The salon is clean and organized. The owner Tracy is very friendly, nice and professional. I came in for Microblading and she did a great job and made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend anyone who wants Microblading, to come to Tracy.

I was very nervous about getting eyeliner done but they were comforting and numbed me before and a little during to make sure I didn’t feel any pain at all. I literally didn’t feel a thing and it was fast and easy. Definitely worth it and I highly recommend going in!

My eyebrows fell out after taking a medication to correct a thyroid issue. I was left with barely any brows. Tracy did my eyebrows and all I can say is wow. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment as soon as possible. Tracy is truly skilled, and gave me the brows of my dreams. I basically told her to just be an artist and create eyebrows that would best suit my face. She knocked it out of the park! They look incredible. I followed her after care instructions and I am so happy with the results. She’s a lovely person to work with. Wonderful experience! I had my eyebrows microbladed before at a different salon, but my color had faded after a year, so I found Tracy! She restored the color of my eyebrows, removing signs of redness, and gave me bold eyeliner so my eyes pop as well! She used prescription strength numbing ointment to ensure I had a comfortable experience, since my skin is so sensitive around my eyes. I had flinched during the first procedure, leaving a small mark of eyeliner out of place. Tracy immediately suggested to correct the tiny mistake free of charge. They are also very hygienic, I felt safe the entire time. I love this service and my eyes look perfectly beautiful! Even my partner commented on how much he loves the results. Would totally recommend Tracy for great results at an amazing price!

Tracy is awesome! I’ve gotten microblading, micro shading, and eyelash enhancement. She does great work and she is also a pleasure to be around. She has gone above and beyond in every way: perfecting her work, responding quickly, and addressing all concerns. I literally fell and cut my eyebrow the day after my touch up and she offered to touch up that area for free. Tracy also teaches and she was teaching during one of my sessions. She is patient and attentive with her students.

Very professional service. Tracy knows what she’s doing. I have a strong allergy for any henna products so she started with a light color to make sure my eyebrows are not damaged. I had to go 4 times but at the end I am very happy with work she done. Highly recommended.

That’s how natural they look.Everyone, this is first time having my eyebrows done, I was skeptical about it and have done many research on who I should trusted my eyebrows with. I looked for some one who is an expert and only specialize in eyebrows and when I found Soft Touch Microblading (Tracy), I asked a lot of initial questions. Tracy worked on my eyebrows about half a year ago. It is still beautiful and holding very good. I had them done before and it didnt hold in some spots. She did a superb quality job. Not to mention that the shape and the color she gave me took some years of my appearance 😊. I would say ditto to all other great reviews about her. Honestly. If youre still on the fence you could trust her. Very pleasant person too👍. I waited with this review to see if it is my skin that was the problem (bc it may happen too) or a sloppy job I got before. I came across Tracy‘s page and it had great reviews I decided to book an appointment with her and was so extremely happy with the results!!! I cannot recommend Soft Touch Microblading enough!! I signed up for her training program for microblading eyebrows, and in my time training under her- she taught me so many techniques for eyebrows, as well as eyeliner and lip blushing! I had no idea when I signed up she was going to help me so much and help me get ahead. She provided me everything I need to start off and is still helping me along the way. If you are looking to add another service to your list of doings, or a complete career change I CANNOT recommend starting with Tracy!
I went to Tracy for eyeliner and lip blushing and I couldn’t be more obsessed with the results! I felt my face was a little lackluster and Tracy’s work transformed me into a new person! She was able to match what I needed to complement my coloring and facial features and the outcome was absolutely stunning. Tracy is the person to see! A friend who had her brows done by Tracy talked me into getting my brows done as my eyebrows were thin, light and really only half-brows. So I booked an appointment and had them microbladed and pixel shaded. I was a little freaked out. The next day I was extremely freaked out as they were dark and a tad swollen. I contacted Tracy and she quickly replied and said to give it time and it’ll get better. Oh boy did it!!! They lightened and looked so NATURAL! Like they were the brows I was supposed to have. I’m in my 50’s and ladies in their 20’s and 30’s were commenting on how awesome my brows were! I just went back for my touch up and can say to trust Tracy. She knows what she’s doing and is great with the coloring as well!! Thanks Tracy 💜
This was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. For years I drew my eyebrows on and was always self conscious about it. Tracey did a beautiful job and I appreciate that she did not try and talk me into anything that I was not comfortable with. My eyebrows look so natural and I could not be more pleased. Tracy did a great job with my corrective work on my eyebrows. They were discolored and needed to be redone. She corrected everything (shape, color) and they look great. She did a lot of work to make me look good again and at a reasonable price. Will be back for touchups.

I love the privacy of the spa and how welcoming the staff are. I was new to microblading and Tracy explained everything to me in detail and made sure I was comfortable! I was in town visiting from L.A, California and I booked two appointments with Tracy prior to me traveling. I booked my mom for microblading, as Bday present and myself a lip blush. I did my research and found Soft Touch Microblading on Yelp. This place has great reviews and they offer so many services! This was my moms first time doing microblading and after consulting with Tracy we ended up going with the Combo Brows. I have to say Tracy did an amazing job, the results were great! Living in L.A and having done microblading myself here in L.A, I can say the quality of work that Tracy did on the Combo Brows was exactly that, L.A quality work! My mom and I love her results and what a great difference they are!This was my first time doing a lip blush, Tracy was great about explaining the steps and the after care. After a few days recovery I noticed the pink tint and now I notice my lips have more color to them then before.Overall, Tracy was very sweet, she made us feel so comfortable and cared for. She is passionate on the quality of her work and explains the steps and after care. Were looking forward to our touch-ups!

