I recently went in for a hair cut, it was my first time there and I was very happy with it. Cindy was my stylist and she did a great job! I explained how I wanted the hair cut and she delivered. The salon is clean and everyone working in there seem cordial!
Got my first major haircut after 2 years of not doing anything to my hair! First time coming to this hair salon and was nervous about going from long hair to short hair. A very nice hairstylist named Katie took care of me and made me feel like I can trust her with what I wanted. The end result was stunning! Definitely will be going back to her for the next big chop!
Excellent service from Paige! First time going there and wont be my last. What I liked about Paige the mostwas her confidence.I was nervous and convinced I wouldnt like the cut because I never do. She had a plan and she never wavered or questioned what she was doing! Its as if she knew that I was going to like it because she was that confident...and when I saw it, I was overjoyed. I was surprised, but Paige wasnt at all. Shes a risk taker, but listens and explains everything shes doing and then creates in her art and craft with her amazing skills! Thank you, Paige.
I absolutely love this Salon! Sharon Daniel highlighted, cut and styled my hair. I also had my brows waxed and lashes tinted. I am in love with my hair, brows and lashes!! The salon is beautiful and very clean. I would rate more stars if I could!!
The atmosphere at the salon is cozy and cute, I had Cindy and she was great! This was my first time getting my hair colored and she walked me through the process and was so gentle. Hair tunred out great and I got some great new products for a great price!

I walked in nervous as it was my first time and stepping into a new salon always makes me nervous.Well! I walked out happy.Absolutely clean and comfortable. Daniel, the owner is a gentleman.Paige listened to my concerns and gave great suggestions.What I needed to get done takes time and she explained every step as she did them. Gentle touch and great job.
I’m so glad I found Alissa at SDS. I’m used to paying up the you know what for color services in the city so when I found a local salon to me in the burbs with great reviews and reasonable prices I was so excited. Alissa is super outgoing and friendly and gave realistic expectations for what I was going for. She listened to my thoughts and asked many times if what she was thinking for my color would be good for me. I love that she took my input seriously and made it easy for me to trust her with my hair! I’ve done a full balayage with her and already have gotten tons of compliments. A great salon in Schaumburg!

I have gone to Sharon Daniel Salon at the current and previous locations for at least 10 years. Sharon has always been my stylist. I chose Sharon and her salon because she can work with all types of hair and styles. Sharon never disappoints me.
Hairdresser was extremely friendly and gentle. I recently lost a lot of hair due to illness and she knew exactly how to cut fine, thin hair without me looking either bald or like I had a mullet.I will definitely return and ask for Katie.
I am so glad I found this salon! Today was my second appointment with Cindy and she not only gave me another cut that I love, but she showed me how to style it. She explained how and why she was doing certain things--that was going the extra mile in my book! Im very excited to try the tips she shared and see if I can replicate it.

Sharon did a v=ry good job with the perm andStyling. Back combing along with whatever she put on my hair has made the hairstyle stay looking good for a couple of weeks. TheProblem for me is the cost of a level 5beautician. I need color and will have to usea Level 2 or 3, depending on cost. Too bad.....I really like her and her work!!Mary Lou Ryan

Very disappointed with the result, I had more expectations of the place to change my hair color, but look at my result, they left me with only half and not the color I wanted. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.Nice people but not satisfied at all with the result
I had my hair cut and styled by the owner, Sharon. She was so professional, sweet, easy to talk to, and best of all she was a great listener! She understood what I wanted and made me feel comfortable about the process the whole time. I knew I was going to leave happy by how attentive she was!She used products to make my hair voluminous, soft, silky, strong, and moisturized. The deep conditioning treatment made my hair feel healthier than it has ever been!Sharon, as well as the rest of the staff, are so friendly, warm and welcoming. I just received a haircut from Alissa, and it is one of the best haircuts I have ever received. Not only is she extremely talented, but she listened to my concerns (hair loss from weight loss) and she taught me new techniques to style my new haircut! I will definitely be back. Also, they have a deal going on right now where you can get a conditioning treatment for $15 dollars! The conditioning treatment was relaxing and I immediately felt the difference in my hair. I had a great first experience at Sharon Daniel Salon with Emily! I was excited to see that they were super close to my home and that they had later hours during the week that fit with my schedule.Emily did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and did an even better job of making it happen! I have very curly hair and struggle to find a cut that flatters both my curly hair and styled straight hair. It has been a couple of days and my hair looks great curly, straight, and everything in between! Looking forward to coming back for future cuts and color services!
I wanted my roots more touched up and I let the stylist know. I didn’t get the roots more done. I didn’t get what I wanted.

