This was my first time coming to this location and will be my VERY LAST!! The sales associate who helped me was EXTREMELY RUDE! I walk in wanting to pick up my package, she huffed and puffed and had a nasty attitude all because she had to help me. She said something underneath her breath >“Now I have to go through all of this” meaning signing off for my package. This was a very ignorant statement. All she had to do was get my ID, go to the back and find my package, and let me sign the clipboard!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!! How is that hard work??? If she didn’t want to go to work today, she should have just simply stayed at home! I have worked in retail years ago and have NEVER treated a customer the way she did! She definitely needs to find a different job!! All the other associates were friendly and nice, but the one who helped me..needs more training on how customer service works!!!! 😒 I should call corporate and see what they have to say about this..

Went in there on Thanksgiving Day for a quick shop of a new outfit and the lady in red hair Mexican lady didn’t catch her name was so rude had an ugly attitude along with her own coworkers you can tell it right away. The other lady at the cashier was black she made up for her rudeness she was sweet and polite if it wasn’t for her I would’ve gave this place a one not every sales associate is great. So thank you to that one lady at the cashier appreciate your service on Thanksgiving Day!!

Super cute and trendy outfits especially for teenagers. Excellent prices and the manager really helpful. Got 6 unique jog outfits for my daughter for only 70 bucks!

Went to Rue 21 on 23rd and Cicero in Cicero, Il and was a little disappointed. The clothes they carry are quite appealing. However, the sizes are all small sizes, I mean really small. Not all of us are tiny. The staff was very friendly and aimed to please, but the clothes are just too small.

There services can be upbeat but may take time to get to your service. The apparel wear is to die for both men and women in teens. To have the shoes to die for and and the qualtiy is a1.
