Their prices has gotten ridiculous Something hes not doing right he have fixed you have fixed my ring about 6 times the same ring each time the price goes up it keeps breaking in the same spot so hes not fixing it right Something hes not doing right to have been to keep coming back and like I said the price keep going up-and-up I havent found anyone else in this area yet but I will be looking but hes a nice guy

There is not a good selection of items in this store. The staff is nice and the store is clean. There are obviously good deals because its Ross. Dont waste your time because you wont find anything you want.

Hello,Id like to make a complaint about one of your managers working at your Skokie, Illinois location. The address is 9454 Skokie Blvd, Skokie, IL 60077. She helped with my return. I wanted to make a complaint. Even though she helped me with my return, she had an attitude with me in the store. I had lost my receipt and I took off the Ross tags on my items. I took the tags off because I thought I would be keeping the items but I decided I wasnt going to so I wanted to return the items. I spoke to one of your managers earlier in the day, his name was Javier. Javier was a great manager and was very kind on the telephone. He told me that if I knew the time and amount for the transaction, they would be able to pull up the receipt and make my return easy. Your manager who was working on July 14th 2021, her name is Paulisa (or something that sounds like that) made my return difficult. She succeeded in finding my receipt in the system but I didnt appreciate being lectured about keeping my receipt people lose their receipts all the time. Her attitude even continued when she said this was very difficult for me and I had a hard time doing this Ok well guess what.....I worked in customer service before too, as a matter of fact I still do as an Uber and Lyft driver and I have to deal with customer complaints and issues all the time. NOT ONE TIME have I EVER said that to a customer or gave them a hard time about something that could be done EASILY. I didnt appreciate this at all, this manager should take some lessons from Javier, hes an example of a manager that can be patient and still provide great customer service. My report will be going on every review site as well. Paulisa should learn to be a better manager.

Prices are amazing. Employees not so much. After we spent more than an hour shopping, an employee began emptying our cart while we were looking at something else. We approached him and he denied it. He said it must have been a customer. Highly unlikely that another customer wanted womens sweaters and boys shirts in 3 different sizes. Also, there were only 2 other customers in the store! An honest Im sorry would have been so much more helpful. Apparently, there is a price to be paid for Rosss low prices. We eventually found our items--in the departments theyd come from. Hmmm.

Pretty standard Ross Store, maybe a bit better organized and less messy than most, but they did seem understaffed when I go on weekdays. They had some nice Columbia down jackets, which was fortunate for me, as I didnt bring any heavy winter coats with me to Chicago and I got caught in the freak Halloween and Veterans Day snowstorms!

I bought cups but the cashier didnt pack them carefully so I took one more plastic bag for them. However she snatched it from me and said they wouldnt have enough bags. I asked her to give me a paper to wrap them and she threw a dirty paper to my carter from garbage. I asked her name but she said she wouldnt have to let me know her name and said to call the customer service center. I really got upset because of her rude attitude so I just took more plastic bags whatever she said. When I came back home I realized the rude cashier double scanned one of my stuffs. When I went back there, she said there were same products. I said no and I could show all stuffs I bought there and she called a manager. They eventually realized it was double scanned and just gave me a refund without any apology. The rude girl seemed like a racist even though she seemed biracial. Terrible experience.
