I cant speak for other peoples experiences. But for mine, oh wow they came through! I ordered the cheapest service but needed my passport within a months time. See, its my first time out of the country so I was anxious about time. I sent my docs in 11/26/19, got my passport back a week a later! Plus they helped along the way! A great service, but there are alternatives.
Nothing about our experience was good. We went to the Fed Ex office where the site kept crashing. Then Rush My Passport lost one of our applications. I do NOT recommend this service at all. It is very pricey without good results.
This company was amazing to work with. Every service representative I spoke with was polite, efficient, and accommodating! We received my sons passport two days ahead of its anticipated date. They help throughout the entire process I came through for us!
Wonderful company to work with!! I nearly had a meltdown when I realized my passport had expired and I was to go on a trip within 2 weeks. Called and James Rosier at RushMyPassport assured me that everything would be fine... AND IT WAS!! Received my passport within a week. I can truly say that was one of the happiest days of my life! Would certainly recommend working with this company.
A1 service. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a new/replacement passport on a time crunch. I lost my passport and am going out of country within the next few weeks. RushMyPassport provided me with clear instructions on how to file for a replacement. Within about a week, my new passport was delivered! Great job.
I give them 4 stars because I ended up getting my passport before the time promised. Most of the people who work there seemed irritated by questions, however they do answer them. I had a unique set of issues with my passport and was a bit frustrated that the people working there kept giving me different answers on how to proceed. I finally got 3 people in a row to say the same way to proceed, so I crossed my fingers hoping they were correct. I ended up calling the local passport agency to verify. I was having a difficult time compiling the necessary documents ( I was missing my marriage license). No one had even mentioned I could pay $150 for a document search. The passport agency told me this and I had to ask Rush My Passport about it. I am not sure why when I was a bit panicky about not having all my documents, why they didnt mention it to me. I feel like for the price, the overall customer service could be better and they could have better helped me navigate a few things. Again, they came through a delivered, so for that they do get my 4 stars.Also a side note, make sure you do your homework before choosing a service like this. The people at the post office told me, they could have expedited it for me within the same time frame. I could have saved myself hundreds of dollars. Again, that is my own fault for not doing my homework.
I found out at the last minute that my passport was not good for another six months after travel as is required by law. I was desperate - didnt want to travel to Chicago (which would have been necessary) especially in winter weather so I decided do try rush my passport. They were very helpful to me in filling out the forms the correct way and I received my passport six day after sending in all the information. It would have been sooner but unfortunately there was a federal holiday and bad weather right after I ordered it. Although it is expensive to get a passport at the last minute, I highly recommend using this website. You wont be disappointed.
I Paid for the 8-16 business day service and got my passport within 5 business days! Overall very satisfied and I got more then I paid for!!! I would highly recommend. The post office worker said he could do it for less but the fact that I received it almost a week faster than I ordered it for was worth the extra money. The agent I had did not mind at all to take the time to ease my mind either. Very good experience!
Tim, you have to be an idiot to not get your passport.I got mine today and I them everything they asked for 4 business days ago.Now, was it a pain in the a** to get everything correct and redo the application (before I sent it in) yes, but I got my passport in 4 days, I can leave now on 15 of this month.Do they have a little bit of an attitude problem yes but again I got my passport in 4 business days.I enjoyed the process you do have to stay on top of them as I called them twice a day until I got my passport.Thank you guys you did a wonderful job!!
If you are less than 2 weeks from your departure date and live anywhere near a passport agency-DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I lost my passport, and was unaware of the passport agency. I went through Rush My Passport. They referred me to another website to fill out the DS-11 and DS-64. I did that, and in that website, it told me to schedule an appointment with the passport agency. I thought that it was still directions from Rush My Passport, since they told me to go there. I went to my appointment at the agency and had to pay $205 and I can pick up my passport as early as tomorrow. I told them about Rush My Passport and they told me I didnt need to go through that.I called Rush My Passport as soon as I got home and they said that they cant reimburse me because its been more than 24 hours.I thought I was following the steps told to me by Rush My Passport. I am out an extra $330 because of this. I am livid.
Paid $109 for expedited service (2-3 weeks) still available during COVID-19 on April 17. Was given attitude over the phone when calling for updates. Sent in a request for refund after 6 weeks and received no response. Received my passport yesterday August 6 after almost 4 months. This is theft, do not trust this company!!!!
I cannot say enough about this wonderful this service. My account manager Joe Ockime answered all of my questions and guided me through the process quickly. Turnaround time was barely a week and I ordered the standard 8-16 business day option. A lot was riding on my getting this passport quickly to accommodate travel plans for an important client, so the value of getting my documents so quickly cannot be overstated.
We have been waiting nearly 40 days and are still waiting to receive a refund promised for the services that were not rendered. They advised us that since we fell outside of a certain time before we asked for a refund, we could not get a full refund from them. We were promised a refund within 20-25 days from when the request was accepted. The request was accepted by email on 08/13/2019. As of today, 10/14/2019, no refund has been given to us. We have asked twice for them to escalate the issue. They say they do yet we have never heard from management. I do not recommend this company if you have any reason you think you may need a refund.Furthermore, this is not a convenient service as you are still required to do work and pay a high price for them to... push paper? Not return your money?
Weeks before my trip I realized I had lost my passport, worse than that it was expired as well. The idea of sending all of my personal information off to some unknown place was terrifying. I decided to use RushMyPassport based on some really quick research. James Rosier was my agent for the process. He very carefully walked me through the process, explaining everything in great detail, even giving me the locations of where and how to best get my documents collected, sealed, etc. He kept in touch with me every step of the way. Finally I was able to get all the information together and ship it off. Again, every step of the process triggered a contact. I knew exactly when the got my information, exactly when the reviewed it, exactly when they submitted it, exactly when it was issued and exactly when it was returned to me. Just the peace of mind of having the passport in my hands with time before my trip has been worth every penny of their fee. My manager Amie Figueroa was excellent, as was everyone I dealt with. I was overwhelmed with other work and renewing my passport was about the last thing I wanted to do. But I have two trips coming up and had to do it. RushMyPassport was extraordinarily helpful, reassuring, and efficient. I used them because of good Google reviews, so I am adding my own.
Very professional service. Helped make sure all of my documentation was completely perfectly. Contacted them on a Tuesday and had my new passport in hand on Thursday. Kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend.
Do NOT use Rush my passport. ESPECIALLY if Topaz Topasna is your agent. I followed his instructions verbatim, but unfortunately his instructions were incomplete. This resulted in incurred losses of over $600 on travel arrangements made under the assumption that Rush my passport was trustworthy and reliable. Hopefully you learn from my mistake. A complete rip off a service. You still have to do all the legwork of going to the post office. Also they will ask you to perjure yourself if your trip is too far out.Save your money and use the regular expedited service offered by the State Dept.