The first thing I noticed was the certificate on the wall did not match her name. I was very upset with the service and the quality of the work performed. My eyebrows were uneven and the color was wrong. She didn’t measure my eyebrows. Just dove In and started coloring them. She had a person watching the procedure, this person talked non stop the entire time which was very unprofessional and made me nervous. I had to go to another Microblading professional to fix the botched job she did. I was very unhappy with the service.

Tracy had done my eyeliner in August and made me look like a zebra. My eyeliners was so low under my eyes. I had to take removal from clinic to make it go away. I have many treatments to go. I am sorry she did this to me. She should pay me for my visits to remove this. Never again!

I absolutely recommend getting microbladding, if you are still thinking about all I have to say is “what are you waiting for?” “You are missing out!”I LOVE my eyebrows now! I was spending so much money on products and going in to do have temporary shading but due to my oily skin, it never lasted longer than a week. Soft Touch Microbladding was definitely worth it! Tracy took care of me and ensured I wouldn’t feel a lot of pain and continuously asked how I felt. She layered numbing ointment again and everything was a piece of cake after that.Like I said stop thinking about it if you are, just get it done! You’ll fall in love with your eye brows!

BE CAREFUL! After reading all of the wonderful reviews about soft touch, last year I decided to Microblade my eyebrows with Tracy. It was a really bad decision, I started to scab a lot since she went too deep, a lot of my color fell of and it was patchy so I still had to fill with pencil. She told me I had no pigment (not true, I used to be an esthetician, I know skin). Super unprofessional. Microblading is not supposed to hurt, my procedure even after numbing was very painful with Tracy and she said you are a bleeder which is her excuse for why my brows didnt turn out well. She said that she will contact me to fix them and never did, but I wouldnt trust her again anyway. Let me tell you, I went to a different person yesterday (Lana Ross in Niles) who did my brows (less than 12 months since I’ve seen Tracy), I did not bleed, she had no issues with my pigment, and, it did not hurt whatsoever, even without anesthetic! I was shocked! I am so much more happier with this lady, I had blurred lines from Tracys work which we had to work on covering up and those lines are not even natural to the direction of brows, plus they were so thick. After my experience yesterday I knew I had to write this to help others. Please be careful ladies, this is permanent makeup we are talking about and it can stay on your brows for a very long time. You want to do your research and spend your money wisely, visit a few salons before making a final decision to tattoo your face. Look at their before and after work, as well as after it’s healed. This has cost me more than $1000 in less than one year. I spent more money with Tracy than with Lana who is very Professional and highly trained for permanent makeup and uses top of the line products. I know that having some color in brows is better than nothing but Dont just settle if your brows are over plucked, you deserve to get what you pay for, and you deserve to have excellent service. The picture of my brows is a before from Tracy’s work we had to fix, and after the work from Lana.Update: I wasn’t going to write the review but after I’ve gone to someone else and learned more about pmu and my experience, I felt it was my responsibility to share with others. I do not have problems with healing this time around, my skin is not sensitive, I don’t have any medical issues. I just didn’t receive good work from Soft Touch. Nobody likes to write bad reviews, but this is permanent makeup, maybe this review will inspire Tracy to get more training and others to do their research.I did reach out to Tracy last year which is a screenshot I will post, and she never made the appointment for me to fix them..

2022-04-29I heard about soft touch microblading from and friend and her eyebrows looked great after going to Tracy. I’ve always had really fair eyebrows and was always filling them in with a pencil. After going to Tracy, I’ve received so many compliments on my eyebrows! Now they look so full and natural and I don’t need to use an eye brow pencil at all! I highly recommend using going to Soft Touch Microblading for your eyebrows!

2022-05-17I highly recommend this business. I had 2 other consultations with other eyebrow salons and they didnt match up to Tracys service & abilities. Tracy is professional, friendly, and available to fit your schedule. Tracy did a superb job. She did microblading over a very old eyebrow tattoo that had faded. I was worn out putting product on my eyebrows every morning and now I dont have to! I get up & go on with my day not having to do any touchups. I am thrilled that I found her.Laura

2022-05-24I had my first appointment with Tracey Anne a few weeks ago and just respected and loved her immediately. The salon is beyond beautiful and extremely clean. I felt like I was in a charming boutique salon in Paris. I fly with a major Chicago Airline for 29 years and know a lot about procedures that are done abroad. I never felt comfortable because of the salons in different countries, hygeine and what not. In Tracey Annes salon I had no worries. My eyebrows were so perfect! I was so happy. She did an outstanding job and will forever be my microblading girl. I just went today and Tracey Anne touched up my eyebrows for my second treatment. I couldnt be happier. Not only is Tracey Anne incredibly gifted and knowledgeable, she is the sweetest lady youll ever meet. She makes you feel like family.
