Dr. Greeley and staff are AMAZING! Doctor is extremely intelligent, insightful, compassionate, and loving. Doc also believes in complete transparency. She treats your pet(s) right in front of you. She and Amy, her Office Manager and Lead Surgical Tech, treat each and every patient as their own. In fact, Doctor refers to her patients, as her Babies. This sums up exactly how I feel about my Babies. They have been very good to my cats and do whatever is needed . Very good office staff and vet techs very helpful . Dr Greeley is always so nice. I really appreciate them all. Dr Greeley is the only vet who can handle a feral cat easily and comfortably. Kitty Kat was a very scared cat and Dr Greeley spent a full hour with him doing everything herself with me in the room to see. I appreciate very much not taking him in the back like so many places do . They go in the back and you never see or know anything. All the techs and staff are kind and. compassionate with my cats.
My dogs and I moved to Chicago from Georgia and was looking for a vet clinic to help me keep my dogs healthy. I found Scottsdale Animal Clinic and it was very close to home. During this pandemic they were still taking in patience although I had to wait outside which was no problem for me as long as I know my animals were getting the much needed treatments and vaccines they needed. Thank You Scottsdale Animal Clinic for not forgetting about our four legged family members.
Our family has trusted ONLY Scottsdale Animal Clinic to maintain the health of all of our pets from the1970s through today. This of course, is going waaaaaaay back when they were located at 79th and Cicero Ave., which is when Dr. Wise and his team were practicing. Nowadays, Dr. Greeley and her team carry on the same tradition of dependable care. My cat might be nervous on the drive to Scottsdale Animal Clinic, but I never am. : - D I dont flip off motorists anymore either. ;-)
Weve been going here for years and always received top notch service. They are backed up a bit with making appointments, however, that is an industry wide issue. The staff here is wonderful and they have taken great care of both of my dogs. They truly care about their patients and their practice.
The staff is really awesome-They take the time to answer your questions and are very attentive to you and your pet needs. Dr. Greeley and her staff are amazing - right from our first appointment, she made us feel at ease. She followed up right after our first appointment to let us know how it went, sent photos of our cats during the check up and was very thorough on the phone to let us know recommendations and next steps. I can’t say enough positive words about her! Thank you for taking such good care of our cats!
The staff is always really nice and attentive. My dogs are never afraid to sew their vet, they are usually always excited because of how well they are treated.
The Doctor and employees are Wonderful, everytime I have a problem with my dog they answer all my questions . I feel that they care about all animals and you. They were always there for me and all my family in good times and bad. If you are looking for a good veterinarian who cares give them a call.
Im satisfied with the service, and the cost of treatment was quite reasonable. But my visit was very impersonal. I understand the need to be safe at this time. Im just not used to having no interaction with the veterinarian treating my pet and not being able to view the office and examining facilities firsthand, especially since this was my initial visit. That, and the fact that my cat gets so fretful for vet visits, caused me a bit of stress while I was waiting in the car. I do plan to return, however. I was impressed with the many good reviews that I read online and the location is very close to home. Hopefully, the virus will be under control by that time and customers will be allowed back inside.
Dr. Greeley is very knowledgeable in her profession. She is always sincere,and caring when it comes to the health of my dog(duke).Amy,at the front desk is also a big asset to the clinic,from scheduling appointments trying to get you in as early as possible,along with helping with answeres to questions I might have had.The vet-techs are also very good at helping the doctor,nail trims, bloodwork,etc.Everybody there shows nothing but kindness and sincerity to the pets brought there.I would recommend Scottsdale Vet to anybody.
We have been taking our 2 dogs and 2 cats here for about 2 years now and love the doctor and staff. They are friendly all around.

Convenient, quick process for a nail trim and very reasonably priced. All the staff including the Vet Dr Greeley are knowledgeable, respectful and patient with my 11 yr old dog, which we appreciate especially as she can be less than cooperative at times. Dr. Greeley and staff are absolutely wonderful! My ferret had a tumor and Dr. Greeley successfully removed it. She also found another one and she removed that one also. They are very caring and compassionate. I am so grateful that they took such great care of my fur baby. I honestly didn’t think there was anything they could do for her. Didnt want to like them since my cats were long time VCA patients. But they were really great and expeditious. They take the time to explain everything and were open during the quarantine. Had to wait outside but that was ok. Prices are way less than VCA. Highly recommend.

