Why is this hotel at a two star rating???This previous weekend I stayed in my first hotel room alone and I had such an amazing time! The room was clean, everybody was nice, and the breakfast was really good. The woman at the front desk with colored hair when i arrived, the man that was there the next day and a house keeper were super kind and I was anxious in my bridesmaid dress but they were some of the kindest people ever. I cannot express how thankful I am for this experience with their kindness. I will definitely be back.
Positive: The Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Negative: They had trouble with one of the buttons on the elevator sticking the last day there, they were calling the elevator mechanic to get there and get it fixed. Pretty sure someone was probably passing it harder than they should of been.
I stayed at this hotel about a month ago and I had a great stay! The staff was friendly, the hot breakfast was good, the hotel was clean. Also, my room was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Im not sure why this hotel received 2 stars as a 2-start hotel, but I give it my full 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again!
Absolutely loved this hotel! It was so nice inside. The cleanest and friendliest hotel we have been at in a long time. The free breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from. Pet fee is also the lowest of anywhere else. I would highly recommend this place. Bonus, theres an indoor pool!
Its a good hotel in general. Not much for restaurants or shopping in the immediate area. My previous 2 trips I didnt have anything to complain about. 3rd times a charm. My key card barely worked, the room had an unpleasant odor at check in and the water pressure in the shower was less than a man with a swollen prostate.
Excellent hotel that is extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms were tastefully decorated and we had no problems with anything. Our room had a small refrigerator that was clean and as well as a microwave. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Shower water pressure was outstanding and reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer obtains the illegal shower head and is knocked down by the pressure. I had requested and paid for a rollaway bed and it was waiting on the room. Breakfast was good and constantly replenished by staff who asked if you needed anything else. I cant say enough things about this place and it was the perfect place for our family to stay after being in the road for 18 hours. While we did not use the pool it was crystal clear and quite a nice setup.
Wouldnβt let me stay in room because I booked on a booking website and not actually through sleep in website so it did not state that locals within 30 miles could not stay. I didnβt know this, when I got to hotel the refused to give me my $96.00 refund since it was a βpreorderβ online. So they cheated me out on $96.00 that I never got back so had to go spend another $100 just to find somewhere else to stay.
Stopped in for the night this past Thursday on my way to Oregon. Ended up staying until today. Clean room, breakfast was what 1 would expect. I travel the country for work so its usually a new hotel each night. Ive decided to start giving reviews of my stays to hopefully help people steer clear of some of the dumps Ive mistakenly ended up in on a few occasions.Apparently my idea of clean and others arent the same!
I booked my hotel and paid in full, the next day I received an email saying I could not stay there because I lived with in a 30 mile radius. I have yet to receive my refund and I am now unable to book another hotel because they havenβt given me a refund. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone repeatedly told me he is just a part timer and there is nothing he can do and then hung up on me. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. I have tried calling over and over again and no one will answer the phone. I can not reach a manger only through email. Where she keeps saying she has refunded me my money but I have not gotten any money back to my card.
I booked this hotel because on google itβs listed to have a hot tub, and even shows pictures as such. I had come to Danville on a trip for a wedding. The room was clean and pretty nice. However, we were disappointed to find out that they removed the hot tub and tiled over it as it was the only reason we booked there. We will book at Best Western next time. This hotel should update its amenities.
Very disrespectful workers that need to learn customer service. We saw lots of bugs and our sheets were dirty. Would never recommend to anyone. Stay at the super 8 next door instead.. at least their workers know how to treat customers with respect! The workers were in the parking lot cussing and yelling.
We were weary travelers who were on a 2 and a half day journey home from SD to Ohio and this place exceeded our expectations. Pool was open and well maintained, hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and the room and facilities were lovely.Thank you for a wonderful stay!
First we checked in and our room did not even have a bathtub like what is pictured on the website, we only had a shower that never really got hot water, the pool water was Luke warm at best so we shivered while swimming, the lights on the patio were only half lit, which made it dark outside and we were told we could not use the fire pit due to gas being shut off for some reason or another. While all of these things are not major, when youre paying for the room based upon what you see on their website and in pictures you expect it to be exact or even similar to what is portrayed on the website. My husband and I were very disappointed in our stay.
We stayed here for a few days. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms however are kind of outdated, the TVs are small, and the fridge in our room didnβt really work. I had bought an ice cream at their little store, and i put it in the freezer/fridge in our room to save for later to my surprise it just ended up melting in the fridge. The pool is closed, and they are serving βcoldβ to go breakfast because of covid. I believe the gym is opened and they are pet friendly.
Recently relocated to Florida. Was coming back to see family in Danville for holidays after a 14 hr drive was told I couldnβt stay there cause my license still had local address. Front desk associate was very rude on top of the disappointment. This should have never happened. Iβm 7 months pregnant and had small children that had already been in the car for hours and ready to get out.
The motel was clean and the people helping behind the desk were very helpful and friendly. Wish the pool would have been open but covid causes lots of issues. Their brown bag breakfast was better than lots were had. Will definitely stop there again if were in the area.
Nice clean hotel right off the interstate. Although, for a 2 star hotel, its a little pricey. But the room was clean, no smoke smell or weird stains anywhere. The room was pretty small though and the bathroom well even smaller. All in all reminds me of a knock-off Hilton hotel. Not bad.
If I could rate a 0, I would. I understand with covid, breakfast is restricted. But at least put the right amount of muffins and juices in the hand out bag. Its a good thing I chose to skip breakfast, otherwise one of us would have had to go without. Second, we booked a room with 2 queen beds. We got a room that had 2 double beds. Ok, so we are trying to make this work. Horrible sleep. They put loud rowdy people right above us. We are a party of 2 just needing sleep before a surgery. We got 0 sleep, and the manager is horrible to deal with. We did not call the front desk in the middle of the night and therefore, the manager says nothing happened....Poor customer service.SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Generally good place to stay. Our room was an accessible room and a little worn but comfortable. The bed was too close to the floor with a soft mattress on a bunky board. Different but generally comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was quite good with biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, juice, coffee - reg & decaf, etc. Staff persons were friendly and accommodating but no special requests were needed. Based on reviews of motels in Danville. IL, probably one of the better places to stay. Very conveniently located just off the interstate.
