Amazing experience with Taylor. She was very friendly and a great place for hair treatments.
The salon is very clean and covid safe! Carli R. made my vivid purple dreams come true while my previous stylist never could. I’ve been going there for a year now and had a fabulous and professional experience every time. Would not go anywhere else!
I have had 3 service appointments at Reflektion salon and met with Carli all 3 times. She is absolutely wonderful. She really listens to her clients needs and wants. She is very upfront with to keep expectations realistic while balancing bringing your vision to life. Also, while I am there I observe other stylists and their interactions with clients and they are all fantastic and I have not seen an upset client yet. They are COVID safe and many stylists provide a quiet time option where clients are not pressured to talk with their stylists the entire time which is really nice and relaxing. This place also is 100 percent eco friendly and offer discounts on hair products when you bring in empty product bottles. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Really cool place in Naperville! Micaela did a great job giving me a tour of the studio and making me feel comfortable putting my hair in her hands. She was able to help me get my hair goals in my budget. Def recommend!
This is my 3rd time being at this location. Megan helped me the first time and now this is my 2nd time with Bri. The girls are absolutely fantastic here and listen carefully to what I would like. Bri has shared ideas and things to help my hair. Also loved the money piece idea. Always enjoy her company while lifting 😊
Walking out of the salon, I was very happy with my haircut! I loved the way it was styled. However, after washing it and straightening it today, my hair looked off. I’m very sad because I really liked my hair stylist as a person. Giovanni was very sweet and seemed like he knew what he was doing but my layers and the ends of my hair are not happy unfortunately.
I have been to this salon a few times now and Gio always does a phenomenal job with my hair.
I have been seeing Katie for many years now Taylor she is an outstanding young woman who has very nice manners looks etc the salon is very appealing and the people that work there are very attentive thank you Taylor for a wonderful haircut and I will continue to give this salon great reviews sincerely Tina Matiya
I had a haircut with Carli and she was fantastic. I asked for layers and she listened to exactly what I wanted and looked at all my pictures. She took her time making sure everything was perfect and was extremely personable. I am a person that gets their haircut only once a year because I always hate getting my haircut because it never turns out right and I can honestly say not only am I getting it cut within 3 months of my last cut again but I will definitely being going back specifically to Carli. You can tell immediately how passionate she about her profession and I love the fact she makes the experience seem like live art. RefleKTion Salon itself is extremely clean and well organized. They take COVID protocol seriously. Everyone also seems to help each other out to make sure stations are cleaned up and appointments remain on time. I highly recommend this Salon.
OMG this place was fantastic! Helped me chop off 8 inches from my hair. They are a sustainable salon which is unheard of. Reasonably priced and great customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

Every time I get my hair done I go to Micaela and thats because shes simply amazing. Not only is she extremely talented, but she also takes the time to really learn what her clients want and do her best work. Micaela has cut my hair, colored my hair, styled my hair, and even restored my damaged hair after box dyeing it for a long time. And Ive been nothing but impressed and in love each time. I cant recommend her enough!!!! The salon is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and all the staff are fabulous.
I have visited this salon multiple times. Stephanie is absolutely a great hair artiste. Very professional and knowledgeable. Always leave with a stellar hair cut and color. The best hair stylist and a very welcoming environment. The products are also amazing.
Taylor is the absolute best, I’m super picky about who does my hair and I’ve never been disappointed by her. She’s a great listener and gives the absolute best blowouts, I will definitely coming back to her in the future.

