The office was clean ans everyone was super nice from thr front desk to the hygienist to thr doctor. They were great with my chatty 4 year old whos cleaning was completed before mine.
The staff here are very Professional and friendly. Communicated everything with me to ensure comfortability!Cassie and Amaya at the front desk are very knowledgeable.
The ultrasonic scaler burst in my mouth and the dentist had to have the assistants put more water in it and it still burst inside of my mouth. I wasn’t able to have my teeth polish because “it wasn’t working”. Front desk staff was very rude as well when I called. I won’t be back to this office.
Ive been a patient at Simply Dental for some years now. My last visit was especially pleasant as I needed to have some dental work done but do not have insurance. The receptionist, Dana, went out of her way to help me with payment information for dental discount plans online. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
Dr. Ahmed and her assistant Angela were great! I had multiple cavities to be filled after not seeing at dentist for multiple years and she handled my case perfectly. Both Dr. and her assistant were very easy going and did the job very well. Very thankful for them!
I always have had a great experience every appointment. Dana and Atika always greats me with a smile and both of them are very through about follow up care and accommodating. I always get the appointments that I need. Dr Ahmed has assisted with my crown placing. I admit I was so scared to have the crown done. I thought it was going to be really painful. However Dr. Ahmed was assuring and check in often to see if I was in pain. I recently came in for teeth whitening and I’ll say I’m amazed at my results. I went two shades lighter.
Hi! I have been a patient at Simply Dental for approximately 4 years now. Dana and Atika always welcomes you to the office with a friendly smile and warm hello! Dr. Ahmed and her staff are very accommodating to the patients needs. I have always had a fear of the dentist since I was a young girl. As one of Dr. Ahmeds patients, I explained my fear and she was very sympathetic. She is an outstanding dentist who is very kind and patient!! Unfortunately, I am a gagger and need suctioning almost immediately after starting a procedure. I felt much better, after she told me that I am not the only patient who claims they are afraid of the dentist. In reality, of course it isnt the dentist I fear at all...its the procedure being done.
I have been going to Dr Ahmed for past few years. I always have a very smooth and pleasant experience! Dr Ahmed always take her time to listen and understand all my dental concerns then make the proper plan for it.This clinic has been really awesome from Ateka at front desk to my Doctor Dr Ahmed.I would Highly recommend Dr Ahmed at simply dental.
This office is unassuming, yet efficient and courteous in its service. I have found their prices hover between low and fair. Dr. Ahmed in particular is focused in her task, and deft with her skills. Perhaps the best overall dental experience in my life. From the warm pleasant inviting heartfelt invitational reception that Dana and Kathy provided to the gentle, precise delicate and expert care that Angela and Dr. Gee displayed, this will definitely my new place for dental treatment and procedures.
Dr. Ahmed and team have been beyond exceptional. The dentist office is a very intimidating space for a lot of patients, but Katty (the front desk associate) is extremely helpful and professional in her approach to getting you prepp3d to see the doctor. Dr. Ahmed and her assistants (Angela and Hetal) have been fantastic on each of my visits. I actually go to these visits without the dreadful feeling that I used to have while going to other dentist. I would recommend Dr. Ahmed and Simply Dental to anyone that needs dental care.
Doctor Kalota was so nice. Treated me like a person, cared about everything she did, and adapted based off of how I reacted to it. Receptionist Dana was extremely kind as well.
Excellent cleaning and basic checkup by Dr. Gee, and the rest of the team were super welcoming. Kathy, Donna, Angela Ateka, Stefanie, and Ria were all helpful with the various questions I had re: insurance, billing, and all the other various new dentist- related nerves.
We’ve never had such a pleasant visit to the dentist! Dr Kalota is very thorough especially when explaining the importance of oral hygiene to my teenagers and they listened! Staff is always polite and helpful. Ateka went above and beyond customer service in helping to resolve an insurance issue, what a relief!
My experience with Dr. Ahmed was awesome she was gentle and took her time answering all my questions. Katty, Angela, and Stephanie were so sweet and amazing I appreciate all of you girls for dealing with my requests so professionally with no hesitation!!
Very friendly and efficient staff. Angela, Kathy, Ateka and Stephany were really kind with me. This is my first time going to the dentist in USA, and definitely, this was my best option. Also, very affordable and really good job with my smile.
Katty and Ateka are the sweetest receptionist, they are extremely helpful and will always try to get you the best appointment! Angela and Estephani will always make sure you are comfortable and numb before your procedure. Dr. Kalota is the best dentist I have been to in my life! I had an extraction today and I though it was bad since last time I went to nw to a student and it was bad I was really scared to get it pulled this time. Thankfully DR.Ahmed was very gentle. When I got here in simply dental the receptionist Kathy Treated me as a friend I liked that not Many have a sence of Humor . When Angela called me to go in the room also had a sence of humor . And estephani she was so nice I def recommend simply dental to who ever needs to see a dentist ❤️
Loved their service! Im usually very nervous when it comes to dentistry, but when I went there they were very calm with me and explained the procedures before starting! From the front to the end the team is amazing! Thank you Ateka for helping me out with scheduling my appointment and helping with my financials. She is a very sweet girl, always smiling. And also Ive met both of the doctors here Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Kalota they both are very nice and gentle! Great service! Keep it up!
I had to come for an emergency last minute visit due to a temp crown falling off. The office immediately scheduled me in and Dr. Ahmed and the assistant estephani did the recementing all within 45 minutes. It was a smooth process with little to no pain. I definitely would recommend coming here.
They were quick to bring me back for my appointment and they were all incredibly friendly, especially Dana at the front. She was a pleasure to talk to and was really helpful with setting up my next appointments.