Excellent except for 2 small things. Due to pandemic, ice and vending are all on 1st floor and the signs to indicate this have not been updated. 2ndly that close to the state line, the time on my cell would switch between Eastern and Central depending on where I was in my room.
The Sleep Inn Danville is a high-quality hotel at a low cost. The room offers state-of-the-art amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The bedding affords individuals a comfortable sleep and the rooms are super clean. A wonderful way to wind down a busy day.
AWESOME HOTEL!! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and inviting. There was a variety of breakfast options which were convenient especially because my daughter and I had 4 kids with us. The rooms were spacious and stocked with plenty of towels and linens. Overall this hotel is absolutely the BEST hotel weve stayed in in years!
We were there due to a family funeral and we had to bring our two dogs. The staff was super friendly and accommodating allowing us to check in early and check out late. The room was clean and comfortable. The outside area was great for pets. There is a lot of grass and a nice sitting area in the back along with a fire pit and a grill.
The hotel room was clean and attractive and the bed was comfortable. The hotel lobby always smelled great. The breakfast had a variety of choices for anyones diet needs. The front desk staff were always friendly, polite, and helpful. I loved the patio in the back with the fire pit. It was so relaxing sitting out there at night by the fire listening to the sounds of nature and enjoying the scenery. The pool was refreshing.
Jim OlsenI booked the room and hit September 15 instead of August 15 and the Hotel wouldnt refund my money because it wasnt guarantee on Travelocity. I tried several times to move the booking to August 15th and the Hotel wouldnt change the date. I even had Travelocity contact them. I feel they are thief taking my money on a honest mistake. I will never stay at a Sleep inn or use Travelocity again. They have to many loop holes for them to make money. I also see that Danville is a sketch town to begin with. I went to Champagne Il and found a cheaper and nicer Hotel only 40 minutes down the road.
Rooms are gorgeous and to adjust they do a brown bag order breakfast that you can schedule a time to pick up. Staffs a little weird; either very happy and helpful or sad/mad. More so the fisrt. Tucked away in the corner so its nice to have the privacy but you fight with the dispensary customers when your coming and going. Hassle.
Moving from CA to NJ with us, 3 kids, & 2 cats when we got into an accident. Managed to get our van to this hotels parking lot and ended up staying there for 5 days while figuring out repairs and insurance and such. The staff were lovely and as helpful as they could be for us.
Beautifully remodeled. Pool was clean and not overly chlorinated. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was more upscale compared to other Choice hotels with fresh cut cantaloupe and a nicer grade of sausage. Staff really wanted our stay to be a good one.I do not recommend this Sleep Inn for those with ankle problems. The shower has a slanted floor for drainage that puts a lot of pressure on the ankles, and some of the hallway and room floors are uneven. One of our beds was so hard and lumpy that it woke me up early in the morning and I finished the night sleeping in the other bed.
Staff were all very friendly upon check in and out. Room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blow dryer, and plush towels. We had a queen suite, so the extra table with chairs and couch was nice. Room also has a lot of storage if you are staying for several days. The colors are very welcoming and make you feel relaxed, and the room is tastefully decorated with an eco earth friendly feel to it. They have these down blankets on the bed that are so cozy, and the pillows and bed were very comfortable as well, so it was easy to sleep in. They serve a very nice hot and cold breakfast which we all enjoyed, and have a nice pool area we wish we could have used, but forgot to pack suits. My family said this is the hotel they will be staying at anytime they come back. We all enjoyed our stay vey much, so there is no need to look any further. Great property!
The Sleep Inn is a very clean and convenient hotel for people visiting Danville. The location is within 15 minutes of the centre of town. The rooms are spacious, modern and the beds are extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger for our liking but it was still fine. The breakfast was filling with enough variety and selection choice. The best part about the hotel is the staff. They are friendly, helpful, personable and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Danville.
The staff is friendly and amazing! There is a prison located behind the hotel however we felt safe and secure. The pool was warm but is missing a much needed hot tub. The room was nice the shower was huge however they need a working fan in the bathroom. There was no coniditoner In the room you have to get it from the front desk which is odd.
We had a pleasant stay. I was a little surprised at the low quality of the materials used in construction of the motel. The walls were thin. I heard someone in the next room snoring during the night. Also, I was able to hear and feel the wood directly below the carpeting as I walked across the floor in our room. Breakfast was good, and we were greeted warmly when we checked-in. I think the price was a little high, but it was conveniently located near the interstate and near our destination.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room was large and clean. I liked the A.C units constant fan feature that makes it easier to sleep because you dont have a fan kicking on and off through the night. The indoor pool looked nice, although we werent there long enough to use it. Our room had a walk-in shower, that did not have a seat or lower ledges to set things on, but they probably have other set-ups available if that would be an issue. They also offered a hot breakfast with the normal egg patties, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit, yogart, & etc.
Traveling with three kids can be stressful. A hotel can make or break the trip. I was beyond pleased with the Sleep Inn and Suites! Our double queen suite (something not even available at many hotels) was very large! There was plenty of room for our family of five. We even had a dining table for four! As an avid traveler I know how rare it is becoming to get a dining table in a room. My family was able to eat meals in the privacy and comfort of our suite. Location of our room was also wonderful because we were able to request a first floor suite! Anyone traveling with small children will understand the relief parents have when there are no worries about bothering the guests under you. The pool was fabulous. The hot tub was actually hot! Not only are many hotels doing away with hot tubs, but when there is a hot tub it is often only warm. A warm hot tub breeds bacteria and is not relaxing. Sleep Inn doesnt skimp on the heat! I like a hot tub too hot for the kids to even want to get in. Thats exactly what I got. The pancake machine is a pleasant surprise. We did not miss the waffle maker at all. There is even an outdoor patio for eating breakfast or relaxing if one so chooses. My husband and son appreciated the mini-gym. The hotel and our suite was clean. I am very picky, and I seriously have no complaints at all! Our stay was so peaceful and easy. I will not stay anyplace else when I travel if there is a Sleep Inn and Suites available!
