I reached out to this dealer at the end of December wanting to order a 2022 Mustang. Chloe reached out to me & answered all of the questions I had leading up to the time I was able to go in at the end of January to order it. Buying a vehicle right now with the shortages and higher prices, is stressful, however the pleasant experience we had with Mike at Roesch Trucks was great. Bought a truck from them last week. They would answer questions late at night and promised the paperwork would be quick to get me headed on my 3 hr drive home right away. Sam and Alex didnt disappoint! No extra pressure to buy more add ons and continued new people to talk to to push their sale. I would recommend them again anyday.
I didnt directly get a car from here, but my mother did. Within three days of taking it a Silverado truck it started having issues. Unfortunately that happened on a Saturday and we took the truck back but they didnt have any mechanics to check it, so we were told to bring it Monday. Monday we went dropped it off. Tuesday and Wednesday passed no call or nothing. Thursday we went personally to see what had happened. We were told that we NEVER had left the truck!!! The person we were speaking to was so rude. Kept confirming that yes we had spoken to him about it but didnt leave the truck. And and since my mother understand mostly Spanish he wasnt trying to help. So we found someone else to help us and they send someone to look for it. They had parked it somewhere outside and had forgotten about it.!!!! My parents worked so hard to get this truck. And I truly feel upset that they took advantage of them not speaking fluent English. The details of the contract and the fact that this type of truck has issues with the A/C. For a dealer to sell this truck and having mechanical issues three days after they took it out and after 5 months the A/C compressor has to be changed. I wish they had gone to a dealer where the clients its at their best interest.
Ordered a part online saturday 4/30. Called them wednesday to check on the status and was told they did not have the part. The parts guy Ramiro Michel talks like if he’s doing you a favor to check on the order. No customer service skills whatsoever. Bro, youre not talking to your family members or your boys. be professional.Wasted a full week waiting for a part they did not have

