Lots of styles, sizes for all. Bought 2 pair
Is it me, or are Skechers athletic shoe prices, on average, going higher? For an outlet store, Im seeing more $80+ shoes than $50+ shoes. Until recently, getting a decent athletic shoe from $45 to $55 was the norm. Time to look elsewhere and wait for possible big sales here...
I was recently in this location and had a good experience. There wasnt anyone in the store and yes, I did hear employees talking about personal issues but no biggie. The young man (Latino with glasses) was very helpful and gave his honest opinion about my shoes. The two gals up front (Latinas) were very helpful and asked if I was a member but I dont live in the area and probably wont be back. Purchase was quick and easy. Store was super organized and I appreciate they have later hours. Thanks!
Good place to buy quality work shoes. I bought my daughter 2 pairs of work non slip shoes at this store. The staff were very helpful. They were doing inventory when I was there so it was a bit of mess but they working quickly on organizing it. Will definitely shop here again.
Bad customer service. My wife was about to purchase the pair of shoes she wanted. At the counter the employee explained their is a bogo (buy one get one half off) special and that we should look for another pair of shoes to get the discount. My wife said ok lets look for another pair. Within one minute of that interaction it was announced that the store would close in 10 minutes and shoppers would need to make their final purchase. It was 5:46 pm when the announcement was made. 2 minutes after the announcement they started closing the lights on us. I though that was quite rude. They could have just checked us out instead of telling us their is a bogo special and too look for another pair and than within 5 mins try to close the store early on us. I guess this is why everyone is shopping online now.

Very poor service. My daughter and I spent half our visit there looking for someone to help us. The 2 lady workers were in the back storage area on the phone. My daughter had to climb to get the shoes we wanted 3 times.We went to check out and one of the workers who finally decided to be on the salesfloor was on the phone the entire time. We had several questions about our purchase and she continued to be on the phone talking to an individual in regards to the compliments she had received about her weight loss. As she handed over the money she was so distracted that she dropped the money instead of putting it my daughters hand.No have a nice day or thank you.Bad service. I gave 1 Star because at least only because we found the shoe size we wanted because my daughter had to climb the portable stairs to get them. Im surprised no one walked out with free shoes. There were other customers waiting as well but all this worker was concerned with on her personal phone call was the compliments she was getting about her weight loss... Deal with personal matters on your own time.

First impression and first time visiting. It needs a bit of air freshener. The staff were helpful. I would suggest more areas at different locations in the store for trying on the shoes. Plus, the shoes although stacked nicely are a bit hard to find as they dont generally have a name when looking at the boxes.The shoes themselves are comfy, if rather cheap. Wearing a pair now.

My husband & I are die hard fans for Sketchers. Be prepared to have an OPEN MIND when visiting because your shoe size may NOT be in stock for that one pair of shoes or boots that you really like! The atmosphere is great w.an awesome station playing music and I had a really helpful male associate helping me look for my size. I am a customer for life! We LOVE SKETCHERS!!!
Visited this location and my toddler had to use the bathroom and the store attendant refused to let him use the bathroom when he had to go bad telling us to go next door to Ross. By the time we tried to get my son next door he had peed his pants so we had to take him to the car and change his cloths. That is very poor and shameful customer service.
We have visited this store a few times, but they never have shoes in my size or my husbands size. No one will ask if you need help, and when you try to catch someone to ask a question, they seem to be in hiding
For 8 months my dad has been frequently visiting this store for a pair of extra wide slip on casual brown shoes age over 70 so bending to tie is hard. One clerk in the whole store who also mans the register. Her answer to any question is I dont know and no stock in the back cause what you see is what you get. Over 8 months no extra wide brown size 14 shoes that you can slide you foot in for our elders. He bought the black 8 months ago and requested a brown. Still waiting. The one star was the only way I could so a review. Thus is a factory outlet.
Edited: this store wont survive withwith just ONE worker. I waited for him to unlock the fitting room and finally gave up and left. I dont need exercise pants badly enough to wait longer than 8 mint.__________I didnt know this store existed. I was heading to Hobby Lobby and saw it. The store is spotless. Its big, with lots of shoes. Better prices than Famous Footwear.
After unsuccessfully looking for 10 minutes for my size, not a single employee asked if I needed assistance and there was only 1 other person shopping. When I went and asked if anyone could help their response was that there is very few size 11 and Id just have to keep looking. No one tried to help, no one knew where anything was. After searching for half hour I gave up and left.
There is plenty to choose from and the staff greets you and tells you if they have any discounts. The only thing I didnt like is that on certain shoes they were missing a lot of sizes. Also one of the staff member was afraid of heights and decided to tell me they didnt have the size I was looking for because she didnt want to go too high on the ladder although they had two of the size I was looking for up there.
It blows my mind how rude and unprofessional the employees actually are here.. I came in today obviously to buy a pair of shoes, and the two girls upfront were complaining about how busy its been today. After trying to find my size in the store, because its so and organized I asked an employee for help but, both of them on the floor were too busy on their cell phones and gossiping about outside issues to care less about what I needed.
What a difference between this store and the one in the Chicago premium outlets...The ladies were terrific today. Helped me the whole time I was there! Explained what shoe would be good for me. Actually showed me which ones were good for me.The premium outlet store was a bad bad bad experience
This is a great place to get Skechers shoes at discount prices. They have a l large selection of shoes for both men and women and the people that work there are very helpful. I have bought steel toe shoes for work and regular shoes from here and havent had any problems with either.
Was a terrible experience. Couldnt get any help and when we Finally found someone to help us she was so rude. Since she acted like we were bothering her we left. Will find somewhere else to buy our Sketchers from.