Clean, and up to date.So the petty things that lead to 4 stars instead of 5.The TV is small, but standard Im sure. The bed wasnt very comfortable. Actually the red roof inn nearby had a more comfortable bed. This hotel was much nicer overall though. The bathroom area was an odd layout in our king room. The toilet and shower were by themselves in a very small area. Almost too small to change in if you actually needed privacy. Once again some of these things are personal preference, so only 1 star knocked off. What was great? The staff. Very quick check in. The breakfast was good. Although a large rush overwhelmed the attendant for a few minutes. Not his fault. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, egg patties and sausage. Several yogurts and breads. A couple cereals. The pool seemed quite popular and looked nice. We didnt go there but it always seemed to have a family in it. Our room was Clean and passed the hair test (as in I didnt find a hair on the sheets or shower).
After an exhausting trip the bed was welcoming, the TV worked well, the room temp. was perfect, and I slept great. I stayed two days and left the do not disturb sign on. I was not disturbed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. I had the ironing board and iron that I needed for my clothes, and lots of room to spread out my stuff. With free WiFi I was able to check my emails. I have no complaints. It was a comfortable stay and I am glad that I chose Sleep In.
Our stay was nice. Great customer service. Check-in was easy. We got in late and needed rest. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Got up early to use business center. Computers were accessible and printers worked. Could smell food across the hall. They had strawberry waffle mix and it was delicious. My hotel of choice for Danville area.
I made my reservation on the App, and Iβm a Diamond Member of Choice Hotels. I got there to check in at 11pm, and they would not let me stay there because the address on my license was in Danville. I was born and raised in Danville. My family is well known because we had a business there for years, also the address on my license is in a affluent part of town, but they donβt care. If youβre from Danville youβre considered trash. The woman at the counter was very dismissive and short. Just from this experience alone I wouldnβt want to step another foot in this hotel. Very poor service, and when you have to state the reason is βhotel policyβ that means we donβt work with people. Sad in a town thatβs dying that a local business wonβt support former residence or current !!
The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very, very kind! There was a nice selection of things to watch on the TV. Lobby and room furniture is modern but room carpet was old looking. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The receptionist who checked us in did not know how to work the key card machine. We went up to our room, key did not work, went back down to get key fixed, went back up and it did not work again. The receptionist had to come up to unlock our door. He was also not very pleasant at check in. There was also a loud party in the breakfast area around midnight. When we got in our room, the floor had not been vacuumed. The shower was old and worn out. I wished I had water shoes to wear in the shower. The air conditioning was very loud. Coffee at breakfast was mediocre.
I spent two separate nights in this hotel during a trip home and back for Thanksgiving. It was my first time staying here. It is really a welcoming place - everything was clean and in great working order. The staff was friendly and helpful. I used the treadmill during both stays and was glad the room where it was located was open 24/7. The location is easily accessible off of the Interstate and it was nice having a full service restaurant (Big Boy) right across the parking lot. I will definitely use this hotel again on my future trips home.
Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The 2 bed queen suite we used was very nice and very comfortable. The pool area was super clean, water crystal clear and not heavy on chlorine. Breakfast was normal fare but staff was extremely nice and helpful. Also utilized the computer and printer to help kids keep caught up on their schoolwork.
The accomodations were very nice with clean rooms and a basic breakfast was included. The only issue was that neither of our keys worked except for the first time we used them to get into the room, so we got locked out the back door a couple of times. The lady working the breakfast area was especially nice.
Ive stayed at the Danville Sleep Inn many times and it is always clean and friendly and very accommodating. For me the staff has been efficient and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and generous. Ample parking. The pool area was neat and clean. The Keurigs in each room were a nice addition. Im sure I will be staying there again the next time Im traveling in the area.
Ive stayed at the Sleep Inn Danville several times in the past and always have a positive experience. The staff is always very friendly and personable. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast area is well managed with a nice variety of foods and plenty of seating. The room (a suite) was spacious and clean although when I first entered it smelled a little musty - but I was able to open the window and run the fan which cleared the air. Im sure I will stay here again in the future.
Hotel highly reviewed; only concern was proximity to airport. No problem with noise though. This place is one of the very best weve ever stayed in. Everything looks brand new, exceptionally clean, very spacious suite, lovely patio w/ tables/chairs. Staff was helpful and accomodating. We had our smallish dog with us --- often shes nervous in hotels because of other doggie smells/sounds but she was really comfortable there. Truly a place wed stay again.
We travel a lot and this is one if not the best facility we have stayed at. Always clean and neat in appearance. The staff is top notch, friendly, and helpful in every was possible. Always a great breakfast with a great selection. If you go away hungry itβs your fault. Management is top drawer.
Clean, comfortable, and a very good breakfast (much nicer than some of the other hotels weve stayed at). Also, the breakfast lady was super nice and pleasant and helpful. She was constantly making sure there was enough for everyone and was cleaning up the whole time (major bonus points for any hotel who has someone like that working - cleanliness is so important at make your own breakfast things!). Really..it was just a great experience.
Have stopped at this hotel on more than one occasion and is usually a nice experience. This one was one of the better. Love the pillows, 4 of them per double bed. Room has refrigerator and microwave, always a plus. Breakfast had a little of everything. Everything was clean and orderly. The floor was quiet even though though there was at least one wrestling team at the hotel. Very nice stay.
I thought a suite would at least be clean, so we got the βhot tubβ suite which is only a big tub with jets. The carpet is damp and the bathroom floor is sticky and visibly filthy. I kept my shoes on the entire stay so far. The ants and flies seem to like it. The smell of mold is strong as soon as you open the door, but it will knock you out if you open the shower door. I had 2 nights booked, but the mold is concerning me since it triggers my daughters asthma so weβll be leaving. The hot tub is beyond dirty. (I will share the pictures of mold and bugs if thereβs a way) This has not been cleaned in a very long time! The towels are damp, but we wonβt be using them except to smash bugs..The man at the front desk at night is friendly and polite though, but he canβt carry the whole hotel. Iβve stayed at hotels nearly every night for a month all over the USA, and as long as my room is somewhat clean I donβt have a problem.Update: After some trouble, I was refunded the $140+ for the night I didnβt even stay at the hotel, but no refund for the first night when I wasnβt able to shower.
