed a little later like 6:30-7. Other than that they’re perfect. The staff is so helpful with anything you need, the juice bar is great, and they even have an herb sections ❤️. This place has almost everything. You must visit!!!
Went there for the 1st time yesterday...everything I bought was excellent...I wish they were a tad bit closer but definitely worth the 30 minute ride...may make this my regular store...Thanks you Kathy for talking with us and sharing the history of your store
First time visiting this store. I was searching for Black Soy Beans and contacted Eden Foods directed me here. I have driven down 95th street 99 thousand times and never noticed this place. It reminded me of another local health food store that I frequent in the south suburbs.

This place is over priced, employees don’t make eye contact, parking lot is old, couldn’t find a good protein drink, also the food is limited and it doesn’t have a reasonable price. Whole Foods is definitely better because they have more food options and cheaper prices!
Love this place, I’ve been a customer for a few years now and no complaints! Ppl are always helpful and knowledgeable of the products! They close early during the week which may suck for some ppl but they’re open til 8:30 on Thursday’s.

This place frustrates me. After moving from Astoria NYC is was so excited to have a health store in town. However, the hours are terrible. Also, the prices are ridiculous. Whole foods is cheaper and more expansive

Excellent selection of organic, vegan and gluten free items. A bit more expensive than Whole Foods but youd need to go 20 miles to get to one so its so nice to have Southtown here

2022-06-26My first time shopping, Southtown Health Foods. The employee are so friendly. I was greeted by a gentleman. Im sorry I didnt get his name. We had a wonderful conversation. I was looking for olive oil soap. I decided to buy two bars. Kiss my face is the name of the bar. The bar is so big. I start using it Saturday, the day I bought the bar soap. This soap is amazing! I love how it makes my face feel. It makes your face looks so smooth. It does a good job removing makeup. If you are shopping in Southtown Health Foods. Please pick up you some Kiss My Face olive oil soap. You are going to love it!

2022-03-24The store is well stacked and the staff is friendly with the exception of the blonde hair women working the juice bar. I had overheard conversations about her brash attitude but when I witnessed it myself I have to agree with them. She may need to purchasie some healthy products that will help with her attitude

2021-06-07This Health Food Store has been around since I was a teenager. Everyone works very hard to please their customer. Great customer service!!It would be great when this store will start accepting the Link/Snap Card for their freshly made juices!! Money is Money, by card or by cash! I would buy juices by the quart everyday, if only you would accept the card!Marianos accepts the card for their freshly made veggie smoothies/juices.Thanks, Team and keep up the good work! 🤗

2020-04-21First time visiting Southtown, and I had the best experience! I walked around the entire store just browsing, and was able to locate everything I’ve been shopping for on Amazon. However, I would much rather shop here. The customer service was exceptional! Katie was very kind and helpful. This is my new happy place🤗

2019-06-06I still like this place even after the Assistant Manager Micheal gave me a hard time about returning some products I purchased without being given a reason receipt. I asked the clerk to put it in the bag I guess it must of slipped out of maybe he forgot to put it in the bag initially. If you talk to their Manager Katie she’s a gem and was able to resolve this issue for me meeting my expectations of what I believe to be excellent customer service. Thanks love and have a wonderful day.

2020-12-31This was my first time visiting and I absolutely love this place. Time i walked in the door the aroma from the freshness went right up my nostrils. Huge selection of goods. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is my new spot for healthy foods.

2020-09-22I want to acknowledge the impeccable customer service of Katie and the other staff members at the store. My first visit was in 2016, brought my mother to the store. She fell in love with Katie, since my mother died in 2017 of cancer. I returned back to the store a few weeks ago, Katie is very patient and knowledgeable of the products. As I was reading about Southtown Health Foods history, the founder a nurse/mother her motto was service, service, service . Today the family is continuing with service, service, service. THANK YOU!
