I had a Swedish/relaxation massage with Alex. The entire experience was easy, relaxing, and was the perfect end to a stressful day. The staff was professional. The clinic was clean and comfortable. Alex got some pretty tight knots out of areas that I didn’t even know had them! Solid two thumbs up!
Have been several times, sometimes for student massage, other times for deep tissue massage. 8/10 times were fully worth the money! All massage therapists are very attentive and really try to give you the best care for your specific needs
Michelle is a miracle worker! I had been having some pretty bad back and neck pain the last week and found this place on Yelp so thought i would try it out. Was able to book on-line for an appointment the next day which was very convenient. I wasnt looking for a spa, just a really good massage. Well, I found it! The receptionist was very friendly and the facility was clean. Michelle asked my if there were areas I was concerned about and I explained my back and neck pain. She went right to work. Spent most of the time, at my request on these areas. I feel a million times better. I could tell in the first few minutes that she really knew what she was doing. I am very happy I found this place. This is the only facility my wife and I have been able to schedule a 2-hour massage(110 min.). Only downside to making the experience a great spa/self-care day is that it is no frills. Massage only---no relaxing lounge, plush robes, herbal teas, etc.
I had an incredible date night experience with my girlfriend where we learned massage techniques. Emmanuel is an excellent and patient teacher.
Have been coming here for a couple years and I’ve never been disappointed. VERY clean, excellent massages, professional, and always attentive to what my therapeutic needs are. My husband and I love River North and highly recommend it.
I have a membership for a monthly student massage and I absolutely love it — great value and love the attentiveness of students who are learning and practicing
I recently got a massage here and really enjoyed the full experience. My therapist was Alex and he was great! He listened to my concerns and he did a great job addressing them. He even gave me tips on how to keep taking care of my body on a daily basis by stretching certain areas of my body where I tend to be/get more tense. He went above and beyond! Its fair to also say - I felt completely safe going here. They really follow great COVID protocols throughout the visit. I highly recommend this place and Alex!

I used to live with a constant pain in my low back, not anymore. My general health and chronic back and hip issues have improved dramatically since I started utilizing their services.River North Massage also has students who give 55 minutes massages for a very low price of $35. If you are looking for a soothing stress relieving massage the students are perfect. They are very skilled and just need to get clinic hours before they can graduate.The office staff is always so helpful. I cant count how many times Ive called for a same day appointment, after twisting the wrong way, and they where able to get a hold a someone to accommodate my schedule.I cant say enough complimentary things about River North Therapy Center. The level of service and cleanliness is higher then any other massage business/spa I have ever gone to. I have been getting regular massages for 20 years, but I was only satisfied about 70% of the time from the many other spas I have tried in Chicago. RNMTC has satisfied me 100% of the time since they opened. I go at least three times a month.If you like deep tissue massage with trigger work or a soothing and very relaxing Swedish massage Alex and Sawitree are for you. They have many other talented therapists but these are my favorites.They take care of me when I have migraines, sore muscles from over doing it at the gym, stiff body from travel or driving too much, or just feeling stressed out. They just can sense where I am hurting and they get to the source. This is not just something you can learn in school it is a gift.On a budget like me - ask about the cost saving programs. My 1 hour deep tissue massage last night was $56. YAY!

