They did great job ,, but my sister && I are upset because we tried to pay ahead of time because it was suppose to be a bday present for our dad & they said at the end . We like ok will pay after his done next thing you know our dad pays and comes out . Meaning y’all ruined his bday present from us 😭🖕🏾
Terrible experience each time. Ive tried to give them a chance more than once, but they are determined to cause pain. I had to ask each time, to lighten up, but they act like they dont understand. They start talking in their language, and laughing like its a joke. I DO NOT recommend this place.
Have no respect for their customers. They go there to reduce our pain.And the worse thing is that if you are their very old client and coming for the same pain and message there. All they act as they dont know. And mostly they speak in their own language and laugh all the time. Like they are making fun of their clients. I was very disappointed by their attitude

Great massage therapy. Reflexology are the best, rarely fall asleep during a massage but they knew exactly what areas to tackle.

2021-10-31This place is great ! Have been coming here for years and they do a deep tissue massage if that’s not what you’re looking for then let them know you would a relaxing one. For all the haters out there move along! Also when you tip well you can request who ever you would like for your massage. DON’T be so cheap and remember to treat others how you would like to be treated. After all holiday giving spirit is just around the corner.

2021-11-05This is one of my favorite places to go to in Chicago because you dont have to have reservations to come in they are very professional and the only place that can get all of my knots out of my neck and I leave feeling great thank you so much I believe the ladys name was Jenna 😳😇thank you so much 🙂

2019-10-16This is my first visit and review.PROS: hardly any wait time, nice pressure, my therapist totally eradicated my sciatic nerve and hip pain! TOTALLY GONE!CONS: To expensive! The rates are cheaper in the city and villa park.I plan on going back at least once a month for maintenance.

2019-01-21Totally uncomfortable and unprofessional the young lady that was doing my massage was sitting on my back at one point and I had to ask her kindly to get off. Never asked if she could do anything other then a regular massage and her pressure was very rough told her a few times that she was being hard on me and never lightened up her tension.I am pretty disappointed in these actions seeing as I am normally not one to get a massage I maybe get them once a year.

2020-07-18They were nice, but they didnt massage me for what I pay for. I paid for my body arms and feet n they only massaged my back. They also hurt me because they press too hard digging theyre fingers in my back. I wouldnt go back.

2018-06-09I have given this place 3 tries and EVERYTIME Id like to say Ive had a positive experience it turned sour! I went and got a full body massage with foot reflexology and the massage was done by a man who was good, he was supposed to continue the foot part after the massage but handed it over to a woman. I have nothing against women masseuses but this one was in training. She didnt do it as rigorous as I liked and the way he did. As a woman myself if Im coming in for a deep tissue massage I expect a certain type of massage FULLY. I didnt appreciate that I felt obligated to tip BOTH, the man never asked my permission if the woman could work on me, youre supposed to do that. The second time I went I only went to get back and neck at the open kiosk in the mall area, paid the man for 30 min. It felt good I was so sore, after 10 minutes in, I felt a DIFFERENT pair of hands on my neck, lighter touch, it was THE same girl! They had switched without getting my permission and again it felt different! I gave one tip this time out of courtesy. I went back to the kiosk one more time and told the man I only want you to do it. The man said OK .THEN all of a sudden another man came over and had a whole conversation with him in Chinese loud as hell, while he was massaging meme! I couldnt even relax! VERY unprofessional! I was done ! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! They DONT respect their customers!