If you value your time please avoid this place. I regret going here, during my first visit I waited over 45 mins and for second visit while I making the appointment, I confirmed that I wouldnt have to wait too long as it was during workday and in-between meetings. 15 mins after I get there and check in I get told sorry we are running late it will additional 10-15 mins. Seriously? They shouldnt schedule appointments if they can never stick the the time table.

Dr kaiota is awesome. I dislike it when I feel rushed by a dentist, as if there time is too precious to waste. Not here, she took her time and made sure I understood everything. This place has good management and good talent. The best part is that they get you good and numb..... and thats nice because when Im at the dentist I dont want to feel a thing!

Pathetic I would never go again. They first gave me treatment plan I signed it based on total coverage amount breakdown after 6 months they asked me to pay extra $200 even though I paid $200 out-of-pocket those charges were not in my treatment plan and no one told me about that before admission and when I claimed that this information was not provided to me they told me the treatment plan they asked me to signed was printed by mistake

I havent had my teeth checked for a long time so I was looking for a new dentist. The whole process is scary because I dont know how to go around doing it. I went in this office and Cenina helped me understand my insurance and what my options are. She explained everything thoroughly and made me comfortable with my decision on booking an appointment. Recently chipped a tooth, had no insurance and simply dental was there for me! Went in for a consultation and they helped recommend the beat course of action to fix my tooth. I was shown a program called the dental pass which helped cut costs since I have no insurance and the staff was very helpful and informative. Super nice staff and always very welcoming clean environment!

I received a coupon in the mail for a $49 new patient special that included x-rays, an exam and a cleaning. They only provided x-rays and an exam. The chair for the cleaning was already booked for a different appointment.I was charged $40 for x-rays and an exam. I was told that I was ineligible for the cleaning.If you receive the coupon in the mail expect to pay $40 for an exam, x-rays and a quote for additional services that they offer.