2022-06-22In response to Rush My Passports comment below: youre only proving my point to go directly to the Post Office. Standard expedited timelines are 5-7 weeks and are only $60. You provide the same timeline at a significant markup for limited to no added value. Also, you state the 5-7 week timeline starts at the point the passport agency receives the paperwork, meaning youre adding additional time given you receive and review the documents prior to sending them out...I would highly recommend avoiding this company and others like it. You are better off applying for an expedited passport directly at the post office and save yourself the absurd fees predatory companies like this charge. This is a middleman that simply reviews your application is complete and accurate (this happens at the post office for free). Rather than now expediting your passport, youve added an extra week or so to the processing time. Your application is mailed to this company, they take a few days to review, and then will send it directly to the government passport agency. Just skip this step, save yourselves time and money, and apply directly at the post office.

2022-09-15Used their service to expedite my passport...once they had my $1000...you get no customer service. They lost my passport and it cost me half my trip to Scotland. I only got there because I got lucky and found an appointment that got my passport the same day. They cost me thousands of dollars in lost fees I had already paid for and of course their $900 plus fee....no refund is the only answer from them...dont use this service unless you have money to burn!

2022-08-12I sent my stuff in, came back as not enough money. So now I can’t get a hold of anyone to have the problem fixed. They still have my stuff. Terrible service and getting ready to report them to BBB.

2022-07-05This service is a sham. You will lose time and possibly money (refund pending) and have to start over with someone else. You have to go through acceptance agents (like post office), but acceptance agents wont work with this service without authorization letter from service -- which the service does not and cannot (even upon request) provide. They just say, want to try again with another acceptance agent and see if you get lucky?

2020-11-17They will take your money, promise you expedited passport processing, then you will never get your passport. On 9/16/20 I placed my order for my expedited passport (4-6 weeks). Now two months later, I have still yet to receive my passport or any information regarding it. I paid all the extra fees to this fraudulent site to receive my passport on time, yet still have no answer as to where my passport is. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. After reaching out to their customer service, I was left with no answers. They did not offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience nor did they offer any solution for all the headaches they have now caused. Terrible customer service, very disappointed.

2020-11-13ABSOLUTE FRAUD, they will take your money and tell you to be diligent in getting all of your information and paperwork sent out, so that you can get 6-8 week turn around and then screw you with the claim that you selected the 10-12 week processing time. I spent several hundreds of dollars to get my wife and my passport in time for our honeymoon. Only to call the state and have them tell me that RUSH MY PASSPORT . COM is a fraudulent site and cannot do anything to actually expedite your passport renewal process, they are merely a courier service. I will be looking to connect with many of the other recent negative reviews directed at RMP.comRUSHMYPASSPORT.COM is an absolute fraud

2019-02-12Thought it was too good to be true, but they absolutely delivered on their promise. I contacted them on a Friday about expediting a passport renewal for an international trip in one week. I had my new passport by Tuesday. Highly recommend.

2017-03-31I never write reviews but I realized my passport was expired 9 days before leaving for spring break with the family in Mexico. I found RusyMyPassport online. At first it seemed daunting how much it asked me to do but they are very good at breaking it down to easy tasks. I got my passport back in 5 business days and am thrilled! Plus their online and phone support was phenomenal. This is a totally legit business that deserves as much praise as I can heap.