The Hotel was more than satisfactory compared to those around it. The continental breakfast was delicious and had plenty to choose from. The rooms were clean and refreshing. The pool was clean and in working order. Overall it was a pleasurable stay . Will be a go to hotel in the future.
We were in town for a Spartan Race and one of our hotel requirements is a hot tub for soaking sore muscles. The website has pool/spa, but when we arrived there was only a swimming pool. We asked and were told that it wasnt working so it was never replaced. The room was comfortable and clean. However, out toilet didnt flush with out taking the lid off and adjusting the chain in the tank. The continental breakfast was perfect! They had a nice variety.
We had a suite with two queen beds. The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. It was nice to have a table in the room with four chairs and a small kitchenette. However, the beds were not very comfortable which made it difficult to sleep. Also, there was almost no space in the shower to put shampoo, soap, etc. I only had a bar of soap and the small shampoo they provided, and the shampoo kept falling off the ledge. I also did not like that they did not provide conditioner for my hair. I have not been to very many hotels which provided shampoo, but not conditioner. I did not pack my conditioner, assuming they would provide some.
Hotel is right off the highway and easy to get into and out of. Several restaurants nearby (including Culvers and Monicals if youre willing to drive a bit). The first time I visited, I didnt see any carts to help guests move in. Either they were all being used at the time or they added two carts in between my stays; its relatively easy to move in and out now. Rooms are always clean, although some rooms have really low pressure in the showers compared to others. Wifi speed varies between average and surprisingly fast. Breakfast is serviceable - they added an instant pancake machine as well between my stays, and usually have some form of eggs and sausage, as well as cereal, milk, juices and bagels. Check-in and check-out are fast and easy.
Check-in was great. The clerk was friendly (not superficially so), helpful, and efficient. My room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a little too firm for me. I liked the shower except that the faucet was a little stiff to turn easily. Breafast was fine and included cereal, waffles, yogurt, muffins, and fruit (apples, oranges, and bananas.). Im a dietitian and appreciated the number of healthy choices available. All in all, great value for the reasonable price of the room.
We were fortunate to get a reservation late of the day on May 15th after a long day of driving. The service was excellent and the staff very accommodating. Thanks you for being there for us. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The grounds are well kept and there was plenty of room to walk our dogs around. The early morning breakfast had a lot of variety and the food was good.
Nothing fancy, but nice. Kind of a laid back hotel. Rooms were clean and fairly well kept. Did hear a lot of walking around above us. No hotel receipt under door at check out. Dont think I would want to be there with a full house. One elevator, 2 carriage racks/ front doors open so slow. and not many ramps. It was comfortable for the most part and breakfast was the norm. I have to say the breakfast area was beautiful and the nicest lady working there. Lobby was small but really nice, however with the pool next to it you will smell chlorine if you are sensitive like I am.
Have stayed at this hotel many times and have yet to be dissatisfied. Management and staff do a terrific job of keeping this hotel sparkly clean and presentable. The breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. Just a rest place to stay at the end of your day.
Nice hotel. We came in at the end of a holiday weekend and the hot tub was closed for cleaning but the night clerk said ok to use so we did. The next morning the manager rudely told me to get out (no one had notice my husband in there for 15min?). Otherwise the rest of the staff was extremely friendly, the room and public areas very clean and bright. The breakfast was excellent.
Positive:The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was well stocked but limited choices. Service at breakfast was great - especially considering it was loud and crowded. (There must have been a wedding or something going on). The lady covering breakfast was amazing: friendly, smiling, helpful and did great keeping things well stocked.Very pet friendly with no size restrictions for dogs. A/C worked great.Negative:Full bedrooms are small. Bathroom doors slide and are loud...especially at night. No outlets in bathroom (applies to queen rooms also).
Outstanding staff and sparkling clean facility! We were a no reservation walk in and the front desk was extremely professional and had a room for us before my husband could park the car. The room was clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the large walk in shower....wonderful after a long day of driving.
Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. In my previous remarks I noted staff even allowed my spouse to check-in well before normal check-in time since we arrived well ahead of schedule. Facility was very well maintained, but I am use to queen-size beds in most places I stay, and the room came with two full-size beds instead. They were quite comfortable, but smaller than I am use to. Breakfast provided had a wide variety of items to choose from and the eat-in area was clean and spacious. I would recommend this facility to anyone without any hesitation.
The hotel was generally pleasant in decor but the bathroom area was a bit small. The food was well presented but average at best. There was a lack of fresh fruit, and healthy cereal options for breakfast. The staff was great. We would have been more comfortable on the patio area if it had been fenced, especially with a prison nearby. The pool and hot tub were closed due to a problem. It was a bit noisy on the weekend.
We stayed in a double room and it was enormous! Room was clean and bedding was comfortable. My least favorite part was the shower and the pocket door that led to the toilet/shower area. Not a big fan of pocket doors, lack privacy. Also the walk in shower, I thought was going to be great, but it was not. No shelving to place my shower products and water sprayed out in a haphazard fashion with less than desirable water pressure. Besides those two small things, the rest of our experience was great!
This is a very clean hotel with wonderful spacious rooms! Love that the toilet /shower separate from sink to get ready - works nice for 2 people traveling / sharing room. Its a plus to have a fridge / microwave available in room too! The breakfasts are fantastic and staff make you feel at home! This is our second time here and when in the area will definitely stay here again!
The place was clean and looked great. The rooms were really nice. The temp of the pool is about 2 or 3 degrees cooler than I would like it. If the hot is being tore out then you can maybe up the temp in the pool just enough so it does not feel so cold. Not a lot just a little. If here is not going to be a hot tub make the pool feel more welcoming.
Our room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. We liked having a fridge and microwave handy in the room, and took advantage of the free wifi. We have absolutely no complaints, and enjoyed our stay. We chose Sleep Inn because of the reviews and the caring responses from the management. We were not disappointed.
I had a great experience during my stay. I have since checked back in at this location and this time was assisted by the general manager. She was extremely friendly and treated me very well. I also received a call from the desk to make sure that I was happy with my room. I will with certainty stay at this location any chance I get and it will be my recommendation to anyone I know traveling to the area. My experience at this location so far has had such an impact that Sleep Inn as well as other Choice Hotels will be my first consideration during future travels. Keep up the great work!
