Hand written sign that says sorry we closed early, but round barn location is open....lights on employees standing around and hours say now open till 8pm. Since there is no way to contact a manager and calling the location I am just going to get the employees that are standing around, figured I would post...hopefully manager sees and there is an actual reason for paying the employees to stand around and do nothing.
Young girls making the smoothies were RUDE and even ignored me as I waited at the cash register….THEN ASKED THE CUSTOMER WHO CAME IN AFTER ME IF THEY NEEDED HELP ORDERING LIKE I WASNT THE FIRST PERSON IN LINE…🤯JUST UNPROFESSIONAL AS CAN BE‼️
May god have mercy on the poor employees there. Its a wonder they arent all deaf. I was in there for like 15 minutes waiting for my order and it was so loud it was almost unbearable. Between the teenage girls yelling, the benders, and the music it was overwhelming. Its pretty expensive for a smoothie you could easily replicate at your house. But if you are craving a smoothie in the middle of the workday then this will work. Just dont go inside or you might go deaf.
Every other restaurant in town requires their employees to wear masks, especially when serving customers. Not Smoothie King. Of the 3 employees working on 10/12/20, two werent wearing masks at all and one had his around his chin. Great brand representation for a company that is supposedly all about fitness and health.
Poor customer service and poor quality of smoothies. This branch almost never makes Nutty super grain smoothie right. It tasteless like water. If before I order I tell them please please make it right, then it will be better but not perfect like other branches. Today I used my reward which was added up to the point that I could get a free smoothie. They gave me a very tasteless nutty super grain smoothie. I went back and asked to fix it, as they have written on their window that we can return it if it doesn’t taste right. First, I wasn’t welcomed. The guy looked annoyed in that mood said he will make another one. He maid the second one even worse. I had to go back again and throw it to the garbage. This time the guy looked angry rather than just annoyed. So I even didn’t ask again and told them I paid it with my rewards, never mind. I don’t want any smoothie at all.
The drinks we got were good, me and my daughter have never been to a smoothie king before so we were reading the menu the cashier seemed rather annoyed. Wasnt very friendly, asked her if there was milk in all of them and she suggested 2 and then told me I had to read. Like 60 drinks, so we got the 2 she offered.🙄
Once again I had to wait over 5 minutes for my smoothie when I was the only one in the store or drive thru. Not only did I wait to long I was also given the wrong smoothie again. The same employee has done this to me 3 times, unfortunately today I did not take a drink until I got back to work. I believe the employees name that keeps giving me the wrong smoothie is Courtney D. Also I am very allergic to dairy and that is why I appreciate your vegan options but when I am given the wrong smoothie I end up throwing it away in fear of an allergic reaction.
Really great! Sad it took me so long to find this place. Smoothie was good, sizes are large. Similar pricing to a Starbucks drink. Employees are very busy
Went here for the first time. LOVED it. Reasonably priced, great options, friendly and knowledgeable staff made the experience one that I will go back. It reminds me of a coffee shop type setting to sit back and have conversations. Good Job guys! See you soon!
I’ve been here a few times and I love it. They have so many options and add-ins (vegan, Keto, etc). The staff are also super friendly, highly recommend this place.As an added bonus, I think the building used to be a car wash because the drive thru is enclosed so it’s cool haha.
You know, Im not sure what particular reason makes me dislike smoothie king so much.. but I really dont like smoothie king.. its not just that the smoothies arent great, or that they come out different almost every time, or that they mess up so often, or that this reminds me of diet food and being on diets I hate, its.. you know I guess its all those things plus the weird environment. Not weird like weird kids vs cool kids, just weird.. Yeah theyre pretty bad
Went to this location around 5pm and the two young ladies werent friendly. I never got a proper greeting! I would never spend my hard earned money here! Poor customer service! The one near Round Barn is awesome
I was given the greatest up sell line ever here. I was asked if I wanted any add-ons, like a multi-vitamin. I asked how much add-ons were, and the guy at the drive thru said, 89 cents, but you cant really put a price on good health. I got the multi-vitamin. The smoothie was great, too.
Amazing smoothies that agree with my Daughters special diet & Diabetic safe for me as well. Extremely clean store with very polite and helpful employees

This was very sad, we are here for wrestling and they closed 30 minutes early. So, the next morning we figured we would stop for Breakfast. Showed up at 8 when they open and there was no one here. Not impressed.

2022-03-15I been here about 30 times since they offer and promote good health. There is Nothing like feeding your body good protein and nutrition. Favorite is the peanut power plus since I like peanut butter, banana and chocolate. Know what you like!! Beats any unhealthy shake anywhere else!

2022-04-29Just went to pick up a smoothie from this location. Much to my surprise it was closed despite the open sign being on it and the website saying they were open. Smoothies are mainly a breakfast food in my mind so it just doesn’t make sense how an entire shift of people can be completely absent at what I assume to be one of the busiest times of the day. I really like smoothie king and have been getting it for years. But after this happened to me for a second time, I will not be attending smoothie king anymore.

2022-06-12I came with low expectations and they were greatly exceeded. Not everything is amazing but in general the smoothies taste great and the low sugar options are wonderful. I always get the 40oz (its huge.) for ~10$. Its a lot of money for a smoothie but its basically a meal so...The veggie mango high intensity workout and one of the ones with ginger that I cant recall are both low sugar and very tasty.

2022-05-22Wasted $16 here on 2 angel food smoothies on 05/21 around 8:30 PM. They used unripe bananas for sure. 1 star because I read a review from about 6 months ago in which another customer complained about the same issue. Why would you use unripe fruit for my smoothies? Just inform me that you do not have ripe bananas & I will either leave or choose an option that does not use bananas.As a team exercise, prepare smoothies with unripe bananas and then drink them. You will immediately see why you should never make customers orders with them.I hope I am the last customer who has to endure this. Simple communication folks.

2019-12-17I love smoothie king. Taste and consistency is on point. I like lean 1 strawberry, add blueberries.Its a little expensive, but quality is good. This location is quick, with friendly service.

2021-11-07The smoothie I had was disgusting. Could tell the bananas they used were completely green, had a very bad aftertaste. Very disappointed by the $10 shake that I could not drink.

2021-09-16This place is ok. Service could be faster but its not too bad. Something funny I have noticed is they always recommend extras, and it sounds like they are genuinely giving a recommendation when they say it tastes pretty good, except they always say the exact same thing so of course its scripted. I rate it average.

2021-07-08Both times I have came the workers were very friendly and the place was very clean. I have a severe banana allergy, and despite being busy they made sure to make my smoothie aside from any containers that may have contained banana in them (and did not treat it like an inconvenience). Will return soon!

2021-08-07Service was horrible! I ordered one smoothie the guy behind me ordered 4 smoothies and for some reason his order was completed before mine… Mine was sitting in the blender I had to go to the counter to get them to finally pour my smoothie.

2020-11-01I frequent this place on my lunch break, but after today I don’t think I will return... placed an online order for ASAP (I understand the wait at the window). The line wasn’t moving for 10 minutes (maybe about 4 cars in front of me) so I was able to pull out and park in the online pick up spot. Usually when there’s a little rush the line always seems to move quicker, but today was something else. I called the establishment that I am there to pick up my order. I couldn’t go in because of everyone shutting restaurants down again . The young woman whom answered the phone was not polite (had an attitude) and I couldn’t understand her. There’s a way to speak on the phone with your customers. If you don’t like your job find somewhere else to work. Times are hard with this pandemic but be (or at least pretend) glad you have a job.
