I have shopped here for years and never had a complaint. Always friendly and helpful staff. I will buy online from now on. Their products are still awesome, but the employees are so rude lately. Id rather pay shipping than go in there again. Dont like having an employee roll their eyes at me and sigh every time I ask a question. Sorry to interrupt your day, but you DO WORK here. Three times in the past couple of months, a different person each time. Each one had a bad attitude.

I have been shopping at this location for several years on a monthly basis. Always loved their prices, products & how helpful the staff was. That is not the case anymore. The last few times ive been in to shop I encountered not just one but two very rude and disrespectful employees. I actually left without making a purchase due to how uncomfortable they made me feel. The eye rolling and the discussing/making comments about your customer with the other employee is just RUDE & disrespectful. I WONT be back in this Sallys. I would rather find another supply store or drive to Champaign than go there again. SAD

Always helpful and knowledgeable, reasonable prices and a great variety to choose from. I always buy L’Oréal Hicolor Red hair dye from here and I love that I can run in, grab what I need and be out in minutes. I also like that everything is professional quality and easy to use even when you’re not a professional. My hair turns out great everytime I shop here.

So I usually have a good experience at Sallys in forsyth Il , the general Manger is just so helpful, and can always answer my questions, but the girl Today, was just absolutely the most sweetest girl Ive ever met , very knowledgeable about hair and just overall a very good employee and I thought someone should recognize that

They are always so friendly. They answer your questions. If you need help finding any thing they dont hesitate they do it with a smile. My daughter and I enjoy going in there..thank you my little man awesomely do a awesome job.

Staff is always nice and greet you upon arrival. They have awesome clearance deals that are very affordable. Definitely will shop here again and again.