Nina did an amazing job cutting and coloring my hair. She was super friendly and welcoming, and listened carefully to hear what I wanted done. She explained all the options to me and was super helpful. The salon was also very thorough in cleaning and following covid precautions which made me feel safe. Ive been going to Sharon Daniels salon for over 7 years. My haircuts look great from apptto appt. People ask me where I get my hair cut. I challenge Sharon to switch up my cut or color and I have never been disappointed. Ill be going there forever!

We have been coming here for the last few months and we found our salon! We will never go anywhere else again! The ladies are soo talented, smart, fun to talk with and most importantly, they are honest.. They wont do something they feel is going to dage your hair to might not look the way you think it will in your head. We use Alyssa and Katie! Thanks ladies!
Before Sharon Daniel Salon, I had never gone to the same stylist three times. Ive been having Daylie cut my hair for the last 3 years and, while a hair cut (no styling) plus brow wax runs ~$60, Ive never regretted it. Daylie has kept my hair looking cute when Ive done everything from bobbed to hair half way down my back. The few times Ive done color too, she has made me look my best. I love how low maintenance my hair cuts are and Daylie is always willing to take suggestions for new styles, look at pictures, etc. The salon is clean and follows covid protocol. Before you start, you need to call to let them know youre there (Ive never had to wait) and be sure to wear your mask (I dont know what they do to accommodate people who cant wear masks, sorry). They take your temperature. Give you hand sanitizer and off you go. One time I was getting my hair cut and I was trying out a new mask but unfortunately it kept slipping down and chafing my nose. I was immediately offered a disposable mask so I would be more comfortable. Sorry for the long review but dont be sorry about the service. Ive seen tons of women come out of that salon looking absolutely gorgeous so dont be afraid to try any of the stylists!
I used this salon for my wedding (8/3/13) and they did an excellent job! The bridal party and my mom all had their hair and make-up done. Not only did everyone look fantastic, but they felt fantastic too! Sharon did the hair and Lisa did the make-up. They talked with each girl to make sure they knew exactly what they wanted! They even re-did parts of the hair or make-up to meet each girls wishes if it didnt turn out exactly how they wanted. I had two bridesmaids with very short hair and Sharon was able to work with the length and make an incredible hair-do! I have very curly hair and seem to always have problems with finding people who know how to work with it well. Sharon was the ideal women for the job! I loved my hair and had many compliments throughout the night! For make-up, I had some girls that normally wear a lot of make-up and others that dont wear any make-up at all. Lisa was able to make each girl feel comfortable with the amount of make-up and the look that was created! Sharon and Lisa are incredibly nice women and lovely to work with. I highly recommend them!! If I lived closer, I would use this salon for all my hair and make-up needs!!
I went to Sharon Daniel Salon today for the first time. I moved back to Hoffman over a year ago and have not been able to find a salon or stylist that made me happy. Sharon Daniel Salon is very posh and boutique like... I LOVE IT! Maria did my hair and she is truly a gem. Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel like you are part of the family.
Its a difficult endeavor to find a new hair salon but I think I finally have. After many mistakes and almost giving up my daughter recommended Sharon Daniel. At last, I am home. Daylie is fantastic! She listens, advises and really helps you through the process. I can say I love my cut, color and everything else regarding this salon. Prices too are on point and they offer lots of incentives too. I am finally home again....thank you Sharon Daniel!!

She stays current on the latest trends and helps her clients find the look that complements them best. I had a fantastic experience here today! They are very mindful and careful during these Covid times. They have a set of guidelines which I really appreciated and they were very communicative. Also, my haircut and styling was such a nice, relaxing experience. Ashley is the best!

