What I have had to deal with in the last month is the reason I have State Farm. We had 2 claims and multiple people to contact to make sure all is settled and secured. Most of these calls were handled by Rick McLeans office (mainly Teague). They have my back! Teague was able to make the calls because it is nearly impossible for me to make calls during the day while I work. I have had State Farm since 1995 and I am more convinced today that I made the right choice. Thank you!

Very appreciated.Professional, knowledgeable, and 100% satisfied. Robert Genson helped me add another vehicle to my policy and save hundreds of dollars a year. Great service, Great People, and Great Prices.I used to be with a different auto insurance provider with whom i bundled other products to save money, and every time I had to call to ask questions about my policy, Id get transferred to a different specialist for each call question. Id spend nearly an hour or so on the phone. Ricks office is a one stop shop where the staff knows how to help you with every insurance related question.

This has been the worst service I have EVER received. The person I spoke with the whole time in trying to coordinate my insurance was a complete twit! She had no idea what she was talking about and could not even provide an explanation of the break down of fees and charges. Plus, I had to hound this office to consistently call me back. NOT the behaviors of an office that is looking to receive and keep clients!! Go to a different agent and save yourself the hassle!!!

2022-05-04Rick McLean’s office is always so helpful and the staff delivers quick responses to any questions I ever have. Lisa helped me set up an auto and homeowners policy for a great rate with plenty of discounts. Lisa has been incredibly helpful and trustworthy. What I like most about Rick McLean’s office is how dependable and caring the whole staff is. Highly recommend for all insurance needs!

2022-04-29I am so satisfied with State Farm and the attention they gave me when getting quotes for home insurance and car insurance. And I got coverage the same day within 2 hours after my initial call. They are saving me almost 300 dollars a month on just car insurance. Thanks so much I will definitely tell my friends to try State Farm first . No need for a second or third quote . They even answer questions of mine that I felt were stupid .

2022-03-24Rick McLeans office has been incredibly helpful. Notably Jennifer Cleinmark has been literally a life saver. Jennifer has been my go to person for over thirty years I believe. She has always been there since day one when I started with State Farm. If I had questions, needed something, paid my bill, etc. Jennifer was there to help. Jennifer changed agents offices so I changed too. I just couldn’t imagine anyone else taking her.place. She knows my family and life situation and always treats me with care and kindness. I’m good at goofing things up. Jennifer’s patience is incredible. She truly is a special person and I’m very grateful that she is at my agents State Farm Office.

2022-04-11Becoming involved in a motor vehicle accident was something of an unusual experience for me. Never in my 54 years of driving had that been an issue until Wednesday, April 6th when a semi-tractor trailer attempted to occupy the same space my vehicle was using. He illegally changed lanes from the passing lane and struck my vehicle. What a surprise that was. It wasnt till hours later that I began to think about the reality of what had happened. My visit to my local State Farm Agent was a very pleasant experience. Beth Beauford, Rick McLeans Executive Assistant helped me along the way in processing my claim. Beth explained the whole process and even assisted me making the call in her office to the claims department. I was very pleased in the level of service that was given to me at Rick McLeans Office. Beth was very pleasant and professional. It was great having someone like her to explain all of the details in how the claim was going to be processed. All of the staff at the office seemed very friendly, especially Beth, who made sure that I was properly treated. This whole process assured me that my claim was important and that it was processed properly.
