Normally when I come to get my Brazilian there are no issues. But this time it was abnormally painful! It fell like pieces of skin were being ripped off with each pull. Afterwards my skin was really red. 2 days later I have scabs all over and my skin is in shambles! I will not be returning. Get waxed AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I tried this place 3 times. Ive always dealt with Marie. This time she wasnt in and the owner waxed me and when I got home I had scabs all over my cheek bones and nose. I had a discount coupon and she was quick to say no you cant use it when I just purchased it and have before with Marie. The owner is very unprofessional. I have reason to believe shes not certified but believe me, Marie is. Marie is very honest and knows and goes beyond to making sure youre good. Thank you Marie

The owner is very friendly and kind! I went in for waxing and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the service. I was very satisfied with how clean and professionally everything was handled. Im new to Aurora so I will definitely being going back for these services!

Excellent job by Jyoti. Came fourth time here always she took care of me. Every time I get full face wax from her. she is so professional and take her time to provide perfect service. I will recommend this salon.

I did not have a good experience in this Salon. Went in for a wax and their wax was not heated to a proper temperature, it was unevenly heated and as a result certain parts of my arm, where the wax was still cold, got very bad blisters once the wax strip was ripped off with a strong attempt. I had terrible pain and was left with a peeled blotchy skin in those areas. It feels like the top layer of my skin was forcefully peeled off due to the under heated wax. I have never had this happen to me at any other salon. The lady who was doing my wax said my arm is cold in different spots resulting in this situation. How can my arm be cold in certain spots!??? That makes no sense. Hope they improve their service.

I visited the salon for body waxing. The waxing was done with utmost care and it was not at all painful. I loved the experience and will surely be going here again.

Lady who is owner has very good grip. She does my wax and no pain whatsoever. She is sweet and careful. I am her returning customer now
