Kara and Louise were the perfect example of Excellent Customer Service. Worked wonderfully with us to get the best display for a 50th Birthday celebration. The 24 MPH wind delayed the set up but they got it done the following day and did a perfect JOB.Well done!
Ive had a sign in my yard the last 2 years for my kiddo and each year he LOVES it. Thank you so much Kara & Louise! Youre both personable, quick with set up and take down and very reasonably priced. The displays are BIG and awesome! Ill keep ordering every year! Thank you!!
Kara and Louise were terrific to work with! When I had a change to my message last minute, they were able and willing to help me with my change. I received a picture of the sign placement after it was completed and was assured that if something needed to be fixed due to the high winds, all I had to do was send a text! It was perfect and better than I had imagined.
They did an amazing job for both my kids’ birthdays. The signs looked amazing and filled the yard well. They really listen to what your kids like/ favorite colors and make a wonderful sign. Will definitely use again and again. Communication was great and everything was a breeze!

Great experience from start to finish! Wanted something special for daughters 30th Birthday party that we hosted. Was an 80’s theme and I asked for a sign to match. What they designed was absolutely perfect! This awesome sign greeted the guests as they arrived and was a great surprise for the guest of honor! So many compliments! The process was so easy to work with. From submitting for a quote and ordering, to the day of installation of the sign and removal, I was responded to quickly and was kept in communication with throughout the entire process so I knew what to expect and what was followed through on. We had another company cancel on our sign last minute at 8pm the night before our sons sign was schedule to be put up. Another stellar installation from Sign Gypsies!! We use them every year for our girls’ birthdays and we are never disappointed!!!We just adore this company and have used them several times! The signs are gorgeous and custom designed to fit your needs (colors, themes, special requests) They are also very discreet, installing the yard signs with ninja like prowess under the cover of darkness escaping detection from even my Chihuahua. Wonderful experience for both of my children’s birthdays! The result was better than I expected, lots of oooohhs and ahhhhhhhs from the neighbors!I love the reminders that I received prior to my event and a picture once it was set up for confirmation. This was my first time getting a birthday sign. And I must say the 2 ladies that own this place are heaven sent. There so nice and patient they really do care. I was so freaking impressed with the last minute sign these lovely ladies were able to pull off for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday this year. Not only were they able to accommodate my custom sign request (see photo below) but they were able to do it literally within 8 hours (less actually if were being technical). I used Sign Gypsies for a sign celebrating my moms 60th birthday. They were great! Easy to work with, good communication, signs were beautiful. My mom loved them. Its an especially great gift during this time if you cant see family/friends because of social distancing, etc. Would recommend!

My daughter was bummed out her bday fell during quarantine. Then I remembered Sign Gypsies Naperville and since it was a week before her birthday I was hoping they would have a slot open for us to put up a sign. They were absolutely the best! They responded right away. They came late in the night so my daughter did not see a thing! The next day she was amazed and she loved it! She even cried! I couldn’t have been happier that my daughter had told me about signgypsies! We were not able to celebrate my daughters 40th birthday since we are in NYC. We didn’t want to send the usual flowers and cards so we called and easily set up having a sign placed on her lawn to surprise her. Kara and Louise were so helpful we were able to feel confident that the surprise would go off without a hitch. And it did! My daughter was over the moon! The attention to detail was wonderful (daughter-pastry chef and has a Etsy shop for her handcrafted products) they had donuts and crafty thing etc along with the birthday wishes. If I could give 10 stars, I would, and heres why:My mom turned 100 today. She lives in IL, and most of her kids/grandkids live out of state. Due to COVID, there would only be one family celebrating this milestone with my mom. We wondered how to make it super special, and the plan started to come together when I called Sign Gypsies.I worked with Kara, and she COULD NOT HAVE BEEN more helpful. She understood the feeling I was trying to convey, and I told her to use her best judgement with colors. When she texted me the first picture last night, I almost cried. When I texted it to my siblings, their comments were: OMG that is the BEST sign I have ever seen! and What are those dimensions? Thats a beautiful monster!The best part, of course, was the reaction from my mom...she was SO FULL OF JOY!The communication from Sign Gypsies was clear and the confirmation texts were appreciated (especially since I am out of town). These ladies are AWESOME to work with! We needed a sign (fairly last minute) to help celebrate my parent’s anniversary once we realized we couldn’t all gather together. With only days to plan, they pulled together examples to show me, sent out the contract, and produced a beautiful sign on the requested day. Sign Gypsies did such a great job with my sons birthday sign! They asked what he liked and the incorporated that into the sign and it turned out fabulous. We called them the sign ninjas, they came in the dark without you knowing and then took the signs the next night without you knowing. Kind of fun! We got so many complements on it! Well, this pandemic sure put a wrench in my son’s high school graduation. No ceremony, no prom, no senior ditch day. It was difficult planning a socially distanced celebration for my one year old, but the display provided by the Sign Gypsies made all the difference! I told them my theme (Mr. ONEderful) and they reassured me that they would create something amazing! That was an understatement! The pictures don’t really do it justice. COVID-19 has thrown a wrench in many celebrations including our sons wedding plans. Just a week before our event I heard about Sign Gypsies. As stated by others they respond quickly, are enthusiastic and easy to work with. There was a little problem with finding us the night of install but they persisted and our sign was ready for us in the morning. The bride and groom loved it and it helped brighten our celebration! We contacted them after seeing a sign in a yard near our neighborhood. Submitted a form on the website and they were able to turn around the most perfect sign within a week! The price is very fair and everyone who came to see it said the pictures do not do it justice. Our daughter was blown away and spent so much time running around it taking in each part. My son’s 2020 high school graduation was suddenly changed due to the Covid 19 pandemic. What we initially thought would be an unforgettable experience, soon became unforgettable in a very different way. Realizing that we needed to come up with a plan B to somehow make this as celebratory as possible, I decided to contact the Sign Gypsies after seeing one of their wonderful displays near our neighborhood! The response was immediate! I explained what I was looking for and they took over from there! The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent! Their drop off and pick up was seamless! They even sent a picture of the display once it was installed over night! It really added a nice, personal touch to my graduating senior’s special day! We will definitely recommend and use the Sign Gypsies again for future events!