I went to the salon last year for a hair cut and loved my experience so much!! They were so kind and welcoming. I had no idea what haircut I wanted and the stylist was so helpful and knew exactly what would look good on me. This time around, I did not have such a great experience...I called to make an appointment and the soonest they could schedule me was a week later. 15 mins before my appt, they called and asked me to reschedule because my stylist was running late with her previous appt. I was understanding, and we made the appt for the next day. I called back and asked for Saturday instead, which she was able to get me on the schedule. Then today I received a text reminder that my appt is Friday, but I know for sure we booked it for Saturday. I called and the receptionist said she remembers me asking for Saturday but they have me for Friday morning and no time available for Saturday. I couldn’t make it Friday due to work, and I was so upset, I was just trying to get a haircut for the past 2 weeks! I understand they can get busy, but at this point they weren’t trying to be accommodating at all, especially after making a scheduling mistake. I was definitely upset... and don’t plan to “try” to get my haircut here again.
Crazy that crazy that 7 stylists have left in a year! I wonder what’s going on with management that stylists keep leaving. Keep thinking I’ve found a good one and then boom they’re gone. Luckily I’ll be able to follow Audrey to her studio golden hour in bloomingdale! Seems like Sharon Daniel needs to do a moral inventory about how they treat their stylists because this is unacceptable.
Ashley at Sharon Daniel Salon has been cutting/coloring/styling my hair for the last 2 1/2 years. She is, hands down, the best hairdresser I have ever had - and I am not an easy customer. I am hesitant to try new things and have a hard time describing exactly what I want. I cant tell you how many times, in the past, I have come home crying over a haircut that just wasnt what I was looking for. When my fiance recently commented that he couldnt remember the last time I had come home crying over a botched haircut, I realized that Ashley was the key to that equation and that it was time I share the news!Ashley is a wonderful listener. She carefully reviews what you say and makes thoughtful suggestions. She picked up instantly that I wasnt so great with too much change at a time, so we started off slow. Now, after more than 2 years, she knows me so well that I trust her to do what she thinks best - and I dont give up control easily! Ashley has slowly and patiently gotten me to try things with my hair that I never would have done on my own - and I always end up loving it. Ashley also takes time to offer styling tips and even gives me tutorials of how to dry and curl my hair to get some extra volume. Even though I have moved 45 minutes away, I wouldnt dream of finding a new hairdresser - she is just that good!I think the most important thing for me is how comfortable Ashley makes you feel. She gets to know you as a person and you can tell she really cares about and has a passion for what she does. I always look forward to my appointments!As a further testament, I used Ashley for hair and make-up for my recent engagement shoot. Oh my goodness - she did an amazing job. It was an awful day - rainy, misty, with a slight humidity in the air - which usually is a recipe for disaster with my pin straight hair, but Ashleys hairstyle stayed up the entire time and looked amazing - even after shooting outside at the end of the shoot! My make-up was also perfect. Not too much, not too little - she knew my style and the fact that I would want something slightly more subtle. I also had my fiance come in to get his hair cut. She did an excellent job with his very thick and curly hair. She was actually able to give him a style that looked great in the photos. He was initially hesitant to go to the salon, but he ended up loving it. He even uses product in his hair now and that is a big deal for a guy who usually just buzzes his hair all over!I could go on and on - obviously - but Ill wrap this up to say that I HIGHLY recommend Ashley. I, an extremely picky and emotional control freak, have never been so happy with my hair.We are using Ashley for hair and make-up for my upcoming wedding and I am very excited to see what she will do - great things, Im sure! SDS is a nice and relaxing salon. The staff there were very nice. Nina did my hair and she was nice and welcoming! Setting up an appointment was easy especially at this time.
OMG.. Jamie did my hair . I came into the salon a little nervous because i fear hair dressers I wasnt quiet sure what to expect. She listened to what I wanted and did it perfect which I very seldomly say when it comes to a hair cut . I have very corse thick hair and sje nailed it so if you are looking for a perfect cut I highly suggest checking her out. I dont think my hair dresser in the Saint Louis area is even as good as her and I have been seeing the same lady for 7 + years . Thanl u so much it was truly a honor to put my hair into her hands. I will be coming back .

Abby is a wonderful stylist at Sharon Daniel Salon! She totally understands hair and how to work with my natural waves/curl. I definitely have Abby to thank for my own ability to manage my natural hair texture by helping me find the right products and styling techniques that I can do myself to keep up the great look she gives me! Abby is very timely, personable and even gives great make-up advice :) You can tell she loves what shes doing and makes the experience a blast for everyone!
Jamie W. did an amazing job on my hair. I went from a messy mix of browns to a vibrant, rich burgundy! I also got layers & Jamie did a considerate cut and kept my length that I wanted. Definitely recommend!

