Refrigerator EMERGENCY! Our fridge went kaput over the holiday weekend. We saved our freezer with coolers and dry ice. Repairman came Monday morning and had to order a part. We were heading out of town Monday evening. We called Rent-A-Center and EVERYONE went to heroic efforts -- to get us on the packed schedule and then to haul the brand new refrigerator up our steep deck stairs (after trying other options). We cannot thank them enough.

The lady I talked to was very straightforward. Nothing wrong with that. I say 4 stars because of their policy I couldnt take the portable speaker home with me. It all must be delivered so they know you love there. Makes sense and cant argue that.

I will never get anything from them again. I brought a leather sofa love seat from them of course its used. Already rippin i had to buy black furniture tape So my furniture is paid off Im stuck with a ripped sofa be careful what you buy be there. Cause they are a bunch of lairs as well.

Just didnt have any good experiences with this company. They were to deliver a refrigerator and I was donating my old one to a friend who didnt have one, an hour before delivery time I put all of my meat in a cooler and all my items out and my friend took it, Rent a Center never showed, called the store and was told there were no employees to deliver, which I understand, but for Petes sakes, it takes 2 mins out if your day to call the customer the first thing in the morning to tell them it cant be delivered. So, my food spoiled, no big deal to them. Then, I had 1 payment left on my washer and dryer and the washer quit, took over 8 months of constantly calling and being lied to, as I checked out their story with the place they have repair their washers, was told they never called them and someone ALWAYS answers the phone during business hours and they had no work order. I had to work with the district Manger, who was very helpful, to get a different washer. I understand they are short staffed and the manager has alot on his plate but dont lie to me and dont push me off, I paid twice as much for the set as I wouldve had I been able to buy it outright, I think customers deserve much better than that. I have gone to Aarons and they are completely amazing!! They are here when they say they will be, never canceled and prices are wayyy cheaper!!

The price is good, but delivery people were awful. Came an hour and a half late and didnt call. Why schedule a time if you cant even make your own schedule? They gave me no updates while in my house just kept walking in and out and sitting in thier truck for 5 minutes at a time with again no updates. They were swearing at the machines trying to hook them up. Very unprofessional, will probably be looking for a different company after this experience

If you are desperate and absolutely NEED something like a freezer, this is a good SHORT TERM solution. But honestly you are paying 2-4 times for what the item is really worth. The business model is a bit like a loan shark. Super high rates charged to people who have few alternatives.

Rented washer & dryer from them. Just pay it off in September of this year. A couple days ago our washer quite called them. They told us that I sign a paper in july of this year to cancel the year warrant. Why would. Any one do that when its almost payed off and it cost almost 2,000 dollars.

We have bought quite a few items nothing but excellent customer service and the fact after an item is paid off they still will fix what you purchased Ill proudly do business