A great staff. We have spent nearly 3 weeks there during the last 7 weeks. It has always been quiet at night. Typical hotel breakfast. Would recommend it to anyone. We have stayed in the surrounding hotels before, this is the best. Not crazy about the shower or the low water pressure.
This was our first time staying at a Sleep Inn. The lobby was warm and inviting, the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and bright. The king room was exceptionally spacious, and included a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. The bedding was soft and so comfortable, that we did, in fact, sleep in and were not able to take advantage of the breakfast. Given the quality of everything else here, Im sure it would have been very good. We will stay at Sleep Inn in the future, whenever it meets with our travel destination.
The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff members were friendly, but there didnt seem to be much communication between shifts. There were issues with my billing because the wrong rooms got billed to the wrong credit cards. Although staff was eager to correct this error, the situation has still not been resolved.
I was very pleased with the hotel, room, and staff. Everything was neat and clean. The breakfast was excellent, including good coffee and fresh fruit. I would like to see larger cups for coffee, but that is a personal preference. The staff was courteous, caring, friendly, and informed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Today Sleep Inn did not live up to its usual good standsrd. The front desk employee was very rude, putting words in my mouth to her manager whom she kept calling . She was not at all willing to work with us to try and solve our problem .I am disabled and confined to a wheelchair and had requested a room with a wheelchair accessible shower. Given a room with a bathtub, which I cannot get into. I have had an accessible room at CD this site previously, but she was not willing to work with is. Just kept saying you can go somewhere else . No attempt to problem solve or apologize for the mixup on their behalf.Unfortunately, we are somewhat stuck. This is only place that is pet friendly. She even made a comment about not letting us stay here in future. Just a very rude and unprofessional employee. Not someone I would have representing my brand..
First of all, I dont normally write bad reviews -- mainly because my hotel experiences for the past several years have been good. I guess I have been lucky. The room:I was disappointed there was not a tub; there was more than enough space for one. There was a table in the room with four chairs, but there was a brace on all four sides that prevented anyone from sitting at the table with legs under the table. It didnt seem as though it was designed to accommodate chairs. The mattress was hard and uneven; it seemed old. We were awoken by the people upstairs walking around past midnight. My husband thought it was thunder. It was not.The Staff:The front desk clerks werent unfriendly, but they didnt seem particularly thrilled to see people or eager to come out of their back office, either. The complimentary breakfast:I travel a bit and this was the worst complimentary hotel breakfast I have had in the past several years.
My son was playing in a tournament in a nearby town. Wasnt sure what to expect. Once we arrived I was pleasently surprised. We were greeted once we entered and were checked in quickly. I had reserved a suite. It was very roomy. Much more room than suites I have stayed in at other hotel chains. Pool and breakfast area was very clean. I would stay here again.
This has been the best hotel Ive stayed in for any period of time, the staff are professional and friendly and make sure you have everything you need. The only downside is the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. But besides that I would say 5 out of 5 stars!
I loved our stay at this hotel, because I felt like I was with family. I was, since I was there for a family reunion, but the staff also felt like family. This is what gives this hotel the excellent rating. Their staff is EXCELLENT. The bathroom wasnt great as it was quite small with a pocket door, and the sink/dressing area was in the room. Not exactly private in my view. A bit inconvenient for us as we had to throw guests out if we wanted to change our clothes. But overall, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.
Great location on I74 was packed the night we stayed, but quiet; fast check in and the goodie bag for being a CP member was nice. Room was clean and roomy, breakfast was good and pool area looked nice as well. Only complaint was weak wifi and low water pressure in shower. Would definitely recommend!
Very nice hotel and good value. Staff is super friendly! Walls are a little thin so you can hear noise from the hall or neighbors but everything else was excellent! Newly remodeled and fully equipped with even a microwave and frig. Would definitely stay there again!
Great experience here. The only complaint would be double beds instead of queens. Pool was warm, hot tub the appropriate temperature. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Compared to the upscale hotel we stayed the next 2 nights in a different location, the Sleep Inn was much better for a lower price.
The Sleep Inn was quiet and comfortable and met our expectations. It looked updated and had all you needed in the room. The best part of the breakfast was the waffles you could make and good selection of yogurt. The location was out a little but no city or interstate noise and good view of some corn fields.
The staff was so nice and accommodating over the phone but realized what type of hotel it was when we pulled in and people are working on their cars in the parking lot (after midnight) and lined up with big rigs. Bed was really hard so perfect if you love a firm matteress. Room looked like time forgot it but it was trying to be modern with the bed spread.
This is the second time we have visited Danville, Illinois. The first time we stayed in a less than perfect hotel so the second time we decided to try Sleep Inn based on the internet reviews. The hotel was well presented. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All of the amenities that you expect at a hotel were available. There was plenty of variety for breakfast options. The only issues we had were that the upstairs guests were making quite a bit of noise later in the evening that we needed to report. The front desk staff dealt with the issue promptly and efficiently. The second issue was that my husband went to take a shower and ran out of hot water. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel over the other in the area.
Very nice update hotel, very good breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. We needed additional towels in our room - only 2 bath towels were available to obtain more towels we had to find a housekeeper. I really liked the small store where various items could be purchased at a very reasonable price.
This was a very neat, clean, and quite hotel. Modern rooms with a Keurig maker for my wife who likes coffee. Great lighting and the rooms were comfortable with good heating and cooling system. Outstanding stay for my family and I. Highly recommend hotel in the area.
Stayed here on the way home; great location just off I74. Quick check in and appreciated the goodie bag for being a Choice Privileges member. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was fine for getting you on the road. Only cons were that wifi strength could be better and the water pressure in the shower was not great.
This is a very nice, clean hotel. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of hot and cold items. It was easy to find off the interstate. The mattress in our room was worn and sagged in the middle. I didnt sleep as well because of that. Im not sure if all the rooms have saggy mattresses, but if so, please replace them.
The staff was great in checking us in. We know how hectic it can be when people are pulling trailers with cars for the Hill Climb. Our room was ready. It was clean (a big plus) the beds were comfortable and overall the cleanliness was tops. Breakfast was good too. A big thank you to the staff.