Wanted a massage badly and was looking to see if I could get one same day. This task is typically impossible but I saw this spot, their homepage advertised same day bookings and they actually had times available on their booking site with Alex! I checked the reviews for any mentions of Alex and they were all positive so I was pretty excited.From start to finish Alex was fantastic. He was very accommodating from the get go, offering to turn on the heating on the bed, covered my hair with a towel to keep my hair out of the way and support for my shoulders while he worked on me. It was clear that he was pretty knowledgeable with the body/muscles/anatomy and how to best take care of me with mobility and relaxation in mind, these two things are not always the easiest to find in one massage. I pretty much transcended by the end of the massage and was so, so happy to be pleased and not disappointed with trying out a new business and new therapist. I’ve gotten many massages and am excited to have found a therapist like him that I can feel confident about booking with again!
This has possibly been the best massage I ever had before. I had the Thai Massage done by Tree. Before coming in for the massage my legs were very achy and painful to the point I couldnt get a good nights sleep. This was the best thing I could have done for the health of my body.
II had previous excellent experience with River North Massage. So rebooked this week for a soothing and healing 80 min massage .My therapist Gabby is awesome. Highly recommend. Exceptional value and exceptional service
I had a 50 minute massage. I went in for a specific purpose which I told them. I asked that Lara exclusively work on my neck and back, which I told her and also wrote on the form beforehand. On the form I also detailed that I did not want work done on my extremities, glutes, and chest (everywhere but my neck and back). She completely disregarded what I asked. She also spent the first 20 minutes talking about problems in her life. I tried being nice but eventually just stopped responding. She spent about 10 minutes on my neck and the next 35 minutes on my arms, legs, and glutes. Finally, she made it to my back with a few minutes left which she spent only on my left back and then told me the time was up. She did not work on my right back. A significant amount of the massage was also useless, either pressing on bone or just rubbing her fingers on my head NOT massaging muscle. I don’t like confrontation so I didn’t say anything and just accepted the loss.This location has about a 50% rate of getting good massages. I do not recommend Lara.
I had a student chair massage and the whole experience was great! It was very well-priced, Maddie was super sweet and skilled, and the whole atmosphere was so relaxing. The chair massages are set up in a private room with low-lighting and peaceful music, which was more than I was expecting given the great price (I would have been happy to have it set up in the middle of Millenium Station)
Holy smokes one of the next massages Ive ever gotten! (Ive gotten atleast 100) Carrie was knowledgeable, caring, and a great listener! She was so good with her techniques and was able to help me figure out alot of my headache, vertigo, and dizziness issues. I highly recommend her, but dont at the same time because I dont want anyone to book when up so I couldnt get in!! ☺️ Ill be coming back here regularly thats for sure.
I booked a deep tissue massage with Alex. He was amazing! I spend most of my days in the hospital working and Alex really helped with all my concerns. Very considerate of how I was feeling during the massage. He really alleviated most of my discomfort! I would definitely come back and book with him again.

Early this afternoon I contacted this massage clinic and told the receptionist that I could be here within the hour. She seemed concerned over the phone because I told her Id be traveling from Logan Square but I assured her Id rush in an Uber and she decided to schedule me for an appointment this afternoon for 1:15 PM. I described the pain I had in my neck, jaw, shoulders and sinus areas and she asked if Id prefer a chair massage and whether I wanted 50 minutes or an 80 minute treatment. Honestly a quick chair massage wasnt on my agenda and I would have preferred a full hour but I chose 50 minutes and she wanted me to provide her with my full legal name, zip code and billing zip code. She also requested me to fill out a link via text and didnt force me to read my credit card information to her since I was in an Uber.Once I arrived my temperature was taken and I was asked to fill out more information on an electronic tablet and she requested me to show her my credit card. I felt her nervous energy and didnt really enjoy it but let her take this information because its part of the clinics regulations and I desperately needed a good massage.My therapist met me at 1:15 escorted me to a massage room and we chatted for 5 minutes to discuss my problem areas. She left me alone for an additional 6 minutes and gave me privacy to undress and lay on the heated massage table.My therapist Simone was personable and polite; but I truly felt the experience itself was rushed and instead of a full 50 minute massage I think I only received 40 minutes based on the fact that I was returned to the reception/lobby area by 2:08 Pm.The receptionist had already charged my credit card before my services were received which is fine with me; but I was instantly shown a screen with tips already prepared ahead of time rather than the customer being allowed to type in a specific tip amount. I tipped the traditional 20% and received an automatic message to my cell phone thanking me for the transaction. Right away the receptionist seemed nervous and told me according to her machine my credit card wasnt charged. I told her I received a confirmation text and she insisted I wasnt charged. I suggested we call my bank and she asked me for a different credit card so we could run the transaction through again. I was able to chat with a customer service representative from my bank and after 5 minutes my bank representative verified my credit card had been charged.The receptionist continued to panic and my vibe was ruined. You know that feeling you get when youve just had a really good massage? Honestly my hopes today was that Id leave feeling uplifted and refreshed and pain-free. This afternoon I left with residual pain and my neck was still sore, still cracking and in need of a good stretch.I totally understand 50 minutes isnt long enough to expect miracles and I wish I had had more time for a longer massage; but I only received a 40 minute massage today and I left with pain in my body and a bit stressed out because I had to go out of my way to prove that my credit card transaction successfully went through.I do not recommend this particular massage clinic because it didnt meet my expectations and the experience was completely rushed and mechanical.
Ive visited the Student Clinic four or five times now for 55-minute, full-body massages, and Ive had excellent experiences. Each time, the room was well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, the therapist very friendly and professional, and the massage itself perfect - strong, deep work, with attention well paid to an injury spot. As other reviewers have said, theres no way of knowing who you get with the Student Clinic, but these sessions (with three different therapists) were winners; I plan to go back, and I highly recommend.
I told the masseuse about specific areas I needed her to focus on and she did not listen. Maybe she didnt understand. Maybe English wasnt her first language. I couldnt tell because she didnt say much except Hi. Get undressed. and The massage is done. Bye. I came in with knots and tensions that needed to be worked out and I left with the same knots and more tension because I was 120$ poorer. I wont be back. Ill stick to massage envy.
Lara is an awesome massage therapist! I’m someone who has chronic back pain and Lara has helped me so much over the last number of months. She’s super knowledgeable and skilled in a variety of techniques. She’s great at not only addressing specific areas of pain, but at peripheral areas that contribute to it as well. She’s very professional, compassionate, respectful, and friendly. I’ve gone to many massage therapists over the years and I think Lara is truly one of the best. After moving to the area, it took me a while to find her, but I feel so fortunate that I did. Thank you, Lara!
Ive been a bi-weekly to monthly customer for well over a decade and have had nothing but positive experiences here with a variety of therapists. My first trip back yesterday in the COVID world was no exception -- they have their safety protocol totally down, and yet have continued to maintain the professional, relaxing, and welcoming experience theyre known for. I have never needed a massage more than I did yesterday -- and have never been happier to get one. If youre on the fence, dont hesitate. Theyve got you covered!