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Roesch Ford. Both experiences were great, when I stopped in on Feb.13, 2018, I was just for price for the vehicle I want with the salesman (Remik) at that day I told him I will go for other dealer to get second price, then I back to Roesch Ford by Feb. 17, when I walking showroom Remik came to me then we finished deal, the salesman Remik he is an awesome salesman to deal with. He is prompt, helpful and honest. I would recommend him to everyone
Service department again. Thought I’d try a works oil change. I guess $80 is the going rate for a F150….. the kicker is did I get a oil change though? Wondering because the oil life wasn’t reset nor a service return date sticker placed in the window ?? Then a recall for the block heater wasn’t addressed tech stated vehical doesn’t have the option?? They changed it 1 yr - 11 mo ago and this is another cord recall. Previous discontent in service was brake job never getting squeal to stop on a warranty, not plugging in the harness at the rear bumper change, Not installing 2 lug nuts on a rotation and leaving a 12” long wrench on top of the engine kept me away.
Very bad service!!! Part department Mike or Mark. All dealerships give same price 173$ and all off them told only this dealership has in stock 5of them. I speak with Mike first he gave price for part 691$ and he has in stock. After he told me no this is order for my client i cant sell it you! Bad experience bad service!
WOW!! BEST salesman and experience EVER!! Rory Clemons had amazing patience answering every question we had!! He is our go to guy for any car in the future we buy, he made our experience so pleasurable!! To finish off our purchase we saw Joe in finance. AGAIN he was amazing!! Even though it was past closing time he was patient, and explained ALL our warranty options in detail!! I highly recommend purchasing from this dealership. The staff here is friendly, helpful, patient and help you out with all your questions and come back with answers if they dont have one right away. Especially Dan was kind enough to help me throughout the process till the end. If you are a little skeptical about all the positive reviews as I was before, just walk-in and you will know they are all true. Happy I got my Mustang from them and I really love the car and the service provided.
Purchased a back floor mat for the new bronco ended up canceling the order because they would not ship the product and started going back and fourth with me about shipping it for so cheap they had a set price for shipping..called the place and the guy did not answer emailed him 10 times finally got threw and he started the refund process so he says still have not been refunded!!!!! Shady business!!!!!
I was in an auto mobile accident a few weeks ago where my car was considered a total loss. I had some options on buying a new car which included getting an employee discount on either a GM or a Ford vehicle. My Grandfather is retired from Ford at 46 years with the company as well as my Uncle with over 30 years with the company. I looked at several places before and after I looked at Roesch Ford. I went to Roesch Ford, as a courtesy, originally. I had purchased my last car (the one that was a total loss) from Larry Roesch Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram brand new in 2008. I respected the help I received from my salesman there at the time, Bill Brown, and I wanted to show that respect back this time. The salesman I got at Roesch Ford was Nick Fredrickson. Nick was new to the position, but very knowledgeable. Nick answered all of my questions as best he could. Then on the ones he was not sure about - he did a great job at asking others and finding out the answers I needed quickly. He respected my decision where I was not going to buy anything on the first day that I looked. He was very courteous with me on follow up phone calls to make sure I was ready and he was available when I made my decisions. I was going through a lot at this time, including a family wedding out-of-state, a death of friend, the accident aftermath, and also a very busy time at my career. Nick was very patient with me and was ready to go when I arrived at my set appointment with him to buy the new vehicle. Then when I decided Johnny-on-the-spot to get another vehicle - one of the displays on the showroom floor - Nick was awesome! He got the kayak off the display by himself, he moved all the other vehicles on the showroom floor that was blocking the way of mine out of the way - all by himself as well. He even put up with my mothers questions and decisions as she stayed on the phone with me through the buying process. Also the courtesy of his manager, the financing department, and even the porter at the end of the night (who was also named Nick) that helped me figure out all of the great features my new 2018 Escape had to offer showed my why I went to Roesch Ford to begin with. I have said more than enough here now - but I just want to reach out to everyone there with a Big Thank you from the Magyars!! I love my new vehicle!!
They did a great job repairing my car in a very timely manner and even helped me out with the bill after my warranty had expired 2 weeks prior to the vehicle repair. As always they had an extremely helpful and friendly service department. I’ve been here twice now for service since owning my Mustang and this is the only dealer I will be going to for anything from now on. 5/5 star service ratings from me.
I ordered a new Bronco and the team helped me ever step of the way. The car is taking a long time to build. Thats a Ford problem. But the Roesch team went above and beyond helping me place my order. Then from March until my delivery in November they patiently took my status request calls, helped me manage my order and called me in for a test drive when they received a Bronco.All of this speaks to the high service level. This car is easy to sell. They dont have to go above and beyond. But they did.Also, I see a lot of horror stories in online forums about dealer shenanigans with charging more than MSRP and financing problems. I had NONE of this. I happily paid MSRP as agreed back in March and there was no game playing with the financing. Once the car was delivered, I picked it up and the process took less than an hour.If you are looking for a hassle free Ford buying experience, you cant do better than working with Dave, Ozzie and the team at Roesch Ford.
Bought a used 2010 Subaru Outback at Roesch…UPDATE: IT HAS GOTTEN WORSEMy wife is currently locked out of the used car we purchased (while traveling, and in the freezing cold) because the KEYS DONT WORK IN THE DOOR LOCKS. That’s right, the door cylinders or the ignition cylinder has been changed, which is a major repair one way or the other. Not surprising that this shady dealership didn’t bring this up, and it was somehow left off of the used car report. Now my wife is in two kinds of danger, 6 hours away, and we are going to have to sink another couple of thousand dollars into this car because we purchased from a DISHONEST DEALER.Never buy a car from these people without taking it to an independent mechanic first. YOUR FAMILY’S SAFETY AMD WELL BEING IS AT RISK.
I actually Stumbled across this place on Autotrader looking for a convertible. I usually buy my Cars & Trucks in Wisconsin because in my area (Rockford Area), cars were overpriced, salesman were pushy, and at the end of the day you didnt get the genuine Respect/Kindness like at dealers up north. I was very happy with my experience at Roesch. I thought it was going to be like Rockford due to it being in Chicago. But I was pleasantly surprised that it was not even close! Dan Szuszwalak was my Salesman and he was the real MVP. Even though Dan was a newer Salesman, he treated me with respect and answered all my questions. If Dan didnt know a question he would find the answer out promptly wether it was in person, E-mail, or a follow up phone call. Next I want to give a good Shout out to the Guy who did my Paperwork from Indiana. He told me his name but Im really bad with names so I forgot. I know companies read this so they will know who to credit accordingly. Anyways, he was awesome! He was very honest and real with me. He didnt go too fast with the paperwork and went over everything so I had a accurate understanding of everything and I thought that was awesome! At the end of the day he got me the right financing that I was looking for and more than comfortable with. I would have to say, he was the best I EVER dealt with and I have bought my far share of vehicles! The last shoutout is to Brenden over in service. He was awesome at answering all my service question, price quotes, and service records. He also helped me with my Sync 3 System and pointed me in the right direction for upgrading it. Even after buying the car and I encountered small problems they would do what they could to help/fix the problem right away. In summery, I would highly Recommend this Ford dealer and even though Im a 1+ Hour away from it. I would definitely return when I was ready for a purchase of another vehicle! My wife and I live in Elmhurst and we were in the market for a new Ford Edge. We went to Roesch Ford in Bensenville and had a great experience with Remik Drozdzal and the general sales manager, Dave Roesch. Remik was fantastic (even on a very cold and rainy day), and showed us every car we were interested in. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and was a pleasure to work with! It was also a very nice touch meeting and working with Dave Roesch, as it feels like a truly family-owned dealership. We will continue to go back there for our service needs and future cars!
Amanda always does a great job of getting my truck repaired right the first time and on time. Other ford dealers in my area could learn from her.She always return calls immediately which is a new experience for me.Send her out to area Ford dealers to do some customer service training.