We were given a quiet room on the third floor away from the elevator and ice machine which was much appreciated. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the beds had a quilted coverlet as well as a quilted bedspread which accommodated both of our preferences. We didnt partake of the breakfast served at the hotel so cannot comment on that.
This hotel was clean and had a above average breakfast but I would not stay here again due to the horrible water pressure in the shower. Itβs really a shame because this has the potential to be a very nice hotel. The guy that checked me in was pretty helpful but the morning staff seemed stressed and unfriendly.
We loved all the upgrades that the new owner has done to the property. We love the outside patio and the fire pit. The new carpet is beautiful. We love staying here it is the best and cleanest hotel in the area that is pet friendly. They also have the friendliest staff. We have tried other and will never go back to them.
Could not have hoped for anything better! Fast check in and check out. Friendly service. Meticulous rooms. Excellent breakfast. Lovely pool enjoyed on Sunday am by our 2 yr old grandson and his mother. Because we arrived quite late we were able to arrange checkout at noon rather than the usual 11am.
Go up to room 229 and check the mattresses with springs bulging out of the side... Youβre claim is false, also you are very argumentative which is unprofessional. No worries Iβve stayed at hundreds of choice hotels and never slept on a mattress like the one in Room 229! I wonβt be back and let choice know about the beds and youβre awful attitude! Have a great day !!!!
We had a great stay recently while traveling to the east coast. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions on the area, local dining and more. The room was very nice and the breakfast was more than adequate in the morning. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Very comfortable and clean room. We had asked for a King Room, but ended up with double beds. For one night that was fine. Breakfast area was very big and plenty of seating room. Usual food, but a good variety. Would prefer brewed coffee over the instant machine. Area well lighted and a Big Boy nearby for any late night food.
We didnβt even get to stay. I paid online and the wicked witch at the front desk demanded a 250 deposit which we didnβt have. She was very rude and said she was the manager. I have never had such poor service. I know a house wonβt fall on her but she should be fired.
Technology:Computers were down. Someone tired to put some kind of spy ware on them. The hotel personnel immediately worked on the problem. Computers were functioning the next day.Hotel was very clean as usual. Ive stayed there on several occasions. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good. I feel that it is a little over priced. With that said, Ive always enjoyed my stay.
This is the best hotel in Danville, IL. We have stayed at many and this is the cleanest and the best value as well as clean & very friendly employees. We love that they have been working hard at the remodeling and it is so clean. We love that they are also pet friendly. We only stay here and recommend everyone to stay here if you want a pleasant, friendly, clean & great breakfast.
Weve stayed at this Sleep Inn quite a few times in the last few years and this past weekend was another excellent experience. The staff has always been very friendly & helpful at check-in, the rooms very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast has such great variety. I also have to say the breakfast room is one of the cleanest & most organized eating areas in any Choice Hotel weve stayed at. Great job once again!
I really only have one complaint. I am a choice privilege member. For me the biggest benefit to this is that we are allowed a later checkout. At every other choice hotel we have been to we were allowed to stay until 2:00 pm. Here we were told that because they were busy, housekeeping could not allow us to stay past 12:00. Ive never been in a hotel where matters concerning customer satisfaction and retention were decided by housekeeping, so that sounds like a case of pass the blame. No one can check in until 3:00, and I know they dont spend an hour cleaning any one room. Therefore they could have accommodated my request. They chose not to because it would have disrupted the routine of someone in housekeeping. Choosing an employees convenience over the happiness of a regular customer is just bad business. I worked for many years satisfying customers in various fields and situations. I never forgot that I was working for them, and that without them I was obsolete. In short, you have a beautiful facility, but if you continue to choose the happiness of your employees over that of your guests it wont stay busy for long. The next time we plan a getaway well go to the Clarion in Indianapolis. Its worth the drive.
The Sleep Inn in Danville, IL is a great hotel for the price. The beds are comfortable, the rooms nicely appointed, one of the best features is the shower. It is big enough to actually move around to wash and has a classy curved feel. The staff is friendly and professional. I always stay at hotels that have a free breakfast. The Sleep Inn has a nice selection of cold and hot food. The dining area is set up for easy flow. The business center is equipped with two computer stations and a printer. The newest feature is their pantry shop off the front desk. Snacks, drinks and personal items for sale. The last feature I want to point out is the entry and lobby. This hotel has an old world feel to it. A staircase in the center of the lobby that ascends to the second floor guest rooms. This is paired with a modern feel as the large windows overlook the indoor pool and jacuzzi with a quaint little sitting area.
I have been coming to Sleep Inn & Suites when I am in town on a regular basis for about 3 years. I can honestly say that the professionalism, courtesy, kindness and cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast is delicious every time. I love coming here. The staff always treat you like family. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, you wont be disappointed. Thank you Sleep Inn & Suites βΊ
Rooms were updated and contemporary with a generous desk, a mini fridge in the room, space for everything one could want, and a very comfy bed with updated linens. The breakfast was great with good options, well stocked even close to breakfast being over, and with a good mix of available options. Honestly the only minor issue I had at all was that my room, which was an accessible room, had kind of low water pressure, but it was more a personal preference than an actual problem.
I stayed here in the middle of December 2016 overnight in the middle of my trip from Pennsylvania to Wisconsin. I arrived late at night and was able to get checked in very quickly. There werent any trolleys from what I could see, so I had to carry my luggage in, but my room was close to the front door anyway, so it didnt make much of a difference to me. The room and bathroom were very clean, with the shower being somewhat rounded and stylized. The toilets refilling gauge was stuck on another component when I first flushed it, but once I unhooked it it worked fine. The wifi at the place was surprisingly good for a hotel. I was actually able to play Youtube videos without downgrading to 240p like I would have expected. Breakfast looked like scrambled eggs and sausage, neither of which I cared much for, so I had some cold cereal and biscuits. They had Frosted Flakes, Coco Puffs, Cheerios, and one other brand. Check-out was as easy as check-in. Good quality overall.