It was ok. The Thai massage was good, but then she did a “deep tissue massage” and it felt like she was just poking with her finger tips and pinch the muscle. So the second part sucked but I liked my Thai massage
Carrie did a wonderful job with me, a first time client with a few outstanding issues. She listened well and was very skilled in massage techniques. My first time back since the pandemic started and I think the protocols esp around the checkin and waiting area are very good. Ill be back!
The wife and I took a couples massage class that is offered here. We were in town for the weekend and stayed at the nearby Godfrey hotel. We had always wanted to take a hands-on massage class and this was perfect. We opted for the three-hour class so that we could both take turns and practice. The instructor was knowledgeable and patient and obviously enjoyed teaching. We liked that it was a private class and we could stop every so often to review the steps and take turns. The class comes with a $100 gift card so we returned the next day and used it towards a couples massage. Very clean and professional setting, great experience. Would definitely recommend.
My experience was fabulous. Suffering from a two-day headache and very sore neck and shoulders, I made a last minute appointment here and I am so glad that I did. The center is clean with a calm atmosphere and Brittany, the receptionist, was welcoming. My therapist Katherine was truly amazing. She was very approachable, knowledgeable about shoulder and neck muscle anatomy and gave a great deep tissue massage. Super strong hands that really worked the knots out. Felt refreshed afterwards! Highly recommend!
We found River North Massage Therapy Center through some searching and found that we liked the transparency they offer with their pricing and what to expect. The massage with Alex was excellent and Ill definitely be coming back. The membership is a bargain considering you can share it with your partner and get discounts on not just the professional massages but also the student massages.
It was wonderful! Friendly and professional greeting. Calm and quiet waiting area. The treatment rooms are small and quiet and private - and the student therapist was amazing! Warm smile and greeting - great questions about my physical well-being and specific requirements/areas of concern for the massage. Then proceeded to provide a massage that addressed those needs (too much computer work is bad for the shoulders!) Would highly recommend - great service, atmosphere and price!
Regularly visited when I was living in the area. Ask for Namiko - no cookie cutter sessions. Each session was tailored to where she felt the knots and where you held tension. She can also accommodate for amount of pressure you would like.
Virginia is the best and the front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Great place for a relaxing and rejuvenating massage! My therapist Marlin was very good. She asked me about the focus ares before the massage and also suggested the areas I should focus on during the subsequent sessions. She was very polite and courteous. This was my first time and got to meet the owner himself. He was very polite too. Very neat and clean place with nice ambiance! I definitely plan to go back!