I went there for the first time today and from the time I walked in I was impressed. The girl at the front desk was so nice, the decor was great and then I met with Stephanie S and she was amazing!!! We sat and discussed what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and understood what its like to cut curly hair and cut it exactly how I wanted it!!! I cannot say enough about this girl. I already have another appointment to color my hair. Thank you again Stephanie. I have been in this area for 5 years and never felt so great anywhere else.
I highly recommend RefleKTion salon stylist Carli. The salons sustainability program is an awesome benefit for the environment, they focus on making sure their clients are satisfied and have the best hair in town.
I go to Carli and she is the best! She’s done all sorts of colors on me and every time it turns out perfect. I was nervous about shaving half my hair off, but she did it expertly. The shop is clean and the rest of the staff have always been friendly!
I am thrilled to have Stephanie as my stylist...She is fantastic, adorable and so kind. I was having a lot of difficulty with hair loss and she has worked so hard to help me strengthen my hair using clean, sustainable products. Also they offer you the best infused water in a mason jar....no plastic...love it.
I met Katie years ago when I signed up for a blow dry class with her and I haven’t seen another stylist since! She is so personable and knowledgeable. She is an absolutely amazing person and so passionate about her work and business. Her Naperville location is fabulous! it feels so high end but not stuffy. I love their commitment to recycling and their “green” facility. Her staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable—I truly look forward to my appointments. It’s kind of a shame I don’t need to go more often. :) I highly recommend her and her staff to everyone in the area. You won’t be disappointed.Oh my gosh!!! I almost forgot the best part! I hired Katie (and a recommendation of hers for our makeup) for my wedding to do my hair, my mother’s and my maid of honor’s. She did a perfect job. The compliments never stopped—All night long we looked awesome. Thank you KTP for helping make my special day outstanding and for being so easy to work with! I am immensely grateful. :)
Love, love, love this place. Ive been coming here for several months, and truthfully wouldnt go anywhere else. First of all, I love that RefleKTion Salon is safe + sustainable because ingredients are important to me and what Im putting on my hair is no exception. Prior to coming to RefleKTion Salon, I had the worst time finding a hair salon I could trust. Jamie is AMAZING! Not only does she make you feel so welcome there, but she talks to you to get a real and full understanding of what youre wanting done with your hair as well as giving her professional insight. She knows the products like the back of her hand, I swear Ive practically quizzed her on all the products there with all my questions! (which she so kindly always answers!) She genuinely loves and is passionate about what she does and is excited to share it with you which makes the overall experience that much better! All of the staff that Ive met are so sweet and friendly, they make you feel at home, always offering a water or checking in on you. Every time I schedule a hair appointment now I genuinely look forward to it, and know its going to be a relaxing day! I HIGHLY Recommend this salon and Jamie. I will not go to any other salon! Reflektion is equipped with the most knowledgeable and friendly staff that keep up with regular training to ensure that the needs of their clients (male AND female) are beyond met. Lawrence is my go-to. He knows what styles are in, he knows how to perfectly execute the look youre going for, and he knows that everybodys hair is different and styles accordingly! This kind of service and excellent personal touch is what makes it THE salon you should be going to.

Love, love, love this place! Exceptional service from the minute I walked in the door, complete with a guided tour of the salon. This is a salon that cares about its clients and the environment. Jamie, my stylist, SAT DOWN and talked with me. I have never experienced that kind of personal attention to detail at a salon. And...I LOVE my cut and color. Only downside: I went late at night so I cant really show it off until tomorrow. 😉Tip: more ReflecKTion salons! This concept is where its at! I needed a new look, but wasn’t sure exactly how to achieve that. My stylist, Carli, helped me decide on a new hairstyle and I was very pleased with it! It filled me with a new confidence that I was in dire need of. She knew what would look best on me and I gave her my full trust. I will only go to her from now on.
Sara- you are awesome! Im going to start doing the Lash Tint every 3 weeks. My eyes are very sensitive and its very hard to find mascara that doesnt make my eyes burn or water. 20 minute appointment and lasts at least 3 weeks for me. Well worth it. Thank You!!
Very cozy atmosphere. I got a cut and color from Maria and I absolutely love, love, love my hair! The staff was great, very down to earth and warm. It is also super important to me that they use natural products! This is my new spot!!!
The salon and staff are awesome. Always so nice and cared for the moment i walk in the door. I have been coming to see Jamie for about a year and she is so great. Shes very knowedgeable and makes sure everything looks absolutely perfect before you leave. Ive gone blonde and dark brunette and she rocks it everytime. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
Been coming to Reflektions Salon in Naperville IL for a couple years and the service has always been top notch. Ive always left happy and looking beautiful. You are always treated with respect. I always enjoy that the front desk receptionist knows me by name, that I always receive a relaxing hair wash and conditioning treatment that almost puts me to sleep. Josh does an amazing job with my hair color and keeps the outgrowth always look fabulous. The hair cuts are always amazing!!! Id recommend this Salon to everyone!
Ive been visiting Reflektion Salon for nearly 2 years now. I can honestly say I have not even thought of visiting another salon because of the amazing experiences I have had here.All the artists are extremely talented and are very knowledgeable on new hair trends (colors, cuts, styling). They truly take pride in the fact that they learn the newest trends and never stop learning.Each artist has true integrity. They will never suggest any color or style that will compromise your hair health...this means so much to me as Ive had my hair bleached, yellowed, and ruined at other places.They use TOP Quality product. Im a product junkie and I know a lot about hair care...and somehow they always surprise me with a new, great product I have not tried!Last, everyone is SO kind. I always visit knowing I will be welcomed with a smile and a great conversation. I have truly loved all the stylists -- not only for their skills, but their genuine personalities.I totally suggest this salon! Great keratin treatments, cuts, and colors. The salon is attentive. Phase 4 restrictions were in place during my last visit: call from parking lot when I arrived to ensure no one was waiting inside the building, temperature taken at the door, masks worn at all times, no tasty lemon water :(. They made the best of it and, somehow it still felt like a taste of luxury.
This is one of the best salons filled with talented and caring stylists!!They are a green salon as well! Go figure, a salon that cares about the environment!! You will love the owner, Katie , who is truly a talented stylist !! I have been a client for over 10 years!!
Josh is my game changer. I have lived in Illinois for 13 years and up until Josh, there hasnt been another stylist I have loved since leaving Wisconsin. He works magic with my hair (cut and color) and he is so much fun to be around, I would schedule a visit just to hang out with him! The products are superior and the staff is even better. What more can you ask for...pampering, friends, and wine...whats not to love about this experience? Oh and all their products are safe and sustainable! Win Win!!!
Josh is the bomb. I tried a handful of other high-end salons before discovering reflektions and Josh, and I will never go back. He always delivers exactly what I’m looking for and is so kind. Also, their prices are fair, scheduling is convenient & easy, and their products aren’t too harsh for my fine hair. Can’t recommend enough!