The dr and her staff are great with my dog. She is thoral with the exam and answers all my questions. Pet parents have to stay in the car. Her staff comes out to get your pet. They do alot of walking but my visit is very timely. Im looking forward to when she can have events again like pet blessings. Its a great experience and you meet other pet owners. The dr also comes out and waves or speak to you personally if theres a problem.

Dr. Greeley and her staff are AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about them and how they treat their customers, human and animal. My sister was in a near fatal car accident and her dog was in need of medical care and Dr. Greeley and her staff took care of not just Trixie (dog) but myself and my mom. They treated us as if we truly were family and had known us for years! Their prices are unbeatable and extremely reasonable too! They gave top notch care to Trixie and got her on the mend. Since my mom and I flew into Chicago from Arizona to aide in my sister’s care, Dr Greeley also gave my mom a recommendation for an equally amazing vet in Arizona. Dr. Greeley is a gem and I wish we could clone her. She is a lovely, super caring, compassionate gentle soul and we really need more health care providers like her! They truly care for pet and owner and are awesome at what they do! I can’t thank Dr Greeley and her staff enough for just being amazing at what they do.💗
I absolutely loved my experience with this vet . My dad currently goes here also . I was bummed cause of covid precautions (which I appreciate ) i could not go in and meet my new vet in person. However the tech and vet came out chatted with me the vet took fun pics of my dogs (which i adore it was just too cute ) also of course explained any concerns i had . she’s so awesome I’m so glad i chose to go here price is reasonable and the staff answered all ?s on pricing and booking visits highly recommend!
Dr & staff are very professional & caring. My Milo needed a dental procedure in which he ended up losing all his teeth(poor baby) When I went to pick him up I could see doc & others holding, and petting him with other staff checking on him as they walked by. At the Scottsdale Animal Clinic staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Greeley is a fantastic vet. She truly cares about your pet. Was very caring when it was time to say goodbye to my 17 year old cat. As difficult as that was, Dr. Greely and staff helped me through it. My new adopted cat Hank is now a patient. I would not take my pet anywhere else. Fantastic people.
We have been going here for about 18 years. Great staff. Even during the pandemic, the Dr. will call you to discuss any issues. In fact she called us at home about 1 hour after we left to discuss our dogs health. Very dedicated team.
My Mother and Sister have been clients of Dr. Greeley for many years, so when I purchased my first puppy they immediately recommended her for my puppy’s vet. The staff is great! They were able to get me in the next day. There was no wait when I arrived to the clinic- we were given an exam room right away. The techs came in and took Sushi’s vitals and clipped her nails and then explained to me what the puppy would need. Dr. Greeley came in after and was amazing as well. Very knowledgeable and caring-especially taking notice of my 15 month old daughter and common issues between babies and puppies! I highly recommend this clinic! I understand why my family loves it here too!
My dogs are patients here, my one dog is sick, today (July 19, 2021) and they told me my sick dog couldnt be seen till September 6th? Seriously,???? They told me to take her to a emergency vet. Isnt the reason you have a vet is so when you beloved dog who is like a child in my home can be seen by her vet in a shorter time than 6 weeks????? Totally unacceptable,!!! Dont go here find a vet that will be able to see you animal when they are ill. Its really a shame because Dr. Greeley is a good vet, explains things well. If you want a vet you can count on to take care of your pet when they are sick this is not the place to go. As I said find another vet.
Best Vet around. Dr. Greeley and her staff are amazing!! They truly care about your pets. They have cared for all three of my dogs and I cant find words to describe how great they are. Phenomenal service from the initial phone call to the first visit. Prior to my visit, Dr. Greenley took the time to speak to me over the phone about my concerns for my sweet Leopard Gecko. She offered alternatives, her expertise, and even gave me the name of other vets who might be able to see my baby sooner than she could. When I called back to make an appt the staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Sam’s kind words and genuine concern quickly alleviated my fears about the first appointment. I felt confident bringing my sweet boy there and was overjoyed with not only the level of care given but also for the authentic dedication and love for the well-being of animals. I cannot emphasize how much it means knowing there are others out there who view animals & “lizard-babies” as more than just pets.🦎 Thank god for those in the Animal/Pet Healthcare Field.Highly Recommend Scottsdale Animal Clinic! The staff here is super friendly! They were so nice to my pup and were very generous with treats and did everything they could to make my first visit great. As always, the staff was friendly and efficient. We did not have to wait past our appointment time. Doctor Greeley was concerned about our dogs weight, and gave us information on getting her weight down. She is a very kind and caring vet. I rescued a pit bull that wasn’t properly socialized. The staff figured out how to calm him down and took care of him as well as his family does. This is the fourth vet we took him to trying to find a staff that could handle his temperament. They’re are amazing.