This is by far the best Quality Inn I have stayed at, it could easily be a Comfort Inn with a 10 rating. Remodeled, excellent and friendly staff. Exercise room is good, I didnt use the pool but it did look inviting. Breakfast had more items and better quality than many Comfort Inns and some Comfort Suites Ive stayed at. If I could rate this hotel higher I would.
Quiet atmosphere. Clean room. We got a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa bed to accommodate our family of 5. The queen beds were hard to sleep on as you rolled to the middle and had to fight to sleep on the outside edge of the mattress. We were very impressed with the size of the room. There was actually enough room to move around! They had a nice desk with a chair plus a separate table and chairs for 4. The tv was bigger than we expected. The bathroom was a toilet and walk-in shower with the sink located in the main room. We didnt get a chance to try the indoor swimming pool but it was tiny. The free breakfast certainly had a lot of variety but the eggs and sausage were cold. This eggs resembled silver dollar pancakes as far as shape and size. Obviously there is nothing fresh about these eggs, they are probably frozen and purchased in bulk. They are dry and rubbery and even worse if you have to microwave them to warm them up when the food warmer isnt working. The lady working the kitchen told us there were omelets in with the eggs she just made but after trying one all she did was fold an egg patty in half after putting some shredded cheese inside and then microwave it because 1/4th of the egg was hard. Not impressive. The pancake machine was a nice change instead of the waffle makers we usually see. The kitchen area was kept clean.
While visiting my family in Danville, l stayed at this hotel with my daughter and granddaughters. We really enjoyed our visit. It was a great value for the money. We got a queen suite and there was enough room for the five of us. We enjoyed the breakfast and the girls loved the indoor pool and hot tub. We travel at least 3 times a year and have stayed in some very nice (high end hotels), but granddaughters have informed me that from now on they want to stay in Sleep Inn hotels.
This hotel has a great and on-the-ball staff. Rooms are clean, and the pillows cant be beaten! The pantry is a tremendous extra that provides snacks, frozen foods and and ice cream variety, soda, waters and coffees that are ice cold. No need to bring extra goodies, as snacks, soups and even diapers are in the pantry. And the prices are Very reasonable. Breakfast has a good variety. Wouldnt stay anywhere else when coming to Danville.
Manager Dorie is condescending and rude. The hotel is right at the Indiana border, and cell phones often show the wrong time because of that. They have tons of international guests there when its graduation time, and I suggested to her that she let guests know when they check in that they cant trust their cell phones in the area cause it switches back and forth between illinois and indiana time. My friend was an hour late to graduation because of that. The look on the managers face was disgusting, she didnt care and she didnt get my point. On top of that, we didnt get room service, and she didnt see it as her problem, just gave us a disgusting look. To top it off, she told us to carry our used towels and trash downstairs and through the lobby and said shed give us new ones. I told her absolutely no, we want room service like everybody else. One of the most disgusting and unprofessional person I ever had to deal with. She needs fired, her behavior toward us was borderline abusive. Very disappointed.
We were very pleased with the king suite at the Danville Sleep Inn. It had many amenities. This was the only motel in our 11 night trip that provided recognition for Choice Privilege members. The breakfast had more options than any of our other stays. Would book this hotel anytime we passed through. The only detriment was the absence of any good eating places nearby.
The sheets were not clean upon checking in. Although hotel staff did indeed come up and bring clean sheets, they did not know how to make the bed properly. I specifically requested that both beds have new sheets put on the second day - neither set of sheets was changed. In addition, the internet was down, and the helpdesk failed to follow through on calling me back to verify my issue had been resolved. The pool was also closed for maintenance. The breakfast was ok each morning, although it would have been much nicer if there had been an ice machine in the breakfast area so that juice or water could be over ice. The bathrooms are tiny and old fashioned.
Firstly, the convenience, appearance, cleanliness and service at this hotel was exceptional. However, the beds were horrible. We did not have the comfort mattress that we have come to expect through ChoiceHotels. We were two adults trying to sleep on a full-size bed with a very hard mattress. We were very disappointed.
This is a modern facility with wonderful breakfast and nice pool/spa. Room is comfortable. I asked for a ground floor room because I was traveling with my dog; they gave me a ground floor room near the back door so very easy to walk the dog in the large grassy back area. I stayed here on June 26 and July 9. Its a bit pricey, but very pet accommodating.
The hotel, grounds, and room were clean and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our trip was coming from Rockford to visit our son in Urbana so this hotel was an extra 30 minutes further away for us, but it was worth it as this was a great quality for the price. Staff was very helpful and professional. On our next trip we will most likely stay here again.
My hotel experience at the Sleep Inn in Danville, IL was a pleasant one. From the moment I called to make my reservation to the morning I checked out, the staff was polite and attentive. The continental Breakfast was good and the coffee was hot and tasty. My room was clean and allowed me to relax and prepare for my business meeting. I would stay at the Sleep Inn again and I would recommend it to anyone on business or pleasure.
We spent 4 days here for my dads visitation and funeral. They were so nice to us and made sure our stay was wonderful. When the elevator went out while we were at the funeral, they saved a room for us on the first floor as my husband had a broken leg. The breakfast bar was wonderful but the staff even more awesome!
This property is a renovated old fashioned motel with parking in front of your room. Clean, quiet, and convenient to the area. Very easy to walk your dog with a large grassy area nearby. Breakfast is minimal, but there is a small microwave and a small refrigerator in the room, plus a coffee maker. I stayed here twice - June 26 and July 10. And you cant beat the price! Very comfortable. Only 4 stars because of minimal breakfast, but it really isnt a biggie.
Excellent staff, great breakfast, very clean room and pool area!!!!! We will stay here again in about 4 weeks. We were upgraded to a Queen Suite at no extra charge, which was great because we were traveling with a 3 week old infant. This gave us plenty of room for all the baby gear. A big thanks to all the staff!!!!