I have to say that going to this dentist office was one of the greatest experiences Ive ever had dealing with the dentist. My anxiety levels are extremely high when it comes to anyone being in my mouth or doing any kind of work to my mouth but the doctor here was warm inviting respectful concerned and understanding which made me feel so much peace. Her assistant Sofia was also a very big help with explaining and even showing me what needed to be done. Now that Ive been here and know that any time I step foot in that dentist office I will be treated with the upmost respect.Latasha Stewart
STAY AWAY! My daughters have been regular patients at Simply Dental for the past several years, coming twice a year for cleanings. However, after an incident that took place there today, we will never return. My 10 year old was taken to the back for her routine cleaning and exam just after 1230pm. I stayed up front with my 2 other children while waiting for the next child’s appointment. About 5 minutes after 1pm, my other child was called back and taken for X-rays. I decided at this point, with only one small child in tow, I would take a peek at my oldest since at least 30 minutes had passed and I had not been approached by the dentist or hygienist advising the findings of exam - which is unusual as we are usually in and out within 40 minutes for both. As I peeked into the first room, I saw my daughter in the chair and took a step in. What I witnessed was the girl performing her service looking over at her phone that was laying on the tray next to the open, sterilized tools that would soon be placed in my daughters mouth. My thoughts were 1)that’s unsanitary and 2) perhaps she had a timer or something going for whatever reason. I proceeded to take another step in behind the girl, which at this point she still hadn’t noticed me. What I witnessed then completely caught me off guard. This girl was watching a show or movie on her cell phone while at the same time, had tools and a suction in my daughters mouth! I stood there for a moment thinking am I really seeing this right now? My daughter caught a glimpse of me and then the girl noticed I was there. I proceeded to the front desk to inquire who that was working on my daughter and was told it was the assistant. I let the front desk know what I had just seen and she immediately went to the room and told the assistant to put her phone away. She had turned her phone off at this point and put that same hand back in my daughters mouth but kept the phone on the tray. I asked for another assistant or hygienist to rinse out her mouth and stop service. The assistant then jumped up, said sorry and ran to the back. I immediately went to get my other daughter and thankfully they had not started on her yet. I asked to speak with the dentist and was told they were busy so I settled with getting the name of the manager and was told to call after 2 or 230pm. I was able to speak to the manager after she returned my call, however, it seemed as though she was more concerned with telling me how she showed up in stilettos and now had to change into gym shoes and put her hair up because she had to take the place of said assistant. Not only was this visit unprofessional, unsanitary and negligent, there are several items that violate the Illinois Dental Practice Act which will be filed in a formal complaint with the IDFPR.
We have been getting treatment done here since five years. The best part about simply dental is their doctor - Dr.Pallam. She is one awesome lady who knows her job extraordinarily well. Such a friendly calm person and you feel like referring Simply dental to others just because of her. I go there because of her!
The staff and environment here was excellent. Cenina was friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to make my experience extraordinary. I will be returning and recommending this location for any of my future dental needs.

I bought a groupon from them. They asked for the groupon number incase I was to cancel they would charge me if I did not show up without notice. I called and gave them notice that I could not make the appointment and I would reschedule. However, they redeemed my groupon later on I came to find out. I did not want to come because of cov 19. They are scammers. Beware!!! I also have read the reviews on this page the same thing happened to another person 2 months ago. So that says a lot right there how they run their practice.
I love simply dental. They are all so kind and very caring. DVD Zachary Reiff is the best dentist around Sofia and Ana are the kindest. I Hate having to go to the dentist but they make everything better. I sent my daughter there and she lives almost 3 hours away she would not go anywhere else. Thanks you simply dental.
My original appointment was canceled by the dentist so I had to call and reschedule for later that day. Not a huge deal but after I got there I waited almost an hour before I was called from the waiting room. I did my best to remain patient and did so. I never complained about waiting or having to reschedule and I never received an apology either for anything. It had been a while before I got xrays done but I never remember them pointing the xray gun right at my eye. The lady doing my xrays did this repeatedly. I did say something about that eventually but was more or less reassured it was normal. One good thing was the actual dentist seemed knowledgeable. She did seem like she was in a bit of a hurry. I had to request she come back after my cleaning was done cause I had questions which she did. She answered my questions which Im glad but she was still in a hurry and waiting for me to be done. The office itself is nothing to write home about, it could definitely use some updating. I never even got to scheduling or speaking with the front desk after my visit. I asked if they needed anything from me on my way out, was asked to wait which I said no problem to but after the person in front of me left, nobody said anything to me. I kept wondering, so can I leave now? Lol I just left as I had already spent an hour in the waiting room to be seen, I didnt care to spend any more. The place doesnt really give you the warm and fuzzies, not sure if Ill be returning. They seem to just meet the requirements of what it takes to have a dentist office but nothing really special. I was happy though I got a cleaning done. I was tempted to leave while I was in the waiting room but I didnt want to be charged so I stayed. Id say if you dont mind waiting and just want a cleaning done this might work but not sure Id want much else done here and even a cleaning I plan to go elsewhere for in the future. Their redeeming quality was the female dentist that seemed intelligent.

The absolute worst! 1st they send you a link via text for directions to their office which arent the real directions to their office. Then I walked in the door in a mother with 3 of her children were standing right in front of the door. Know where to go or social distance. A lady came in with her child without a mask on her or her child and nobody said anything to her. Then she asked me for my groupon voucher and I said when I looked it up its been redeemed already and theyre asking me for the voucher number and she literally set in front of everybody to me are you sure you paid for it. I went back not only did the money come out of my bank account but simply dental redeemed the voucher the day before period there was no communication a lady that was there I had been waiting for an hour for her appointment save your time save your money and go somewhere else.