They were great! The signs were perfect, wonderfully placed, large letters and images, & so colorful. After the signs were placed they sent me a text message confirming install was complete. A storm was predicted to come through later in the day and they even offered to come back if there were any issues with placement due to high winds. Highly recommend and would use for any future yard signs!

Excellent service and product to rent. They put the signs up in the night so my son can wake up to it. Once installed, took pictures and sent through text. My son and I were very surprised how it looked. It was more than expected. Heavy rain fell in middle of day. Signs tilted forward and that was all. Material is made out of strong plastic. Only weather condition to worry is super heavy wind. Notified them if I can adjust them due to their policy. They come out instead and fixed it ASAP. Excellent SERVICES there. Had the parade birthday through this pandemic era. It was a lot different than a normal birthday party but so much fun with it.

These ladies are pros! Due to the quarantine I e-mailed about a month ahead to make sure I could get the date I wanted. The response was quick and cordial, the quote was reasonable, and payment was smooth and safe. On the evening before my daughter’s birthday they drove by to get an idea of the set-up and contacted me to confirm. I was never worried or inconvenienced! Sometime in the middle of the night, and without disturbing even the neighbor’s cute pups, they assembled the sign. Come morning we were amazed! My daughter was over the moon...she felt so special! Everyone driving by on our busy street seemed to need to give a quick wave, honk, or compliment. The photo ops were plentiful throughout the day, and the parade goers loved it. I usually dont leave reviews but I definitely had to leave a review for this company that came to our rescue at the last minute for my daughters 18th birthday. They responded to my messages within an hour and gave me their pricing info which was VERY reasonable - with just a few short questions and clicks I had them booked, paid and I could not wait to see the outcome. The morning of my daughters birthday we were all literally moved to tears (I even caught it on camera) the signs were bright, clear, beautifully displayed and all of my daughters favorite colors, hobbies and interests were represented - the signs stayed up all day and were discreetly taken down at night when we were all in for the night. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will be using them for many birthdays and occasions here on out!

Sign Gypsies did a great job. They quietly put the sign up overnight and my sister was completely surprised the next morning. It was a really fun sign at a reasonable price - I would recommend them to anyone.

2022-06-28Sign Gypsies City of Lights is such an awesome small business to work with... These two ladies always come through and put an extra special touch on whatever event that you may have.. I have used them 3 times now and they have made each event extra special. Kara is so sweet and they always take care of your needs and request.. They keep great communication with you. I am super pleased with them and their beautiful signs. I will make sure that I continue to use them... My uncle was in tears when he seen his sign for his surprise 60th Birthday.. He never had a Birthday Party before and Sign Gypsies came through making his day even more special.. Thank you ladies🥰

2022-06-13Sign Gypsies were awesome! Kara was incredibly responsive and the process was quick and easy. Brooke installed the signs at our house and was the nicest person ever!! We opted to extend our sign rental because our party didnt start until later and they were able to work with us and get that done. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will be using them again!

2022-09-15We hired Sign Gypsies for our front yard sign for our son’s first birthday. It was beautiful and completely went above our expectations! They sent us a text message immediately after it was put up as well as when they removed it. The colors and the details of the sign were wonderful. All of our guests really enjoyed it and our one year-old son really enjoyed crawling around it in our yard. I would for sure recommend them for any sign needs you have.

2022-06-16Brooke did a amazing job setting up our sign. And made a great suggestion on making the number 60 bigger so it would popped out more. Manager new I wanted to keep sign closer to 9pm and so nice and let me keep sign hour longer. I cant say enough good things about this company. Sign was made good and nice a big. Everyone that walked by drove by are like wow thats awesome. Thank you to Brooke and company for a great experience..

2022-08-20We used Sign Gypsies for our sons 10th birthday!! We had made a huge mistake by not placing an order well in advance and were worried that he wouldnt have a yard sign for his big day..... Well not only did this company go out of their way to work with our situation they went far above and beyond our expectations!!!!! Their product quality is top of the line and their customer services and communication (via text and emails) is the best Ive had in a VERY long time. Everything went so smoothly for being a little last minute, even my husband commented on how seamlessly everything went and was impressed with their ability to adapt to the situation and make it seem like it was perfectly planned. I seriously can NOT say enough great things about the sign and this company and will continue to use them for all of our major events moving forward!

2022-09-12Sign Gypsies are AMAZING!!!They have designed and installed both of my daughters birthday signs the last two years and have done a wonderful job! They have exceeded my expectations every time. The signs look so awesome! I love that they install at night for a nice surprise in the morning. I peeked out there last time they were here installing,..it is definitely a lot of work and set up and they make it look perfect. I most definitely recommend them if you are looking for a beautifully put together sign and great responsiveness and service.
