Extremely unfriendly employees! I was overcharged and had to argue with the guy on duty to issue me a refund. 2 days later when the payment on my card cleared it was the full amount before the refund. I called and was rudely refused help over the phone. They told me I should DRIVE BACK there WHEN the manager is on duty and hung up the phone on me. No comment!

DANGEROUS! DONT FILL UP HERE!Pump 7 malfunctioned yesterday. No auto shut-off. I had to step in a big slippery puddle to shut it off and got gas all over the soles of my boots. I notified cashier, who said she was there alone and didnt know what to do. Before she shift off pump, another customer used it, standing and parking in the spill. And she only shut off 7, not the pump on the other side. And no cleanup. Asked to speak to boss; given nonworking #.
Worst car wash ever! It damaged my front and back driver side rims. This was my first time using this car wash and never again!!!
They dont always have the cheapest gas but they have the best employees, they always remember familiar faces and make you feel welcomed every time you stop in

Today sunday 09/25/2016 at 9:00 on the cashier refused to serve me gas just because the 20 dollar bill I have had I little piece cover with clear tape when I am a regular costumer I leave in Franklin park and I go all the way over there just to put gas this is unexceptionable

There carwash sucks, their fuel prices are $.50 more expensive from across the street Citgo , I paid for deluxe service car wash and my car has stains all over the place right after the car wash

I was disappointed today (February 16th) at this gas station by the woman cashier who was there,I dropped off a friend at the airport and i googled the cheapest gas station around and i decided to go there but that woman was yelling on me because i purchased some items and i told her to put the remain on the gas.

2022-01-24Great gas station. Excellent customer service, always well stocked with snacks and drinks. One of the best gas station of lower prices outside of Cook county. Usually not to busy, but when it is, the lines move fairly quick.

2022-07-10Fraudulent gas station!!!!STAY AWAY!!!This morning I got gas there. My car fuel tank capacity is 15.9 gallons. Before going I had about 2 gallons still left. According to my sale receipt I fueled 17.085!!!They overcharged me by at least 4 gallons!!!When I called the owners son about it, he hung up on me.I drive over 30,000 miles yearly, so I know my fuel tank very well.With gas prices where they are, stay away from this station!

2021-08-14Poor experience. I filled up for over ~$4 / gal. Whatever, no big deal, but its 4 am, no one else is here, I went inside the store to purchase some things, and when I got back in my car and Im looking at my phone for directions back home, the guy comes and tells me I cant park there and have to move. I just spent more than $50 at this place and he cant wait 2 minutes while Im about to leave. Made me park on the side.There were 12 pumps. I was literally the only one there at the time. I dont know what was up with this. Anyways, disappointing experience overall.

2020-08-13Today I stopped to shell gas to buy a water and a soda drink and the cashier offered a banana to my wife and wanted me to come back. He took the banana and showed her that sir, you are disrespectful, my wife told me then I came in and asked him. Because he offered the banana to my wife and she did not know how to respond, I ask the manager to have respectful people, I would have beaten him, but I do not gain anything by doing so. I only ask that they have respectful people. Thank you for your attention.

2019-11-15Got gas decided to get a deluxe car wash didnt wash the back they sent me through for a second time and the white vehicle with blacked out license plate was what it look like when after going through twice. And the Indian lady tells me the first time did I drive straight through and not in neutral.im like yeah then shes like no one else complain . Thats because people usually just drive off I had t to fix mirrors so I did a walk around.

2018-03-18Worst customer service I have experienced. I walked in and there was a customer arguing with the cashier about his change. The GREEK owner just stood there while other customers waited. One gentleman asked him if he was open and he ignored the customer. Rightfully, the customer stormed out. Then the owner asked me what I needed and when I asked him a question, he rudely said “I have a line behind you”. When I reminded him that I waited while two people took care of the guy in front of me for 10 minutes and he didn’t care then, I told him I wouldn’t be coming back. He again rudely replied, “this is America you can go anywhere you want”. I told him I know it’s America because I was born here and he refused to sell me the merchandise. All I have to say is that he doesn’t know how to treat his customers and if he didn’t come to America from Greece, he wouldn’t live the life he probably loves today. Keep up the attitude and you will soon find yourself loosing the business and back to your home land of GREECE. Except your life won’t be as glamorous! As for me, I will be a patron of your neighbors, your competitors. I would not recommend dealing with these people, they do not treat woman with respect!

2021-02-15Went there today to purchase a posh xl Frozen apple after I got back to my car i got to find out its not the correct flavor inside, went back right away the guy barely speaking english tells me no refund, basically that i wanted frozen apple he gave me frozen apple and tells me to leave... picture shows the package and the posh it came with, the my old real one on the right to compare, really sad to see big companies like shell sell fake nicotine devices

2012-11-17I had low tire pressure in all 4 of my tires. Measured about 25-psi all around, when it should have been 35-psi. I drove slowly southbound on York Road with massive amount of traffic (which in about 3-years, by 2015, will be addressed) to the nearest gas station which was this Shell, that is on the corner of Irving Park and York Road.As I pulled up, the tire parking spot was empty, so I park the car and was greeted to a machine that took 75-cents to fill up with air. 75-cents? I normally remember gas stations having free air, perhaps 25-cents, but 75-cents? Fine, I had no choice but to break my 20-bill and get some change.I knew the time was limited on the machine, but I didnt know exactly how limited it was. So I started at the front left, followed by rear left, and then front right. I rushed through the first 3 tires, as I wanted to get all 4 completed, not wanting to go back inside the store for more change. As I attempted to complete the fourth tire, rear right, I found the hose was too short! I did everything I could to unwind the hose and make it as long as possible.Now my car is a small compact 4-door sedan, I can just imagine what a problem someone with a larger minivan or truck would have to go through. Finally I managed to pull on the hose as much as I could, and had about 1.5 inches to spare to get to the last tire valve. I begun to fill-up, using about the same amount of seconds (10) before measuring and then the machine stopped. I measured 32-psi and decided to call it a (cold) night.This place was very disappointing. Expensive cost of air, short hose, and short time on the air compressor. Do not recommend for anything but filling up with gas.

2016-08-02Cashiers are nice. Station itself is decent sized. Of course washrooms could definitely be better but come in it is a gas station. Only down side to this place I would say location...right on the corner of a main intersection, lots of traffic