I just left this location, this was my first time here and I absolutely loved it. Everyone was very nice and dr. Kalota explained everything that she was going to do and what everything meant. I will definitely be back!!!
Had 4 wisdom teeth pulled on 2 visits. The first procedure went fine, the second ripped a sliver of bone out of my jaw that hurt for months until it eventually worked itself out from the gums. I had 3 fillings done, one lasted 3 months, the other two lasted under a year. Would never go back, and would not recommend to others.

Not one to complain, but definitely will not be returning. supposed to fix my permanent retainer, but they insisted on me getting a cleaning instead. they said come back to get it done when I get new fill ins. they were just looking for a way to upcharge me. didnt pay it too much mind being that the way everyone was unprofessional, I had no problem getting in, and getting right back out. I dont even trust them to fix the actual retainer. went to this one because it was closer, but definitely wont mind my usual drive if it means credible service. not to mention the cleaning was so rough, I almost wondered if it was on purpose. two stars because at least my teeth were freshly polished. this place had a 20 year old complaining like a 50 year old. perhaps I wouldnt be as disappointed if they cared about what I really came in for.
I had a good experience.Called at 9:00AM with a broken tooth that had been capped 20 years ago and had an appointment at 12:00 noon that day.I was cordially greated by the receptionist upon arrival. Filled out some paper work and was soon in the chair having xrays.Soon after the doctor visited and I was given my options. I decided to go for an extraction. He explained what was going on every step of the way and the next thing I know I was on my way out the door. A slight discomfort because of losing the tooth but the experience was OK.Joe

Im actually here for cleanings for my two children who are older and I noticed 3 younger kids who came in for appts. While they are waiting to the Disney Movie that was playing ended and the older of the kids asked very politely for the receptionist to restart it. I watched as he waited over 10 min. At the desk she never even acknowledged him again. I took it upon myself to ask her and she made sure to take additional time to start a movie for young kids who they mostly service. Good thing they were not my kids.. very poor attitude in my opinion... Will be looking into another office for my family

If i could give no stars I would. Every time we come here the service is poor. Communication is poor. On more than one occasion we have had a discrepancy in appointment times. My son has been sitting in a chair for an hour and NOTHING has been done. We will be looking for a more competent dental office immediately. Smh.
Worst dental care center ever!!! Warning to NOT go to this dentist!! First they are very dirty and uneducated. They tried to tell me my tooth was infected for over a month and thats why im having pain. I have had over 10 appointments and each time there was another excuse of why they couldnt do the work. They prescribed my 4 scrips of amoxicillan and then an even stronger antibiotic that was making me throw up everytime I took it. They refused to give me pain medicine for my exposed nerve in my molar. Then when they schedualed me for a extraction last friday, i get there at 10am and after waiting an hour in pain they told me their extraction doctor was NOT even in the office that day and they need to reschedual me. After that I was given another appointment for an extraction which did not fit my work schedual. So I cancelled that appointment and tried to reschedual it for later in the day. Thats when they told me they refuse to do my extraction because I cancelled without a 24hr notice. They put in a partial filling to cover the nerve which was done horrible because my nerve is still exposed. I saw a different dentist today and he told me there was no sign of infection. And the pain was being caused by salt, pepper, sugar and cold temps ect coming in direct contact with my nerve. He also looked shocked and told me they prescribed by way to much medicine for that tooth infection. He was even more upset to hear I had mutliple appointments and they still refused to give me pain medicine. He called it Medicare fraud!! Stay away from this horrible dentist!!

I am new to carol stream.I went for my first appointment with my kid with them this afternoon.The front reception girls especially Judy and Caren was so nice and professional.The Doctor and her assistant shone did a great work to my kid.i really recommend this place for any dental treatment and thank you for your great service and will definitely see in future for further treatments.

Basic dental care services, no complaints, same deal as any other medical office. I appreciate the staff talking to my children during the whole procedure/visit, the last place we went was the worst with kids.

We had the worst experience, they took x-ray for my daughter telling us everything is fine which in fact it was far from fine, one month later we found out she have had 5 cavities 2 of which are almost a root canals, I would not recommend anyone going to simply dentist, they simply cannot be trusted.

Terrible, come here and they told me my insurance is good. After the work was done, they told me the insurance is not accepted. I was stuck with a $600 dollar bill. I will never come here again, and would never send my friends here.

I would not give any start if I could, because theu said its all covered by Insuarance. And last time I had my dad and my brother come there and they didn’t speak english well, so they start to charge them for the fee.