Ive been going to KT for years now after searching for a great colorist and stylist in the Chicagoland area. I had numerous unsuccessful attempts at larger salons who were marginal in quality or didnt seem to really care about my color or cut. KTs attention to detail, eye for color, and technique for highlights is amazing. She also has innovative cut and style suggestions to keep my style looking fresh. I appreciate the environmental friendly focus and availability of natural quality products.
I was looking for a good color and cut. I have curly hair ish with red undertones. Ive had some pretty awful experiences. Stephanie cut and gave me highlights. This is the 1st time in quite a while I can say I was extremely happy with the outcome. I will most certainly be back.

I’ve been coming to Reflektion salon in Naperville for over a year. Originally I lived close by and now, even though I live over an hour away, I still make the drive out here to come and see Stephanie and Jamie! They are both wonderful at color and cut! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I first tried ReflKTion salon in 2015 at the suggestion of a girlfriend. A girlfriend with amazing hair. I love being able to have highlighted hair without harsh, smelly chemical processes.

2022-01-21I had another good experience with hair stylist Bri. I discovered her through the local Naperville subreddit a year ago and have been seeing her religiously every 6 or so weeks for about a year. Ive been getting tons of compliments. Recently, my color is winter brunette but Ive also had her do vibrants in multiple colors and she did amazing work to the point my own conservative mother loved my pink balayage last summer. These pics are from todays root touch up/glaze, cut and style. The price is good too. Thanks Ms. Bri!

2022-02-04Love, love, LOVE coming to this salon! Bri has been doing my hair since June 2021 and Ive been soooo happy with it!! If you love vivid colors, Bris your girl! Shes even given my mom the confidence to get the red highlights she has always wanted.This salon is very welcoming, covid safe, and its a sustainable salon. Ive tried a handful of salons in Naperville, but this is the only one Ive come back to, and will keep going to.

2022-04-30I want to start with saying I really enjoyed my self here. All of the employees were very kind and generous, not just to me, but everybody that was getting a service done. I also want to say that I really feel self conscious about my hair and Karla (my stylist) made me feel so comfortable by telling me how good I looked and let me tell ya, she is a sweet heart. I literally stepped out feeling like a million bucks, 10/10 recommend!

2022-03-24I’ve always had a hard time loving my hair coming out after a color UNTIL i came to Reyna!! It had been years since i had colored my hair because of that! I explained to Reyna i wanted to add some blonde to my hair but was iffy because i felt like it wouldn’t go with my skin tone but she found the PERFECT color for me! I’ve never came out feeling so amazing with the results until Reyna did her thing!! Love love love it! Definitely recommend her!