Ive been taking my pets to Scottsdale for six years and will continue as long as we can. We moved 20 minutes away and drive back to bring our pets to Dr. Greeley. The whole office is helpful, timely, reasonable in practice and price, loving, etc. Everything we could want in a vet and clinic. Highly recommended!!

Been attending Dr S. Greeley and staff for years. I still love and trust this clinic. They have helped us keep our Fur-baby’s healthy, and when their health turns for the worst, we are given choices to make the appropriate decisions. Scottsdale is clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr Shannon and her staff work well as a team and convey a loving and comfortable atmosphere.
Great vet practice. I would recommend it to everyone!I took my cat for her shots and a checkup. I had no wait time (literally, I went from the front door to the exam room). Everyone was super nice and I could tell they love animals. Dr. Greeley was amazing with my cat. She talked to her during the entire exam while one of her assistants petted her and kept her calm. They answered all of my questions while keeping my cat happy. I am so glad I found this practice. They also have nice hours.
I called because my puppy had worms they told me to bring her in right away. They gave me medication even though my actual appointment for her shots was a week away. Thanks my puppy is doing much better now! They listened patiently and answered all of my questions and concerns, being a first time puppy owner I had so many questions.
I took my dog there to discuss possibly putting my dog down. The vet insisted I had to have my dog evaluated because he scratched someone ( for rabies). Told me it’s a 2 part review and it will cost $170.00 - so I wanted to pay half on the first and the balance when I came back. The vet specifically told me if I change my mind she will refund me. Now mind you I have no ticket - no report on my dog - well I changed my mind. My daughter came to get my dog - went to get my refund and I was told I will be in trouble if I don’t bring my dog back for the second half. I said I am in no trouble - what are you talking about. The vet gets on and says I will have to tell the county and I will not refund you for the second half of this evaluation. Well I am making calls on this matter and will be yelping about it and making noise! You can’t keep the second half of the evaluation when you are not doing a second evaluation. They must really need money bad! The reason I am so upset is she told me if I change my mind I will be refunded. Most importantly when I showed up my dog was in the passenger seat of the car - evaluation she never even came to his side of the car. I can’t wait to get this report and I will be going to the county and making calls to find out how this first evaluation should of went. I have it on video to show the rescue that he was fine around people.
Great place to go the whole staff is amazing. the doctor is a woman and she is very nice and sweet. such a good doctor for my whole family and our dogs, which we have 9. both my dogs love her and the girls there. great people, great service and reasonable pricing. This place is AWESOME. It was the first time for my puppy and he was SCARED. The nurses and the Dr were so professional with Duke and really worked around him. Nothing was forced and they were able to give Duke all the shots that he needed. The office is clean and organized and animal friendly. The staff was very welcoming to Duke and I couldnt have been happier with everything. I would recommend this animal clinic to anyone who might be in the need of a vet.
Had to bring my dog in. He has had problems with his ears for almost a year. Had him to a different vet 4 times from last November to March of this year. First of all let me say I like that the assistants cleaned his ears right in the room with me, they also clipped his nails right in the same room. I think it made him more comfortable having me with him rather than taking him to another room.Second let me say the Doc was amazing, very caring, asking all the questions she needed to find the right treatment for him. He goes back for his two week recheck this Friday so hopefully he is on the mend.
Very caring and knowledgeable staff. They are very careful when handling your animals, making sure both you and your pet receive the best care and service possible. Dr. Greeley is very knowledgeable and patient. She answers every question you might have. Ive been to two different clinics before Scottsdale, and havent found better service since. Their pricing is also very affordable and they do not require any vaccines before handling. At the end of the day, its their passion for animals that makes Scottsdale one of the best clinics around.
I was searching for a new vet, since my vet of over 25+ years has just passed away. A friend recommended Dr. Greeley. I as well as my fur babies were a little nervous, as this was a new experience for us. But upon meeting the Dr. and her staff we were all at ease. This is a family place, NOT one of the new conglomerates - where the dollar comes before the patient She is kind and gentle and even my nervous nelly cat was at ease with her. I am so happy that I decided to take my friends advice. I know that I have now found our new family doctor who is kind and caring of her patients - and her patients are the number one priority!
Scottsdale Animal Clinic is a wonderful place to bring your animals for medical care. We have two dogs, a Shih Zhu and a Maltese Mix, and we have been bringing them to see Dr. Greeley for over two and half years. Our Shih Zhu needed to have surgery to remove bumps on his body and we didnt want him to have surgery at Animal Welfare. We decided to take him to Dr. Greeley because he would be getting better care. She is an excellent veterinarian who is very knowledgeable in her field. Both of our animals are in their senior years and they go see her every month to get their anal glands expressed. We love our animals very much and we wouldnt go anywhere else for their medical care.
Dr. Greeely and her staff are amazing. They are very knowledgeable, and they really care about the animals that they take care of. I have a turtle, and Dr. Greeely has been so wonderful and patient with my turtle. I truly would recommend this clinic based on my experiences with them.
I had to find a New Animal Clinic for my Pets, and I saw Scottsdale Animal Clinic, I LOVE this place, the staff are warm and caring always smiling and they love my Trixie and Dr. Greeley, She is Warm so nice and she shows her love for my Fur baby and others, she talks to her and she gets her to calm down, she takes her time with us and our Trixie and she is Fair when it comes to pricing...I Thank God I found her, Dr. Shannon Greeley is The Best Veterinarian I have met.I know my Trixie is in Good Hands with This Clinic.

