Has good prices and products, but like all Discount stores, Some are Betting Than Others from time to time...
I got a pair of slippers for 2 bucks as well as a large can of dolmas for $2.50. The cashier was very nice and opening up a new account was a snap. Excellent Customer service and prices. Plus 10% off all with the special coupon.

3 1/2. I dont come here all that often. In the past I have not found items that I liked. With that said this trip was successful. There was a large selection of tops, pants for spring. I did find some outfits I really liked and the prices were great. The racks should be organized occasionally.I have grandchildren. Not much selection for young teenage girls. Checkout was slow. Only one person at the registers.
Not a place to shop, if youre in a rush. You have to take your time to find some gems.
I asked for a price for shoes that were on clearance at another location because they didn’t have a price. The girl working at the register didn’t feel like pricing them so she just looked at the price written in sharpie on the bottom. When I explained that they were already on clearance at other locations she rolled her eyes and smirked and went to the older woman helping and asked her in a rude tone whether they could price them. The other woman said with an attitude to myMother that without the price they are the original price written on the bottom. The customer service was awful because the employees are incredibly disrespectful and use a rude tone towards customers and are too lazy to check a price for the item.Won’t be coming back here again and the management should re-evaluate the kind of people they hire who are unhappy to be working with people.
Great place for the household stuff
This store is neat, clean and very well-stocked. They have loads of selections for both men and women. I found two beautiful evening dresses here. The prices are very very good. Great place to shop!
My mom asked for a price, one of your employee look down on her, and just ignored what she said. My mom has an Asian accent and I understand kinda unfamiliar to you but you have no right to look down on her. Is this how you treat all of your Asian customers? There wont be a next visit. This is INSANE!
Not the best Ross I’ve ever been to. I had a really hard time finding the things I was looking for. The staff was not helpful at all. The store was crowded and over all it was not a pleasant experience. Usually Ross has more cute home goods like prices of cute furniture, and I was disappointed with the selection. I bought two shirts just to get home and discover that half of the snap buttons do not even click closed! So thoroughly examine anything you purchase here!
Love the store. Great prices. Only complaint is they dont use their dressing rooms but instead have you try on clothes in a dark box up by the registers. Its dark and cramped and trying on clothes with a dark room and a small mirror doesnt make me want to buy. Spring for the extra money an Hite someone to run the real dressing room.

In the age of fashion you can grab beat pieces and if taking about sneakers as jaw dropping prices then this place is for you. Find one in your neighborhood of dont get your choice there the hop in the next reach and trust me its worth. Be patient while surfing hangers you will hold a great piece soon.

This is a hit or miss. I stopped going to this location since their dressing room is usually inaccessible and they now use a 2 room box that is messy and dark. I stopped by last Friday after work and the main dressing room was closed and the line for the boxed rooms had a line of 5 or 6 people waiting so I didnt even waist my time looking, I walked out the door and went to the Marshalls next door and bought a cute top to wear that night. SHAME ON YOU ROSS DRESS FOR LESS for degrading people to use such a monstrosity.
Clean and the stàff was accommodating. Found a good value in winter coats. Also noted, guests seem to be more considerate of the merchandise and each other.
Nice selection, ranging from some gym shoes to bed sheets, but many expensive prices. Just an okay store in general, as employees seem sick of their job and the customera.
Decent options. Great price. Have been visiting this place,especially for blankets n throws which r always at good low prices for the quality. Off late they dont have many, its dwindling.
In the past they have many fitting rooms but most recently they ONLY HAVE 2 FITTING ROOMS and I don’t feel comfortable inside while there’s a long line of people outside waiting for me to get done.

