Walked in today to get info on a Hybrid Camry that was posted on the website. Was informed that its still being built and it would be delivered mid March. So far so good. Then I mentioned that Id be interested in trading my car for it. Thats when I get informed that the only way to buy a car from this dealership is to purchase ceramic coating for their cars. At price of $2,900. Come on now. I understand wanting to make some $$$ but why lie and say all cars come with that coating and I have to buy it. Walked right out. I understand the the market is what it is, but dont do this. You can be better.
I had the pleasure of buying a car from Derek Gniadek, he was so welcoming and I felt so comfortable talking to him. He stayed true to his word and was very honest with me. I don’t plan on buying a car from anyone else as long as he is a car dealer. The dealership was very clean and had an inviting environment, but Derek sure sealed the deal for me.
I wanted to get a brand new Camry hybrid but weve been told we have to purchase ceramic coating which is cost $4000. The salesman informed me they have to charge this amount because they also want to make a profit lol. He also told me this amount is up to the manager so if they want they can charge more and less. Excellent customer service! I hope the manager is having a good day so he wont ask $10000 for mark up Im sorry high quality ceramic coating.
Purchased a new Prius from Ryan C. Excellent experience. I just went back for a follow up because I wasnt able to figure a few things out. Ryan was kind and courteous and helped me to understand my new car. My family has purchased many cars from Schaumburg Toyota and will continue to purchase in the future.
My husband bought a car from Toyota Schaumburg we had a very good experience with them, theyre very helpful, friendly and supportive. Today was just for maintenance. He was raining very hard today so I couldnt take a photo from outside. Because the waiting room was quite crowded, for privacy reasons I didnt take a picture.
Let me start by saying that buying a car is my single most loathed activity in all of the human experience. That being said Eric Pedersen made it a complete pleasure. Never felt pressured, worked with me on my trade, polite and not pushy. I will absolutely be back the next time I need a vehicle.
I visited the dealer today I wanted to change the oil in the engine and transmission before I called and asked what price I got that 69 for the engine and 299 for the transmission when I did everything the price was $ 500 then I called the Manager who said that the transmission costs 310 after that they made a new document and I paid less but I dont even know if they changed the oil for me because when I watched my video recorder saw that they did everything in 25 minutes and 2 hours the car was just standing in the parking lot and now I think they are lying and more I will never come here, I regret that Toyota has such fraudulent employees
Just purchased a new vehicle; Toyota RAV4 in this crazy short supply and demand market. Worked directly with Grant Carey and let me tell you after going to 2 other Toyota dealerships and 2 other various dealers, Schaumburg Toyota was the final destination. Not only was Grant 0 pressure. He was a pleasure to work with from day 1. He kept me informed through out the whole process when my vehicle would arrive and so helpful. Prior he answered all my questions and if he didn’t know he would find out and get back to me quickly. Others look for a quick sale to get a commission, but Grant and others treated me like family to want to earn my future business. Thank you Grant, for making purchasing a vehicle in todays market as lease stressful as possible. With our large family, we will be back again. Take care

I have been a loyal customer for years but long story short Im sick and tired of the service center. They arent very personable, I get its a business but the amount of times they have tried to nickel and dime me or offer me service when I dont need it is a little annoying. Overall, recently its just been unbearable just find some where else close and say the hassle.
I just love that place. Whenever I go inside, I know that Im about to get the best deal possible, even when car market situation is awful right now. This week I bought brand new Camry, the whole process was super quick, easy and painless. Dariusz Gniadek helped us a lot, and I can totally refer him to anyone. Honest, funny guy that doesnt just want to sell a car. He wants to make sure that the product youre about to buy, is the product that youll enjoy. Even though all the employees at this place are nice and friendly, consider asking for Dariusz next time you visit Toyota Schaumburg, as hes the one Ill always choose with the next car purchase.
We had a very nice experience with Austin Komis, he was very welcoming and attentive to every detail. We walked in on a Friday night and walked away after 2.5 hours with exactly what we where looking for. Excellent customer service. Not only Austin, but also Robert at the finance department and the manager.
My experience was not pleasant at all, due to the salesmen Erick . He was acting very unprofessional from the getco, worst salesmen I ever conducted business with . Been a loyal customer for 6 years and bought a second car from this dealership and I regret my decision doing business with them. Hasnt even been a full month that I bought the car. Rim had a leak and tire was pre marked ans still gave me the car knowing that information..
ASK FOR ERIC PEDERSONSeriously. Seamless experience. Ordered an out of stock vehicle (like most in this market). No crazy markup, photos of vehicle when it arrived, constant communication on delivery dates.I expected a much worse experience based on my history with other dealerships.
If I could give zero stars, I would. In these uncertain times, I think many of us are searching for an honest deal. These folks are straight out thieves. You can put in an order for a Rav4 but you NEED to buy the Ceramic Coating for an extra $2,894 even if you dont want it. Go and service your car at a dealership that isnt adding dollars to MSRP or making you purchase accessories you may not want. The supply chain issues will subside but I assure you, I will not ever frequent your dealership.
I wanted to leave a good review for Schaumburg Toyota, but sadly I can’t. Not only did they deny me certain services but they also pretended to fix my problem and essentially wasted my time. I bought a new 2021 Toyota Camry in April 2021 and by November the battery had died when I kept it in my garage and didn’t drive it for 3 days. I couldn’t get it out of my garage to jump it, so I took the battery to Schaumburg Toyota and asked them to charge it so I could bring my car in. They said they couldn’t do that because “the battery is only under warranty if it’s in the car” and said they could come tow my car for a fee - while I understand its Toyota’s Nationwide policy about charging the battery, they didn’t have to charge me a fee to tow it, that was there choice. I declined the offer, took my battery to AutoZone where they charged it quickly, for free. When I brought my car to Schaumburg Toyota to see if they could run diagnostics on my battery, they said it was fine and told me my car died because I had to “update my firmware”. They stated in the paperwork they updated it….and my car died less than 24 hours later. When I took my car to Elgin Toyota the next day, they told me that Schaumburg Toyota couldn’t have updated the firmware because I didn’t have a subscription to Toyota Connected Services, a subscription that is necessary in order to update firmware. Not only was Schaumburg Toyota unhelpful, but they lied to my face, put it in the paperwork, and wasted my time. I highly recommend that everyone in this area choose Elgin Toyota over Schaumburg Toyota! They will fix your problem, and will be honest with you about what they can do for you.