Dr. Greeley and her staff are excellent. Whether a routine check up or a sudden sickness, they go above and beyond with your pet as the top priority. Our dog is 9 y/o & hes never been anywhere else but Scottsdale Animal. Our rescue cat is a new patient as well. They love our animals as much as we do!

Scottsdale Animal Clinic has provided service for my pets for many years, I believe since 1997. The two Dogs Ive had since that period have received great care. The first Dog is no longer with us(died) due to old age. The second dog has been receiving care from Scottsdale for about 13 years. The Clinic provides good care to pets. I would recommend Scottsdale to any pet owner.

My dogs love the staff and I like the professional friendly service. Ive found dogs and brought them in to the vet, they scanned for the chip and contacted the owners. For other dogs that werent chipped they some how found the owners. Scottsdale Animal Clinic gives and cares 100%. Thank You
Doctor Greeley is a caring and dedicated veterinarian and i trust her completely with my pets. The staff are also very helpful and caring. Scottsdale is one of the few animal hospitals in the area that cares for birds as well as cats and dogs. We have taken our lovebirds and budgies to Dr. Greeley when they needed care, and she has always been wonderful. In the case of one of our budgies with an unusual condition, Dr. Greeley went the extra mile and then some doing research and looking for consults to help our sick bird. I highly recommend Dr. Greeley and Scottsdale Animal Clinic.

Really fair prices so no reason to go to Animal Welfare League where its really crowded, smells, terrible workers and even a worse reputation. This place is really peaceful, they dont overbook their appointments from my first experience and not a long wait. The waiting room is Air conditioned and comfortable. Also have complimentary coffee while you wait. Will be coming back with the pooch.