Horrible costumer service coming from a manager call leydi on wendsday morningI was trying on a jacket and the security tag star to make noise and she just went to me and not even ask what happen she just took it from my hands.Then we went to her register to pay and my sister ask for a gift recip and she was being so rude and she rolled her eyes on usAnd i also toll her that she has to be nicer with her costumer and she said thanks!!!She laughed on me and she yeld nexttttt!!!!So i think this girl has to know how to treat costumers i mean thats the reason she has a job othet wise if costumer dont show up she wont have her job i will never come back to these store!!!
I never know what I will find when I go here. I redesigned my bathroom in minutes and the prices are Excellent!! I love finding very nice bargains.
A Rude very fat bald woman employee yelled at me 3 times to stop dropping stuff even though I didnt. Then she went to tell another employee about her victory retaliating at the customer but I eavesdropped on their conversation and appeard and gave her a dirty look and she shut right up. If your going to work the graveyard shift at Ross for less dont die about it, its not that serious.
Did not like it at all. I looked for a pair of dress pants, they only had a couple pairs. 12% of the store is for men.😖 They should redo their commercials.
Great place for shopping,. Has variety of items for all age types including gift items, baggage, etc. Also has ample parking place and has even restrooms in the store.
MEH. It looked like there was nothing in the store, so many shelves empty compared to the other Ross Ive been to. Staff is slow, and did not acknowledge the line. Disappointing.
Found these incredibly comfy flip flops. But there were no my size.
Hit or miss depending on what youre looking for. It was a miss for me I was looking for Bears or Cubs gear for my kids and they didnt have any. All of the cool things they had were in odd sizes

2022-05-01This review is specifically about my visit on 4/30/22 at 4pm. Im usually finding some items at great prices. Customer service is usually top notch. Today, both the store manager and cashier must have been having a bad day. In my attempt to return a $16.99 unworn item, I received the most blasé, unbothered, robotic service. It was quite frankly, weird, and borderline rude. Im not sure when stores began to hassle customers who have receipts. So today, Shame on you, Ross on Rand Arlington Heights, Shame on you.

2022-05-03I LOVE ROSS!!! The shopping and prices ate excellent. If you get the chance to go here, I highly recommend. There is ample parking and other things to go to, but Ross is amazing. Yes you can find almost everything you want.

2022-06-24This store doesnt have many options for women clothes & some clothes are alright but the price not a good bargain. The employees are not friendly & they didnt seem to be helping the costumers. But I did up buying some useful items!

2022-06-26Ive tried coming in this particular store a few times and, for some reason, the shelves and racks almost always practically empty. You know how everything in stores is all picked through with practically nothing left to but? Its like that even when its not holiday time. So weird!

2022-03-23Terrible customer service. Ive been trying to get the receipt reprinted. I had not noticed I wasnt given one when purchasing. Took me 2 days of phone call and I was not successful. Day one it was too late, call tomorrow. Day 2 employee was talking to me for 10 minutes gathering all the info , made me repeat myself over and over and then was not successful so promise to call me later. Never git the phone call back so I called again hours later. I ve been promised a phone call back as manager was busy. Call again around 8 and manager was already gone. Was told it was a hectic day and I sshould definitely call back again next day morning. Never got that receipt reprinted and each time I got diffrent employee w but they do have the same attitude. IThey treated me like I was not welcome and was q big problem.Poor management.

2022-01-10HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cashier made a mistake and didn’t remove security tag of a item, couple weeks later when I noticed it I went back to the store to have it removed. Cashier and manager said they could not do it without receipt. Unfortunately I did not have it anymore. It was $20 item. They keep saying it was company policy, Ridiculous . they made the mistake and they acting like I did something wrong. Never coming back to ROSS! I would give 0 stars if I could, poor management, poor customer service

2021-12-09Had 5 items and took forever at the register. Employee kept counting my items n looking at the screen n counted my items there as well. I mentioned a shirt was not scanned. I can see threw the pin pad. Another employee had her void my transaction n start over. Which again she had an issue with the same shirt. The other employee had to once again come and key the barcode.

2021-12-29I never liked shopping at Ross because they wont allow you to take the cart to your car, no matter how heavy the items you are buying are, they also never offer anyone to help you to your car with the heavy items... however, now during corona, they have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORTH buying. Terrible store all around.UPDATE: December 23 2021We just went there a few days ago and left the store with nothing. Their shelves are always empty, the employees are rude and unfriendly, this store needs to close and some nicer store needs to open in their place. The last 3 times we went there in the past 4 months there is nothing restocked, nothing, the shelves have everything mixed up what little there is in the home section and baby and adult clothing is a horrible disorganized mess. We always try to give them another chance because they are the closest store near us, and managers and employees change, however, we always leave with nothing. They just dont have anything in stock. The makeup and face serums and shampoos are expired or almost expired and everything seems to be the exact same stuff we saw last time. Just put this store out of its misery.We wont even stop here any more, we will just go straight to the one a mile away by walmart on rand rd. Always a lot better customer service and much more stuff on the shelves.
