Except for one lady, everyone is extremely disrespectful. I have been misbehaved with multiple times. I once went in to get a facial, a lady despite being free and on her phone refused to do it. Next time i went for eyebrows, when checking I said this can take some more work - she blatantly refused and told me to go somewhere else if I need such work done. Lastly, at the time of payment I requested to purchase a gift card so that i can avail free eyebrows she told me system isnt working so she wont do that. it seemed fake enough.unfortunately due to convenience of them being at walmart I have turned to them time and again for services, but I am looking for a salon near by. as soon as i find one, i would never go here again.I pay for customer service.

I have been going to this place since they opened it. I didnt know about this place, but one of my friend suggested me as they have such a nice price and cleanliness is beyond my words.I had tried so many other salons but none of them made my heart beats for them but this does.I love the way they treat the customer and also their services are nice and of course when you go there for ones you always want to go there. The first time I went for my threading for my eyebrows and for the first time I felt so good as they didnt change the shape of my eyebrows. I have been going to this place for facial, tinting and waxing. All the employees working there, are such a nice and gentle to their customers. It is not a case that if they have such a long life of customers they will not attend you properly. They always ask if you are satisfied with their services or not. I love this place that much I love myself.
I dont expect my eyebrows to be identical twins but when you have two different eyebrows, you look crazy. This is the final time!There used to be a lady who worked on the right side of the salon and she always did a good job. This new lady ruined my eyebrows twice. Also, do not purchase the gift cards, especially in high amount because the the last time I was there I had $59 on the card and today she tells me owe money because of a low balance. At this point I will not return and dont care about the missing $40.
I alway get my eyebrows tinted they do an excellent job! They are starting to do eyelashes lifting and Also body waxing. Excellent Customer Service
I was going this place since they open all the place I got is this this is the best place and the lady knows me a do very well my heart bro I love her work. I started going here randomly about 6 months ago and I tried the threading and tinting and I must say I absolutely love it. The price is very reasonable and they always do a good job. My eyebrows last a while and always have me looking my best. I highly recommend them. Besides it’s convenient when you are doing your shopping at Walmart.

This location is awesome, great help, takes their time with you, listens to you. I always get my eyebrows and eye lashes done. My eyelashes always stay for two weeks or longer with the proper care. I will keep coming back to them, highly recommended them
Extremely rude! Rinku is very rude and unprofessional. She won’t pay attention while doing work and gives multiple cuts when doing eyebrows. Be careful.

This is the best place ever! Rinku is the only one I trust with my eyebrows! She does an amazing job! Yes, eyebrow threading can hurt, especially if it’s your first time or you wait too long between threads, but I guarantee you’ll never get a better eyebrow. Lines are clean and they look amazing! Very good experience with my eyebrows every time I come in. Staff is very friendly!! Also get the facial waxing it is super easy and removes the hair easily. Excellent for eyelash services. Facials are great here.
Just left from here not sure of the main lady name but she always does my lashes, eyebrows and tint and it always looks so beautiful get the long length natural lash! Love her she is super nice professional and clean!

Since I moved to this area, this is the only place I go to get my eyebrows done. They take their time with every guest and are very friendly and attentive to my children. They helped reshape my eyebrows because they were uneven from getting my eyebrows done at another place when I first moved out here. I highly reccomend these ladies for their threading services. They keep my eyebrows on fleek lol

Behavior with Indians is very bad I had worst experience at this store I went for eyebrow threading she ruined it and when I asked to do eyebrows properly she miss behaved and treated rudely in insulting manner. I will never go to this store again, this not right way to behave with customers, I’m posting this message so that every ones knows about this.

I have been coming to Rinku for the past year for eyebrow thread ans tinting services. I am always pleased with my eyebrows and the services. They are also very inexpensive.
I came here 2 weeks ago and got eyelash extensions. the lady who did them glued my natural lashes to the synthetic ones and used a weird glue that i didn’t recognize, even with my own experience with such things. i ignored that part even though people told me they looked weird and that i should take them off. once i did, and i didn’t snatch them off or anything, my real eyelashes were stuck to the glue on the lashes. they completely fell out. i will be suing this place.

They usually do the threading very slowly making it more painful but I usually just go with it because it’s convenient. But this time the woman who did my eyebrows was so rude. I won’t be coming again.

I came In they were a little rude and they did not do the lashes how I wanted and they glued the lashes into my skin, there was also a part of my left eye that had no lashes I told them about it and they didn’t do anything they made an excuse I’m very disappointed if your going to do lash extensions don’t get them I do not recommend it please don’t go here they will ruin your natural lashes.

2022-07-21*****VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND VERY RUDE******I must have given 0 stars today if I had the option. I had been to the salon today morning. Only one beautician was present and she completely shaved off my eyebrows and made them irregular in shape. Also, Was not ready to take extra hair by threading after waxing lips. Was demanding to go to her every week to get eyebrows and lips done. Very painful too. Was not ready to tell her name too. Will never visit this place and will not recommend anyone. She will ruin the business if she continues to be rude to customers.

2022-09-05I always go to Naperville walmart to get my eyebrows, threading, waxing and upper lip threading with Rinku. She always does a great job. She is very kind and nice. She does them just how I like. Never makes my eyebrows too thin and keep them looking natural and it’s doesn’t heart as other salons there I went to ❤️😊.

2022-06-03I’ve been seeing Rinku for over a year now. I appreciate how accessible Rinku is for her customers. I’m obsessed with how she does my lashes and individual natural lashes. I get compliments all the time. People are surprised when I tell them I paid less then $50! In saying this, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
