Me and my husband upgraded our wedding bands and I was having a hard time on selecting which one to get, like they had a variety of so many beautiful ones. But thanks to Susan pendzinski that was so professional and very patience with me and my husband. She helped me pick the perfect wedding bands.I love it not only do I love it. I love how professional and how kind and nice Susan was to me and my husband she went above and beyond to make us happy and get us The perfect deal. I will recommend my family and friends to go check her out . Can’t forget Skylar she was very helpful as well. We shopped here because this is a family owned business that you can trust.I found something online on sale and the sales associate was so happy to help!Overall we loved this experience!!We shopped at the Joliet mall and stopped at a jewelry store that was going out of business ( big fat mark ups ) . We practically ran to this store!Very nice selection.
I’ve wanted these specific earrings for a long time. The only drawback was they were over my budget. Today I went in to look at them (as I do every time I’m in the mall). And the lady behind the counter said why don’t you trade your earrings in and pay the difference.Today I finally was able to buy the earrings that I’ve wanted for the past 7 years!
I went to Rogers & Hollands looking for a specific ring. After going to multiple other locations that tried to push different styles that were out of my price range, I was thankful to finally find a place that listened.Brad took my desires and price range into account immediately and literally within 30 minutes of being in the store, we had found the perfect ring for size, quality, design, and price.But I was on a tight schedule and needed the ring shipped. Brad took the initiative and got it done. He was punctual and kept me notified, even when things might get delayed.All said and done, I got the ring on time, she said yes and I couldnt be happier.If youre looking for quality jewelry, and associates that actually listen to you, this is a great option.
Brad helped my fiancé and I design my perfect engagement ring. He showed me the options they had in store, and listened to what I liked and disliked about each one. He knew the questions to ask in order to better understand what I wanted, when I didnt know how to verbalize it myself. He said he could picture my ring, and asked if he could design it for us on his computer program. As soon as he put it together - I knew that the ring he showed me was MY ring. I have received so many compliments on my ring on a daily basis. For me to love this ring is very special, since I do not wear any other form of jewelry. I would recommend working with Brad for your jewelry needs.
They were great at first but this time my wife brought her wedding rings in to be cleaned and they some how lost them in the mail. What really ticks me off is I paid over 13k+ for these rings and they treat it like I lost some silver necklace. They had like an idc attitude and we have yet to get a call back. Thank God i have lifetime warranty on these suckers but the reason for such a low review is this way it has been handle I feel as if Im being treated like I bought a discount ring at a discount store and let alone its been months since we finally got an actual answer on what happen. Extremly frustrated !.... please Rogers and Holland do not send me a pre written response either like, oh Im so sorry for the incovienance we have upmost service and blah blah please call blah blah blah...... that was already done besides the fact that my situation isnt a big deal which it is.
Just got off the phone to check if my ring which were sent back for a different size was in yet.I was told 4-6 weeks and I was good with that, I called at the 4 week mark to check anyway on the status.When I called the person helping me could care less of my concern, she said she would check, after waiting several minuets on hold (once again no problem) she returned and said sorry it takes 4-6 weeks!Her tone was cold and not caring. I told her when I originally purchased the rings I was told 4-6 weeks also but received them in a week, she commented sorry it will take 4-6 weeks, very cold, I did not care for her tone or attitude and regret not taking her name. And if possible I would take both rings back and go somewhere else. Really not happy right now with their customer service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I came into today to get my ring cleaned, specifically steam cleaned and I wish I came in about ten minutes later or on another day. I called yesterday and spoke to a woman that said I could do so since the jeweler will be here around noon and can steam it for me. My ring rarely ever gets really clean when I come in for a cleaning as the way the main stone is set in a crown/caged setting and it always looks cloudy but, the surrounding stones on the band are always sparkling when cleaned. After having my ring for almost 4 yrs and never having it steam cleaned by a jeweler before, I was really looking forward to seeing my ring sparkle. I walked in and another customer was being helped by a gentlemen while the other lady behind the counter took a minute to notice me or bother to address me. Im still kicking myself for not catching this ladys name but she had short blonde hair with purple tips. After what seemed like she pretended not to see me two or three times she asked if she can help me. There was no smile, no Hi, no personality what-so-ever. I can immediately tell that she was not in a good mood and/or didnt want to be bothered by me. I told her that I called yesterday and was told that I can come in today to get my ring steam cleaned by the jeweler. She looked like I was speaking a foreign language for a moment and then asked to see the ring. She proceeds to walk over to the middle desk area where they normally would clean jewelry, cleans it for a minute or two and then walks behind the counter to what I assume was the jeweler in the back. I hear a loud machine steaming sound for maybe 5 seconds at most and she comes back out with my ring and hands it to me. I immediately can tell that the main stone was still the same cloudy, dirty stone. I asked her that I wanted it to get steam cleaned?! She said that she did just now by the jeweler. I replied confused stating that he steamed it in a few seconds and it still looks very cloudy. She asked if Id like him to steam it again and I said yes. Now Im getting the feeling like Im being an unreasonable customer because Im asking to have my ring cleaned properly and she seems irritated. So this time I hear the steam going on for maybe a minute long and she goes back to the middle desk cleaning area and proceeds to hand clean it for about another 5 minutes. In between this time, the other gentlemen was now free and saw me standing there by myself and with a joyful smile, asked if I needed help with anything. I told him I was being helped but, I only wish I wouldve gotten him to HELP me instead. She finishes with my ring, hands it to me without saying a word and it did look a little better but, in all honesty, I wasnt happy with it as I can still see the cloudyness in the main stone, even though the surrounding stones were cleaner. At this point, Im already tired (as Im 8 months pregnant), frustrated and getting really irritated and impatient with her lack of customer service. I just looked at it and said thanks and couldnt wait to get out of there. Mind you, I have always loved Rogers and Holland since my husband and I bought both of our engagement n wedding rings here 4 years ago (at another location). Ive only purchased one thing from this location before however, Ive always gone to different locations to get our rings cleaned over the years and have NEVER been treated so poorly; as if I was a burden. To be completely honest, I went in with the mindset to look for a ring to purchase (soon) to commemorate our first child being born and wanted to look for a simple blue topaz ring as a push present from my husband. Ive always loved the unique designs that R&H has as I knew that other jewelry stores just wouldnt have the same selections. I actually saw a few that I REALLY liked but, after this experience I had today, I literally walked out and went into 4 other stores hoping I would see something similar worth purchasing. Unfortunately, I didnt. Im hesitant about coming to this location again.
I would be very wary of entering this store....Danielle is nice but the rest dont know what theyre talking about.We put a down payment on an engagement ring with a trade in from Michael hills, but when we came back a week later to pick it up we had to deal with a bunch of weirdos who tried every trick in the book to insult our trade in after it was already approved, and then the store manager had the nerve to say....oh its not real white gold and fake diamonds....after I embarrassed the silly lady who assisted us (telling her that herself and this company are not very professional they said oh....we cleaned the trade in and now its registering as real....he even knocked the company Michael hill by saying they are all closed down...but we visited one just days ago... not our fault you sold a ring to cheap..smh....
Brad Billings and associate Sue in the Joliet store were outstanding. They took the time needed to design a ring to my specifications. I never felt rushed and felt like their only customer they have ever had. I have returned to this store time and time again. I have referred several family members to the store and they also have been equally happy. The Joliet Rogers & Hollands Jewelry Store is clean and friendly. They are appreciated and a great representation of the company.