I am Alex’s client for half a year. It’s really the most incredible massage i’ve ever had. He is so sensitive and deep in his approaches that every time i fall a sleep during the session. The last time i had an appointment with a terrible head ache, so he helped me to release it so quickly. I really love our sessions, because i am seating in the office a lot of hours per day and Alex helps me to stretch the body and works with all my spasms and aches. Thank you! Highly recommend!
I’ve been seeing Lara for several years. She is a miracle worker. I had an arm injury that over time got so bad that I could not lift it. After a number of visits I regained mobility and the pain disappeared. My monthly maintenance visits always leave me feeling great.
I am an alumni from this school. I have much appreciation for the teachers and the stuff.I call and schedule a 90 minutes massage, and asked for the alumni discount.When at the site, the front desk person made sure I was early.Then, the therapist come and call my name. A friendly person with a wonderful posture. She introduced herself and asked me the questions Therapists normally do.The massage was a bit intense even we talk about having a light touch session. Nonetheless I was pleased the next day.At the end, I notice the price the front desk person gave me was higher. I paid, and planned to call back and talk to the office.
I was specifically looking for deep tissue / sports massage therapy to address the issues that come with marathon training. A friend recommended Russ at River North Massage Therapy, and it was totally worth the drive in from the suburbs. He discussed my needs as an athlete and listened to my specific concerns regarding current trouble spots. He is warm, professional and highly skilled. I had a great experience with noticeable improvement in the problem I came for, plus he gave me stretching tips to help me moving forward. I will absolutely go back.
Was in from out of town and wanted last minute massage. Was able to schedule on Friday night for Saturday at 9 AM. The facility was clean and the staff friendly. My massage therapist, Brianna, did a fabulous job. My back had really been hurting when I came in and I felt like a totally new person later that day. Wish I lived closer to go back. Definitely check it out!
This was my first massage and I was very pleased with the level of pressure and courtesy of the student therapist. In the end she gave me feedback on tightness of muscles and was to tell the next therapist should I get another massage. She also gave me insight that she did not push to hard into the tightness because she did not want me to feel sore the next day. Today Im a bit tight but not hurting at all. Thanks again!
Michelle is the bomb. Ive started calling her Doctor. Shes my favorite, but there are many talented people there. Fees are reasonable. This Sunday I paid around $150 for my girlfriend and myself to get 90 minute massages each (including the tips of $25). Thats basically the best priceyoure going to find for a quality massage downtown. The monthly membership charge doesnt bother me either, since the money goes toward each massage (charging you once a month, but then they deduct what you pay and put it towards a massage). Having the school right there also helps to keep good people always available. Great place, clean, quiet, no shenannigans.
Simply amazing massage therapy. I get a massage weekly/ bi-weekly with Alex and it has been a huge relief to my neck and back issues. He takes time to understand what the problems are and makes tailored therapy recommendations that actually work. So glad I found this place!