I truly enjoy the experience of the vet and the friendliness of the staff however, the wait is too long. Every time I have come I have waited at least a hour!!! to see the vet. Even though my dog is comfortable here I will consider going somewhere else that does not take this long. My recent appointment was scheduled for 3:30 and I still had not seen the doctor and it was 4:30 ? Just imagine how anxious your dog is at this point .-_-. Again I love the staff , just not the long wait times
Scottsdale Animal Clinic has always been there for me and my furry babies.My female pug Harli had approximately 159 stones in her tiny little bladder & Dr Greely removed all of them & now 8 years later, my lil girl is doing great!I lost a pug, Teddy, about three years ago, she and her staff helped me and my husband through this difficult time.My pug Willie had a ruptured anal gland and the clinic was there again to help Willie get better fast.If I could I would give them 100 stars, they deserve it. They love their patients.Amy, the employee that is often at the front desk, you can see the overflowing compassion she has for animals.All of the staff there, they are great!!!

My Kacey/German Shepherd of 8 yrs loved snow. While playing in the snow he cut his paw on something underneath the snow. This injury happened on the day the clinic was close, but with the urgency of the injury Dr Greeley opened the clinic and took care of Kacey. After so many weeks of care he was up and running around again:-) I go back and forth with myself if I will get another pet/baby, but if I do I will certainly go back to Scottsdale Animal Clinic.
I have been taking my diabetic cat to Scottsdale animal clinic for over a year and the employees are always caring and understanding. The have a great rewards program that really helps lower the cost. Also, low cost micro chipping and nail trimming comes in handy with all my other pets
A great place to take your pets! They treat them with tender loving care, and give you the best advice so you can keep your pet in the best of health. I travel 4 Times a year for usually a week or more. I have 5 guinea pigs and am worry free about them when theyre boarding at Scottsdale. They are very caring and pay attention to details for each pet. Love them

With the help of Scottsdale Animal Clinic, I assisted my guinea pig across the Rainbow Bridge Monday. Dr. Greenley and her assistants were totally WONDERFUL. I was given as much time as I wanted to be with my Pork Chop, before and after the procedure. The procedure was explained to me and my boy was treated with gentle hands and full respect. During such a hard event, Scottsdale Animal Clinic made it easier; everyone is very caring and wonderful with animals.
I always receive good care from this vet clinic. The staff is friendly to me and my pets. They return calls on time and are flexible with hours. They even let me borrow a pet carrier when I didnt have mine available.
Amazing , we just moved here as they accepted duke and duchess as new patients. The staff provided excellent care . Even helped lift up 78 and 98 lb puppies to the exam table . Cantbeat this place . Provided excellent education on medications as well .

Scottsdale Animal Clinic is a super clinic. Dr. Shannon Greeley is a fine, caring, thorough Veternarian. She watches over all my birds, cockatiels, Meyers Parrot, and parakeets. She also has done a superb job on my Cat! They are my life. She watches over all my babies with experience and love.
Fantastic customer service. They were able to see my dog the same day. Even though he was not a current patient of theirs they still accommodated us. They were very thorough to find out what exactly was wrong with my pup. Thanks so much!

I didnt know what to expect bringing my pet eat to SCOTTSDALE ANIMAL CLINIC because it had been well over 20 years and an entirely different location since Id dealt with them. If anything theyve gotten better! Its very hard to find a vet who cares for rats/exotic animals and when you do theyre usually very expensive. SAC has a great bunch working there and a vet that truly cares about eberyone, four feets and two!

The vets here are outstanding. They treat each animal like their own, not just another number or paycheck. My mom has taken her animals here for nearly a decade. Wouldnt take them any other place unless something happened while they were closed.
Heartworm tests are RECOMMENDED yearly. Because of this vet, my 16 year old pet, will be without this med for the first time. Why? I want to buy online and the vet says my pet needs a test. If the records were checked, my pet had this test 3 months ago at this vet. First vet I believe is clearly in it for $$$ not pet health.
Most unprofessional clinic ever, was a first time customer there. Had scheduled an appointment over a week ago. I take my dog there and they completely ignored the fact that I had scheduled an appointment. We waited for over 40 minutes and never got attended, it came 5pm the time they close on a Monday and still no response. All the employees were running around like they didnt know what they were doing. Definitely would not recommend this clinic.

