I was racially profiled! Weirdo with the blue & green bangs made comments as if I could not apply dye to my natural hair & refused to help me! I will NEVER spend my money here ! Very rude staff terrible customer service

I went there looking for a good product to use on my hair when blow drying it. Mind you I am still learning how to take care of my natural hair so I was very grateful of the fact that Sadie was very informative and patience. She answered all of my questions and I left the store feeling confident about the products I purchased.

I always come to Sallys for anything hair or nail related. They gave a great selection, high quality products, and knowledgeable staff that can help you if you have questions.They also have great sales, so if youre needing something specific you can usually wait and get a good deal on it, or you can walk in and shop the current sales.

I love, love, love Sallys. They arent like your typical beauty supply stores, like they have in the hood. When you go into a beauty supply store, you expect to see beauty supplies, not clothes and shoes. We use to have two, but we lost one. Im so glad they kept the one. I would go crazy if this one closed!!!

Went here for the first time today to fix my at home diy coloring mistake. Only $60 to get what I needed and MORE! The girl that helped me was awesome, I pointed to my hair and said I need help with THIS, she new right away what I needed. I also got some great restoring shampoo and conditioner for a great deal.

I will never shop there again! It was my first time in there I wanted to get extensions, but was hesitant, the woman were encouraging, so I got them. I spent about $300 and when I came in about 2 days later to take them back because I came I my senses the woman told me I couldnt return them. I think it was incredibly awful for them to encourage me to get them, and not tell me that it was a final sale.

Sallys always has a large variety of things so I always find just what I need. But take your own bag, they have become friends to the environment and are now charging 15 cents for a paper bag.

I was looking for some oil for my hair. The lady at the register was busy, so I waited patiently until she had a free minute, thinking she was the only person working.After about 8 minutes, she finally had a second and said she would be right with me. She then had to deal with another customer again. I finally hear a woman in the next isle over tell another lady that she was going to go help the other worker out. She had been standing in the isle talking to someone for the past 8 minutes and didnt bother to help her coworker out. She walked by me and asked if I needed help. She claims she was helping a customer, but they were just chatting for a very long time.Terrible customer service. I feel like the one person that was working would have been in a much better mood and more friendly if she had help from her crappy coworker.

Excellent experience here. I dont know anything about hair care and had many questions which were answered well by the staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
