This review is specifically about my visit on 4/30/22 at 4pm. Im usually finding some items at great prices. Customer service is usually top notch. Today, both the store manager and cashier must have been having a bad day. In my attempt to return a $16.99 unworn item, I received the most blasé, unbothered, robotic service. It was quite frankly, weird, and borderline rude. Im not sure when stores began to hassle customers who have receipts. So today, Shame on you, Ross on Rand Arlington Heights, Shame on you.

I LOVE ROSS!!! The shopping and prices ate excellent. If you get the chance to go here, I highly recommend. There is ample parking and other things to go to, but Ross is amazing. Yes you can find almost everything you want.

This store doesnt have many options for women clothes & some clothes are alright but the price not a good bargain. The employees are not friendly & they didnt seem to be helping the costumers. But I did up buying some useful items!

Ive tried coming in this particular store a few times and, for some reason, the shelves and racks almost always practically empty. You know how everything in stores is all picked through with practically nothing left to but? Its like that even when its not holiday time. So weird!

Terrible customer service. Ive been trying to get the receipt reprinted. I had not noticed I wasnt given one when purchasing. Took me 2 days of phone call and I was not successful. Day one it was too late, call tomorrow. Day 2 employee was talking to me for 10 minutes gathering all the info , made me repeat myself over and over and then was not successful so promise to call me later. Never git the phone call back so I called again hours later. I ve been promised a phone call back as manager was busy. Call again around 8 and manager was already gone. Was told it was a hectic day and I sshould definitely call back again next day morning. Never got that receipt reprinted and each time I got diffrent employee w but they do have the same attitude. IThey treated me like I was not welcome and was q big problem.Poor management.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cashier made a mistake and didn’t remove security tag of a item, couple weeks later when I noticed it I went back to the store to have it removed. Cashier and manager said they could not do it without receipt. Unfortunately I did not have it anymore. It was $20 item. They keep saying it was company policy, Ridiculous . they made the mistake and they acting like I did something wrong. Never coming back to ROSS! I would give 0 stars if I could, poor management, poor customer service

Had 5 items and took forever at the register. Employee kept counting my items n looking at the screen n counted my items there as well. I mentioned a shirt was not scanned. I can see threw the pin pad. Another employee had her void my transaction n start over. Which again she had an issue with the same shirt. The other employee had to once again come and key the barcode.

Best thing of this Ross is it opens at 9am. Good home decor stuff on sale. Good place for quick pickups. Also friendly staff

I never liked shopping at Ross because they wont allow you to take the cart to your car, no matter how heavy the items you are buying are, they also never offer anyone to help you to your car with the heavy items... however, now during corona, they have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORTH buying. Terrible store all around.UPDATE: December 23 2021We just went there a few days ago and left the store with nothing. Their shelves are always empty, the employees are rude and unfriendly, this store needs to close and some nicer store needs to open in their place. The last 3 times we went there in the past 4 months there is nothing restocked, nothing, the shelves have everything mixed up what little there is in the home section and baby and adult clothing is a horrible disorganized mess. We always try to give them another chance because they are the closest store near us, and managers and employees change, however, we always leave with nothing. They just dont have anything in stock. The makeup and face serums and shampoos are expired or almost expired and everything seems to be the exact same stuff we saw last time. Just put this store out of its misery.We wont even stop here any more, we will just go straight to the one a mile away by walmart on rand rd. Always a lot better customer service and much more stuff on the shelves.