This establishment does not appreciate their customers. I arrived 10 minutes late with my pregnant wife, because I am out of town and had a hard time finding this place. I booked an appointment for 50-minutes and received 25 minutes of a service . I asked multiple times to the employees their if I would be refunded on some level. Meaning a partial payment or something . I was told yes, and to speak with the manager about it tomorrow. While speaking with the manager. He was very rude and unprofessional. He told me my view and opinion of what his employees said was “ he said , she said” . Also, he said he values his employees, which suggest to me that he does not value his customers. I was not being unreasonable by asking for partial payment since the service was not completely offered but his answer was no and that he needed to protect his business. At no point did I feel valued as a customer. I will never return back and will continue to handle things on my end to make sure this business does not do these things to other customers. Especially visitors from out of town. I would not recommend this establishment to ANYONE
My husband and I had a couples massage with Hannah and Annie. We both said it was the fastest 80 minutes of our lives! Incredibly relaxing and personalized to our individual needs. The staff was so accommodating and concerned with our experience being as relaxing as possible. We appreciated it!
Just had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Craig. It was absolutely amazing and the price was good too. I am in town on a business trip and was able to get an appointment on short notice which is great. I would highly recommend giving this place a try whenever you’re in town. I’m looking forward to my next trip back so I can try the Thai massage.
Russ provided great service. I can definitely tell I got a good massage yesterday - been needing it for months! My upper back feels great today. Russ provided great advice. Reconfirmed I need to drink more water - It’s so hard right now...ugh! There were definitely moments where I was 😴 😴
I’ve gone to dozens of massage places in multiple cities including all types and various quality for 4-5 years (I typically get 2-3 massages per month). After a recent move I decided to try this nearby massage therapy center. After my first experience with Tara, her Incredible knowledge of the human body, calm and personable demeanor, and firm hands (I get very tight knots that take strong hands to work out) made me immediately sign up for a monthly membership. For people like me that have deep neck/back/core/soaz problems, she (Tara) is hands down without question the best masseuse I’ve ever had. I’m sure she’s great at other massages too with her knowledge and expertise, I just typically always get Deep Tissue. I always leave the massage feeling incredibly refreshed, calm, and loose. If you intend to go at least once a month, definitely do the monthly membership since it’s a no brainer. This is my first time writing a review ever (and I buy a ton of stuff online), but Tara is that amazing so I wanted to do so.
I absolutely loved this place! I have been to a few different places in Chicago and this one was by far the best.I was massaged by Annie and she did an amazing job. Before I got on the table Annie asked about me and where I felt needed the most attention. I felt listened to and cared for.I had a room near the street, but during the entire session I forgot I was in downtown Chicago. The noise was very low to non-existent.I left feeling more rejuvenated than ever before. If Im ever back in Chicago I hope I have the time and money to stop by again.

I usually have an excellent massage here, unfortunately, not so with my last massage. The technician seemed very inexperienced. No skill or technique and about 20 minutes in I asked her to stop.This is a first for me, but it was so ineffective it became annoying. I was looking forward to a relaxing, beneficial experience, and that was not delivered. I should not have had to pay,, unfortunately it was deducted from my account.

I have seen multiple therapists at River North Massage and always had a good experience. All the staff are polite and professional and the space is simple and always clean. Their online booking system is very easy to use and they almost always have an appointment when Im looking for one, even on short notice.
River North Massage Center is my go-to place. The student massages are an incredible value and are consistently good, if not excellent. Scheduling is so easy and theres tons of appointments to choose from. Love this place!

Tara has been helping me relieve 2 knots in my neck that have been causing me extreme pain for the past several months. I can not speak more highly of her. After only a few sessions I feel better. I now see Tara every week and she gives me tips for the week to keep the pain at bay. She is extremely knowledgeable and I feel confident to see her for any type of massage. Thank you Tara!
I recommend them for their student (a bit more affordable and it’s a win win, you get a massage and get to help someone who’s going to massage school) and professional massages! Issues I’m having with my body are always addressed and I leave feeling lighter and stress free.
Alex is amazing therapist. I have lower back for years, and he figured out in 1 hour what muscles causing it. In the end of the session I didnt have any pain in my lower back for the first time in a long time
I loyally went here once a week for 5+ years, and recently had a bad experience with a student massage therapist. This is not about her so much as it is the owner-- I was told by a supervisor the evening of my massage (after I spoke of how physically painful it was) that I would not be charged for that particular visit. Today I opened my email to find a receipt for a charge that I did not sign for-- they charged my card, even though I was told that the visit would be free due to its poor nature. I personally wouldnt recommend a business that says this one is on the house-- we are sorry for our screw-up! and then goes and charges you a few days later. Dishonesty at its finest!
It was wonderful and a good first step to getting my shoulders and back to good working order. I made an appointment in the morning and got a massage that afternoon. Ron was very helpful in also giving me more stretches to do to help with my neck.
This was a great experience. While not your typical spa, I found the environment very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were professional and I had one of the best massages I can remember. Ill be joining as a member next month.

I went in asking for a sports massage. I told the therapist pre-massage I wanted medium heavy to heavy pressure. Had to ask twice for more pressure, which was adjusted, but only lasted a few minutes. Maybe it was the therapist, maybe it was late and her hands were tired, I dont know. But I left unsatisfied and looking for more. For the price point, I expected more.