Stayed at this hotel travel from Atlanta Rm 332 had bad bugs and shower was fifty with grime. Spoke to Manger Mrs. Stone act is if she didnt care and would send housekeeping up. However, housekeeping came up for the 3rd time and still did not clean shower efficiency. Not to mention to return back to our room from a wedding that night we came in bed bugs were on top of the cover and the toilet paper rack. I immediately show desk clerk. Thats when they finally decided to move my family. Office manager was mean not concern to fix the problem. I applaud the night shift/day shift desk clerk taking matters in their hands and moving to a different room. The bed bugs bite could have been avoided if Manager would have just shown some compassion. 07 /29-30/2016 still have not received a refund. The Reflection shows a bad report on Manager. I will never stay there again
We needed to stay in Danville - with a pet. The pet rate is a bit high compared to most of the other places we stay. $15 hurts more than $10 when we bring in our own pet bed, etc. But, there was a wonderful area available for our pet to do her business. The room appeared to be very clean. Room was quiet. No king beds available on the ground floor :-(. Staff is excellent. Kudos to them. We would stay here again.
For a small town, Danville Illinois, I could not believe how clean, updated and comfortable this room was. The pillows were fluffy, the mattress was not too soft and not too hard, just right :) There was fresh breakfast in the morning and not your normal breakfast. They had hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, biscuits and gravy, choice of juice to water and milk and coffee. And the staff, some of the sweetest people I have met. Our company sends all of our employees to stay here and we have frequent trainings. I look forward to my return. See you soon!
Was very unhappy I dont think I would stay there again, problems with AC unit would not go to high fan speed and would not cool room very well, I stayed 3 nights and when the ac unit was running I only heard the compressor part turn on about 3 times with the thermostat on 54 degrees the first night and we could not sleep and shower door dose not close correctly and leake water all over. We have stayed at this hotel before and the shower problems are the same. I dont think they will be a third stay ever
My family travels a lot from coast to coat and we always try to stay in Choice Hotels. This was the first time my husband and I ever stayed in a Sleep Inn. Everything was above and beyond perfect at the Danville VA Hotel. Quick check in from a very sweet and friendly clerk, Room was very clean, Internet was great, Bed was very comfortable and clean, Check out was quick as well. We were definitely extremely pleased.
During my recent visit to nearby University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family. Given my Elite Status in Choice Privileges program, I was offered a free suite upgrade and a free welcome gift (two bottles of water + some snacks). This was quite nice. The suite itself was very specious and clean. Everything worked. They had a rather unconventional shower stall. Unless you are afraid of confined spaces, this shouldnt pose too much of problem. The swimming pool was closed for repairs but we probably wont have used it anyway.
Good first impression as Carrie at the front desk was very nice and greeted us with a complimentary gift as a Choice member. Nice touch. Stayed in several Choice hotels and most dont do this. Room was clean and comfortable as was the hotel. Recommend this location and would stay here again when in the area.
I needed a place to stay for one night on a trip home. I chose this particular hotel because I am a Choice Rewards member and thought I could get a promotional discount that I had been offered online. The hotel/room was clean and attractive with all the amenities. The breakfast was hot and similar to that offered in other similar price range hotels. I wish that I could have received the promotional discount that I had gotten online, but that did not materialize due to various factors. All in all, a positive experience.
Sleep Inn is a comfortable, affordable, and clean hotel. The service has always been great and the employees are always helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool is nice as well as the hot tub. We would recommend Sleep Inn to family and friends.
Clean comfortable room. Tasty breakfast with lots of options. VERY helpful staff across the board--front desk, housekeeping & kitchen. Was there with my disabled mom b/c my dad was in hospital. I had some special needs as far as copies, faxes, problems with a wheeled walker and they helped with them all!

2022-06-08The hotel was a little pricey but all the hotels there were pricey so it was competitive. The pool was excessively cold. The breakfast was there, which was good, but it was pretty poor even based on continental standards. The beds are comfy and the AC works well. Water pressure was low, but manageable. The toilet/shower is set up weird with a sliding door to a small chamber with stand-up shower and small toilet area. The door had been painted over, which caused it to be difficult to close, and it wouldnt lock. Rooms have a fridge, coffee pod system, and microwave. Overall it was good enough.

2022-03-30Bed is just right for me. Room is kind of small. I tried the breakfast this morning it was horrible and cold. I did make a waffle it was good. My room is hard to get in the key card doesnt always Reed. They do have a nice looking indoor pool. Going to look today to see if they have a gym I havent seen it yet. Also there on central time.

2022-04-05The room was ok could have been cleaner (bathroom floor) but the staff where good and the rooms where nice and quiet. Overall good experience but make sure you don t come 4 minutes after breakfast is over cause they pick it up promptly and all they said was sorry we stopped serving at 10.

2022-02-07Positive: The woman who checked us in was accommodating to my daughters beef for handicap room when we called. She made the stay possible. She was kind and generous with her help. Negative: Water main pipe broke .. it was so cold out. No water for showers. It certainly was not the hotelΓΒΏs fault. Did not seem to understand impact o. Guests. However the stay was fine.

2022-03-18Warning β οΈ β οΈThey let people pay for the hotel room. Then when you want to check in, they tell you that you cant stay if you live within 30 miles of their property. They kept every dollar I gave them and wouldnt even let me and my kids check in. If they have a policy like such they should automatically want proof of residency when reserving a room. The owners of this hotel have no morals. If they are taking money from guest who havent even checked in yet, just imagine what kind of charges youll have if you do have an opportunity to stay.

2021-12-16I stayed here two separate nights and neither bed was comfortable. Cheap mattresses and tiny shower/toilet space. Actually there wasnt even room for a hyphen. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was thoroughly satisfying. I do not recommend room 112 due to its proximity to the staff kitchen/laundry. Loud knocking and objects shuffling started at about 4 am and didnt stop until 7 when I finally decided to get up. The pool was open and looked nice. Sunnyside recreational dispensary is across the parking lot. I highly recommend visiting it was an inviting and friendly experience.

2022-05-02Do not ever go here! The people are very disrespectful. After my card was already charged for the room they wanted to recharge my card with additional 350 for 1 night. After she argued that my card wasnt charged (when it showed on my bank app) she continued to be very disrespectfulAnd now lie about the disrespect of thier employees! Wow for something that wasnt taken account of my account still is! I will be getting ahold of corporate

2022-04-01My house was damaged due to flooding and needed a hotel for my family. As a Diamond member that uses only Choice brand for my company the choice was easy. However I was told that I couldnt stay because I lived to close. On top of the the desk clerk was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I will be using a new chain for my future needs
