The sales people were very thorough and very knowledgeable. We were able to try out several sleep number mattresses and finally ended up purchasing our first ever sleep number bed. A great experience. Thank you.

In store experience has been great and everyone has been really helpful. The delivery experience has been a different story. First delievery went okay however they did not take my old mattress as promised because truck was full and would come back another day and pick it up next business day which they did (not ideal but ok). Then noticed same day as delivered a deep tear in the headboard. Called into customer service and they are sending a new one out about 1.5 months later. That time comes and was supposed to be delievered today however got a call 10 minutes before window that unexpected issue they now have to delay until maybe tomorrow but unknown delivery window/time.Overall yeah I like my bed and people are/were nice throughout the process but these are expensive beds and I expected better quality control and delivery service when spending this type of money.

My fiancee and I came here to inquire about a new bed. We had no intentions of making a purchase, just checking options. Jacob was our salesperson. He was very friendly and informative. He figured out our sleep numbers, allowed us to try multiple options, and answered every question I had. He wasnt pushy like a lot of salespeople, which I really appreciated. I ended up buying a bed, and I will definitely be sending my friends to talk to Jacob

We were interested in possibly upgrading our nearly 16 year old Sleep Number bed. Ian, the store manager, stayed even after the store closed in order to make sure that we were satisfied with our choice. We were able to try different beds and pillows while we were in the store. Cleanliness and safety precautions were in place the whole time. This store has had no COVID cases. There is even a guarantee on the pillows after purchase to make sure you are completely satisfied. Ian helped us find what we wanted without pressuring us into purchasing anything we didnt want. He also helped us find savings in addition to the coupon we had received in the mail. I recommend the Bloomington Sleep Number store for anyone interested in a quality sleep and great customer service!

I was a bit skeptical that the mattresses could be as amazing as advertised but I’ve been converted. Staff was helpful & didn’t pressure me into a purchase. I loved how when the bed was adjusted it was like it hugged you. I would highly recommend checking out Sleep Number.