The sales team, management and entire staff are friendly, cooperative and understanding for the need to share the information needed to make a complete informative decision of a major purchase of a quality vehicle that they offer in a very emotional connected understanding format. If you need to purchase a vehicle I would highly recommend Schaumburg Toyota and especially see Nicholas and or CJ of the sales staff team. Would definitely consider buying another vehicle from Schaumburg Toyota based on my very satisfied purchase. You just wont find better people in a brick and mortar sales society that can accommodate anybodys need and understanding of what their needs are fantastic experience.
Came in to test-drive a car and was assisted by Darek (Dariusz). He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and most importantly didn’t pressure me. He addressed all of my concerns, and made the purchasing process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend Derek, he went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
DO NOT SERVICE YOUR AUTOMOBILES HERE. I am speechless, I brought my Tacoma here for a simple oil change... I proceeded to watch my truck slip and totter 7 feet off the ground on the car lift alomost crushing some poor kid under. Hes lucky the back portion slipped off the frame and the engine weighed the front from completely falling back. My mouth literally dropped. Inexperienced service workers that almost destroyed my truck and killed themselves during a simple oil change. Im still kot 100% sure my truck was not damaged. Never again coming back here or going to any Toyota dealership again.
Trying to sell unnecessary protection packages with the car which adds almost $4k to the car price. What a fraud dealership!They dealership response below is a pure LIE! I was given no choice! They were mandatory. The sales guy told that you cannot buy the car without those!Businesses like this are responsible for the inflation and the upcoming recession which we are facing. Hopefully such businesses are wiped out in this recession.
Check prices before you buy and compare with the dealer online offers. Because they told me a price and then said oh he did a mistake and add $1000 more to the price... I didnt bought the car when I got home I checked online and the price was right.Thats really bad for a big dealership. Please dont do that. Txs.
Worst service ever. Whenever you go they will try to get money. I have brand new 2017 Toyota Camry. I bought tires from here big mistake of my life. At the time of tire purchase they say lifetime tire rotation free. Now I came for tire rotation and they are saying you need to do alignments otherwise you loose warranty. Like seriously ?? Why can’t they say this at the time of purchasing.
Benjamin Staar is a highly recommended sales person, hes very nice, friendly, doing an awesome job. We visited two other dealers before and they were not able to help us, we were tired of this but Benjamin changed our perspective, ask for him if youre looking for a new car and/or Trade in. Max from finance and the sales manager are very nice as well and all of the members that we have worked. We are very happy with our new Venza 2021
Expensive for oil change my goodness never any specials on trucks then you go on to give me a coupon for $37.50 quarts, my truck uses 8 quarts your marketing team needs to review and realistic with the offers to suit the vehicle they own.Saving the dealership $$$ and keeping customers happy.
Normally I hate going into dealerships. But I needed a new truck for work. Had the pleasure of working with Jerry and Robert. Jerry (my sales guy) was not pushy at all. Answered all my questions and did not rush me at all in deciding. Robert and Jerry helped me get the best rates they could which really helped me financially. Ive put about 2k miles on my 2018 tacoma with zero complaints. My navigation was missing the SD card when I bought it. Talked to Jerry and he had the SD card for me the next day. I will highly recommend Schaumburg toyota to anyone I hear whose looking for a new vehicle. Made the stressful process of buying a new vehicle stress free.
Went in to have a look at there current inventory on Camry and Came out with 2 cars. Not just a Sales man - Derek Gniadek, I would rather say a Magician is in his profession. Friendly, Always Honesty Matters till the end of the Deal, Surprise after Surprise. I have confidence when I take my car to Schaumburg Toyota I will get quality work for a reasonable price. The intake rep was very friendly, caring and responsible. He got me out in a very reasonable time. I will always recommend Schaumburg Toyota to my family and friends.
Good experience , easy to schedule servicing online . You can stay at the service center while vehicle is serviced or can opt for a temp car to go back while they service the car .Spacious place with coffee machine , free wifi etc .They provide detailed inspection and the info on what need to be fixed as per the mileage checkpoint .
We were shopping for a new minivan and made a deal with the dealership. I paid the deposit and the next day received a call from the dealership to be told that the agreement we created is no longer valid and our payment will be significantly higher then previously agreed.I would give them 0 star.
I will NEVER get a vehicle from here. I called them genuinely interested in purchasing a new vehicle. With RAV4’s so hot right now I called their sales department to ask about vehicle availability. The man who answered the phone said they don’t have Rav4s currently and when I asked about their timeline for getting new vehicles, he just asked me where I live. I kindly told him I just wanted to see when they would have more availability, he proceeded to ask me if I live in the area. When I nicely told him I did in fact live in the area but just wanted to know about vehicle availability, he decided to hang up on me. It was obviously intentional because of his attitude he was on a land line phone and I can hear him hanging up the line. I called back to talk to a manager and the gentleman who answered wasn’t apologetic and didn’t transfer me to a manager. Instead, this gentleman told me I was “ in luck” because he has 2 cars coming in soon and suggested that I purchase it on the phone with him right then and there. No apology for his colleague or anything. When I told him I wouldn’t make a rash decision like that over the phone, he then decided to lie to me and tell me I wouldn’t find a RAV4 till 2024!!! What a joke! I’ll go to a different Toyota or use an app just to avoid these guys.
I took my Corolla 2018 to here to get a quote for a repair on the front suspension. So the Toyota rep told me to make an request for a wheel alignment service first and see if they can fix the issue. So I agreed and it was stated clearly on the document that the $120 charge is for wheel alignment, however after the technician inspection they mentioned they need to replace few components and gave me a ridiculous quote (around $5000). I said no thanks and I am going to get it fixed somewhere else, also I mentioned to them as they were not able to do the wheel alignment to please refund the $120 charge for it. Then they said it is not possible as this $120 was for diagnostic (which was not what they mentioned in the beginning and also the charge for diagnosis is less than $120). I contacted Toyota’s customer service and made a complaint about this issue and provided the documents showing the initial agreed charge was for wheel alignment. Toyota agreed with my complaint and told me they would contact the branch manager and ask them to give me a call and resolve the issue. I received a call from the manager the same day and she repeated the same things the rep mentioned (that they cannot refund me as this was for diagnostic). Also she was very rude and didn’t listen to my comments at all (repeating the same thing over and over). I went to another Toyota branch for the same thing and just got charged for $60 for the diagnosis and the quote they provided me was half the price Toyota Schaumburg quoted me. This is the last time I am taking my car here as they don’t care about their customers and just want to rip them off. I gave the same suggestion to my friends and family who live in the same area and have a Toyota.