I found a car I was interested in online at Roesch Ford and went to see it. Bottom line is I left that day with my new car, got a fair trade for my old car and Larry Roesch Ford and their salesperson Alex Reynolds could not have have been more accommodating. One of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. I recommend Larry Roesch Ford highly to anyone interested in a new or used car.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Tried to buy some parts online from Roesch but only form of payment offered at checkout was Paypal which is not really secure. So I called in figuring credit card over the phone would work. He quoted me a price higher then the website online price. The price was also higher then the MSRP list price amount listed on the website. Now I ask you..... would you do business after an employee gives you a price that is considerably higher then both the list and discounted published amounts as shown on the company website. Im talking to this person and looking at website at the same time wondering what is the mix up. So I confirm we are both talking about the same part number and he confirms but has no answer. Gee, good thing I wasnt buying a new vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I took my 2013 C-Max SEL to this dealer as my passenger side rear door handle fell off. No accident, no abuse, just fell off. My car has been recalled three times for door latch problems, so I felt that this might be related. Got an estimate for the parts, $352, plus labor. What are the chances that the other three will fall off??
The part I ordered online took longer than usual to arrive, was inadequately shipped, damaged, and Roesch has had the damaged part for 9 days and still hasnt issued a refund. I have struggled to get cooperation on the return & refund at every step - such as getting Roesch to provide a return label, ship a replacement part, acknowledge that the return has arrived and is being refunded, etc. If you need a no-hassle online shopping experience, use Amazon - they know how to treat a customer.
Brought my 2007 Ford F-150 truck in for a ticking noise in the engine. They had it for two weeks and finally told me it was the timing chain that cost $2738.06 to fix the problem. When I picked up the truck, I noticed the air conditioner was blowing hot air, had no issue with the a/c when dropping it off. Brought it back to Ford the second time, they said they never touched the air conditioner, but when the Ford mechanic checked they said someone forgot to plug in the air compressor. (So sounds like they did unplug the cable to fix the noise.)The next day after picking up my truck I turn the a/c on and started making a squealing noise and saw black smoke coming from under my hood. Brought it back to Ford a third time and had to leave it out night. They called me the next day saying the air compressor is fried and I will have to pay another $1,363.95 to replace it. The dealer did not check their work after fixing the issue the first time and now I get stuck with another bill because Ford claim they never touch it. I would not respond going to this place for any work not to even to check my tire pressure.