2022-06-01I was in the market for an engagement ring and I searched all around Kay, Zales, and others to find the perfect one. I walked into Rogers & Hollands and I was instantly greeted by Sue! Im a beginner when it comes to diamonds but Sue sat me down to explain the differences and educate me thoroughly. She provided all variations of the shape I was looking for around my price point.After asking if they do custom orders, Sue referred me to Brad who has 30+ years in this industry, and was also the best person to speak with! He asked what I would like done to it. Keep in mind Im a novice, so I responded with simple shape, color, etc. Brad is the real deal compared to other companies out there. He showed me what a real custom order looks like and wow was I taken back on how much he can play with the ring. He edited how the ring looked on screen and showed me every basic, or advanced technique he can modify. Compared to other customizers out there, hes the only person to fully customize your jewlery, and provide a good price for the quality! There is nothing Brad cant create!Im glad I made a purchase with this great company! Although I didnt order custom, its always good to know he can modify them in the future. Ill definitely be back soon to meet with Sue and Brad!

2019-10-15We had the BEST experience working with Brad on a custom ring. We brought 2 rings with several different sized diamonds from a recent inheritance due to a death in our family. Brad designed us the most beautiful ring to honor our family and made it such a personal experience. He took the different diamonds and also added 4 saphires and a few additional diamonds to make it a beautiful ring we can pass on someday. I would recommend to everyone to work with Brad to do the same custom work for you. He kept us informed through the whole process with great communication. Thank you Brad for your talent and professionalism. We will definitely be back.

2019-11-30I worked with Brad to redesign a ring that I inherited from my grandma. It was a very important piece so I was nervous thinking about doing this. I sat with brad for a while and he designed the perfect ring. Still had a touch of what my grandmas used to look like and the style I wanted. The whole process from start to finish was so fantastic. He was so kind. The best part was getting the ring and it even came in earlier than I expected. I did a happy dance when I saw it. Would definitely recommend going to see Brad!

2022-01-11Brad and Skyler, were two of the most professional, understanding, and knowledgeable sales associates I have ever come across. Buying an engagement ring, is not an easy process. They both assisted me in a very professional manner, there was absolutely no pressure, they both listen to my needs and wants, and went as far as to building a 3-D design of what the ring will look like. I would highly recommend making a purchase at this location, they are honest, upfront, and transparent about their pricing. 2022-01-31This was our recent fourth purchase with Brad at Rogers & Holland Joliet location. We had gotten our wedding bands there. I was looking for something to compliment my diamond and to create a wedding band that my diamond would be in the middle of. After looking at many many options and sitting down with Brad. I loved my original wedding band so much we decided to get the exact one and have the engagement ring set in the middle and lifted. This has exceeded my expectations. I am so happy. Brad and the entire crew have always been very helpful and patient. If you are currently looking for that special ring, earrings, wedding rings this is your place. You will not be disappointed.

2022-04-19Lost my business after 20 years. Brought in two Mavado watches after they stopped working. Wanted to charge me $240 per watch to get them working again, would not waive the fee that should be covered per a Movado repair manager I spoke with. Will not be doing business there anymore.

How I became a loyal customer is when I went to Kays right next to them and had the worst experience, not helpful, staff member so walked across the isle in mall to Rogers and Holland and was greeted by a helpful, happy face and spent my money - from that day forward they won my business.

2021-10-19My husband decided to upgrade my ring after 20 years. He told me to do what I want. Let’s just say I had a blast with Brad, designing my own ring. Let me tell you, Brad is a diamond God!!! He completely read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted in a ring! I went from half a qt to 4qt and my ring is STUNNING!!!! He worked with me on my price and got me exactly where I wanted to be. Everyone compliments my ring everywhere I go. I am forever grateful for having Brad as my jeweler for this.If you want someone who cares about what your needs and wants are, go see Brad. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all jewelry and he will NOT disappoint!