Sales team did a great job getting the car I ordered deliver on time. Eric, my sales person was great.I’ll give them 5 star, even though the finance manager made up misinformation about the warranty to sell me extended warranty. His “facts” were clearly untrue. But, I guess that’s his job.
Came here for a routine oil change a couple days ago. I called ahead to make an appointment and the person over the phone told me it would only take an hour. When I get there, the person told me its more like 1-2 hours. Fine, whatever, I was in no rush so I just kept the appointment. Two hours later, the person brings my car keys and a multi point inspection report and they kept telling me my brakes were in critical condition and only had 1mm thickness left and I need an immediate inspection and to come back another day to get it done.Fast forward to today, and I just took my car to get my brakes inspected at a shop I trust and have been taking my cars to for a while now, and the brakes arent even close to being 1mm in thickness and the brakes are fine to drive on.Want to know why people dont trust car dealers? Its because of stunts like this. This car dealer instantly lost all credibility. I will never come back.
Great place, I highly recommend them. Service center is fast and reliable. Weve worked with Jerry in sales several times over the years, hes fantastic. We also loved working with Tom in the finance department. Theyve both been there for over a decade, as have many of their other staff. This is a place that keeps both their customers and employees happy.
This review is just for ordering the parts. I ordered a part for my toyota and the ordering process was simple and straight forward, with 30% discount on part compare to retail. Shipping was super fast, i got my vehicle part in one day via UPS. I was updated via email constantly about the status of my order. Good Job Schaumburg Toyota.
Went into Toyota to buy a new car, which I did. But they gave me less money for my used car than other dealerships were offering. They also didn’t want to negotiate the price on my new car at all, and I ended up pay full price. The salesman was a cool and friendly guy but I wish there was more he could have done for his customers.
Ordered a set of floor mats for my Tacoma on a Sunday. Parts were at my door by lunchtime on Tuesday. I work in a parts department at an automotive shop, so I parts are sometimes on back order. I’m super appreciative that they processed my order right away, and I’m also super happy with how fast shipping was for the price it was.
Stay away from this service i left toyota sienna for recall and after i pick it up all plastick covers where certified mechanics were working and sliding door weather strip were broken and have loose like on the pictures so you can see how work shaumburg toyota mechanics i liked this dealer was ok when they did oil change but more complicated repairs i thing is too much for them
The staff of this Toyota Parts&Service is by far the nicest, most accommodating, and respectful I have ever been to in any car dealership. They helped me address all questions on my order quickly and made my experience so painless despite me arriving near closing time, while maintaining their kindness. Really appreciated all of this and I will be coming here for future OEM service and parts needs.
The staff was awesome, to be a woman, I felt welcome. When I first came on the lot. I just got out of my husband vehicle and walked around. And a gentleman ask me do I need help. I was like, wow they ask me first before I ask them. I went to many dealership and not one person came to me ask me first. That made me look more and I found a vehicle that caught my eye. Just like when you see that purse, love at first sight lol. This dealership was helpful and honest,and very informational. My salesman Zekiel was awesome, he gave me all the details I needed, he really answer all my questions and found me a new vehicle that was arriving the next day and Ron the financial person was cool he broke down what I didnt understand. Im glad I choose this dealership to purchase me a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this business to whoever looking for a vehicle. Thank you so much for everything and making feel welcome.
Had a fantastic experience here.Derek sold me a preowned Toyota Tundra, told me what history he knew on the car, presented all paper work showing the cars history and repairs done to it and I didn’t feel pressured during this experience at all.When it came down to doing paper work and finances Derek made sure to update me during the entire process as to what was going on when I was waiting to ease my sense of wonder.I was from out of town and knew nobody from this dealership I would highly recommend anyone looking to pick up a new vehicle from a trust worthy person to go speak with Derek.
Service advisor Bart Szuba was not professional, after I told that I still have warranty on a car with 5k miles, he didnt like it and gave me attitude. Customer relations manager was protecting dealership interest. I will not come back to this dealership, because of horrible management. Had to go to Discounttire to complete wheel balance properly. Contacted Toyota customer service and they reimburse for wheel balance.
Just had my 15k mile service done at this dealership. I’ve had my car serviced here in the past and had no issues. My service took a couple hours which is no big deal and the service member was very kind. He told me my car would be parked outside on the right and handed me my keys. I go outside and my vehicle is not there. I walk around the whole right side of the building and still no car. I ask a salesman not knowing he was not service. The salesman was polite informed me he wasn’t a part of service and to ask a porter. I ask a porter he tells me it’s outside and I tell him it’s not. He said he doesn’t know where it is because he didn’t work on the car and to ask someone else. I start clicking my key and find the vehicle still parked inside the building against the wall (not in a drive up lane). A passing service member, not the one I dealt with originally, asked if I was looking for my car. I told him I found it still inside but I was told it would be outside. He told me to pull it out myself and that he didn’t tell me it was parked outside. I explained to him the original employee told me it would be outside and instead of having a porter pull the car out for me, he watched me do it myself. Disappointing and poor customer service. No other clients pulls out their cars.
Service advisor was excellent. Matt the technician showed me everything and was excellent. Only negative was the pricing. Oil change, filters, front brakes and pads, almost $1100.00. Wow. Was not told of what the warranty is if something goes wrong. Excellent customer service.
The entire staff was amazing! Everyone that helped us or crossed paths with was so nice and courteous. Our visit was over a 2 day span. First day to just get information and second day to test drive and make a decision. We didnt plan at all to take home a car so soon. Not one time did we feel pressured to make a decision compared to MANY dealerships. When we came the second day, Bob already had the car warmed up and ready for our appointment. He took into consideration that it was 10 degrees out. Very considerate! I have no bad things to say at all. Thank you Schaumburg Toyota for being so great to us! Thank you Bob for being very personal and professional. I really cant thank you enough. ASK FOR BOB! Hes the best! Very happy and proud to be the newest members of the Toyota family!
Absolute worst customer service from the service department! Not only was there poor service at the dealership but on the phone as well. I was put on hold for multiple times waiting for an advisor to get on the phone, they stated I was calling during a busy time of day and to call back Monday! I had called days before to make sure they would be able to address the issue with my tire and replace it under warranty, the person I spoke to was able to look up in the system and stated yes there is an extended warranty we can do that, bring it in whenever you can and gave me his hours. I go to the service department today and they give me a hard time stating “tires don’t have warranty” when I go ahead and show them the receipt of the past time they were able to do it before they say no you need to pay $270, the receipt clearly shows there was a nail in my tire and it was covered under warranty! They didn’t even check the tire to see if it had a nail, they wanted me to pay upfront! This is the reason I made sure to call ahead of time to avoid any trouble! Please don’t lie to your customer on the phone and have them drive there only to tell them it can’t be done!! Ive purchased other vehicles from this place but never going back again!!
