This was a nightmare of an experience!!! After getting my car serviced for regular maintenance at this location, I had picked up my car with a rip in my leather in the interior!! I had to come back to talk to Mike who was the “manager”, and incredibly rude to say the least. He then showed me various chopped up footage where I couldn’t see anything of what was going on in my car to justify it was “my fault”. The area where there was a hole had to have been hit pretty hard as it’s extremely tough. I will never ever go back to this location, and no one should either!!The only place I usually get my car serviced is the Toyota in Elmhurst, but happened to be in the area so got it done at Schaumburg. Horrible experience!!!! No one should ever go here. This entire team was so incredibly rude. I’ll be sticking to the Elmhurst location.

Initially Brought my Tundra in for service to diagnose a trouble light issue.After inspection i was told a part was needed and I had to go to the parts dept prepay for it and then they would call to let me know when it arrives and to set up the return visit.After a week with no call I called them and after having to push the service rep in to looking this up to no surprise the part was there.I returned to have the part installed and during check out i was again charged for the part they made me pre pay for. When pointed this out to the smart a** cashier who had already charged me, she said that is not her problem and i should go find the service rep and would do nothing else not even try reach the rep and expected me wander around to find him. When working with the service rep I had to go get the receipt for the part as they could not or would not look that up. There is no doubt that this is a practice by Schaumburg Toyota to double up on the parts.After getting the parts corrected I returned and found that my arm rest center console and seat covers have grease marks all over!!!It was made very clear to me on this service visit that Schaumburg Toyota could not care less about me or my vehicles care.updateGreat reply from ST, that the parts dept, service dept and cashier are all separate from each other and Schaumburg Toyota expects a customer to coordinate each department. This only reinforces the intent of Schaumburg Toyota.Purchase the part after diagnosis with paperwork from the service dept provided to the parts dept in getting the sensor.Parts takes my order and money but does not call me or notify service or me of its arrival.Call to check status of part told it could be a few weeks. I had to push the phone rep to check on the order.Set up the appointment on the same call with service.Schaumburg Toyota charges me twice for the part.The smart**a cashier would do nothing to help would not credit me and did nothing to help resolve other than tell me go find some one to help.The Schaumburg follow up - the customer is on their own and only concerned with the smart a** and not concerned at all on the double charging

After the carwash I had water on front seat. Told service advisor that I have water on front seat, he said it must be from the snow. What a joke. Tried to explain that it was dry before. No apologies from service advisor and looks like customer service quality is going down in this place.

The employees are always very nice , the waiting area is clean and hospitable with a coffee machine and lounge chairs to make the wait a little better. Ive never had to wait very long, theyre quick and most importantly they have never been super pushy about their recommendations for the car .

A very hands on personal customer experience. Anthony takes the time to listen and explain and that speaks volumes to me! Raphael was efficient and ingratiating. Service coordinator, Randy, has helped in the past and always makes me feel at ease. Such a positive experience! Have had my car serviced here for many years and always more than satisfied. Drove it home today and no more issues. Runs like a dream!! A big thank you to service manager, Mike, as well!!!

They are NOT ASE certified for most of the mechanics they have. They overcharge everything of labor and are a complete waste of money when people are in a jam and need it done asap. They will do the work but when driving away from the shop and get on golf rd. and you heat the weights fall off and the balance of the wheels are shaky and vibrating THATS def a problem. I go to independent shops and get the best treatment locally and save close to $100 compared to this Toyota Dealership.....aka like ALL stealerships do.....

Don’t be deceived by the positive reviews. I’ve been fooled for 6 years. Their technicians are not knowledgeable and appear to be uneducated. They’re willing to tell you that everything was done on your vehicle even though you have documentation that it was not done correctly.I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have two sets of brands of tires on my vehicle. My front with Bridgestone tires and my rear set with Michelin. When I received my car back after service my Bridgestone tires were still in the front. I called to confront Schaumburg Toyota that it wasn’t done, because for all wheel drive vehicles you do rearward cross rotation. The representative Kevin tells me the technician says they don’t recommend the cross and just front to back and the back to front for Toyotas. Well they still didn’t do it correctly because my Bridgestone tires are still in the front. If you look at other Toyota websites, they recommend rearward cross for all wheel vehicles or 4 wheel drive. Also if you look at Bridgestone and Michelin websites, they also recommend the rearward cross.He also tries to tell me that they don’t recommend rotating tires if your tires are different sizes. All my tires are the same size. Through research, it is not recommended to have different tires sizes for all wheel drive cars. It’s difficult to get a hold of the manager, Mike. Kevin tries to tell you that camera footage shows it was done, even though he doesn’t have a license plate to verify your vehicle. Luckily I was able to get a refund so I didn’t have to report them to Illinois Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, or Better Business Bureau for fraud. The only positive experience I had was learning about my right through The Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.

Probably the best Toyota service I have received in all of the places I have taken my vehicle. Not only was buying parts and making appointments easy online, but they stand by their word on pricing and are very reasonable when it comes to service and wont charge for things that you dont need like at other stealerships. I was in and out in an hour for a job that would have probably taken 2-3 hours at other dealerships. I highly highly recommend taking your Toyota vehicles here if you dont live too far

Fantastic service in every department. GM Mike and Manager Igor took great care of us for our purchase of a new 4Runner. Cristian in service is always accommodating and a pleasure to work with for scheduling maintenance. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

I recently purchased my RAV4 from Schaumburg Toyota. Peter was my salesperson and he went above and beyond for us. He is very straightforward, which we liked from the beginning. He worked with us regarding price and spent time finding the exact vehicle I wanted. Peter came in on his day off to close on my car. I really appreciated his effort, attitude, and honesty throughout the experience.
