Just finished my 6th infusion yesterday. I’m so glad I found this place online. Dr. Mansour and Dr. Ahmad are AWESOME.You get a private room during the treatments however the ceiling is open to the rest of the office so I took headphones and listened to relaxing music during the infusion. An eye mask would be a good option so you’re not disturbed if the lights are turned on. The office can have up to 4 patients at a time but I only had 1 appointment with the other 3 rooms being used. Take a blanket and enjoy your appointment in a comfy reclining massage chair. You pay per treatment so if you decide not to continue, there’s no strings attached.I traveled 80 miles one way from Indiana just to go here. That’s how much I believe in Ketamine working. Plus I have a needle phobia and horrible veins. I just ensured I was well hydrated and bought some numbing cream on Amazon to apply an hour or two before arriving. They have numbing spray but I like to be prepared. I found during my last appointment that eating before hand helped me not feel slightly nauseous after.Over the last 15 years I’ve been put on several different meds and have been frustrated only to find out they don’t help. This stuff will change your life!!!!
Renew is a conveniently located clinic with compassionate, well-informed doctors. In my experience the treatment worked really well alongside talk therapy and I began to experience positive effects within the first week. It was easy to schedule appointments and the atmosphere was a calm, clean but not clinical space. The ketamine treatments themselves are a bit of a different experience and seem to work on two levels. One level is the insights or relaxation you can gain from the somewhat heady experience of the infusion itself and the second level is the brain repair that makes it easier to make positive changes and process whatever you are dealing with. It’s not a magical bullet but it is a concrete boost to help you get out of bed and tackle what you need to, to help your situation. And for me at least, it worked much more quickly and without the side effects of SSRIs. It is very unfortunate that most people are never offered this type of treatment for depression, ptsd, etc. and I’m thankful for the option that Renew provides.As insurance does not yet cover this treatment it is a significant investment but I have zero regrets about it even with the cost. Dr. Mansour and Dr. Ahmad have been great to work with.
My husband had his very first treatment today for pain that he has had for over two years. He had so much relief from this first treatment! He was smiling for the first time in years! It was a great experience and the doctor was awesome! He was very attentive and truly cares about patient success. We are looking forward to future treatments!

2022-07-14The staff is very nice and informative, they helped me get over my fear of needles. I went in for depression and after 3 treatments out of 6 I feel a bit of relief and see the light at the end of the tunnel. The staff also recommended reading The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle which also really helped me. Highly recommend this place. Looking forward to my next 3 treatments. Bring a music device and headphones, relax in the massage chair and the staff will handle the rest!

2022-07-14Very clean and relaxing, I’m afraid of needles but the staff was super friendly. They did their best to get me to relax while hooking me up to the iv.Glad to finally find a treatment that works. I had given up on the hope that maybe one day I’ll be able to feel “normal”, but after trying out the treatment at renew ketamine I actually have hope. Within weeks I noticed my willingness to do more for myself, it gave me more energy to start healing from my trauma and try out other therapies that didn’t seem to stick in the past. I hate a sink full of dirty dishes but at my worst my sink was always full of dirty dishes and I couldn’t never seem to keep up; after the treatments a couple of dishes doesn’t seem so daunting anymore. And I’ve been able to keep up with having a clean sink before I go to bed. Definitely worth a try if u have given up on all hope of ever feeling like u can have ur life back.

2022-07-17The folks that actually complete the infusion were professional and attentive. They were a joy to work with. The office staff on the other hand were were frustrating. They didn’t make anything easy. Nearly all communication was through text.

2022-01-12I wish I could put into words how this treatment changed my life in just a short amount of time (weeks, not months). I tried a multitude of antidepressants over the years with little success. Riddled with fear, lack of motivation/energy, and hopeless thoughts, are all now things of the past. Dr Mansour and his staff are amazing! He took the time to explain things in depth, always made sure I felt comfortable/safe, and encouraged me every step of the way. This treatment isnt another drug to mask things, its truly an experience to get your life back. Grateful!

2021-11-08I want to thank the two doctors at Renew Wellness Center for A+ care. My questions were always answered and I felt very comfortable doing the treatments in their care. They are caring and responsive to any questions you have along the way. They are tech forward with appointments that can easily be made via text if you choose so. The facility is streamlined, modern and very clean!! There is a nearby parking garage as well.As Dr. Mansour said to me with sincerity, never give up! Those words helped me along the way!I started treatments with Renew in July 2021, and had 13 sessions overall (last treatment, Oct 7, 2021). It has been a month since my last treatment. My depression lifted enough to start getting out of bed in the morning and I began planning again. Those with major depression know that is a huge win!I highly recommend these doctors and their facility!

2022-02-23A Miracle from GOD! This Ketamine center was the only thing that saved my 💃wife from the extreme pain complications due to COVID-19. She lost her ability to walk, was bed ridden, and could only cry in pain every day! Its so hard to watch the ones you love suffer!After 9 trips to the best ERs around, all we were told was this is your life from COVID! We did not except that, and thank GOD we found Renew Ketamine Center, because after her 1st prolonged treatment, my wife walked for the first time in 40 days!🤗What a miracle this drug was for us & the staff at Renew are FANTASTIC & CARING! I’ve spent many years suffering from treatment-resistant depression, and as a psychologist, I recently became aware of Ketamine, a cutting edge, safe and effective treatment for depression (and other mood disorders). Ketamine therapy has not yet been widely publicized but it works! In fact, it often results in an immediate improvement in one’s mood and a remarkable relief from the symptoms of depression. Renew Ketamine and Wellness Center in Naperville is a highly professional, caring, and patient focused practice. From the first phone call I had to my most recent infusion session, I experienced compassion, respect, and kindness from the entire staff. In particular, Dr. Mansour is incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic, and his calm and caring nature helped me go into the sessions with confidence and a relaxed state of mind. My life after Ketamine therapy has changed drastically and the results are even better than I could have hoped for. I truly feel like a different person, and I now wake up every day much more motivated and energetic. I am filled with gratitude to finally have a solution for my life long struggle with depression. It is worth mentioning, that I made a great effort to go into each session with an optimistic mindset and I utilized meditation and positive affirmations to compliment the Ketamine sessions, but I truly believe the infusions have helped me to rewire my negative thought patterns and create new improved ways of thinking. 2021-06-06The doctors at Renew are genuinely caring and make you feel comfortable during treatment. They’re communicative before, during, and after the infusions.They’re also very flexible with appointments and the scheduling process is quick and easy. And, everyone I dealt with was very helpful responsive.As for the treatment, I didn’t feel anything after the first two infusions. However I began feeling better with the third one and I just had a fourth one today, which was noticeably better than the previous treatment. I’m cautiously optimistic.