I went to the dealer to purchase a vehicle. When talking to the sale man, Curt Hermann, we discussed the monthly payment plans and got to a monthly price that is okay for our family. We went to sign a contract with the Finance Manager, Max Giyas, who went over a few options about warranty which we denied, and no other amount got added to the bill. However, when we went home, I noticed there is a $4889 added to the dealer-installed option. I went back into the dealer the next day and asked about it and found out that it was the added paint protection and extra products for the vehicle. Curt Hermann, our sale man, did not go over the ultimate protection with us at all. Igor Mett, the Sale Manager, apologized to me that Curt did not go over the brochure and wanted to schedule me for the added protection. During the purchasing of the vehicle, the $4889 was nowhere advertised on the vehicle. There is supposed to be a clear bra paint protection on the vehicle but there isnt. The dealership told me that its already purchased and waiting for me to bring my vehicle in. I did not agree to this ultimate protection package and asked for it to be removed from my bill, but they keep saying that its already in the warehouse and need to be installed. It was not installed on the vehicle prior to purchase so I believe thats why theres no advertising for the $4889 add-on. I also believe that if I never closely look at my bill, I wouldve been cheated out of the ultimate protection package. I refuse to take my vehicle in for the protection films and spray. I was not aware of this option and felt like I got cheated into it.
5 stars across the board. Erik Pederson made the car buying experience completely painless on our new 4Runner. He’s as patient and friendly as can be, and answered all of our questions. After my disappointing first visit to Schaumburg Toyota, my second visit with a different sales rep. was wonderful. Grant Carey listen carefully to what I wanted, and he was eager to help me with a very pleasant attitude. Grant knew I had a less than favorable first visit, and continually check with me to make sure he understood what I wanted and needed. Grant Carey continually went above and beyond to insure my visit and purchase was positive and successful.
I was very pleased with the service I received, both from EZ Ortega and The Mechanics who did the service. I had looked into the routine of what it will take to do the service and the figure I had was what I was quoted,,,, Great Job to all!!!!!!The fact is, in order to replace the Spark plugs… lifting engine up about 3 inches, which involves loosening the engine mounts… no way I would have done it… most people would quiver at the cost and time.. it takes.. Schaumburg Toyata gets my upmost respect and highly Value them and Certainly RECOMMEND them 100%
My experience with customer service at Shaumburg Toyota was horrendous. I am a first time buyer of a Toyota vehicle. Honda Accord was my vehicle of choice for many years. I always had excellent service with that car line.In December I went into Schaumburg Toyota to have a tire repaired and the regular schedule oil change. The service writer insisted on selling me four new tires when all I needed and wanted was to have my one tire repaired. I purchased my vehicle new (0 mileage). It was less than one year, brand new tires. Yet I was told I had to purchase new tires, he states the tire could not be repaired. I drove to Costco went into their tire repair center and they were able to repair my tire for $10. They checked my other three tires and they said they were perfectly fine. To date I have not had a problem with my tires. I am hesitant to go into Schaumburg Toyota to get any service done because I feel that they are not truthful with Vehicle diagnosis. Due to my frustrating Toyota lost a customer because my daughter who was going to purchase a brand Toyota decided to go with Honda and she’s very happy with her vehicle choice.
My latest experience with Service department was bad. Not only I got an impression that they didnt want to see me, but they also didnt perform a promised brake inspection to identify the root cause of a squealing noise. The response I got was you probably hear the squealing noise because of moisture and there is nothing we can do. So I guess the didnt even try to find the problem. Excellent. I always keep my car in garage and Ive never had this problem before. Why would moisture become a problem just this year?Im glad there are other Toyota dealerships in the area that provide much better service.
I contacted Schaumburg Toyota after an unsuccessful dealing with another seller in the area. I had a very good experience with their representative Mr Ali Savoji who explained the different options I had very clearly, and without any hard sell. It was due to his honest demeanor and straight talk that I was confident I would not be taken for a ride here while buying a used car. It was a smooth experience and I will likely visit them when I think of buying a new car in some years.
Great service and great vehicle! My salesman is Ali and he is fantastic! Hes not pushy or arrogant. Hes helpful, responsive, and took care of me finding the vehicle I wanted! The Toyota brand speaks for itself so I dont need to elaborate. I highly recommend Schaumburg Toyota and see Ali! :)
They have the fasting parts department Ive ever experienced... Also they dont b.s. on their used cars like other so called certified dealers. The thread depth on their tire go well beyond what a majority of other dealers do. I saw a 4Runner 2013 with 80,000 miles that had a thread depth of 14. They seem like they really know how to detail cars. Very clean.

We bought a used Prius last week, and our salesman was Darek Gniadek. Darek was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He went over and above to make sure we were taken care of. Our son is a manager at a car dealership, so we are aware of what some businesses try to pull with their customers. This makes us cautious about car dealerships and sales people, but the guys at Schaumburg Toyota seemed honest and transparent and didnt hit us with any extra charges. Robert Jacob, the finance manager, was also very nice, helpful, and competent. We would purchase from them again and would recommend them to any of our friends.
I Purchased my new Corolla with Ali and Robert. The experience was top notch. I was having issues finding a manual which is more of a challenge these days, and also hoping for a color other than white. Ali searched and found they had another manual in one of the best colors Toyota offers: Celestite Gray Metallic. The whole process was as good as it gets. No pressure, or hard sell... just kind, professional, & genuine service. IMHO the best Toyota dealership in this area.
Since Ive owned this vehicle, Ive dealt with an issue where when the steering wheel is at a neutral position, my vehicle drove left. Didnt matter what road I was on, my steering wheel had to be slightly right to go straight. This vehicle had always been serviced at Schaumburg.On Schaumburgs advice, I replaced my first set of tires early and had done numerous alignments to try to straighten it out.On 9/3, I brought it back for yet another alignment due to new tires. I was still unhappy with the continuing steering issue so I bought it back on 10/8. Schaumburg tested the car again and provided a printout of the alignment. During the discussion where I tried to logically discuss what else could cause the issue (steering wheel, etc), they basically told me they couldnt do anything for me anymore.After reaching out to Toyota Customer Services to discuss next steps, TCS provided a TSB number and told me to return to the Schaumburg. I decided instead to try another dealership. If two dealerships came to the same conclusion, then Id live with it.The second dealership took the car and did an alignment test and right away they flagged that the toe for both front wheels skewed to the left! (see provided image)A basic alignment was done and my car was finally driving straight.I tried to reach out to Schaumburg for an explanation but have yet to receive one.I guess they already have my money so it doesnt matter to them.