I came in as a blonde and came out brunette... I went for highlights and they did half head but charged full head as I wanted to cover my roots (obviously) and because before starting with the highlights I emphasized that I didn’t want to have shadow (roots). Once finished I told Maddie that I could still see the roots clearly and she said that she could not fix it. She could try but still it will not be covered. Also when I came out of the place I realized my color was ruined and I was brunette!!! Awful experience, I ended up going to another hairdresser in Woodfield mall who was able to fix it. Now I understand why they are in a hurry to book your next appointment and they give you coupons for you to come back.... don’t waste your money!!
After not being able to find anyone that knew how to cut my hair the right way... I’m glad to say I’ve finally found the person! Jamie was amazing, very talkative and made me feel like I was talking to a friend! Would highly recommend her.
My daughter received a service about a week ago. I was later informed that they have TWO stylist that are not licensed professionals working as if they are and servicing clients. I called the salon to get more information and their front desk coordinator told me she wasn’t comfortable giving out that information. This is so beyond unprofessional!! Do not spend your time or money here !!

I got my hair cut exactly how I wanted it and the stylist (I believe her name is kaitlyn) was very understanding and super friendly, she took the time afterwards to show me how to style my hair. I had an awesome experience, I am very pleased : )
I had a brow wax & Nina & she did a nice job.I also had a shampoo, cut, & blow out byNina & i liked the way she did my hair.
I don’t think these people know how to color. I asked for highlights cooler tones next thing I ended up with green and yellow hair. I went back to have them fix it and they made it worst I ended up with yellow and orange hair. My little son was like “mom what did you do to your hair?” I asked them for refund and they refused. Would not recommend this place at all.
I went in for an eyebrow wax and the girl working was very kind, helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the services being offered. Salon is clean and inviting. She did an awesome job and I will definitely be going back!
I had a GREAT experience at Sharon Daniel Salon with the stylist Audrey. I was impressed with my clean-cut haircut and her amazing customer service!
Salon is beautifully decorated but that doesn’t make up for feeling like my hairstylist was a used car salesman pushing treatments and product at me. I ended up with choppy layers and the left side looks longer than the right.
Had a great experience with Paige. Highly recommend.

2022-05-25I love this salon! I went to Katie and she is now my go-to for all my hair needs. She is personable and knowledgeable. Shes done cut, color, toning, eyebrow wax, highlights, conditioning treatments, etc. on my hair. I get so many compliments on how good my hair looks. My hair is pretty thin and she always manages to make it sassy and bouncy. I absolutely love going to her at Sharon Daniel. HIGHLY recommend!!

2022-05-03Paige did my hair and makeup for a wedding that I was maid of honor in! My hair looked amazing and stayed up all day even though the wedding itself was outside! I had not planned to get my makeup done, but she had a cancellation and was able to get me in and it was the best choice I made! I looked amazing without looking overdone! I am so thankful to Paige and the Sharon Daniel Salon for being able to help me! I will defiantly be back, when I am in the area! Highly recommend this salon, just based on how nice and accommodating everyone is, also the hair and makeup was amazing!

2022-04-29This place is amazing! I was here 30 minutes ago as a first time customer. I had Paige as my stylist and she is the most sweetest and warmest ever! 2022-05-05I’ve been getting my hair done by Sharon for years and I always walk out absolutely loving my new hair! She always asks how I’m feeling with my hair and she knows exactly what to do every time to get it how I want it. Sharon is also very kind, personable and I love catching up every time I sit in her chair. 2022-04-08Absolutely love this salon. I had Paige as my stylist who did an amazing job on my hair. After telling her about a previous color I had on my hair that I wasn’t happy about (from a different salon), she went over in detail exactly what I was looking for and nailed it. Cindy was amazing and helped out as well, I would recommend this place to everyone! Such a great experience and I will definitely be back!

2022-04-29I had another wonderful experience with Alyssa! She always tries to find out exactly what I want, giving me options and suggestions as well. She takes special care to be gentle as my hair is thinning. She always uses amazing products keeps my hair healthy and manageable. I appreciate how she communicates so well as she goes through each step of the treatment. And a lot of trust with her I will continue to come to her in the future.

2022-02-10My experience with Sharon was amazing. I’m so happy that I found someone truly understands me, my hair and gives me options for the next steps of maintaining it. She is very kind, provides great customer service and she loves what she’s doing. The salon itself has very cool interior and I love spending time there. 2022-06-28I have been using the Sharon Daniel salon since my hairstylist, Page, graduated from school.One detail I was impressed with, they swept the floor around my chair so I wouldn’t slip when standing. Also before Page does anything we talk about what I want and what she will do.The salon is very professional and everyone is so friendly. Katie was knowledgeable and attentive to my specific needs and personalized my visit so that I could receive the best haircut possible. They have a carefully crafted selection of high-quality products and Katie explained the purpose of every product she used on my hair throughout my appointment. I did not feel pressured to purchase any products that I didnt need, but Katie recommended the right products for my hair type and I was happy to support the business by purchasing them.