I worked with Joe Losacco to handle some warranty work on my Ford. He was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the experience, including arranging loaner vehicles so I could get to work while the repairs were made, updating me on the progress throughout the process, and when I picked the truck up, he had my truck freshly washed, which was a great surprise. I definitely recommend working with the whole team at Roesch, but especially Joe. These guys are top-notch.
I have been getting my car serviced at a different Ford before I came across Roesch, & let me just start off by saying wow. The difference between the two is huge. The customer service/ service here at Roesch was just phenomenal. They got my car in & out within an hour. And they even washed/ dried my car, the tires, even my carpets! (They barely washed it at the other dealership) I live in the city, but I will make the trip out to Bensenville 100xs again for the great service you all provide. I will definitely be coming back & will be recommending you to everyone needing service.
Bought a used Buick Encore last night and have to say, it was my best experience ever buying a vehicle!!! They allowed us to test drive it alone so we could talk openly about it was we drove. Our salesman Nick was super friendly and knowledgeable - I would recommend anyone to ask for him! Ray the Sales Manager was super helpful in both the trade in process and credit. He really worked the numbers to help us get a warranty and the ever so important GAP insurance! Not ONCE did I feel the pressure and stress I usually do when buying a car!!!! Once all set, Joe, the Finance guy was great at explaining everything we had to sign. My daughter was with me and I wanted her to understand all that was involved and he took the time to make sure she understood. From the moment we waked in to the moment we left - was a great experience!!!!
Due to the size of my husbands truck (F350) we are required to go to the commercial truck center. Its his personal truck but we have to go to the same place as commercial vehicles. We get coupons in the mail that say F350 and the truck center refuses to take them. We try to go to the dealer and they say they cant work on it because the truck center will get mad. Guess what? Now we are changing dealers all together. We had an appointment for Monday and its Wednesday night and they havent even looked at the truck yet. Whats the point of an appointment if youre not going to look at it for 3 days? They told US to call around noon tomorrow and theyll let us know if theyll be able to look at it. How unprofessional. I also called the service manager at the main dealership on Monday night to ask why theyre sending coupons we cant use and he didnt even return my call. I live in Elmhurst so I like to shop in Elmhurst but Ill be driving to neighboring suburbs for service, for an automobile purchase, for anything, just to avoid any business that says Larry Roesch on it. Congrats on your newest lost customer .
It was a wonderful buying experience at Roesch Ford. Mario Caruso was very helpful. i wanted to buy the car and he made sure i got what i want. He offered to check out his personal car just to clear my confusion among 2 brands and models.Later Bill helped me close the deal with the best rate i could get.Overall experience was excellent and i love my car.
This was my first visit to Roesch and I couldnt have been more impressed.I went in for a recall service, and thats exactly what I got. Service was excellent. Nicholas, the service person I dealt with, was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He offered clear expectations and information, and was not pushy or hurried in any way. In fact, even though my truck was not purchased at Roesch, Nicholas went above and beyond and gave me some things to discuss with the place I DID buy from, simply because he felt there were certain things they should have taken care of prior to me driving off their lot, and he thought I should know... ASTOUNDING!!Everyone I encountered was delightful and considering it was 7am, that speaks volumes to the type of business they run. This will without a doubt be my go to Ford dealership from now on.
Great service experience. Bought new tires for my Taurus and also had an oil change. They dropped me off & picked me up from work so I didnt have to miss any time at work. Roesch Ford was my first stop in my multi-dealer visits that Saturday. Alex had my test drive ready and answered all my questions. Alex and Ray did a great job working up a great deal. Since I had scheduled times with the other dealers that day, I felt no pressure from them when it was time to leave. You know how some dealers wont let you leave - very annoying. After a long day of test drives and dealer visits, I knew I would be back to Roesch. I called up Ray on the phone a couple of days later and we scheduled another visit. Again, greeted by Alex promptly when I walked through the door. He answered my many questions, showed me Ford apps. and we got the deal done. My original request started online with Joanne and then turned over to Rani. Within two hours, I had taken a test drive, filled out paperwork and was on my way. I’ve been coming here for 7 years. Service was good for a wile. Recently I had 2 HORRIBLE service related issues. When I would bring my car here I would normally purchase “the works” package oil change. (not a cheap service) but instead I was being cheated and tires where not being rotated I found out when I marked my tire with a marker and it was in the same place I had it before the service I was called a lier and when I showed him the evidence with the picture time stamped he quickly changed his tone this happened TWICE!!!!!!Second was my most recent visit I took my SUV for a recall related Issue . My suv was with them for a little over a week the hood was supposed to be replaced and painted when I got my vehicle back there was a Chip on the brand new hood it was down to the bare metal and the hood was installed crooked. to make matters worse they where using my IPass wile driving my SUV with out my permission. I quickly brought all of this to there attention and the manager was extremely rude never offered anything for inconvenience or to fix issues he brushing off the issues of any wrongdoing. days later I maid another phone call and he basically said he would credit me 3 oil changes to get off his back about the issue unbelievable.... horrible service lately I’ll be switching to a different dealership after buying 3 fords you would think u would treat ur loyal costumers a little better. There loss I wish I could post a picture of the my hood here so people can see what a horrible job they did.....

This is the third new car purchased from Roesch Ford. Our experience was pleasant and we feel we got the best deal. They did not have the color we wanted in stack but that was not a problem for them. The next day they had the car in the color we wanted and had all the paperwork ready for us to sign. We were in and out within an hour. Every expereince Ive had with this dealer has been great.
Had a 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat (named the black widow) for 5 years but fell in love with the New 2021 Ford Raptor they had for sale. I went inside just to look and see if I qualified. Nick Petrasz the sales consultant was awesome. The sales process went smoothly and I was qualified. I know I couldn’t have done it without his help. Everyone there is great as soon as you walk in everyone treats you like family. I was excited to bring my black dinosaur home. This is the only place that my family and I will ever buy vehicles!!! 😊

Went in for a trans flush then the service rep calls saying they found a leak where the CV shaft goes into the transmission. Rep said they could fix it for $530.00 Since I am familiar with the job I know that to do the job correctly they should replace the seal the bushing and the inner shaft of the CV joint all parts come in a kit. Thats the way the Ford manual recommends doing the job to stop the leak correctly! When I picked up the car I was saddened to see that only the seal was replaced? Alex the service rep assured me there is a two year warranty on the leak and if it leaked again they would do the job correctly next time. I just wish the job was done right the first time!