Made a purchase of a certified vehicle and was assured all inspected and passed. Part of deal was to get a full detail inside and out. Dropped of vehicle and received a call the following day to pick up for it was completed. Only to get there and point out many imperfections thus having to leave the vehicle for nearly a week later. When picked up and got home the carpets were pretty wet with the plastic wrap on it. If I didnt remove it God only knows if it would start to smell. I pulled the cabin filter and it was dirty with leaves intertwined. What a joke!!
Second stop on my journey to buy a truck. Saw a truck (used) and it wasn’t cleaned out or detailed. That doesn’t bother me. It was nice truck. Sales person was good. Just couldn’t agree on price and that’s fine. The sales manager came over. Kinda felt intimidated and I didn’t felt like my position was understood by him. Wish we could have agreed, but they have to make money too. Would go back to our sales person.
I called about a used vehicle that I was looking to buy. I was very clear about not wanting to drive down for a vehicle that had been smoked in. I was assured over the phone that I would be happy with the condition. They clearly masked the odor for our visit, and now every day that I own the vehicle it smells worse. Now Im stuck driving in stink every day and no idea how to actually remedy it. Glad you got your sale, screwing me over!
I hadnt expected to make my investment with a dealership, but a Carfax lead took me from Madison, WI to Schaumburg Toyota. Ben and Robert got us in and out in under four hours, and Ben personally took care of some final detailing before leaving. I appreciated the extra mechanical work done by the service center before the sale as well. Overall, a great experience for a first-time dealer buyer!
They forced me to change my oil in my lease after driving it for basically 1000 miles during the pandemic. Then when viewing another car, just terrible customer service. Gio had an attitude, didnt know anything about the car and got pretty passive aggressive. No negotiations and was very rude.Last time I take my business here which is so different from how they treat you at their sister Woodfield Lexus location which is where most of our cars are from. Take your business elsewhere.
I am very pleased with the attention, courtesy and communication we have received from our salesman, Darek Gniadek. We spent countless hours going from dealership to dealership trying to find something that would fit my family’s needs. Darek listened to us and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. He stayed in regular contact with us as our Sienna was being delivered. He has provided service after the sale and I have no doubt that I can contact him with any questions and he will treat us with the same courtesy as he did before the sale. I highly recommend both Darek and Schaumburg Toyota’s sales and finance staff. We’ve purchased two vehicles there and will gladly return.
I was in the market for a Toyota Rav4 and knew stock would be incredibly limited. Unfortunately, ended up working with Grant who could not have made both my girlfriend and I feel more like an inconveneince. Even went far enough to give us the keys to a used car to test drive (without scanning my drivers lisence) just to get us out of there quickly.
Grant was able to help us get to a really good price within my needs and made the whole process clear, laid out and enjoyable. While the store got busy Grant was able to help us out with whatever we needed at the time and made sure the process was as simple and quick as it could be without rushing us. As a first time car buyer I couldnt imagine it going any smoother.Overall im really happy with the service we received and quite possibly saved us from going to other dealerships based on a previous interaction.
I love Toyota Schaumburg! They helped me get my certified used 2017 Corolla even with my not so great credit. They were still able to get me the best deal ever. Mr. Ali S was beyond nice and patient with me, even though I had to come back the next day Mr. Ali did not make me feel pressured on getting the car, he made sure I was going to be very happy with the purchase. Unlike most dealerships they will keep bugging and pressuring you because they just want the sale, not Toyota Schaumburg though they care for you :) They are all very friendly and helpful, all of the staff including Mr. Robert the finance man, he was sweet and funny, he went over everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything from warranty to the APR. Everything went smoothly and fast plus they got me the best deal and I am super happy with my purchase. They tried really hard to get me the monthly that I want and even lower so thank you Toyota, Mr. Ali and Mr. Robert!!! Highly recommend this dealership and ask for Ali S. He knows his Toyota.

What a turnaround! A few years ago I had a not so great experience with a sales person so I wasn’t thrilled when I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall. The service department was top notch! I love that you can pull right in and not have to get out in the cold. Steve was awesome and knowledgeable. Even the gentleman who did the paperwork for my rental was superb (sorry I didn’t catch your name!). While I hope there are no more recalls for my vehicle I’m happy knowing I can expect great service if there are. Thanks guys!
Went in to look at a truck. Sales person was weird, rude, and unprofessional. As we sat down to talk about the vehicle, he asked my education level to make conversation. I told him I had a degree in finance, he told me my degree was worthless? Lol ok.. then he proceeded to tell me that 8.9% was a good rate and doing me a favor? Lol what a joke. The sales manager then acted like a 6.9% rate was the best deal anyone could get. Well my own bank (chase) gave me 3.4. The entire time they acted like everyones IQ is much lower than theirs. They took the 2% down but simply added the difference back to the principal. If you are planning on buying a vehicle here make sure they do not try and do that to you, lay attention the original price. They just were so condescending and rude. I went somewhere else and got a better deal on a better vehicle. This place was honestly a joke and they can go f*#@ themselves.

Although my service took a bit longer than estimated, I understand that there were many customers getting their cars worked on as well. This is was the last Toyota that I bought…I had a 2018 sienna which had a lot of mechanical issues and trade it for a new XLE HYBRID,I thought a new car might be less problems,this one has no mechanical issues but noise isolation is awful,for a long distance even don’t try it because you will regret and second: recently after couple rainy days inside lights are leaking…I’m not saying this is bad dealer but they are responsible for what they sell
I fixed an appointment to test drive a RAV4 and when I got to the dealership, the front desk was yelling at someone on the phone but was kind enough to seat me and get a sales rep to talk to me. The sales rep was impatient , rude and told me they don’t have any RAV4s on the lot that I could drive . I insisted that I’d driven 40mins to get there and had to drive one to make a decision. He finally obliged and said he needed to check if there was a deposit down on the the car they had on the lot and if not I could drive it . Which dealership doesn’t have one of their most popular car available to test drive?!?He told me something about building the car online and getting my credit approved before test driving it. He then found me a car to test drive after which he had no time to answer any of my questions and kept ushering me to the door. The worst experience at a dealership sever.