I came to Scottsdale Animal Clinic with my bird without an appointment. I was seen and the staff was great, they were caring and concerned about my bird. The place is very clean and I will go here for all of my bird needs.
When I travel, I board my 3 guinea pigs for a week or more at a time. They have been boarded twice before and always treated very well. I feel secure knowing that when I am faraway, my furry family is well cared for :)

2022-01-03I highly recommend Scottsdale! Dr. Greeley and her staff take their time with your fur babies, sincerely care, and are very thorough. I lost an amazing vet due to their relocation about 10 years ago. I have bounced around trying different Vets and never really felt comfortable due to their lack of compassion and being cold shoulder business focused. I finally feel like my fur babies are in excellent professional and personal hands with Dr. Greeley and her staff. They go above and beyond making sure my babies are comfortable and cared for while in their care. My only regret is not going to Scottsdale sooner!

2022-05-31Hands down the best vet in the area. Dr. Greeley and her staff are very compassionate, professional and talented in their practice. After many visits to different veterinarians in the area, I was left feeling hopeless about helping my calico cat and her ear issues. First visit to Scottsdale and I left with a positive plan of action to getting my cat healthy. Dr. Greeley preformed a mass debulking procedure, gave me lots of information and now my 11 year old calico is feeling better than ever. We also treated our 13 year old cat who has hyperthyroidism and our dog who has behavioral issues. Never need to look for another vet again! Seriously, dont hesitate to make Scottsdale Animal Clinic your primary pet doctor

2021-09-21My cat was a stray we took in from the street. Scottsdale Animal Clinic helped us thru the transition of adopting and giving this poor loving cat a forever home. Our cat is sick and will be on medicated food for the rest of his life. Thanks to Doctor Diagnosis we feel he got a second chance at life. Thank u all the staff at Scottsdale Animal Clinic.

2022-04-22I have taken my dog to Scottsdale animal clinic for a long time. Everyone at the clinic is so patient and caring with the animals it will put you at ease as soon as you walk in the door. They have always seemed happy to see my dog when I brought him in for his check up and that automatically put my dog at ease. Two weeks ago I had to bring my beloved baby in to be put to sleep because he was 14 years old and his body was giving out and bleeding inside. This was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do but everybody at the clinic was so full of compassion that it made a bad day A little easier because I felt like I had family around me. So if you’re looking for a new clinic please give them a try it may be the only place you walk into that will call your dog by name and immediately makes them feel calm. 2022-05-20We were happy with the care our guinea pig received at this clinic. We wished we would have been able to go inside during her wellness visit to accompany her and meet the doctor but thats the world we are living in right now with COVID so we do understand. We will definitely be returning to Scottsdale Animal Clinic. Hopefully next time well be able to go inside for our visit.Follow-up: We were so thankful we were able to accompany our guinea pig inside the vets office this time. The staff were efficient and courteous.

2022-05-25Seemed disorganized. My dog came in for a first visit for per surgery blood work. She was muzzled 3 times because they kept forgetting to do something first. The 3rd time they held her down so tight for ...felt like minutes prior to being ready to even draw the blood(which I am sure it was not that long) By then my dog was done...so when they were finally ready she was not having it. They brought a third tech in to have her distract my dog. This person just put her face pretty much in my dogs face. Now the vet trying to draw the blood , two techs holding her down, one tech in her face that the vet kept instructing to talk to to my dog. I was not allowed to be seen by my dog ..was in the room but was told by the vet that she did not want me to be the bad guy.We are a dual resident my dog is 6 month old has had blood work before and all shots. She is scheduled for a hernia and spade surgery. Loves the vet in our other state ..loves them cant wait to get in the building when we go. Here not so much.... oh BTW my dog is a 12 pound mini aussie...I believe due to the disorganized situation and the muzzle on and off just set the tone wrong. They do not want ownes help, they would not let me get her on the scale, would not at first let me to have her sit pretty for a picture even. Re-thinking them doing the surgery, going to see if we can get into a different vet.