Went to 2 others dealers who were pushing a car I didn’t even want. 3 times I told them I don’t want that. Went to Roesch late in evening and ran into Nick the salesman. Purchased my Explorer Sport from this location through Sam Mellenthin and didnt run into any issues or ever felt pressured. Was able to work out a great deal. As for service, Joe Losacco is my go to service advisor. Hes knowledgeable when it comes to the vehicle and usually know whats wrong with it before I have to bring it in to be looked at. Had a minor issue once involving an unknown tech that serviced my vehicle. When I brought the issue to light, the service manager Todd Porterfield was quick to rectify the issue. I just bought a 2020 Ford Ranger from Roesch Ford. I can not tell you how happy i am to have gone there. Everyone is very friendly and there was no pressure at all. On Saturday I first talked to Chris on the online side. He was very nice and helpful. Then when i showed up i was greeted by Nick Petrasz. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also never pressured me. I test drove 2 vehicles. A ranger and an edge. I ended up loving the ranger. Nick walked me through my options. And I met Ray (Reynolds I believe ). He is one of the nicest guys i have ever met. Not just in the car biz in life one of the nicest. I had to come back on monday. When i came back i was again greeted by the friendly faces of Nick and Ray. The evaluated my trade in and gave me a great deal. I could not pass it up. I also met Sam the financial guy. He was also super friendly and nice. Joked around about an apartment same complex we lived in at different times and how it did not change. Everyone one at Roesch was amazing. I traveled an hour to Roesch Ford to look at a used GT convertible Mustang. I made my appointment to see the car and when I arrived, they had it all ready for the test drive. I was greeted by Larry and introduced to my salesperson, Rory Clemons. Rory was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and showed me everything about the car. The process of purchasing the car was very simple. The only issue was they couldnt find the second key fob for the car but told me they would look for it and mail it to me. However, it was never found but they ordered a new fob for me. Ive had the car a few months and its been everything Ive hoped. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and I would highly recommend Roesch Ford.

I was preparing for an overwhelming experience when going in to buy my first car, but my uncle recommended that I go to Roesch Ford since they had good prices for used cars. Accompanied by my mother, our salesman, Nick, was patient and informative when we told him what we were looking for in terms of price and monthly payments. What I thought was going to be a stressful experience was SO EASY! Nick laid out every car in my price range and the first car he pulled out for me test drive ended up being the car I purchased. Traded in our 2017 Fusion SE 1.5L turbo in Ruby Red for a 2020 Fusion SE 1.5L turbo in Magnetic Metallic. 0% financing for 72 months, upgraded to black 18 rims with complete SE package (rear spoiler, moon roof, fog lights, SYNC3), interior and exterior protection package, 5 year, 60,000 mile extended warranty on everything except tires and wheels ( I work at a Firestone so dont need that coverage). He doesn’t try to push you into any options or other packages. He offers you things in a way that is easy for the customer to understand. The whole sale was pleasurable from sales, to trade-in valuation, to finance department.Sam was great to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and features. He only sold me what I needed or wanted and didn’t try to push any “extras” that were unnecessary.They gave me a fair value for my trade-in right away.Finance went over my plans, miles a year, type of driving, time I plan on keeping the vehicle. Then show me extended warranties that would be valuable for me.All in all, I would recommend shopping at Roesch Ford!

Horrible service, I needed oil change so I called in to schedule appointment for that to save some time thinking it will be quick. I was scheduled for 1PM went there 10minutes before appointment hoping that it might help. It took over two hours for simple oil change. Also want to mention that I was the only one siting in the waiting area at first then someone else showed up. I am not sure if it is me or there is something missing there. If you schedule appointment for basic oil change you assume hour should be enough no not in this case. I am worried for those who go there in pick time like early morning or after noon. I used to have different cars before ford and their service was way better. This is my first and last time buying American car. I wanted to support our country but it is not equivalent to what you get in return.Guys quick updates day after I posted review I received phone call from service manager Mark. He was very nice and professional wanted to improve the service for the future. Right away I got scheduled for service I needed and was waiting for on top of it I got the loaner. Lets hope that for the future services they will provide that top service as they did this time.Thank you