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from David Warda at Schaumburg Toyota. David and the entire staff was great to work with, and made the process extremely simple. From walking in the door, to test drive, to agreeing on numbers took roughly 30 minutes. Honored their aggressive online price, gave a fair trade value (sight unseen btw), and matched my credit union on the financing terms. The vehicle even had a slight vibration in the steering wheel on the test drive and they got the wheels rebalanced before I left to make the vehicle perfect and spared me another trip back. Extremely disappointed in Schaumburg Toyota and their lack of accountability regarding a service issue THEY CAUSED to my vehicle. My family and I have been bringing our cars into this location for about 12 years. I brought my car in for a simple oil change where they let me know it’ll be done in about 45 minutes. I waited over an hour for them to then tell me that they did NOT provide an oil change because they were unable to open my hood due to the hood lever being “broken”. They then proceed to tell me it’ll cost over $400 to fix.I do not get my car serviced anywhere besides Toyota dealerships, nor do I open my hood myself. It’s very clear that the mechanics had broken the lever trying to open it.After being frustrated with the fact that I wasted 2 hours of my time for them to tell me they can’t do anything, I returned the following day to speak to Manager, Rafael Sanchez.Rafael refused to take any sort accountability for the latch breaking while my car was in Toyota’s possession. He not only told me, verbatim, “I do not care”, but he also accused me of trying to get a free service. I understand things happen and I have absolutely no issue paying for services that I know I caused OR was not the fault of anybody, but that’s not the case here. Since Toyota is known for its higher class service than most auto service shops, I thought that they would not be that type of place that sees a 26 year old walk in and try to rip them off. I was wrong.Rafael walked away after handing me a business card and telling me to call the service director, Mike Krueger, after the weekend. My family and I (3 cars) will not be returning to Schaumburg Toyota and I will be sure to discourage others as well.
I will never order parts from here again. Both times I called the parts center I was met with rude people who didnt seem inclined or bothered to help at all. Still havent received the part that I ordered even though (according to the employee I talked to) it was already sent out last week. Also when I called to see if they had the part in stock, they told me it would be over $160. The price on their website is $109.99. Save yourself the time, money, and trouble and go somewhere else. This really sucks because now Ill have to order my OEM parts from somewhere else. 0 stars, extremely unhelpful place. I bet if I showed up saying I wanted to buy a car Id be met with smiles and good service.
I worked with a salesmen named Ben Staar and he tried to rip me off. He told hed give me a good deal and a discount off the price. The guy disappears for 10-15 min. comes back with a contract with no discount on the sticker price and he expected me to buy the car at cost. He was a waste of my time. If you end up going to Schaumburg Toyota, demand a different sales rep. One thats not so conceded and one who follows through with what he says.

Steve Huberty was the sales associate helping us and the best Ive ever dealt with in my life- and Ive bought many vehicles. Tim and Al were super to work with as well. All around great experience!! I had to drive from Chicago to Schaumburg. 25 minutes in the highway with no traffic. Each way. Upon arrival, I was told they had only 2 vehicles, all the vehicles I was interested in and advertised on their website are not physically in their lot. Nice looking place though.
The whole process of completing the purchase went down in a very professional way. This days its sometimes almost impossible to buy a brand new hybrid car, especially VENZA. Car manufacturers all over the world suffer from a severe supply shortage of electronic chips, halting productions. I believe I was lucky trying to buy my VENZA at Schaumburg Toyota. Thanks to the actions of sales specialist, Mr. Jim Baranowski I drive a brand new VENZA. The best car I ever had. Thank you Schaumburg Toyota.
I am used to magnificent service delivered by Toyotas servicemen. I greatly appreciate professionalism and kindness of Service Manager Mr Steve Krueger who this time provided me with neccessary help and advise .Thanks to people like him I trust even more Toyotas staff and Ill definitly come back and will share my opinion among other happy owners of Toyota vehicules. They doing their job with perfection which I can only admire .

We visited Schaumburg Toyota yesterday 4/27/21 in the evening. We are in market for 2 cars. We walked around the showroom for 20 plus minutes and none of the salesman who were chatting approached us.. Mind you We do not belong to Caucasian race and were dressed in summer clothes.. We finally approached a sales lady who was eating chips and was least interested in helping. She did show us the cars that might be available but again the word least interest. I will not visit this place again I will buy my cars from other place even I have to pay higher price..
Not a fan of this dealership. Their service department used up an oil change off my service plan when I just had an oil change done 5 months ago.They also like to play games when they are selling you the car. I spoke to someone in their internet sales department and told them the price I was willing to buy the car for. They guy said thats great come on down and lets complete the sale. When I go there the price is higher. I ended up going to Naperville Toyota to purchase my new xle Highlander. It was even a higher MSRP than the one I was about to buy at scumberg.
That was my first time going to toyota.I had to pick up a part for somebody else,so when I got inside I saw a big sign Customer service.I told the lady that I am picking up a part and the lady talked back in very rude way.She said we dont deal with parts.You have to ring the bell and someone will come😳🥴😵 How I supposed find and know where is that bell?She pointed on of the walls it took me some time to see where is that tiny ring bell sirioisly?YeahThat is why I am driving BMW their customer service is great at least you know why you pay that much 💰😁🚘
Arrived early for my appointed time but processed thru quickly. Staff is very efficient and quite friendly. Answered all my questions, even the stupid ones and serviced my vehicle properly and with care. Was in and out so quickly that I almost didnt have time to finish my complimentary cup of coffee! Thats why Ive bought several vehicles from the dealership. A well run organization!

He is the absolute best salesman and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with this process; it’s not a joy to go to a dealership, but it was FIRE at Schaumburg Toyota! Darek was both extremely efficient, as well as thorough today! I’m somewhat credit challenged, and he put a deal together that was basically just a benefit for me! I am always greeted with respect and courtesy upon entering the service center. It is always very clean! I just had my oil changed and my air system checked, but they always give me the best coupon price and I feel secure that the work is done right! When getting back into my car, they had washed the exterior and sanitizedthe interior(obviously needed for Covid).
Great selection! Friendly sales people. Sales floor is large with great lighting. A week later I returned to lease my new vehicle Ben was outstanding and understanding of our needs. Finance was quick, however office smelled like an ashtray, not professional, porters did a horrible job cleaning the exterior of the care.
My most recent experience was a complete disaster on all levels. After the car was returned to my possession, my wife adjusted the seat and a very loud noise sounded that was not present before. I addressed the issue to the technician who looked at it and said it can not be fixed without replacing the motor in the seat. I then asked if I could talk to the service director. I spoke one on one with the service director. He acknowledged that the problem happened while in the possession of the dealership. One would assume that in this situation the dealership would take responsibility for the repair, right? Nope. He said he would not pay for the repair and I would be looking at $1000 plus in repairs. Seriously? I then emailed the customer relations manager. No response. So, I called Toyota corporate. They had the same customer relations manager who ignored my email call me. Right from the bat, she gave me a hard no and was very defensive and accusatory. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from this visit. I will not be returning here.