After i got charged a lot for having two simple tooth fill which i didnt had pain before now i cant eat on the side that got treatment, the doctor said to give it more time and i still have pain , i regretted to go there every thing was fine before i go there , no way to go there again, the worst place i wish i know how to make a real complain that some one come and see what they do to people teeth

I was really hoping to like this place but the technician took more x-rays than needed because her computer wasn’t working…The dentist seemed “rushed” and I just didn’t get that comfortable feeling whatsoever.
I loved this dentist. I have my 3 children and they loved going to the dentist. We had to see the two doctors so we didnt have to wait long. We were treated quickly and whatever questions the two dentists Dr. Kalota and Dr. Ahmed had their time to answer. What I liked the most is that if there are Hispanics in it, both the assistants julie, Edward, jasmine and the receptionists Judy and Caren speak Spanish. Shone does not speak Spanish but my child was clean and he loved the treatment the assistant gave him.I recommend this offer !!

2022-06-30Visited this office today for a filling. It was quite a pleasant experience - very friendly staff in front both Amaya and Cassie were welcoming and helpful. Office was clean and comforting. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Petal she was very informative and courteous of my feelings and made sure I was not in any pain or discomfort. I will continue to be a patient here and will make sure to refer anyone who I know is looking for a dentist. Thank you Simply Dental & Staff!

2022-04-07I’ve been going here off and on for years. Honestly overall they have always been exceptional to me. Recently I had to go in for a deep cleaning that I honestly put off for too long. This was because of a horrible experience elsewhere with a deep cleaning. Needless to say, I was worried a bit. Dr. Ahmed and her staff definitely reassured me that it wasn’t going to be that bad. And it truly wasn’t. I recommend her and the other doctors(I’ve seen multiple). Their staff is always courteous and professional. 5 stars and thanks for taking care of me!

2022-06-22The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel just like family. The front desk staff Amaya and Manager Cassie make you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professional office. A fantastic experience with Dr.Patel and both assistants Paulette and Ria! Thank you so much guys! Can’t wait to come back for my 6 month cleaning!!

2022-06-25Stay away from this place. Be careful before you sign the agreement. I didn’t sign their agreement which said “ it is patient responsibility if the insurance wont pay the bill in 75 days,” that is ridiculous. The manager told me to reschedule the appointment because I needed to call the insurance and took about 10 minutes. They sent the bill to my insurance without getting any treatment nor services. Do not recommend this place.

2022-06-29Highly recommend, I have a lot of anxiety for dental treatment but after my last visit at simply dental I feel so comfortable really they made me comfortable. Dr. Ahmed is very professional and skilled. I love her work. She explained me everything before procedure so I can feel comfortable. From front to back manager Cassie , front desk Amaya and kunjal, assistant poulett, estephani and Riya all were amazing. It was great dental experience.I highly recommend this place.👍

2022-06-22Im not really one to do reviews but my experience with simply dental was so wonderful I needed to share. You know I was nervous going in and I was bringing my kids in as well. The front desk person Cassie was amazing and had us checked in fast. Answered my questions and assured me all would be ok. My daughters and I had Paulette and rihya I believe and they did such an amazing job helping out the dentist throughout the X-ray and treatment procedure. They made my young kids feel at home. The Dentist Dr Kahn had great chairside manner. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. He also explained the next steps of my treatment process. We have been looking for a dental place for years and have had some nightmare experiences. But moving forward Simply Dental will definitely take care of me and my family.

2022-06-18I brought my children in for appointments the front desk staff Amaya and Cassie were so helpful and answered all my insurance questions. The assistants Riya and Poulett were so patient and kind to them and Dr. Khan thoroughly explained everything to my children and myself. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family.

2022-03-24Went for a routine exam and did not get my teeth polished, or cleaned. Rushed out quickly. I then called and asked them if it was part of a regular check up to clean, floss, and polish, I was told it definitely was. When I explained what happened, they told me they would talk to dentist and call me back. Called 2x and never a return call. Also, when my son has his first appointment, we needed to fill out medical and insurance forms days prior. We did. When we got there, we waited almost an hour. When my son got in the chair they told us he couldnt be seen because his last x ray was just under 1 year ago! I asked them why they didnt noticed this prior and they didnt have an answer. Terrible service!!

2022-02-25I feel indifferent about my last appointment, I was there 2 1/2 hours and it was because I was waiting to be worked on, no one told me why I had to wait so long, I was very close to leaving .I alsowill reschedule if that happens again. Also I think they didnt think about my comfort when they worked on me. They kept hitting me in the mouth with the instrument they used.