Incredible customer service, I found a vehicle on their website and put in an internet inquiry which lead me to Ashley who was kind and helpful! When I went in at my scheduled drive time I was connected with Nick from Ashley. Nick was extremely helpful, and understanding to my budget and needs. He was able to find me exactly what I wanted and more which lead me to being able to leave with a car that night! I was in at 7PM on a Friday night and left with my car by 9PM with a cleaned and filled car which Nick assisted me with hooking up my phone! 10 out of 10 service! I worked with Rani in purchasing a truck. I am from out of state. I found a truck that they were selling, excellent price excellent condition. I called them with a good down payment and ran my credit before I flew to the to Chicago to pick up the truck. We got approved and I immediately booked a flight for that same week, they had someone pick me up from the airport very nice guy, stopped by the bank to get my down payment and drove to the dealership. The transaction didn’t take more than 2 hours. It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in car buying. While I did not end up purchasing a car here, my experience was great compared to many dealers. The salesman, Jimmy, never made me feel rushed on my decision. The dealership seems much more down to earth and ready when you are, vs trying to hurry you into a decision, which I really appreciated. Had a different opportunity not come up I wouldve returned to see what this dealer had to offer.

What prompted the 5 star review is that even though I purchased a used vehicle, I picked it up with a full tank of gas which was a pleasant surprise! I’m a retired engineer and have specified-then-purchased multiple cars and trucks. I’m a researching a Ford Super Duty truck for purchase. I know basically what I want, but need detailed information about capabilities, options & known service issues, to define exactly what I will order.Finding salespersons who understand what they are selling has increasingly become a real challenge. Normally they only want to show you what is on the lot, and have no mechanical or technical expertise. I’ve walked out on 2 dealerships near me, when their sales incompetence became unbearable.Then I went to Roesch Ford Truck Sales in Bensenville where I met Mark Bialik. Since then I have had a completely different experience. If I ask a question, get a straight answer. If he does not know the answer, he gets it for me, he does not BS me. He responds to phone calls, texts & e-mails; all those methods are appropriate, dependent the complexity of the question and the speed of the response required. Not all sales departments are so capable, flexible & responsive. I recommend that others looking at Ford trucks might consider Mark & Roesch Ford Truck Sales.

I bought a car!! Sam is a really great salesman who was very knowledgeable and explained all the new features of the models I looked at. He answered all my questions and I decided on a car. Just got a brand new 2016 Fiesta ST this past weekend (for my birthday!) and we were lucky enough to work with Nick Petrasz, who was amazing! We had previously visited a different Ford dealer in the area, and weren’t too impressed with anything (service, appearance, selection, etc.) so we decided to visit Roesch, instead. They had the ST in stock, albeit in the showroom… but they did not hesitate to pull it out for us to test drive. Fell in love on the first corner. Nick let us take a good long time to get to know the car, and answered all of our questions. Everyone we dealt with, Nick, the sales manager Eddie, the finance manager, even the techs, were super amazing, friendly, and helpful. I could not have asked for a smoother, less stressful experience. Didn’t hurt that they had some great deals going on, either! I did a lot of shopping around for the best deal on a half ton pickup. Roesch beat the competition by giving me the best price. I am impressed with their facility and staff. Its a large operation and the staff is really engaged. It seems like they love working there and the facility is super modern and clean. Im going back for my next truck and even thinking about buying other ford products based on the experience. I originally came in for a test drive a few weeks back & had the pleasure of meeting Mario. Mario was very professional but down to earth and not aggressive about a sale. I test drove the Ecosport SE but did not purchase the car that day. I came back a couple of weeks later was was greeted by Mario. Once again very helpful without pressure of a sale. I had been to another ford dealership in the Chicagoland area earlier in the day, came in and found out the price i was told Over the phone wasn’t the accurate pricing and that they were adding almost $3,000! Then i came to Roesch Ford in Bensenville. My experience was amazing! I felt relaxed and not pressured to do anything. I went on a test drive in a new Ford Explorer and instantly fell in love! I paid the price i was told, and the amazing finance team got me the exact payments i needed to be at. Being a mom of two, i had to bring my children with me. They had a cute little play room for the kids to play in and relax while we got things done. Such an amazing experience at Roesch! I will definitely be returning and referring family and friends!

Had a good experience at Roesch Ford. No salesmen trying to get you to buy extras that you dont want. I ordered a F150 with everything I wanted on it . This took 2 months to come in from the factory in Detroit. The only thing that was negative was the communication afterward. I was told delivery would be May 7th after I checked in to get the Vin number. The next day the truck was at the dealership. No Biggie.Overall it went well.
Great team to work with from sales to finance to management. They work with you to do everything possible with full disclosure and most importantly no games. Worked with them via phone call and email and once everything was finalized, went in to take delivery and was spot on with everything discussed. Then we stopped in at Roesch.As expected we were treated great and bought a fantastic new Ford for my son. The deal hinged on my trade in. Roesch bettered the competition by quite a bit making the decision to buy that much easier.Matt Kramer was great. I appreciate his no-nonsense nature; professional and courteous. No fast talking. Rory and Dave were easy to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions and went over all the possible options. They responded quick to my initial request and the vehicle was just as advertised. There was a minor cosmetic issue with the vehicle which they agreed to take care of. Overall I would Recommend Roesch Ford and I definitely would buy from them again
I bought my vehicle at this dealership. I bring it here for regular maintenance. The maintenance was performed quickly. The service agent was considerate about touching base with me during the two hours I was there to inform me about the progress and any problems the mechanic found. The crew washed my car before I left, which I was very happy to have.