I brought my toyota here and dropped it off for a routine oil change maintenance schedule. Driving off the the lot at night time multiple drivers flashed me as if I had my high beams on which I did not have the high beams on. When I called the dealer and spoke with them they denied adjusting the headlights at all. So they mean to tell me after driving it for 10k miles (before bringing it into the shop) with nobody flashing me at night then after i went there for an oil change that very same night other drivers are all of a sudden flashing (using high beams) on me because the headlights magically somehow got adjusted to a higher level and blinding other oncoming traffic drivers? But they denying they ever touched the headlights. So i dont buy it at all. I took time out of my schedule and took a trip to go back out to the dealer and had them readjust the headlights. Trust is a major issue here and they need to be honest even though this is a minor issue i dont feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here when things start to magically happen with no explanation after visiting the maintenance bay. Again you really have to ask yourself why would i make all this stuff up, its a waste of my time to do that and there is nothing for me to gain with this.Answer to the Owner-------- I did contact you and left a voicemail message. That was nearly 1 month ago with no response from you or anyone else regarding this matter.
Darek Gniadek, the Toyota Sales Professional, was excellent. I just purchased a new 2021 Toyota Camry, great car, and no hassles! He was professional and listened to what I was looking for in a car. Often a sales professional will get pushy with options or adds on that you didnt ask for or want. Not so with Derek, I told him specifically the car I was looking for and that I did not need any extended warranties or upgrades or financing. I drive very low mileage now, so these dont make economic sense. I would recommend Darek to anyone looking for a hassle free car purchase experience at Schaumburg Toyota.Bob
Nightmare buying experience. Misled throughout and straight faced lied to.We agreed on a price before hand. It was a decent price but still 4 digits above invoice giving them plenty of profit.I scheduled a test drive and all was well. I tell the sales person Im paying cash and he says ok but asks for my social to run a credit check. I asked if this was necessary when paying cash and he said he conferred with his manager and then told me it was required and they always run credit checks when accepting cash. He said it was a soft check. I made it clear that I did not want financing and would be paying cash. I explicitly told the sales person that if I found out later that a credit check was not required, I would leave a bad review. But, thats not the worst of it.20 minutes later I receive an email from my credit reporting agency telling me a hard credit check was made.I sit down to finally sign the deal. We get through a few disclosures and then I get presented with a 60 month financing contract for $1500 over the agreed-on price. I remind them I am paying cash and will not sign a financing contract. Im told that its not a financing contract. It is clearly a financing contract. We go back and forth with me just trying to get them to admit that its a financing contract. They would not admit this. They said that I should just sign this contract for more than we agreed on and then once I pay in cash theyll tear up the contract. Please, dont ever agree to do this. Contracts are legally binding and promises arent.In summary, the sales person, manager, and finance person all misled and ultimately tried to scam me. They wasted my time and theirs, hurt my credit, lost a sale, tarnished the Toyota brand, and ultimately earned themselves this bad review.Run, dont walk, from Schaumburg Toyota.
Felt like Toyota Schaumburg was not transparent about all cost. Was told one price then later figured out I paid more that was negotiated. Things that were supposed to be included were not. Got sucked into environmental package and was told that it included a black undercoating. Never got done. Cant get the service department to call me back.
Fair services. I got a regular oil change and alignment services because back passenger tire psi was less than 4-5 psi from others. After the alignment is done, 4 tires show completely different psi now. Also, I was a different dealers customer before, they always wash exterior after services. Schaumburg Toyota didnt wash my car exterior. I may tell them to wash the exterior.
My wife and I went last week and there was no salesman interested. When we reached out to one, she seemed disinterested which was surprising. Due to chip shortage, they had NO Siennas nor RAV4s. Anyways bad for them since we bought 2 new vehicles from Gerald Toyota in Matteson the same week!
I am the type of person who normally doesnt trust car sales people but I must say this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Vishal Patel was my sales person, he was quick, orderly and returned my requests immediately. He made me feel welcome after driving 3 hours to the dealership he was ready for me. My finance person was Luis Santibanez and he too was exceptional. The truck was as detailed as I have ever seen, it made me feel I made the best decision after spending around 6 month shopping for the perfect Tacoma. Five stars all the way.
I made an appointment with a Toyota dealership in a different area, but they were busy. I wanted a quick oil change. I contacted Schaumburg Toyota to make an appointment. I arrived an hour early and the person who helped me went above and beyond! He instantly helped me when I brought my car in. He let me know that there is a possibility that I might get a recall notice and the process that could happen to get the part fixed. He answered all my questions. He also told me that the service will take about 45 minutes. The oil change, plus tire rotation, tire pressure check, in addition to other maintenance checks was done instantly. They even washed my car without me telling them first, which was amazing! All of this only took 20 minutes! Thank you EZ Ortega and the Schaumburg Toyota service team!

My car was given for service and they made scratches on my car seat. They are accusing me that it was caused by my Jeans button. They never investigated the tech . the customer relations manager was very childish and should not be even in that position. the only investigation she did was talk to the service rep and decide whether it could have happened . In fact she doesnt want to take responsibility but mentioned to work some discount with me. I wonder what that means.The service manager has never called me regarding this matter or even the fact that when they gave my car back the steering was shaking if i go at 60 miles. they just switched the tires and said it is still there and take it to the Tires guys there must be something wrong with the Tires and its under warranty and they will give new tires. Such ignorant service guy .I took it to Sams and they said they will balance the tires and Viola! its perfect.These guys owe me an apology for the seat scratch . My assumption is when doing the front spring which may have sharp end, it was kept on the seat and if the car was switched on, it might have vibrated and kept moving around on the seat and caused the scratch. Look at the serrations on the scratch! I have warned you! Never go to these guys.
What an amazing experience! I was dreading looking for a car after the unexpected happened with mine, but in all my years of buying cars (have had 6) this was probably the best experience. Jerry McDuffie was friendly, charismatic and made me feel absolutely comfortable. He answered all my questions and was attentive throughout the whole process. Max, the finance guy had me laughing. I want to express my appreciation to Tim Kronon & Derek Gniadek for their professionalism in helping us aquire our new Toyota Corolla. They understood our needs and didnt try any tactics to get us to spend more than what we had agreed on. Derek made sure we were happy and comfortable with the whole process of buying our car. He made the sale go smoothly and will definitely have us coming back in the future.