First off, l LOVE Sketchers shoes. So comfortable and the variety of styles and colors is amazing. This outlet had exactly what I was looking for. The prices were beyond reasonable too. Highly recommend this store!!!

I guess I dont consider it an outlet when a lot of the shoes were $60 and up. Did find a pair in the clearance section for under $20. If your looking for savings, start looking there first.

Stumbled upon this store while we were going to a soccer match. If youre into shoes and if youre in the Skechers this is a dream come true. They were offering buy one get one free sale so we couldnt pass that up. They have a Skechers rewards card to where you earn rewards for all items you purchase which made the trip even better. For going in to browse at a pair for my son my husband walked out with to pair my son walked out with two pair and I walked out with four pair. They had a great variety from Summer sandals to your tennis shoes and all kinds from memory where to regular to Flat everything was great. If youre in the area I need a pair of shoes this place is awesome.
Terrible place to work at and shop their the two girls are always on their phone and gossiping at the register and their verry ignorant their to. And their a mess and unorganized and prices are wrong on the shoes
For this to be an outlet store I dont think the prices are all that great. Especially since the store next door often sale the same shoes for as much as $20 cheaper. I think maybe the location is bad. They have an ik selection but never have the shoes that are advertised on the commercial
There was no sales staff available on the floor throughout the entire store. Had trouble locating shoes in the correct size. Ended up walking out with nothing instead of making a purchase.

Store is clean and employees are very polite, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, I have a big foot and my size is always limited.

They NEVER carry size 11. If you are a 6 or 7 its a great place. Otherwise forget it.

If you visit the city of Joliet, in the State of Illinois, if you want to buy tennis, boots or shoes and you like this brand, throw yourself into this store, it is outlet although you also find line products; It is huge and very well stocked; the staff is very friendly and some speak Spanish, in case your English is not very good, they make you feel confident with their excellent service. I give you a ben tip: Ask them to register you with your e-mail to send you discount coupons and promotions, which you can use the same day you are buying; worth it; you find tennis and shoes from $ 25.00 dollars (those in Mexico cost you $ 1,500.00)

2022-02-13While the store itself looks nice, I was very disappointed that they wouldnt accept my perfectly legal 100 dollar bill because it was the older bill and didnt have the strip on it. Its sad that my money wasnt good enough just because it wasnt a newer bill. I guess they will not get my business.

2022-01-01I wear a 13 wide and they have a wide section there. I love sketchers and have bought there before. I realize that supply is tough right now but I walked In on new years day at 11:00 AM and had trouble finding anything my size. I walked the store for about 10 minutes. The 2 girls at the register just chatting and giggling. I was the only one in the store and not a hello, can I help you or even a thanks for coming in. Whats happened to customer service. Just terrible

2022-02-06Had to contact sales associate to pay for my shoes, another customer was standing at the counter as I was paying, soo rude and he didnt have on a mask. Sales associate should have told him to give me six feet and to wear his mask when in store.

2022-02-06I dont know how this can be called an outlet store anymore. The prices are higher for Skechers than Shoe Carnival and the Skechers website. I used to purchase a lot from here when it first opened . I went today and ended up leaving and going to Shoe Carnival.

2021-07-30Looking for a pair of summits in size 11 1/2 for months now I stopped in the store to once again Check and They did not have it. I was approached by an employee, a very courteous knowledgeable young Hispanic lady, I do not know her name but she checked the computer and found 11 1/2‘s at Rosemont location and even went so far as to sign me up as a member in order to save shipping. She placed the order and told me it should ship in 3 to 5 days I received it on the second day. I put my name in with the sketchers on line to locate the 11 1/2 and I’m still waiting to hear from them so this is an employee you need to keep. Awesome 👏 customer service

2021-08-13It was hard to find my size in what I wanted. I did finally find a pair for my weekend get away tomorrow. No one offered to help. The store was very neat and clean. I was there the last hour it was open.