I am really disappointed with my service experience at Roesch Ford. I had purchased an extended service plan that I was highly pressured to buy when I bought my car at Roesch and I was assured it would last for the length of my payment plan. I was tricked (if you saw the contract, you would be amazed at just how deviously it is designed and worded) and the service plan ran out long before my payments were finished, but I was left paying for it. Meanwhile, the service department were reluctant to cover my repairs even while I was still under coverage! I could write an essay on how I was treated poorly and deceived...just cannot understand why it is worth it for them to cheat customers who simply want a good car and to get it serviced for a reasonable price while they own it. Seriously! I will not be going back there.
Just came from The Sherman Dealer to buy a used Promaster... 18k miles window proce $21k, the dealer ended up making up all kinds BS and my total out the door price was close to $30k for a scratched up, dented Promaster that was making a sound in the suspension. They ran my credit and started telling me that everyone is declining me (I have good credit) and they would recommend buying a new one so I could get approved... I was going to walk out and a manager chased me down to tell me that one bank finally approved me but the interest will be high and I need a larger down payment. (Monthly payments $499/mo) The manager told me not to run my credit anywhere else because it will void my deal.I decided to look at Roesch Ford for another opinion. I was greated by Sam Mellenthin and he found me a promaster with the same miles same price, no scratches, proof of maintenance and inspections. My total price was the sticker price plus my taxes... $5k less than the last dealer! He got me approved from the first bank, no hidden charges, no bs upsell. Monthly payments $388/mo He was Knowledgeable about all the different types of work vans and gave me other options and explained what he liked and didnt like about the model that I was buying. Honesty, professionalism and pride in putting the customer first. Buying Roesch Ford was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I have always felt uneasy around car salesman and Im always looking out for the scams and lies but I can honestly say that I felt completely comfortable with everyone at this dealership!
I bought a used Ford Expedition from Joe W. and traded in my old truck. Buying and selling a car can be a hassle and stressful. Joe was not only very professional but made the transaction stress and hassle free. I feel like I got a great truck at an even better price. I shopped around to many other locations and Joe by far had the best prices.
Purchased a 2019 Ford Fiesta from Roesch Ford. What a great dealership! Great selection and prices. Showroom is one of the nicest I have visited. My salesman Sam Mellenthin was awesome. Very honest, straightforward, friendly and seemed to genuinely care that I got the best deal available. Joe Embro in finance made what is usually the most painful part of buying a car very fun and easy to understand. Purchased a used 2016 Explorer. Worked with exactly the type of salesperson I was looking for. Extremely knowledgeable and laid back. I didnt get the unnecessary pressure or emotion during the deal. Mike Madison made the deal go very smoothly. I highly recommend you ask for Mike if youre looking for a relaxed, knowledgeable, and not overly persistent salesperson. The paperwork went smooth with Eddie. It was quick and he didnt pressure me into any of the usual unnecessary add-ons to the deal.Pull the car into my driveway and the tire pressure light is on because a tire is near flat. I immediately call Mike and he tells me to bring it in when I can. I drop it off at service and they tell me they found a small nail in the tread that can be patched. Im worried that I need to pay because this is a used car and I didnt get wheel and tire coverage. They fix it for FREE. Next day, the tire pressure on that tire drops low again. I take it back and they look it over and decide to change the tire free of charge, to make things right.In one weeks time, I dealt with every department at the dealership and Im sold that this is going to be my dealership.
I bought a car from them on 3/20/18 2016 ford fusion.the car was in great condition and the price was fair, very happy with the car and very happy with the guy who help us out Sam M. he was very nice and not over us the whole time but yet close to us to answer any question we had. Sam gave space but was ready to help us. I would come back to them for anther car. They even fix the recall the car had before we left the dealer so that we didnt have to come back. Classy place. happy that we came there we been shopping for cars for days and happy that they made us feel like we made the right choice in car and dealer.
I test drove a few cars and was surprised with their large selection. Sales team was very helpful. Trade in value was fair. F&I guy was very straightforward. Not pushy at all and not looking to up sell on unwanted extras. I would buy from there again and would recommend this place to friends and family.