I spoke with Tim Kronon over the phone to set up the deal and met with Ben Staar to complete the sale at Schaumburg Toyota. Tim did a fantastic job working to get the price I needed and included every feature I asked for. He was pleasant to speak with and ensured me that if there were any problems when I came in to sign, he would be of assistance. Ben did a great job working with the rest of the sales team to ensure that I was going to sign for exactly what I was promised. There were a few unforeseen challenges and Ben worked hard to overcome them. They made it easy for me and were kind in the process. I didnt feel pressured or frustrated like I have at other dealerships.
Buyer BewareI purchased an extended warranty with my vehicle which covers almost all interior damage, and some exterior damage. Now that I have an issue that is covered under the warranty, Toyota Schaumburg is not honoring their agreement. I will be reaching out to the Attorney General of IL.
Not a long wait at all had my keyless transmitter part available, it was programmed and very convenient waiting center with free coffee and water, air conditioning very comfortable very straightforward a little pricey on the labor rate but thats to be expected for quality service
We live 30 minutes away but travel to Schaumburg Toyota because their service is the best. The staff and management are completely trustworthy. These guys will take care of you and your car. The waiting room is also comfortable and large so you feel socially distant.
Dealership failing to meet their own expectations for selling parts and products to Toyota truck customers. Said they were shipping my items in thus email. USPS still hasnt received them over 4 days later. There us no way the delivery will be here before my vacation next week. Now I will have to buy the parts a second time locally so my vacation isnt ruined. Maybe I shouldnt buy Toyota next time 🤔
Best buying car experience ever! Ben was awesome very helpful and friendly answered all our questions and if we had a concern he was very honest and upfront something that you simply do not find in a dealerships! Everyone there was so helpful and truly made our experience worth it from sales to Finance with Robert ! John was also amazing and so helpful when it came to closing the sale! We recommend Toyota Schaumburg ! We went in looking for a specific car and came out with the car we wanted super happy ! Thank you to this amazing team in Schaumburg Toyota !

2022-03-26I am very excited to write this review. My new 2022 Toyota Corolla cross has arrived! Janeta was so insanely helpful (and very tolerant.) I’m an insanely picky person with no want to wait for things, prob due to being a city dweller.Janeta was very kind and professional throughout the entire process. I’ve never bought a new car and honestly didn’t think it was ever going to be possible. I am so thrilled to have had a sales associate that was both helpful and knowledgeable. She was even willing for me to contact her with questions about the car in the future (what amazing service!). I’m slowly figuring out all the buttons but we will get there.Mike whom was in charge of my financing was also very helpful (even though I did finance via a credit union) it was nice to have a smooth process with a respectful financial person. He was so insanely helpful making sure my credit union representative had the correct information before going on vacation so that she was able to overnight the check to them.Thank you so much for the help and answering my million and one questions and odd request.

2022-03-08My worst buying experience!!!! They sold me a car with a cracked wheel, the wheel was cracked from the back so I couldn’t tell but I noticed right away the tire was leaking air. Even though I got the wheel and tire coverage they didn’t paid for the full amount and it was definitely something they should’ve done. I’ll never buy from here again and my sales person (Gio) said I must had cracked the wheel and there was no way to prove he sold me the car like that, unbelievable!!!!

2022-06-15We always bring our Toyotas to the dealer for service for peace of mind. We brought our 2006 4-Runner into Schaumburg Toyota on March 15 for an oil change and regular inspection since we were leaving for vacation in May and would pull a travel trailer to the mountains of Vermont. On the way out our muffler started making noise and had it checked on Monday. We went to a mechanic in small Middlebury VT and were told that the muffler was an easy fix, but that the real issue was the large hole around the driveshaft and the 5 of the 6 missing bolts that connected the front wheels (and the 6th was rusting). We were told that our 4-Runner was “dangerous”, that we couldn’t drive it because we were “one pothole away from a catastrophic accident”. You can imagine our shock and disbelief, so we had another mechanic and then another look and confirm what we were told. We asked if they could do something so that we could get home and were told “that was impossible. It should not be driven under any circumstances.”We were in Vermont on vacation, pulling a travel trailer, and our car must be totaled.How did this happen? Our car had just been to the dealer and received a green light inspection and nothing was said about our car being dangerous. We just drove 900 miles. Being 2 woman 67 and 70 we have always brought our cars to the dealer for more peace of mind. How would we get rentals since it was Memorial Day weekend, “the busiest rental weekend of the year”? We ultimately spent 3 days finding the vehicles necessary to get us and the travel trailer home.So much for vacation.We had to rent a U-Haul box car (in New York 2 hours away) to get the travel trailer back, and then a Budget van (2 hours the other way) to get us and our stuff home. We paid nearly $1700 to get home and came home to a one car household.Had we known that our car was “dangerous” we would never have taken it on vacation. We also would have been able to make a plan to dispose of our car at home, at our leisure, and not in a hectic, back to the wall, situation.This experience was horrible, and totally preventable. The only positive thing in this whole series of events is that I am alive to write this.i have NO faith in this service department nor this dealership. If you go here ask, Can I trust what youre telling me?

2022-02-02I had a pleasant experience working with this dealership. I personally dealt with Cameron and he was fantastic and professional to work with. He was upfront and did not mislead or push me into making a decision in anyway. I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. What more could I ask for? I also dealt with the finance manager Tom whom was very kind and easy to work with during this process. The entire process from A to B was awesome. Tim kept in touch during the whole process since we had to order the car and wait for it to come in. I highly recommend him and the dealership for anyone’s next purchase. Was by far the easiest buying experience I have been in many years…The finance guy was great too, very polite it took about a hour to fill paperwork out and be in our way home with a new truck. 2022-06-06So I went for a quick oil change on my Rav4, and it was a quick they didnt have time to put back the access cover when I realized I called them but in the morning there technician who was doing the work wasnt there I left the message but no response. Now Im picking all the dirt from the road. Thanks to the Toyota dealership.

2022-05-12Visited Toyota about 2 months ago about a new 2022 Toyota Sienna and talked to Tim and he was very helpful and upfront about the time schedule of when new models come to their dealership. We put a deposit for a model and trim we wanted so whatever van comes along that fit our likes he would let us know. We finally got one about a month later and he updates us about the status every week until it finally arrived yesterday and we closed the deal today. So happy with our purchase and special thanks to Tim for always keeping in touch with us. Thank you so much for everything.
