No wait at all this morning. Very friendly reception and good staff.
The first time I visited I was extremely happy with everything, the staff, wait time, and care. The second time I went, the recreceptionist was somewhat rude and lazy. I had asked for a tetnus shot. She said that she wasnt sure if this facility gives them. Oh OK, I asked her if she can find out for me, well I guess that was the wrong thing to ask.
My family and I have doctors in a regular Rush Copley Medical location but when we need help that day we ALWAYS go to this location. Amanda Perrot is beyond amazing. She has treated myslef, my husband and one of our daughters. She always make sure we understand what is happening and helps us with all out questions.
This place is awesome. I’m seen within ten mins and everyone is really nice and informative. They definitely get the job done

After speaking to my primary doctor and them suggesting I not wait for my appointment which was a week out, they suggested one of their local convenient cares, which I chose this one due to it being closes to me! When I looked online for their wait time, around 6:30 pm on Wednesday it said about a 45 minutes. Figured that wasnt too bad for a convenient care and when I got there, there was actually no wait!! Just checked in at front desk, filled out a quick sheet, sat down for no more then a couple minutes when Dr. Amanda Perrot came and got me. The appointment was quick and easy. She diagnosed me within minutes and made sure to answer any questions I had. I definitely would recommend this place and Dr. Amanda Perrot as well. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, if I ever need to come back I definitely hope to see her again. Thanks! :-)
I highly don’t recommend this place I was just there early this morning around 8:30/9 am and I have a lil cough and cold going and the short blond lady said I need to go to the emergency room to be watch over and that she didn’t feel comfortable to treat me or to even help with my cough and cold was charged a co pay for nothing being done all they care about is there money I came to Edward and got my help that was need with stuff to clear my cough and throat .....thanks Edward
Amanda Perrot was absolutely wonderful. She was sympathetic toward my financial concerns and made a painful procedure so much more tolerable. All of the staff I spoke with were kind and helpful.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.
So grateful my daughter was able to get seen on the weekend and get her antibiotic.

Amazing care givers. I love Ms. Perrot and the way she explains why things are treated certain way. My daughter has literally grown up going to her for immediate care. We consider her our family doc even though we have a primary physician just because it is easier to meet with her than my own doc

I want to give a huge Thankyou to Amanda Perrot APN, for taking care of me today at the convinient care. She did a great job, going above and beyond. I went even feeling like i was dying and made a full 360 by the next day with the meds given to me for sinus/infection. Throughout, the visit Amanda made me feel at ease and comfortable. Not to mention, it was my very first time visiting that office.Thankyou, once again.

2022-05-09This is the second time we came to this facility and both the time we were seen by Nurse Practitioner Terra, she listened to us very patiently and was very thorough and courteous. 5 stars for her. Way to go Terra!!!

2022-02-15If you feel horrible and want nothing done and want to waste some time, be sure to ask for Tara and all your expectations will be met. Have to fight to get my wife to go then they say ‘you are fine’. SUPER frustrating…and has happened 3 times over the past few years.

2019-02-02This place has awesome doctors waiting to help you and inform you with the most knowledge that they can to their best abilities. Wouldve given 5 stars if I didnt receive horrible service at the front desk! Walked in and could tell that the receptionist was not in the right spirit to be working! She had the nastiest attitude! No youre welcome to my many thank yous, questioned my payment method and scheduled me an appointment... for a walk-in clinic? This lady was absolutely rude with no plausible cause. She should request shorter shifts. Warning: If you choose this location and see a name tag with the name Anna... abort! She will bring your mood down along with hers!

2019-07-31I was really impressed with the level of service received here. The receptionist and nurse practitioner were very helpful and compassionate towards my three kids (2 of which were nervous about shots)They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and every question was answered. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctors office in the last 10 years!

2021-12-22The service was not good from the Doctor or receptionist. I think he made the situation worse. Anything the receptionist barely even answer the phone not a good place to go if youre in pain or hurt please find somewhere else to go this service was horrible I will never go back there again. The doctor did more damage!!

2020-03-10If I could give them a zero I would! I rarely write reviews but I had to be certain to write one about this place. Ive been there 4 times because my doctor passed away and I have been unable to find anyone comparable. They are usually nurse practitioners which I have no problem with. The first two times there I had a great experience with Amanda Perot. She was thorough, took the time to show concern, and made sure to answer all of my questions. However the last two visits I had different APNs. Jennifer Thurmond and Patricia Oie have no real interest in being helpful nor do they care about the people who come in the facility. In fact Thurmond referred to me as a that. Both times I was there and saw these nurses, all they did was ask a few questions, wrote a prescription and sent me on way. Never will I or anyone in my family step foot in this place again.

2019-10-10Stopped by this urgent care at at 7:10pm they close at 8pm receptionist tells me she needs to go ask the doctor if they can see me since the Doctor is already maxed out on her number of patients for the day, she comes back and tells me she can’t see me. Doctor refuse to see me even though I was there 40 minutes before closing time, and since when convenient care has a limit on the number of patients that they see? I can walk at 7:59pm and the “Doctor” should be able to see me since they are still open and and convenient care is pretty much a walk in clinic. I had to drive to a Dupage Medical Group Immediate Care Center and they saw me with out a problem . I will never go to any Rush Convenient Care ever again knowing they have a limit on the patients that can see.

2019-03-21Second time coming here and all the doctors are great and so friendly. The woman who works at the front desk is my reason for the bad review. Extremely rude. You should not be working in this type of field with such a negative attitude. Super short, cuts you off when speaking and acts like you are a huge inconvenience coming here and bothering her.