Very smooth transaction. I purchased a 2017 Explorer in May from Roesch Ford. I visited 4 other dealerships prior to coming here. By far, Roesch was the best experience. Javier Arambula greeted me upon arrive and quickly brought the vehicle that I was interested in up front for a test drive. All went well and no BS. Javier was well informed about the explorer features and he made it a hassle free experience. What really impressed me was they didnt apply one of those dealer stickers to the paint. Also, they pre-installed wheel lug locks. That was a nice and useful bonus. Overall, they had the vehicle I wanted and made the purchasing experience exceptional! I would recommend you give them a try next time you are in the market for a new vehicle.
First of all let me say that the salesman I was working with George G. was a total professional. First we went over what I wanted for features in a new car and the model type I was looking for. He let me test drive different models to get a feel for the differences in the ride. Long story short George searched every where to find the exact car I wanted and he found it. Got me a new 2016 Explorer with all the features I wanted. I love this car and will definitely be referring folks to come here. I recently bought an F-150 at Roesch Ford and Sam was very helpful throughout the entire process. I shopped around for a new pick up truck at several dealers in the area and Sam provided the best customer service out of all of them. Ive never felt compelled to buy the truck model that was close to what I wanted, on the contrary Sam was determined to help me find the specific F-150 model that I wanted. I had a great experience at Roesch Ford and I would buy again from them.

I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Roesch Ford. To my surprise, it was an exceptionally pleasant experience. It all started with my initial contact, via email, with Jeanette Patti. She quickly responded to all my emails and answered all my questions. She even came out to the sales floor to make sure I was being taken care of. My salesperson was Mike Madison. Mike is the opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. He did not try to control the process or constantly push the sale. I really appreciated that when he pulled up the vehicle, he just stepped back and let me do my inspection without bending my ear with useless information. Overall, my dealings with Mike was about as comfortable as buying a car could be. Honestly, Ive felt more stress when shopping for a shirt at Macys. Hopefully, the vehicle I purchased will be equally as enjoyable as my experience at Roesch.

2022-07-07The Sales people at Roesch Ford were amazing! I ordered my Mach E In July of 2021. I knew it was going to take a while to get it but it took much longer than expected. I was working with Dave and Nick. When the status of the car would change they would call me to give me the new status. Through out the waiting process, I called them many times. I know they were receiving the same calls from other Mach E customers waiting for their car and Im pretty sure those calls were tough to deal with, but you would never know by talking to the, They were always pleasant and understanding to the situation. I remember when Nick called me to tell me the car was delivered. He was more excited than I was and I was very excited! They treated me with respect and showed compassion when I was a disappointed about the delays. I cant imagine going on this car buying journey without them by my side!

2022-02-22I went in alone as a young woman who knew nothing about cars. Even though I was literally surrounded by no one by men I still felt like I was in good hands. I never once felt like I was being condescended too. Alex was PHENOMENAL with me. Super patient and kind and answered all of my questions accordingly. I never ONCE felt pushed or pressured into anything I wasnt comfortable with. Ray was also an outstanding human who helped with my financing questions. Joe, the finance Manager, was SO much fun and made the whole process a breeze and relatively stress-free (not to mention he has amazing taste in music!). Carrie, the office manager, was so lovely too. I got into a bad accident that totaled my car the week before so the fact that they made this SUCH a stress free, and even FUN, experience means so much. Most fun 3 hours (like, what?!) Ive spent in a good while! Thanks for everything, guys.

2022-02-17First time buying from a Roesch dealership and I was pleased with the experience. Went in knowing what I wanted and had previously spoke with a salesman on the particular vehicle I had my eyes on so the process was pretty seamless. The night I purchased my vehicle there was a big snow storm looming so I was the only one in the place and got immediate service as soon as I walked in. All of the employees were friendly and easy to work with. I will consider purchasing a future car from these guys when the time comes.

2022-02-21This is absolutely the best Ford dealership I have ever been to. As a lifelong FORD/LINCOLN customer (I have owned over 15 FORD/LINCOLNS in my lifetime) I can tell you this group is class. They bend over backwards to meet your needs as I have been there several times just to ask questions about my new Bronco and have been quickly attended to. Love these folks, from the salesperson Justine to the Finance and Sales Manager (sorry forgot your names) these folks are great. Like I said best Ford dealership ever. 2021-10-29Service department was good. Dealership was nice. My only gripe was that the service tech moved the back of my seat. Theres no need for that. I could see moving the seat closer or farther but there is no need to lean the backrest all the way back and leave it like that. Were not cruising the strip. Other than that so was good ⭐⭐⭐⭐