90 min deep tissue massage with Rikki. She could not have been better, listed carefully to my issues, and worked on them very successfully. As always, my experience at RNM was nothing short of first rate. Great people, great service and great value.
I had my second massage with Sara. She is a wonderful massage therapist; she is very knowledgeable and gives deep pressure when necessary, but is always gentle, always conscious of how her client is feeling during the massage. I will be back to see her soon for my chronic neck and shoulder issues.
I really like the therapists at this place, but management is terrible. I made a special request upon making my appointment. They ignored my request when they had the opportunity to inform me three times before my appointment. Instead, I waited 30 minutes for my appointment only to find out they could not meet my request and would not reschedule my appointment or offer a refund. My only recourse are to dispute the charges. You really need to become more customer focused!!! I feel sorry for the therapists. I can only imagine how management must treat them.

I chose River North Massage Therapy Center based on their Yelp reviews and requested Riki. I have a history of hip/back/neck issues and had to see someone for a recent flare up. Riki was great. She asked several questions and got a full diagnostic of my past and current issues, and proceeded to work through them. She also shared insight as she was performing along with helpful excercises to do at home.
Massage was fine. Receptionist was quite fake and unprofessional. Told my wife she wasnt aloud to wait in the waiting room while I had my massage, when the waiting room was pretty much empty and still had plenty of spare seats. Seems like a pretty ridiculous policy to me.
Michelle was wonderful. She asked me a lot of questions to determine exactly what regarding pressure and firmness I wanted and used different methods of stretching and massaging to help with an injury I have. Peaceful, quiet environment I would highly recommend.
I’ve been going to get massages here when they were located a few blocks down the street. So at least 15 years! The students are professional, well trained and always responsive if you want different pressure or specific areas worked on.
I had an incredible experience with Dino and already booked my second appointment. He was professional and without much guidance, found the spots on me that were really sore and needed work. Cant wait for next weeks appointment!!
This is the only co-ed clothing optional bath for miles around, so it gets a few stars for that. But the kind of wish that the clothing required side was also clothing optional, seeing as that pool is the nicest in the place. The hot rooms are super hot, so bring a wool hat or rent one from them. The wet sauna (also on the clothing required side) is nice. Food upstairs Russian deli style (alcohol for sale).
Craig is kind, friendly, and has amazing technique! he worked out kinks in my back/neck that I didnt even realize I HAD!Plus, the receptionist later caught that I had a remaining credit that she then applied to my account and notified me by phone. Great place!
I booked a longer appointment and was lucky enough to get Gabby again! She continued to help my all over body tenseness and made HUGE headway in repairing the damage the last 20 months at home has done to my body.
Excellent massage, by a student who is beyond professional.. Superb hygiene, a totally comfortable experience. The entire staff at River North is exceptional--friendly and efficient.
Alec was great as my massage therapist for the afternoon. I came in for a self-care/treat-yo-self kind of day and I walked out so relaxed. I really enjoyed my massage and will be back!

Had an 8 hour flight from the Uk into Chicago. Was trying to locate a nearby Masssge therapy Spa and came across this little Gem. Customer service was top notch! Managed to book me in with very little notice and Virginia was an exceptional therapist. 5 stars! Love you guys.

Booked a last minute massage with Sarah and it was amazing. So relaxing and she targeted the areas in which I had issues with. I was a new man after that. One of the best massages I have ever had.
My one frustration is that I specifically picked a therapist who, based on their therapist profiles, implemented some stretching in their massages. When speaking to my therapist, she said she didnt do any stretching. Then, after the massage, when signing the tip form i realized that they had subbed out the therapist I requested without telling me.Ive typically had a very good experience here but I left yesterday feeling gipped from the experience.
Dino is also an amazing therapist. The front desk staff are always super helpful in-person and over the phone. I feel very fortunate that I found RNMTC - everyone that I have worked with here has been top notch.
Rikki was awesome. suffering from shoulder problems, left there feeling like a new person. While I know it only temporary and will require regular therapy to help heal it, I was amazed at how much better I feel even the next day. Look forward to more visits and a healthy recovery.
I have had a membership for years now and keep coming back. Like anyone, I have my favorites-Tatiane and Craig-they are outstanding. I love online scheduling and the ability to see who is available on my computer or phone through their app.
Love this place! Its a great deal and I have always been very happy with the quality of work they do. The scheduling and administration staff is friendly and the massage students are top notch.
Clean place, clean, polite student therapist. Good massage in a quiet space. Restroom was clean. My only complaint is that the doorbell at street level doesnt have them in the directory so i couldnt get in the bldg. I left my cell in the car so couldnt call. I got lucky when a person came out of the bldg so i was able to get in.

Ive been going to Riki for at least a year and she is highly intuitive in terms of what is going on with your body. Every massage Ive had with her has been amazing. Highly recommend.
Staying in River North for two nights. Booked a deep tissue/swedish massage this AM last minute for a same day late morning session. Stacey was so methodic and precise in her 90 minutes working on my back, arms, and legs. I would come back to her in a heartbeat the next time that I come back!

Moxxie was very kind and incredibly knowledgable. She has a technique of going after individual muscles which wasnt incredibly comfortable, but you trust she knows what shes doing. Everyone is different so there ya go! Great place though and very relaxing environment.

A couples massage by Marina and Tatiane. I opted for the deep tissue massage and Marina really showed her strengths with the massage. We didnt feel like we were rushed. All over it was a pleasurable experience. We feel brand new.
Scheduling is a breeze (in the middle of a stressful workday, I was able to go online and schedule a last min appointment for that evening in less than 5 min!), reception is inviting, and the staff is great. The membership makes it so easy and affordable to go regularly.
Alex was Amazing. The deep tissue work for Carpal Tunnel released tension and congestion. Woke this AM free of Neck, Shoulder, Arm and Hand pain. Thank You, Am so lucky our paths crossed at River North Therapy Center.
Always a great experience. Students in training provide massage therapists at the clinic, but the massages I get here are just as good as the ones I pay full price for at resorts.
RNM provides a clean and relaxing environment while offering incredibly diverse set of massage therapists. Ive been across the spectrum, from low-end to high-end spas within Chicago, and RNM provides the best value for your dollar. I highly recommend visiting RNM!
The worst organization and management.We had gone here for two massages they were really good .But then when we tried to sign up for a membership it was so complicated and a run around .We will never go back . This place just lost two customers. No wonder they struggle to get business

2022-06-29I went in for a 20 minute chair massage with Kyle and was extremely pleased. It is amazing the work that can be done in such a short amount of time. In addition, the front desk staff was incredibly kind, and welcoming. I will surely be back for more quick sessions and longer massages as well!

2022-06-29Just had a massage today with Alex. If there were 10 stars, I would rate it a 10. I walked in barely able to move my neck with a lot of discomfort. Alex spent the hour working on my back, neck and shoulders and I walked out a different person. I will definitely being going back again. It was spotless and I felt very comfortable. Would without a doubt, highly recommend.

2022-08-01Lara was by far the worst massage experience I have ever had. She was all over the place. Skipped my entire right arm. Didn’t use hardly any massage oil and barely massaged my legs. Had to cut it short due to being extremely uncomfortable.! She definitely should not have a job in that industry

2021-08-25Best massage Ive ever had! Im a licensed massage therapist myself, and I swap massages regularly with my coworkers. But Simone was extremely thorough and attentive to my requests and needs. Her techniques were very effective at relieving my pain and tension as well as relaxing. My husband and I came in for a couples massage and he was impressed with his massage as well. His MT was Marlin and he was surprised how much he loved her style. We will absolutely be returning here the next time were in Chicago!

2021-09-26I had been looking for a new massage place for awhile and I am glad to say I have finally found it at river north massage! Great location, clean and calm facility and the service is excellent! The prices are extremely reasonable for the area and the quality is great! My massage therapist has been Alisa and she is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and provides wonderful service, incorporating traditional Thai massaging techniques and stretching into our usual deep tissue session. She really took the time to ask me about my problem areas upon our first meeting and she was great about communicating throughout our session to make sure I was feeling comfortable! Overall a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend their services.

2021-06-21Came here as a birthday gift. I enjoyed my body massage! As a first timer getting a full body massage I was pleased with my experience. Emma was so patient with me and answered all the questions I had and made me feel comfortable! Before Emma started, she asked me a couple questions about work and what I do outside of work and based on that she was able to focus on the areas she thought I needed. I expressed to her that I am a runner and she worked on my legs really well! After my massage was over, she gave me pointers and tips to stretch out muscles she felt tightness in them. Id return and ask for Emma!
